Easy, clean and safe. Not the best breakfast, but I don’t expect much from a hotel breakfast.
- 4/5
Our stay was nice. Very comfortable room, pillows were amazing. Staff was fine, would have been better if I could understand what they were saying.
- 2.5/5
The room was clean and spacious The breakfast was more like a continental breakfast not a real breakfast with freshly cooked items. Also, the price on booking.com is less than what they charged my credit card.
- 5/5
Very clean rooms and lobby/exterior
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable room. Accessible location. Good breakfast. Easy parking. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
I would recommend that they put a hook to hang your clothes in the bathroom. Ours did not have one. We were there on a fishing trip and the free breakfast did not start early enough for us to use. The motel has been recently renovated and was very well maintained. Would recommend staying there
- 4/5
They have improved their facility. the rooms are much cleaner as is the hall. There are t\2 areas of concern. They use way to much disinfect and their wifi is terrible with staying connected. the bleach smell
- 5/5
The whole hotel was clean including the room. The staff was attentive. Breakfast was fine. I would have liked muffins, however, what was available was fine. The shower head in our room sprayed water all over. Overall it was a nice stay.
- 4/5
The room was very clean both stays. Having no carpet is appreciated for cleanliness. The room smelled clean. Our room was near the exit and somewhat noisy early in the morning when the fisherman keft.

Plenty of parking. Nice area from highway.

The place is clean, bed was comfortable, staff is friendly. Breakfast is nothing special. Easy access from rt. 81. Close to Brewerton speedway. Price was right. It's my new go to place when I am in the area.
- 2/5
They do not allow cats even though they say they are pet friendly. We got there to check in and were turned away with our pet. OMG!

The continental breakfast was ok at best, bread was stale, and really not alot for options. But coffee was hot and the kids loved the waffles. Staff could've been a little more responsive. We stayed for 3 nights and never were offered clean sheets or towels.

The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point.

Room was very noisy, AC unit made strange noises all night, mini refridge sounded horrible all night long, had to unplug it to sleep. Breakfast is very minimal, very little things to choose from. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were small.

