Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. However, there are frequent complaints about the $30 parking fee, outdated rooms, and poor customer service experiences. Some guests also mention issues with the shuttle service and the quality of the breakfast buffet.

Great place to stay. Near freeway. Costco down the street. Caltrain also down the street. Easy was to get downtown.

I booked through a third party which said that they served breakfast for an additional $41 which I paid, when I got to the property, they only give you a voucher which is $18 for two people so $36. That’s less of the money that I paid. The menu is extremely limited and very simple and plain for expensive prices at the restaurant there. If I would have known, I would have gone to eat breakfast somewhere else and would have not booked this hotel. The parking is really expensive $45 per night for a small sedan.
- 5/5
Affordable, only a little over $100 a night, yet in a nice area that's only 25 minutes away from San Francisco. This will be my go-to hotel every time I visit the Bay. The only downside is the parking fee.
- 5/5
Amazing clean large rooms!
- 3/5
The guests service was helpful. My only concern was the room. The sink didn’t have fully water running and the bathtub drain stopper was broken and was removables. Another problem was the parking fee. Middle of nowhere and why do we have to pay for parking of $40. I like the snack shop since there is no restaurant in the area for late night but overall, it’s a decent hotel. If I was staying for several days, I honestly wouldn’t stay here.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 4/5
It’s better to have shuttle service
- 2/5
Clean rooms we just were disappointed that we had to pay for parking that was an unexpected expense after spending a hefty price for 3 day stay.
- 1/5
The staff was not helpful at all. Front desk don’t answer their phones the second time u call and jst let it ring. When u need towels they snap at u to call some other number. Annoying as hell
- 4/5
The room was well clean and the front desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant.

Always enjoy the double tree!!
- 1/5
I booked a room with marina View, which I did not get and when I complained about it they did not offer me a solution. That was very disappointing.
- 3/5
No, breakfast, broken hair dryer, did not like Parking fee , staff was fine . No walk in shower. Only tubs. I liked very comfortable beds
- 2.5/5
Nice food. Restaurant staff were really nice too. The AC machine was so noisy I woke up every time it turned on and off. It was not a pleasant night because of that. For the price paid the hotel must change the AC for a less noisy one. Also, one lady staff in the reception was very rude and just replied to essential questions in a vague way. If she didn't know the answer, she replied "its not up to us to have that information". Instead of suggesting anything else or answer politely. I suggest to have that staff more training for hotel service as Double tree by Hilton is a very well known hotel to stay around the area.
- 2/5
For what I paid, place was disappointing. Little attitude at the front desk, room wasn’t too comfortable, weird bed no boxspring so the mattress sunk. Bathroom was just one giant room so showering was weird also. Figure for the price it would be a complimentary breakfast; nope had to pay for that. Oh and if you plan on booking this, have to pay for parking too, at downtown prices. greasy. Could have saved over $200 US and slept in my car. Appreciate it doubletree
- 5/5
Staff was very polite and friendly
- 5/5
Clean rooms, great staff, love the free cookies!!!
- 5/5
Love the hotel - clean rooms - clean hotel - quiet - nice location away from the busy city. The bar/restaurant was delish and the drinks were great! We loved the bartender Eric. He was friendly and personable. Would definitely go th the DoubleTree when we come back ot to the SF area.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Staffs were really nice especially the one who checked us in!
- 4/5
Overall safe nice area, just wish there was a microwave in the room and had access to go in & out via stairs.
- 3/5
Room is clean. Check in staff is friendly, but didnt tell me about register my car with the parking company. The parking situation is very confusing. I wasn’t aware that parking is not included and got a parking notice in the morning. I asked the front desk staff in the morning of 5/28 but he just simply says that it’s not part of the room without providing any assistance. Parking fee was $50 for 1 night. I chose to pay but will not be booking with this double tree location in the future.
- 5/5
When we arrived the staff helped me check in and gave us cookies. Every staff member I came in contact with were very polite and helpful. The room was very clean.
- 3.5/5
The pool is small and there is NO whirlpool/ jacuzzi
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Clean and staff was super friendly. There is ONLY paid parking which is really expensive and per night on top of paying for room. We ended up paying an extra $150 on top of room stay. The breakfast isnt included either. Other than that the place was pleasant and location also felt safe.
- 5/5

After arriving from a long drive from So Cal, met with a nice, very modern area.
- 5/5
Everything was fine. Staff was very helpful and attentive.
- 1/5
A room with two beds and a bathroom Two bath towles for all four and two days. Didn't changegd or cleaned the room. Parking need to pay $45 per night Water pressure was very low, takes a lit of time to take a shower Breakfest not included at that price. At almost 300$ per night I'm sure that you can find something way better than Double Tree!
