Our towels were damp, but the hotel gave us fresh clean towels with no problem. Did advise that bathroom could have been cleaner. But over all they were good.

Great stay. Nice and quiet area. No complaints at all.

I only stayed one night for business, but it was a very clean and quiet hotel.

The Room was clean and organized. But, the TV was not in front of the bed.

Breakfast was OK. I liked the coffee bar with the 4 different options. On the second day, only our bed was made by housekeeping; the bathroom was not cleaned. On the third day, nothing was done in our room; bed not made & bathroom not cleaned. It was 8:15 pm by the time we got back that third evening. I went to front desk, but the woman just told me to let manager know in morning (which would be when we were checking out). I had to get a box of tissues from her as we were totally out. When checking out, I told the manager about this, & she said they were short-staffed & that is why room wasn't cleaned/ only every other room was cleaned. Considering how many rooms had DND signs on their doors, seems as though could have done our room. She also said if we had let them know, they would have made sure our room was cleaned. Since we didn't know beforehand our room wasn't going to be cleaned, how could we let them know?? We left at 8 in the morning & weren't back till about 8:15 at night. there certainly wasnt anyone there at night to clean. It really is unacceptable that we weren't given a credit. Part of the room rate is having daily housekeeping. We shouldn't have had to pay full price. If they were short staffed, then they had a lot less labor costs overall.

Clean, comfortable room. Nice pool and hot tub, which we took advantage of several times. Nice breakfast. 5 minutes from SUNY Brockport and very convenient for taking a campus tour.

Staff very pleasant and answered questions if there was any. Hot tub and pool wonderful. Breakfast was fine like the variety of things to pick. The rooms were very clean only complaint was that the toilets were very low felt like we're in elementary school. People with knee problems and back problems will have a problem with trying to get up after each use. Other then that loved the room and how clean they were.

Good place for a quick overnight.

Gave us a different room than what we booked claiming they don’t have that type available during renovations (yet had available to choose online and pay the extra for). Yes, the hotel is under construction, but the cleanliness is not good and customer service was awful. It had snowed quite a bit & they had no one plowing or shoveling. Just a terrible experience and no empathy from staff who placed their inconveniences back on us, stating “it only was a small amount more you paid & still got a good price anyway when I asked for a refund on the extra I had paid for the upgrade I didn’t get. Will never stay here again!

The drain in 319 drains so slow you're covered in soap. They had no coffee in the room or in the lobby. I understand there's a renovation going on, but these are simple things. Unfortunately I won't be staying there again. Not worth the $150+ a night at all.

Staff was fine. Reservation was for a king and we did not get a king.

It was under construction and everything was still convenient. We stay once every other month I’m glad with the construction they’re changing the mattresses.. a little face slipped never hurts. Pool area is still perfect temperature nice and hot..

Both rooms reeked of Marijuana smoke, and the desk and floor managers did nothing to fix the problem. This was a staycation so the kids could swim in the pool, but the pool was closed.

Jennifer, one of the 11 year staff members went above and beyond for me in my time of need. I was in town for my uncle’s funeral and she helped me immensely. I wasn’t able to properly thank her but now is my chance! Thank you Jennifer for all of your help. Clean rooms, yummy breakfast and Jennifer made my stay wonderful.

Matresses were awful. Doors slamming constantly throughout the night and morning.

Minor complaint. There was no body wash in the shower. Talked to front desk and they said they were waiting for them. The breakfast is always great! gym needs another adjustable bench in case more than one person in gym …

Liked location convenience. Not used to lack of small amenities. No shower cap, no pen or paper, Qtips, nail file.

Everything was fine… the breakfast is always great … was able to use the gym… another adjustable bench would be great in case 2 people are in gym. Only negative thing I can say is some of the chairs in room are worn down and should be replaced. My chair had stains on it and the other chair was worn and had rips …. Other than that. Great stay as usual

Close to family for a perfect quick stay. Breakfast options were good one of the days I was there.