I been coming here for years and the last time I was there the place was looking rough but to my surprise on this visit everything was clean and a lot of upgrades. Staff was friendly. Definitely enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
entire place was very clean and well maintained.
- 3/5
Room was clean and smelled very good! Staff was very friendly. Our tub was backed up. We mentioned it to staff but it was not resolved. On the last night (before having to drive 9 hrs home) the heater in the window started making horrible noises and unfortunately kept waking me up. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars.
- 5/5
Réception and Room very clean. The bed was really confortable. Room had big fridg and microwave. Staff was pleasant. The bagels at breakfast were really fresh like out of the oven. Very nice stay!
- 2/5
Poor snow removal both in the parking lot and the sidewalks, they said my room number out loud at check-in, my key stopped working an hour before checkout, and the key packet they gave me was all ripped and wrinkled so I knew it had been issued before.
- 5/5
Staff was nice. Breakfast was removed promptly so don’t be like me and go down with 5 minutes to spare
- 2/5
Took forever to get checked in. Parking lot not maintained very well after snow. Didn't see breakfast. Paid 60 extra for my 8 pound dog. Stayed 2 nights. Room not cleaned. Not impressed.
- 4/5
The staff was pleasant, checking and out went smoothly. The room was clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Lobby and all other areas are well maintained. Enjoyed our three night stay.
- 5/5
Loved the rooms. And didn’t like that one lamp was broken. Room 117
- 3/5
Great hotel, but there was a strong smell permeating the building
- 4/5
Convenient, spacious room
- 5/5
Easy check in process, pleasant front desk staff, they allowed me to check early in with no issues.
- 5/5
Very clean rooms comfortable beds
- 4/5
Will give them another try when we are in the area again.
- 3/5
I had to wait over 30 min for my room to be ready in a line width of her people waiting. Never had that happen to me. Meanwhile this after 6pm when my room should have been ready well before this
- 5/5
The staff was super nice and friendly. The only complaint i had was there was no creamer for coffee in the morning, only milk, but i made do with what was there.
- 5/5
We have stayed here on several occasions. It is consistently clean and the beds and pillows are so incredibly comfortable! We love that it’s located right off the highway with a gas station right across the street for gassing up prior to leaving for home. The breakfast is a grab and go sort of thing. But we aren’t much into breakfast anyway. But there is a McDonalds just down the street
- 1/5
Staff is to hard to deal with
- 5/5
Four years ago when I last stayed at this property it was just fine. This weekend I found the property had a number of terrific updates and would now be better described as excellent. Staff were really friendly and professional.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, easy checkin. Parking on site. Great location, close to major routes.
- 5/5
Was convenient and had very great accommodations at a fair price even with the State Fair going on in the area. We were there to visit friends in the area and only stayed the one night as we had to continue on our trip. Oh the couch or love seat with the padded armrest on one end (seim Egyptian classic style) was awesome my wife says.
- 4/5
Good for the price
- 4/5
I have nothing to add
- 4/5
I don't like that I have been charged for my stay by both the hotel and Expedia!! Who is going to refund my money, and why is Expedia charging more than the Hotel!!
- 5/5
The inside looks like it has recently been remodeled and the employees were friendly. Nice and clean, the only downside is the breakfest could have some food. They had burretos small cups of yougurt and bite size muffins, cereal from a dispenser. Could have used some fruit maybe a waffle maker other than that every thing else was excellent.
- 4/5
Breakfast at Dunkin Donuts not far away. Breakfast in lobby very minimal. Room was surprisingly clean and pleasant for price of the hotel. Good value.
- 4/5
Location good for where we needed to be. Very clean. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
They provided the bare minimum to advertise as free breakfast. Mini muffin, cold cereal and yogurt.
- 5/5