- 5/5
The room was very comfortable me and my family enjoyed our vacation
- 3.5/5
I was upgraded to a large room on top floor with a nice view of the bay. Location the airport, not much around but there is a pretty trail by the water. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially those in the restaurant. Loved the peloton in the gym. Room was good but bathroom did not feel very clean on arrival (hairs in sink, in shower). Breakfast is not completely included — you get a voucher for a set amount and need to pay over that, but this was reconciled by the desk which I appreciated.

The property was pretty nice. Just have very loud neighbors and even after the first time telling front desk they continued so I had to leave for a bit.

- 4/5
We did not try breakfast, however, the dinner was delicious. Parking onsite was safe, but it felt like a cash grab. The property was clean and inviting.
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Friendly front desk. Good AC
- 5/5
Eh they forgot the tomato’s on my omelet, and wouldn’t sub out toast for an extra egg.
- 3/5
The room was clean and so was the hotel. I wish the hotel had a microwave in the room and complementary breakfast. THE PARKING PRICE IS HORRIBLE!!
- 4/5
Parking was too expensive.
- 4/5
The hotel and lobby was very clean, the girls at the front desk were very nice and helpful! There was plenty of parking, if you stay make sure you get parking through the front desk it’s cheaper then the parking outside
- 5/5
I loved everything about this hotel. I cannot wait to come back! Friendly staff, clean rooms and property. I didn’t taste the food but I did have a really great margarita! We’ll definitely be back!
- 3.5/5
The location and how clean it was Night staff wasn’t friendly and the coast to park
- 5/5
Proximity to event Parking had to be paid for
- 4/5
My room was comfortable and had a mini fridge, toiletries and a comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and helpful. Just know that you have to pay to park on the property, I don’t believe that little fact is on the booking site, Expedia, $45.00. Didn’t know that breakfast was an option. They do have a nice coffee bar in the main lobby during checkout.
- 3/5
Bed's are old and sag in the middle. Woke up with a sore back. The rooms are noisy whether it's the train going by and shaking the room or being able to hear conversations on both sides due to the thin walls.
- 3/5
Went downstairs asked for 3 sets of towels, in which I did not receive. I had to go to the Front Desk to get my own towels, EARLY that morning! The Clerk went to the back got me the towels. The Clerk the night before, WHY? couldn't she just get me the towels that night!
- 4/5
We rented a room with King Size Bed with a bay view. Room did not really have a view but was otherwise clean and had refrigerator in room. Parking is easy and several disable parking spaces available in front of hotel entrance. Staff is very courteous and quick to respond.
- 5/5
Loved my stay here
- 2/5
They don’t have an airport shuttle. Very inconvenient!
- 4/5
No airport shuttle
- 5/5
Everything was excellent. Wish parking was free and it also missed the microwave
- 3/5
We don’t have breakfast, in the room the furniture is battered and heavily worn the bed is uncomfortable, the bathroom door is damaged and the carpet is dirty it need of maintenance
- 5/5
The only negative was noisy the noise from the room next door but called front desk and they quickly resolved that issue.
- 5/5
Location great
- 1/5
Dirty room and blankets
- 5/5
Staff is very accommodating.. put the breakfast complimentary back thank you
- 4/5
The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly but not very attentive. Overall nice weekend stay.
- 4/5
The bed is not comfortable plus I was able to hear the next door people AC turning on and off.
- 3/5
Expensive parking, tasty cookies, not near any stores/restaurants/cafes (10 minute drive to anything), kind staff, shower water temperature fluctuates, clean room, comfortable bed.
- 3/5
walls are paper thin. Matress was on the floor basically, w/ a 5 inch lift. Matress was totally outdated, sinking as I'm laying down.. For a Hilton hotel, this one experience felt like staying at a motel 6.
- 1/5
Hidden parking fees and very rude staff
- 5/5
Clean room, excellent customer service! Love the convenience of location!!
- 5/5
Room was clean. I slept very well. As a matter of fact I was praying my rosary and I fell asleep before I finished! The weather was horrible with rain and wind but I put the heater on and slept very comfortably. I will definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
The parking is good.
- 2/5
The place is old, indoor pool was under maintenance too bad.
- 2/5
My room had lots of old appliances the bathroom mirror looked old the shaper had mold stains oh and under bed there was an old empty Mountain Dew bottle tht belong to the pervious guest or who knws how long it’s been there
- 5/5
Parking fee not expected
- 4/5
Front desk staff was excellent
- 5/5
Great for family trip, we loved it, the service was great, indoor pool was a mega plus and they closed it at 10pm so we loved our late night dips, everything was clean and impeccable
- 2/5
Water leak in the room coming from the fridge and our sink was
- 1/5
No free breakfast, $47.00 dollar parking charge. Lighting in parking lot is terrible. Rooms have no microwave and the water bottles left for you inside the room cost you more $$$.
