Room smelled like smoke and very few towels

Rooms are better than the outside looks lol - the room itself was clean. We were staying for a nearby festival so it was the perfect place to basically just crash and get ready for the next day.

The pictures on Expedia were not what we encountered in the area or the room. We chose not to even stay there. Bad neighborhood and very sketchy.

Good safe location but some questionable people staying there. Room is as plain as it gets. Definitely a 3 out of 10.

There was a Walmart nearby Curtain used for bedspread, no coffee, no breakfast, only one wastebasket per room. They cleaned room once in 10 days only two medium towels and they didn't want to give clean towels. I heard sex noises a few times in the morning. Greedy with toilet paper, one roll every two days and I had to go to get it. Cabinet with fridge needs paper stuck in to door in order to close. Fridge didn't get cold. Had to put ice in to keep food cold. Staff lied to me when I asked to cancel and go to another hotel after one night. He said no refund because I booked with Booking website. I called and they said it was the hotel that refused refund. I will never use this hotel again.

Clean The pictures of the room online didn’t look like the room . The staff asked for a deposit which I wqsnt told until I checked in . When checking out decided to stay an additional two hours . Ten dollars per additional . And when I checked out had to wait to receive my deposit back

I never stayed there. The place looked like it was frequented by hookers so i just ate the cost and went somewhere else. The pictures on the web looked nothing like the actual place

Everything in room was dirty, room smelled like a giant cigar, shower was dirty, floor was sticky,mini fridge was gross. Left immediately and found another hotel. Now we are playing the get a refund game with Expedia

Bed sheets, towels and pillow cases smells not so pleasant

Just need to be cleaned better including refrigerator and microwave but it’s not all the property management fault humans just need to learn to love each other again no matter the race

Smelled of cigarette smoke and dog no matter what was cleaned in the hallway and the heating and cooling units vents need to be clean a smell takes over the room once turned on.

The front desk staff is cool but the cleaning staff needs to be put in alert Covid is back on the rise and they need to clean the washrooms better refrigerator and microwave. I had to clean out the microwave and refrigerator each time we stayed and upon asking them to wipe the base of the toilet for it didn’t look clean I was told it was clean. I couldn’t just check out and leave for I had my 9 year old son with me. When bought it to management attention I was told by a family member of the management team it would be done tomorrow but I thought it was done already just a very poor job smh. He also acted as if he didn’t understand what I was saying in English

Far from Airport. Price does not justify. Bathtub has mold.

The bathroom light was broken and flickering. The front desk associate was extremely rude, inconsiderate, and threatened to refuse my reservation. Absolutely horrible customer service and I extremely distasteful! I will never conduct business again at this motel!!!!!!!

A bit noisy from the traffic

Liked the cleanliness. Only wished I had better access to WiFi. They had the WiFi available to customers but where I was staying at in the room was too far away ( out of range) to have WiFi accessibility and was not able to use my computer for that. Otherwise everything was great!

It was a smoking facilities and did want that in choices and not proper paperwork on the that night shift that evening

I went to get in bed pulled my covers back looking around the edges of the covers was dirty and brown stuff on it like poop then I wanted to get clean towels I had to take the dirty ones down myself and the man staff rude had an attitude y’all need to wash them covers and get better staff

Was a okay stay for the nigth. But when checking out the front desk staff said he will go check the room out but never saw him leave to the outside so no idea how he check the room and came back and said it was clean ?!!! So worrying if you ask me

Great cheap hotel at least you get a fridge and microwave unlike at the motel 6 down the road

Our stay was just a stop to sleep for the night so hotel was adequate for that. Amenities were the bare minimum. One spare roll of toilet paper, two tiny bars of soap one for sink one for shower. If two of us showered maybe wouldn't be enough. Not even a phone in room. Would have to contact lobby by going there. If just need a place to sleep it was clean so adequate for that.