This was our second time staying at this property. It was EXTREMELY clean and the bed and pillows were heavenly! I had the best nights sleep in ages!! The free breakfast is considered a “grab and go”. Meaning yogurt, mini muffins, microwaveable breakfast burrito, coffee and tea. But we’re not big breakfast eaters, so it was ok for us. They have an online check in so basically it was just show my ID and get the key. Perfect. Same with checkout. Just leave the key on the dresser and go. Passing through when we encountered staff of any sort, they were very friendly and cheerful. The property was located right as you got off the highway. Couldn’t be more perfect! We totally recommend this property. We’ll be back again probably this fall.
- 4/5
Nice spot while driving through
- 5/5
Nice hotel, looks to have been updated, bed was comfortable, room was clean. I liked that it was totally non-smoking. Not much in the way of breakfast.
- 2/5
I asked for a room on first level as close to lobby as possible. (I got a room on 2nd level within 2 doors of the end). The soap bars are too small. The seat on the toilet about fell off when I sat on it.
- 4/5
It was close to where we wanted to be to visit it was clean.
- 5/5
great staff and excellent service
- 5/5
Front desk, was ok. It could’ve be better.
- 3/5
Breakfast offered was very poor and limited in quality and quantity
- 1/5
Ac didn’t work on a 96 degree day and nobody helped or did anything about it
- 3/5
It was ok
- 5/5
Excellent.
- 5/5
I was very pleased at the changes made. Rooms were clean, furniture updated, clean and much better than pasr atays.
- 4/5
Convenient location for what we needed
- 4/5
Good place to stay
- 5/5
Great for Fisherman.. plenty of charging outlets for your batteries in your boat. Great parking.
- 3/5
Maintenance did repair work on desk in room and wife put her arm on desk and her long sleeve white blouse got stained on the sleeve ruining it
- 3/5
The TV channels did not work and the staff blamed it on the internet being down. Funny thing is that we were able to access the internet with our phones.
- 3/5
Liked location. Did not like the $50 prepayment for room damage, allough it wasn't processed.
- 4/5
Hotel was clean, staff friendly. Not much of a breakfast
- 3/5
For some reason the people running the place believe that breakfast and coffee is from 6:00-9:00 and refuse to leave coffee stuff out longer.
- 4/5
Nice to see a place doing up date's to there facility. Room look really nice and vary clean.
- 1/5
Charged us $25 early check in and hardly anyone at hotel! Lady at front desk was rude. Breakfast was awful!
- 3/5
Clean property, close to the Interstate. Good for a nights sleep. No issues, would stay again
- 3/5
Breakfast??? Not really.
- 5/5
No surprises. Clean, but under renovation. No problems here.
- 1/5
My family was turned away because there were no rooms for us and our pet. I had called the morning of and expressed we were going to be a late check in. They asked if I was sure I was arriving and I assured them I was to be almost midnight with NO ROOM! We were turned away and directed to just go 5 minutes down the road to another establishment who was fully booked! It was a nightmare and I would never recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
Breakfast included is nice.
- 1/5
While I would normally address these concerns immediately, we were there for my grandmother's funeral the next day and simply needed a place to rest. Although I barely got any sleep, I chose not to raise these issues at the time as dealing with them would have further cut into what little rest I could get. I am sharing these concerns now to bring attention to the multiple maintenance and comfort issues that need to be addressed
- 3/5
Overall comfortable and clean room, other than finding a hair on one of the pillows. Lobby and first floor were under construction but still easy to navigate. Staff was friendly.
- 1/5
We selected this property because it clearly says they are PET FRIENDLY, they are definitely NOT pet friendly. Drove over 3 hrs to stay for one night with our dogs for a concert. Went to check into hotel at 6 pm for a 7:30 show. Would have had plenty of time to make our event. When we arrived they wouldn’t let us stay there with our 2 service dogs even though the website clearly states dog friendly and we called prior to check AND did the precheck in and stated we had 2 service dogs. They would not let us stay and we could not find another hotel in the area because of the show. Everything was booked. And they would not refund our money. Missed the show and got charged for a room we didn’t even stay in. DO NOT STAY here. Terrible!!!
- 5/5
I recommend this property....