- 4/5
Good service
- 5/5
Good experience
- 5/5
More directions to get to the freeway
- 2/5
!!Walls are extremely thin!! Had to hear some very unfortunate sounds during the night and did not have a well rested night at all. I Don’t usually write negative reviews but the night stay was too unpleasant not to. Front desk employees were friendly and helpful though so that was great but would not recommend because of the room quality.
- 5/5
An amazing find!
- 4/5
Plenty of parking that you have to pay for, no shuttle to the airport; one of the few hotels to not have shuttle service, staff were average didn’t offer me one of their famous cookies upon check in. I’ll be back if I have too.
- 5/5
Me and my kids enjoyed our stay here. Room was nice. Staff was great. I recommend
- 3/5
The property which was a deciding factor when I booked it, as there is nothing around it without a car. The hotel is pretty old and small gym, pool and lobby wise, but the check-in desk told me they are going to renovate the property so hopefully it gets improvements. If you’re without car it’s about a 27 min walk to the bus stop & still about $30 uber to the airport.
- 5/5
Clean room loved it
- 5/5
Clean room, clean bathroom. The staff was friendly and attentive. Property and room were clean. Overall a great experience and stay at this Doubletree Hotel!
- 5/5

Clean room. Amazing staff. Family friendly
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Nice hotel!
- 5/5
fantastic service and great location
- 2/5
The view of the Bay from the room was nice. There was a BUG in the sheets of one of our beds. Housekeeping just kind of threw our towels on the left corner of the sink in no organized fashion. Usually fresh towels are folded or rolled neatly like they are when you first check in. I'm not impressed with this location, housekeepings lack of professional service and BUG in one of the bed.
- 5/5
Great location, clean rooms and comfortable beds, scenic views, convenient drive to the city. Only issue is parking is expensive and should be free.
- 1/5
Restaurant closed 20min early the bar tender was rude and she gave me 3 year expired steak sauce.
- 4/5
Very comfortable room and bed. Very easy location with nice walking options between meetings. The buildings were a bit tired. I was also a bit surprised that my room was not cleaned.
- 5/5
The carpet needs to be cleaned
- 4/5
Room was very nice but wasn’t delivered clean sheets when I called and left a vm to housekeeping. Also parking is not included; an additional charge is placed.
- 4/5
Clean and safe
- 3/5
Cons: expensive parking, staff inconsistent but Bea was really nice, AB was not, didnt even smile, pool can be cleaner. Marina view isn’t exactly in the pics. 2nd time staying here- wasnt offered cookies the 1st time. They said don’t do special touches/upgrades for milestone bdays or events.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room, our original room choice was unavailable but the receptionist made the moment right and offered us free breakfast for the next day and even waived our parking fee. Still had a room with a great view. The complimentary cookies were delicious.
- 5/5
Best money ever spent
- 5/5
I can’t complain
- 4/5
great
- 3/5
Bartender was great. Definitely the most basic hotel I’ve been to. Was a clean for the most part. Sheets and towels smelled like they were washed with dish rags.
- 1/5
Sound isolation is terrible. We were unable to sleep throughout night, with neighbors talking and coughing.
- 5/5
really good place to stay at and people are employees are amazing
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff. Delicious cookies.
- 5/5
Nicer than expected and comfortable beds .
- 5/5
The last week my husband and I we went to this hotel for our first anniversary and everything was absolutely amazing, the girl in the front she’s was helping our I forgot her name but she’s was really nice, the breakfast was good for me and the room it was really nice and clean, quite and the view was nice too, definitely I’ll be back soon!
- 4/5
The only minor issue was that our sink was clogged.
- 5/5
The check-in was fast and easy. Room was clean and spacious. Everything was great except the high parking fee.
- 5/5
It was a very nice stay
- 1/5
Staff had a terrible attitude
- 5/5
The staff was incredible absolutely made mistake. The kitchen was less than par as I asked for something very simple to be done with my dinner and they failed to do it.
- 5/5
Clean and nice staff
- 4/5
Nice place. Was a little surprised to have to pay extra to park in their lot.
- 5/5
Gina wasan amazing support by helping us our needs
- 5/5
Everything is great
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff was friendly and respectful.
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Staff, and breakfast as well.
- 4/5
Room spotless and bathroom too! One bed worn down on one side creating a slope to sleep on! Staff very helpful and friendly, especially at breakfast with Sudeep and front desk with Phillip! Loved our stay and hope we can find better beds next time.