To whom it may concern; This hotel should NOT be operating. As of March 2025; the place is under remodeling/construction. 1) There is machinery, dust, workers in the halls, dining area 2) When we asked the night of our arrival if breakfast would be available they told us “not to worry” 2) The “breakfast” was basically non existent, looking old cereal. Hard cold mini muffins, DIY “cold burritos” for us to put in the microwave… Tables with dust from the construction the day before. Since the breakfast did not look fresh nor safe, we left and had breakfast somewhere else. We were NOT the only ones leaving in fact, there was nobody having breakfast…3) Our Room was not in a good condition either and other guests told us the same about theirs, they didn’t have the minimum toiletry. We actually heard a female guest complaining about the hotel yelling on the halls late at night 4) The administration should compensate for the construction noise and disarrayed with an excellent breakfast and service. But we didn’t feel they care much about it. It was our first and last experience there. Thankfully for us it was only one night. Normally I do not like to write reviews like this BUT I feel we need to warn potential guests of the current conditions of the hotel. Maybe in the future after the remodeling is completed it will get better, but as it is now we do Not recommend it.
- 4/5
Very solid room for what it is. Would stay there again. Also in a central location actually, to things around there.
- 1/5
Place was never clean they’re doing renovations. They never cleaned their room. We stayed for nine days and it was clean once when we asked there were never any towels.
- 4/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. Great deal! Downside is the complimentary breakfast which consisted of coffee, mini muffins and cereal. We would stay again!
- 3/5
The rooms are okay, $70 okay, not $100 okay though. Things are usually broke, tvs don't work, ect: I will say it's never been necessarily dirty though so that's a plus.
- 1/5
No breakfast, what they call breakfast is 2 cereal options, yogurt, 2 juice. No coffee/tea in rooms. Its not.worthe the money. There excuse is there renovating. No signs to say this. Guy on cell watching video, didnt even notice me. Jad to tell him i che ked out. Left key on counter and walked away. Dont stay here spend extra go elsewhere
- 4/5
Close to destination.
- 1/5
I left this hotel within 2 hours of checking in. Both beds had blood stains and everything looked filthy. Even though we requested new sheets (the front desk guy asked us why what’s wrong with them so we said they have blood stains, no reason why he should be asking regardless) it didn’t feel safe for my two kids to sleep there. We don’t know what can be in the “clean sheets” at that point.
- 1/5
The bed are so hard that you can’t get a good nights sleep, the toilet you had to hold the handle so it would flush, the breakfast was horrible
- 2/5
Very rundown. Nothing in bathroom to put stuff on - counter space. Security lock on door not working.
- 5/5
A nice quiet area to recharge and relax!!!
- 2/5
Property is in dire need of room touch up and deep cleaning. The bed was comfortable.
- 3/5
Good clean, quiet hotel at a fair price for a quick one night stay. Contential breakfast lacking. Some breakfast "burrito" that was worse than gas station food. Hot water for tea was luke warm, no oatmeal, waffles, eggs, bagel.....something edible please other than sugar coated cold cereal, and mini muffins that looked a little funky. Wasn't expecting much from a continental breakfast, but this area has a lot of room for improvement at minimal cost.
- 1/5
Bathroom smelled like an ashtray