- 5/5
Room was clean . Frontdesk was very attentive ,polite and professional. Will stay here again.
- 5/5
This was a surprisingly good find for us. We travel to the SF area 2 or 3 times per month and we usually stay at other hotel chains. We have never stayed at a Doubletree and we are very happily surprised by how much we like it. The room is clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. Check-in was easy ad the lobby has a fairly lively bar and restaurant. Basically, the hotel meets all our criteria. It's also very close to the city, which is a huge plus. It only took 15 minutes to drive to the Mission District. One drawback is that the parking is quite expensive ($40/night!). But the price of the room is pretty low, so it puts it in the same price category overall as other hotels we've stayed at. The other future disadvantage for us is that we just bought a Tesla and there is no electric vehicle charger here so we may not be able to stay here in the future.
- 4/5
Front desk was very helpful
- 1/5
The breakfast manager micromanaged everyone and hovered. He also made it feel like he was penny pinching. It was rude. I grabbed the wrong thing to pour my yogurt into and he rushed to correct me and pointed to the correct dish. His presence was not welcoming or relaxing. The night shift concierge woman was wonderful though. She was warm and welcoming. The room was average. It was quiet. The hotel property was clean. Lots of parking available. It felt safe. The hotel layout was very straightforward and easy to navigate.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff clean rooms facilities
- 2/5
When I checked out the next day I asked about compensation for lack of water (and flushing toilet) and was told by Su to contact Hotel.com and she would approve a refund.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
It had a nice cozy atmosphere
- 1/5
There was no water for hours, on two seperate occasion in the same day. Wasnt able to shower before going to work, and again when I returened to the hotel at the end of the day.
- 2/5
There was no bath soap we had to request for one, outlets were not all working, no lights on the desk to work. Had to use drinking water to brush my teeth . At times no water at all. You had to run water to clear. Had to use drinking water to wash my hands. Had to use my cell phone to talk to reception because telephone was noisy or would not work at all. And they ask how could we make it better they didn’t offer any compensation. No cancel refund so had to stick to it. First time to experience something like this.
- 3/5
AC/heater was not working properly, there was trash under the table upon check in, the breakfast was overpriced for bland food, and then the water completely was off, couldn’t flush, wash hands, shower etc - when brought to the hotels attention they said there’s nothing they can do hung up. I did have a pleasant experience with the gal during check in she was kind and helpful!
- 5/5
Good experience.
- 1/5
Service was really bad, a lot of hidden fees, like parking and dog fees, staff not friendly at all
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and we had a very nice stay.
- 4/5
Courteous staff
- 3/5
Have to pay $40/ day for outdoor parking.
- 4/5
*Parking is 45.00 per night and no valet service available. *pool is indoors but currently closed for construction *we did not check out the gym at this location
- 5/5
Staff was very courteous, great service at the restaurant, housekeeping was attentive, and the rooms were very clean. Only wish the blankets were thicker, I don’t like feeling like I have a thin piece of cloth on me (partial to weighted blankets) but that’s more a hotel thing than a personnel thing.
- 4/5
The room was clean and toiletries were readily available. I enjoyed the indoor pool and location was easy to get in and out.
- 1/5
We were under the impression based on the website that the hotel had an airport shuttle it did not. So we ended up having to pay from and to the air port costing 60$ each way. And then after a long day of travel we’re excited to relax in the jacuzzi but it was filled with concrete and no longer available. Both were deciding factors on why we booked at that hotel and after that were completely dissatisfied with our stay.
- 5/5
Great room, recommend !
- 5/5
easy to park but $45/per day
- 4/5
Nice and clean, pay for parking sucked
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
room was clean and it was quiet. The only problem is it didn’t have the hot tub like on the website. It was no longer in. They were purchasing another one and won’t be in for another few months so I was disappointed looking forward to soaking my body, but that didn’t happen.
- 3/5
The stuff was amazing! The room was clean and nice. The only thing I didn't like was that we had to pay for breakfast and the parking was super expensive
- 1/5
You need to pay 45$+ for parking for one night. They dont say this on website. Try other nearby, which provides free parking.
- 5/5
Staff were all very friendly and approachable. We loved their freshly baled warm welcome cookies! They were so good with my niece. Location was spot on forcthe airport. Breakfast was divine. Rooms were clean and stunning view of the marina xx overall experience was very impressive and one very satisfied customer.
- 5/5
It was a comfortable stay there.
- 1/5
Dirty property No help for complains
- 5/5
Rooms so clean...Staff nothing but the best.
- 5/5
Great Hotel inside & out, located in a commercial area.