Check in was professional, friendly and rapid, staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and neat, excellent value

This time there was no microwave in the room and our key stopped working before we checked out. The man at the desk was not very helpful or concerned that we were locked out an hour before checkout.
- 3/5
Just an old motel showing its age, but clean enough and reasonably priced.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice, warm, and clean. There was some cosmetic issues within the room but in general was nice.
- 4/5
Cost effective
- 5/5
Check in was quick and easy with polite staff
- 3/5
The property is graduall decaying inside.
- 1/5
We had picked this hotel because we were traveling with our young children and it said they carried cribs. However they DO NOT. Only response was no we don't and we can refund you to cancel your room. And the first room we were given the lights barely worked and the ac/heat didn't work. Offered refund or change of room. Like seriously it's like they don't want people staying there. We needed the room hence why we booked. A snow storm was coming. And again we had small children so no time to look for another place to stay. When called another day about it the "manager" was beyond rude and said I'm not giving you a refund when I had never asked for one. I just wanted to explain that it was wrong information on website and that the desk tenants were rude. They do not know how to speak to customers or people in general. There tone is disgusting. When asked for owner I was told I don't have that information. I will never advise anyone to stay here. So unprofessional and unaccomadating.
- 3/5
Staff was kind. The room could’ve been cleaner. I noticed stains on the bed skirt, carpet, and sofa. The carpet could’ve used a quick vacuum. The furniture, flooring and bathroom was outdated and needing repair. There was urine in the toilet when I entered the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The coffee was good. Breakfast could have been more appetizing. They offered mini muffins, yogurt, juices, and microwaveable egg, cheese and sausage burritos. A smart TV would have been preferred. The room and hotel were very quiet. I slept well.
- 5/5
Perfect
- 5/5
I am a many-time repeat guest for a good night of sleep for the whole family when we’re passing through. There’s so much around within 5-10min drive when needed - outdoors and retailers. Great value for money, dependable, well lit.
- 2/5
They only had decaf coffe and tea. Other people other then guests warming up food
- 5/5
In need of renovation. Very tired hotel. Beds were comfortable.
- 5/5
It is close to home and the staff was very helpful.
- 4/5
Wall in bathroom water damaged, extra lock on door duck taped and broken.
- 3/5
Room was bland. Needs updating. Was charged 2x at check in ( staff was excellent). Light bulb burned out no Kleenex paint peeling
- 3/5
It was a late night check in. Elevator was broken so I requested a first floor room since I had heavy luggage. I was then assigned a room other people were in! Check in wasn’t smooth and it was late. Not convenient. The room was clean but pretty outdated. If you’re picky, don’t stay here even the the price isn’t bad.
- 3/5
Basic room, clean but very outdated. Price was fair
- 4/5
We liked the convenience to Rt 81 and parking, friendly staff, main area decor, and quiet, comfortable room and bed. Some things need updating and upkeep, like the bathroom. But all in all, especially given the low price, we thought it was quite a bargain.
- 3/5
dirty, stained, unfriendly staff ( on cell phone while checking in not paying attention) terrible breakfast (coffee full of grounds after waiting for an hour to be refilled) pillows were excellent though
- 3/5
The floors were wet The shower head didnt really work properly Smelled like wet floor.
- 1/5
WOULD NOT RETURN DEPOSIT. DID NOT HAVE WORKING DRYER, OR ANY JUICES AVAILABLE FOR BREAKFAST. ONLY MUFFINS AND COFFEE.FRONT DESK PERSON SAID THEY DID HAVE JUICES ETC. BUT THEY WERE NOT PUT OUT DURING BREAKFAST TIMES. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
- 2/5
Appeared that one of our rooms was in the midst of a reno, or was stopped short for some reason. No wall paper or paint on walls in bathroom, so moisture from shower just stuck to the walls. random saw cuts in drywall...really? Elevator - out of service Dryer in laundry - out of service Only one door at the entry was working Outlets in room(s) faulty. Stayed on two occasions, in two different rooms. Went to plug phone charger into wall and the loose outlet killed the TV and the Fridge. Wiggled the outlet and the fridge came back on...but the TV had to restart. Happened several times. Went to the front desk, and was told "that's the way it is...because there is a problem with the wiring"... Maybe as a very last option...otherwise just sleep in your car.
- 3/5
Staff ok but seemed unconcerned that the morning coffee was finished. Very limited poor breakfast offerings. Everything is old, warped, threadbare, wood damaged. Carpet needs replacing.
- 2/5
This hotel is due for a major renovation. The doors look like someone tried to break into them. The carpet is old and moldy in some rooms. I hope the renovations are done right.
- 3/5
Room assigned to us wasnt ready when we went to our room. Awful language barrior, back to desk for new room. Room was not the greatest, sounds all not, very noisy, smells in the room, bed uncomfortable.
- 3/5
Property appeared run fown
- 1/5
The shower curtain rod was broken , the bathroom fan didn’t work , toilet didn’t flush , no curtains so sun blinded us early in morning , stains on carpet . Hallway had terrible odor . We were given wrong room and hotel did not accommodate us . I do not recommend any staying here .
- 5/5
comfortable stay, wish breakfast had a little more options
- 5/5
A good place to stay
- 2/5
Outlet for fridge seem to have a short. Originally thought the TV was broken. Found out that you had to wiggle the fridge cord in the outlet to keep the rest of the outlets working...this included the TV. Made for an interesting stay, to say the least. Reception was told of the issue and said "yes there is a problem with the outlets", "whats the problem?". Ok foe an emergency hotel...if you cant find anything else.
- 2/5
This was a case of getting what I paid for, and I will not be so cheap on myself next time. Place needs refurbishment, and amenities were beyond tired. Included breakfast was nearly absent.
- 3/5
The room was very clean, and I rented for 5 people and there were only 2 beds for 4 people. A bad place.
- 5/5
Always enjoy my stay there however they need to train the staff to be able to add our hotel points I've missed out the last three stays due to lack of training for employees in this matter. Also that there is more attentiveness to the bathrooms such as making sure there's enough toilet paper for the stay of the following guest. When I say the whole weekend a quarter rule of toilet paper for two females does not cut it. Also wish breakfast was an hour later with a few more options being the rooms are not cheap. The stay was great overall though being right on the mouth of the river plenty of restaurants local Route 81 is right there for travel a beach up the road little bit of everything locally. But the view and convenience at this hotel is definitely something I would recommend. I've been saying at Brewerton Days Inn for quite some time now
- 1/5
Stains on sheets and towels. Absolutely disgusting. Very rundown, shower has rust, walls are drywall not painted. Don’t waste your money.
- 4/5
I've been staying at the brewery on days in for several years now and stayed in several different rooms and a common annoyance is the shower curtain rod dropping causing the curtain to constantly slide open on one end of the other. So it's a constant effort to keep it from getting soaking the floors and causing slipping on the tile
- 5/5
I was able to easily get to my room. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed my room and the good night sleep I got