- 5/5
Natalie in the front desk very helpful and friendly always have a positive attitude!
- 4/5
Rooms are clean. Environment is good.
- 5/5
Check in was fast and easy
- 5/5
Everything was easy. check in was really easy with the app.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
Staff was very nice and helpful. Bed comfy, good size room and clean, the only 2 things I didn’t like is that they didn’t clean the room, we stayed 2 nights and they don’t even tell you or give the option like in most of the places after covid. And the other thing (we didn’t know until it was too late) parking lot is crazy expensive!!!! 45usd per night. I guess if you are not driving is a good place to stay though. It is always Hilton who charges for everything extra!!
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
I’m not pleased about the exorbitant parking fee, added to the price. This was not disclosed in my original reservation. I believe the law states that the total must be disclosed on all reservations in the state of California.
- 3/5
Overall I had a nice stay, the room was less clean than what I am used to. The water after I took a shower didn’t go away, the lamp didn’t work, and the hairdryer only blew cold air. Granted I wasn’t in the room as much, it really was a place to just rest and sleep. The staff was very friendly and I felt safe parking my car there, and there were times I got back late and I still felt safe in the area as a solo woman traveler
- 4/5
Parking lot was unmonitored and full. People at 2am who were not staying at the hotel were driving up and down looking for parking spaces. I am handicapped and had to park at another hotel several blocks away and walk every day of my stay.
- 3/5
Location wasn’t ideal.
- 1/5
I will never stay at this place again. Our room wasn't vacuumed, for some reason there was pine needles all over the floor in that room and we found sunflower seeds on the floor as well I was so grossed out by the way the rug looked I didn't even want to walk barefooted on it. The sink get backing up and the hot water faucet handle kept falling off we had high hopes for this place but left very disappointed. The hotel staff was not that helpful
- 5/5
They met all my needs in assured that I would have a pleasant stay. After assigning another room on floor 8th the pleasant stay was accomplishes. Very Nice Hotel!! I would most definitely book here again.
- 4/5
Room was clean and in good condition
- 3/5
The heater too much noise and they’re supposed to give me the room we the viewf the beach and in the lobby he change your mind and give me the another room and the parking is to expense
- 2/5
Hidden and outrageous parking fee. Barking dogs at 4:30 a.m. No hot cookie. Noisy air conditioners in neighboring rooms. Won’t stay again.
- 5/5
The staff at the front desk was very accommodating. The view from the room was breathtaking.
- 3/5
Old Rooms, washrooms, pillows and blanketsZ
- 2/5
$45 a night to park.
- 3/5
Room and staff were good. Was disappointed that my booking said it would be a bay view and sleeps 3 (we had our teenage daughter with us) it did not sleep 3, a bed had to be brought in, it did not have a bay view but that’s fine. The biggest thing that upset me was the price of parking. $41 PER night plus taxes and fees!!!! I paid as much for 2 nights of parking as I did for a night at the hotel. RIDICULOUS. $15 a night is the maximum that should be charged.
- 5/5
Everything
- 4/5
Clean room, well maintained throughout
- 5/5
Great!
- 4/5
Loved the welcome with the warm cookies. Didnt like paying for parking but its S.F.
- 5/5
A lovely day and evening with an excellent view.
- 4/5
Polite staff
- 5/5
Parking was unexpectedly expensive.
- 5/5
Great bayfront walking path for my dogs.
- 3/5
It was a nice place
- 5/5
Nice hotel; spacious room. Do need NBC Sports Bay Area on their channel menu.
- 5/5
Good customer service
- 4/5
Clean, spacious room. Nothing (breakfast) is complimentary with a basic reservation; and the hotel being in a business park, all the nearby restaurants are closed weekends.
- 4/5
The front desk employee at check out was rude and dismissive.
- 5/5
Very happy with our accommodations,
- 4/5
Pool is barely a pool should be bigger.
- 1/5
Will not come back here again!

Most comfortable pillows EVER!
- 1/5
Dirty sheets a very dirty hotel. This place is not a representation of a Hilton or double tree.
- 1/5
Was transferred to another inn last minute before my check in and was not anything like what was expected
- 3/5
Kind of sad to look at this place and remember 25 years ago when Doubletree was a nicer hotel chain that gave you warm chocolate chip cookies when you arrived. Times have changed.
- 1/5
When we got to the hotel, we were handed a letter and told that they couldn't honor our reservation but that we should go to another hotel a 10 minute drive away instead and that hotel would honor our reservation. This hotel was ten minutes farther away from where our plans were for the evening, and we had booked this hotel primarily because of its proximity to the location. Also, we'd booked an accessible room, and, when we got to the new hotel, we were put in a regular room, despite the fact that I was using a walker and had an obvious injury. Thank goodness I was traveling with someone else who could go down and get us changed to an accessible room. All this hassle took at least an hour and was a lot for someone recovering from an injury like I am. Never again.

- 5/5
Everything was amazing !!
- 5/5
Clean and safe
- 5/5
Breakfast was expensive, but the facilities and staff were great.
- 3/5
Food is no good from the in house restaurant White Caps. The burger was terrible, grizzly and so greasy the buns were soaked. Other than that, the hotel was ok.
- 5/5
Great staff, clean room and great service
- 4/5
Felt safe and close by every destination
- 1/5
The rooms are old and dirty.
- 4/5
The hotel is conveniently located between SFO downtown and airport. The room was clean.
- 5/5
Very comfortable
- 5/5
Great location, clean and comfortable beds
- 2/5
AC just keeps shutting off and couldnt maintain the temperature. It was hot the whole night. And its November. Stained carpets parking fee $46 and no validation. Front desk staff is ok.
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 3/5
Very average hotel. Nothing special.
- 4/5
good
- 5/5
Yes it was. Nice comfy stay
- 3/5
everything felt a little dated and worn.
- 5/5
The facilities were very well kept and the pool was heated.
- 5/5
Great to see
- 2/5
No comment
- 3/5
The hotel itself is convenient to the airport, but the room I had for one night was close to the elevators, and therefore it was very loud every time the elevator went up or down, also the heater is extremely loud. OK for one night, but I would not want to have to stay there several nights.
- 1/5
$40 Parking charge is outrageous.
- 3/5
They are now changing a lot for parking. Also no cleaning the room family. Change chocolate cookies for different ones no so appealing
- 3/5
This property needs renovating. Parking costs, but there’s no gate, very strange. Coffee maker was broken and there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom. Overpriced for staying at an older hotel to be close to the airport.
- 4/5
Needs updates
- 2/5
The room was clean ,parking was expensive for one night , I could hear guest next-door talking throughout the night , and I noticed there was roaches in the lobby.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel and staff ! I got a complimentary breakfast and took a walk across the street around the bay !
- 5/5
Enjoyed the bed and pillows!
- 5/5
Easy check in great staff
- 3/5
The front Desk young lady was not friendly. I called the front desk so many times and nobody answered the phone.
- 1/5
Beds were on the floor shower didn’t work
- 4/5
Great price. Clean rooms. Bathtub amd bathroom mirror a lil old but at least they had one on the 6th floor. The indoor pool was nice. Stocked with towels. I recommend bringing your own coffee n creamers. Felt super safe w my kid. Would stay again if in the area.
- 3/5
Rooms not clean enough and needs to be renovated. Cleaning staff lazy, and Parking fees are to excessive.
- 4/5
Everything was great. My only complaint was that I paid extra for a room with a "Bay View" only to find a room with a very small window and the view blocked by the neighboring hotel. Not a big deal, but I won't pay extra for a view in the future.
- 5/5
Room was cold
- 5/5
The rooms were real nice and cozy and the parkin was easy and convenient and the rooms are right by the ocean
- 3/5
Parking is $40/night for everyone, even the disabled. Better off spending the extra $40/ night at a nicer place at a much better location.
- 3/5
The room was on the 2nd floor , no view! Bathroom had a moldy smell to it The entire room looked clean
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed our stay very much
- 3/5
I searched for a hotel with free breakfast. After I arrived I learned I did not have the kind of reservation that includes breakfast. I found the reservation process challenging. It was difficult to get all of the information. Specifically, it was difficult to understand all of the potential charges, fees, policies (breakfast), etc.
- 3/5
Good hotel but won’t stay again, almost $100 to park at the hotel for 2 nights.
- 5/5
I will be back
- 5/5
Staff was friendly
- 5/5
The front desk staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The breakfast was good: better than most business hotels for example.
- 2/5
This place was clean and nice. Inside hotel itself was nice. However, they charged a ridiculous $40 a night for parking and did NOT include complimentary breakfast! Everything here was an extra charge and just such a rip off! I'd never go bsck here!
- 3/5
Property is starting to show aging and older. Although main
- 5/5
Loved the cookies
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
quiet and clean room
- 1/5
Pool was closed, no breakfast, 40 dollars a night to park. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! We requested a refund and left. Do not reccomend.
- 4/5
No restaurants or grocery stores nearby
- 3/5
Nice property and nice staff, but it was noisy at night
- 5/5
Quite, clean and affordable
- 1/5
A lot of better options and really regretted booking this hotel. Got bed bug bites and rashes from dust mites. Shower didn’t work and everything just felt dirty.
- 1/5
Hotel was ok.. the air conditioner was extremely loud when turned on throughout the night .. woke up 5-6 times throughout the night. Parking fees was a fiasco., $37 a night and the system they used isn’t up to date and still issuing tickets when you have paid for parking . Still waiting for my reimbursement for double charging.
- 1/5
Terrible staff all around
- 5/5
great stay!
- 5/5
Clean lobby, quiet area, restaurant on site, and nearby.
- 5/5
It was amazing and very relaxing.
- 5/5
Nice rooms easy to get to
- 5/5

- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Nice place atay
- 5/5
Easy quick and worry free , refreshments in lounge a bit expensive though
- 5/5
I loved how convenient this hotel is 15 minutes away from Oracle Park.
- 4/5
Great breakfast buffet. However, the pool was out of action and it would've been good to know this before booking.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and very clean
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Place was great and easy tonget to
- 5/5
Y'all have to turn those mattresses around every few months. When someone sleeps on the same spot for months (or years), that mattress is no longer comfortable (I'm sure some need to be replaced). Same for the pillows. It's as if there is no pillow. The pillow is there...but it's not doing the job of a pillow. When you put your head on the pillow, your head practically hits the bed. Definitely need replacing. With the exception of that, everything else was perfecto.
- 4/5
Think that the $40 overnight parking charge is a bit too high.
- 5/5
Very comfortable accommodations with a nice view. Also has a pool and is close to SFO and downtown San Francisco
- 5/5
It was amazing. Enjoyed our stat. Beautiful view and room. Great staff.
- 3/5
Accommodations were okay. Floor was dirty and torn. We booked because of the closeness to our vacation actinides and for the pool. Upon check in we saw a sign that the pool was temporarily closed but staff didn’t know why. They eventually found out closed for maintenance for a month. This was the main reason we booked here.
- 5/5
Room where large and clean
- 5/5
We had a great time!
- 2/5
Parking by qr code not explained or priced. Breakfast not clear how to get voucher on site. Double tree wont print price reciept from expeda.
- 5/5
Loved our stay five minute drive to restaurants and gas. Excellent and courteous staff. Forgot my toothbrush and they kindly gave me one.
- 5/5
Everyone was nice and helpful
- 1/5
I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was told upon check in that we were bumped to a single room with a pull out couch because they sold out of double queens and Hilton reserves the right to bump us because we booked through a third party. My daughter ended up having to sleep on a pull out bed that was awful. You could feel every spring and bar. Then, we realized the shower had no shower head - and only a hand wand that was attached at waist-level in the shower. So, we weren't able to shower hands-free. Additionally, there are no restaurants or gas stations around, so you have to drive anywhere. I'm glad I was able to get a refund for this terrible experience.
- 3/5
I like the convenient location of the hotel. Our room was average. Pillows and linens were clean and comfortable. FYI, breakfast is not included and overnight parking is NOT included in your fee for the hotel. I paid $41 to park overnight. SO if you're on a budget, keep that in mind as an added fee.
- 4/5
Would come back!
- 5/5
Only downside was not having EV charging on site. I had to use the parking garage (6min walk one way back to the hotel while waiting for a level2 charge.)
- 2/5
The room had a sweaty musty smell. It smelled like someone tried to cover it up with a cheap cologne. They ask you to pay for parking? Ridiculous.
- 3/5
Staff was very helpful.
- 4/5
I was greeted very nicely, all my questions were answered politely, staff was outstanding and very accommodating. I will stay here with any future visits! Also, great restaurant
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
A regular stay for us… love this place. Nice with a pool, room service and restaurant/bar right by the water for not too much money. What more could you ask for? Oh yeah… they have warm cookies at check-in too.
- 3/5
Hidden Parking fee? Not a huge deal. Definitely not the best restaurant on property reconsider your meals as breakfast also not included. Check out is at noon and cleaners were opening out door at 9am when we were still in bed. When I asked why they said they don’t speak English. Blankets had what looked like blood stains. Not an extremely bad stay but would never considering staying again. Disappointing for a Hilton.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff. I didn't like that they didn't have a shuttle bus to the airport.
- 3/5
There were dirty under and other things left from people from before.
- 4/5
Great experience
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Abby at check-in was very professional and helpful. THANK YOU
- 2/5
Sheets and towels smelled dusty. AC smelled of urine. Parking is $30 / day with no other options nearby.
- 1/5
You can't imagine what animal I saw in the bathroom! Noisy door and dirty carpet. Defiantly will not stay again.
- 5/5
This was a last minute trip. Literally from one day to another. We loved the location. I felt safe, compared to other reviews of other hotels in San Francisco stating there was a lot of homeless and robberies. I came with my kids so safety is always key. It’s close to the airport and only 9 miles away from fisherman’s wharf, yet traffic is what makes it seem so far. However, during the night I didn’t hear a single sound, we were able to rest. We also paid for the breakfast which in all honesty was decent. My girls made waffles, they had toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, and house potatoes. I will however say that some furniture is outdated with some of pleather pealing off. There were a few stains on the carpet and typical wear and tear. They have an ok indoor pool, again a little outdated and a small gym. The one thing I was disappointed with was they had no jacuzzi. It looks as if they use to in the past but maybe it broke and didn’t want to repair it. Not sure I didn’t ask but it’s there covered up complete. They also charge for overnight parking which is a bummer because we tried staying away from downtown to avoid that type of charge and still had to pay. However, we enjoyed our overall stay. The price was good and no actual complaints here.
- 5/5
I liked that we could park out car for longterm parking. Staff were friendly.
- 5/5
Very smooth.
- 5/5
Clean.. but not enough conditioner and no available body wash. Trying to call the reception but no answer.
- 3/5
We stayed in room 226 the carpet had stains everywhere, we pulled the sheet back on one of the two beds and there was like red nail polish or something all over the bottom blanket
- 3/5
Bad customer service didn't explain the room details about the AC. I felt like because we order thru hotels.com that they didn't care much. They charge 25 dollars to park that i dont even think they check.
- 5/5
Doubletree Rules!!!!!🍪🙌
- 1/5
Room smelled like cigarette smoke and beds were missing bottom base.
- 3/5
Stuff was friendly but hotel rooms very dirty and old not mention we stayed there 2 nights and room service didn’t cleaned up our room when we came back from outside overall was not bad but next time I'm not gonna stay here anymore
- 4/5
Nice relax time in the pool with kids
- 5/5
All good
- 3/5
Blanket was dirty and the front desk agent
- 5/5
They need a new cook brussels sprouts was burnt
- 4/5
The room was excellent the pool area was disappointing and the jacuzzi was covered with a piece of plywood. The pool was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel.
- 4/5
A good property. Comfortable beds and good bathroom. The only thing was that the pillow was not washed thoroughly and still had the smell of the previous guest.
- 3/5
was very disappointing for a doubletree. outdated and poor water pressure. the $35 parking was ridiculous they dont even take responsibility for vehicles with security for $35. theres a jacuzzi in pictures but none on site. very misleading all around will never go back!
- 3/5
The bedding was stained, and I found that charging an additional $35 per night for parking was ridiculous. The area it was in was a bit away from everything which made it feel safe, but did take a long time to get to places I needed to go for food- etc. I won’t be returning.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and spacious. The shower was amazing. It was very quiet. We couldnt hear anyone. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Its kinda ridiculous to pay so much to park. Its not like there are so many places around. A shuttle from the airport would be nice.
- 4/5
The hotel is off the beaten path, but it’s close to SFO in the industrial area. It’s safe and a very clean environment. The food in the restaurant was good and great service. It would have been nice to have had assistance with our luggage, but we managed with the provided cart. So far, I would recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
Walls are very thin. Heard my neighbor yell at his kids and children were loud!
- 1/5
Is too xpencing parking in the night
- 3/5
I was bothered by the deceptive language about parking. Your ass should make it clear if the parking is free. The parking was ridiculously expensive because they have you by the balls. A good nightly rate is meaningless if the parking is out of control . They also had initially said that I did not buy the breakfast, though I had. Before my anger could surface, the desk clerk all of a sudden found my name on the breakfast list and averted a scene.aside from being ripped off for parking it was a good stay though 35$ pkg at an airport hotel is outrageous.
- 4/5
This place is a great option for those staying near the airport, offering a good value for money. Some rooms even have a view, which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly, and there’s a bar and restaurant in the lobby.
- 3/5
Old structure and lack of amenities
- 5/5
Never have issue with the Hilton
- 4/5
The pool looked better in the pictures, but they were doing some work so maybe next time it will look nicer. The room was clean and comfortable however, the sink in the bathroom clogged up at the end.
- 5/5
Comfortable
- 3/5
The hotel was advertised with free transportation from the airport, but that was NOT true. Lyft ride added $45 to expected cost. Room was fine. Clean, comfortable and in good repair, as you would expect.
- 3/5
The tree with a lot of branches near window blocked the view from my room
- 5/5
We had a great stay!
- 3/5
Check in process was fast. The lady at the front desk was polite. The rooms weren’t as cleaned as I would have liked it. For example, there was hair on the bathroom floor, there was a sticker on the bed. One might say that it was minor but it just felt like a rushed job.