Staff was helpful but most of time non existent. They chose not to change our bed linen. Was it because we were only staying for a few days? Included breakfast was substandard. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The only reason I gave it a 4 over rating was because a whole bunch of people were in Rochester for a reunion and they had a party in a room close to ours until 2am. Very disrespectful especially from a bunch of 65ish (and I’m being kind) year olds.

I stayed here for a quick visit to SUNY Brockport. It is very close to the college. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

I liked the handicapped option. It made it easier to move around and feel safe. It was very clean, I did a blacklight test and it passed with the exception of a chair. But everything else was immaculate!

In town for Brockport event for our Grandson who is a sophomore. Normal stay at Hotel all went well - First night stay $202.00, second night was quoted at over $400.00 and did not stay for second night.(not right to price gouge) Moved to the Best Western for the second night with same accommodations including free breakfast for just over $200.00. Next time will stay at the Best Western both nights, as he has two more years.

Not always easy getting in & out of the parking lot

Room is advertised as "sleeps 5" , we had 3 children and two adults. The room onky had two queen size beds, when we asked for a roll away cot or something we were told no. We were told that it was not allowed due to fire codes. The ice machine on our floor did not work. There were no towels in the pool area, when we went up to the front deak to ask for towels for the pool area, they onlybgave us three and said we had to share because they needed to wash a load of towels. Our room only had two rolls of half used toliet paper.

The room was comfortable and as described. The pool and gym were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff were incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. The room was clean and updated. The bed was not that comfortable but it wasn't my own. The pool area was great. Unfortunately, I was looking for ward to the hot tub which out of service but it happens. The price was decent. Highly recommend.

Took the grand-kids for an overnight for the Feb. school break. The pool was great. Hot tub wasn't working. Breakfast was ok. They ran out of orange juice. Thought the breakfast was better other times we've stayed there. Kids enjoyed the pool. The weather outside was miserable.

Called before booking and asked if pool and hot tub were open and was told yes. Hot tub was out of order during our stay, which was a couple days after I had called to ask about it.

Air conditioner and or fan was extremely loud. Kept us up most if the night.

Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service.

This was probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, everything was very clean and the pool temperature was perfect. We will definitely stay here again. The breakfast offerings were great as well.

We really liked the room. It was spacious, convenient on the first floor, loved the special touch of our name on TV as we walked in and the continental breakfast in morning was fresh and plentiful. It was a great stay!

The heater in the room sounded like an old tractor. Thr staff was very friendly and helpful. The tv had a bad connection so it wouldnt stay connected to a station.

The room didn't have a a TV that offered live shows or at least it wasn't working. In town on business away from home would have been nice to watch Monday night football while I worked. Friendly and accommodating front desk clerk came up to the room to try and get it to work but could not. Said I could come to the lobby and watch it. Not exactly ideal trying to catch up on work and relax watching football in a hotel lobby.

I always stay at Hampton’s, they are always clean and quiet with professional staff… Brockport Hampton was great as I would expect it to be

We stayed one night. It was awesome! The room and facilities were spotless. The breakfast was way more than i expected. The one thing that i loved was when i walked into the room the tv screen said "welcome Suzanne" loved that!

The hotel is in really good condition, the staff is mostly very friendly, and the room was comfortable. Really the only knock is the trash was still in our room from the previous guest, which was kind of gross.

Location was good for family wedding. Hotel was nice - front desk personnel were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was average - what you’d expect. Our only issue is we only had our room serviced Friday. Not a huge deal but would have preferred to have trash emptied and not have to go to main desk for towels, etc

The toilet level in the room I was in was so very low to the ground. Sounds ridiculous but I felt like I was falling it was so low.

Great overnight stay. Hotel looked like it was full but it was very quiet.

I booked a king bed room and received a two queen room. The most frustrating part of this is that we were not informed of this change during check in. We abruptly found out after we used the swim area and went to our assigned room to find it was not what we booked. We changed from our swim wear and proceeded to the front desk to inquire. We were told they had no available king bed rooms, but had no answer as to why we were not informed of this upon check in. Nothing was done to compensate for this ‘mix up’. The room also had layers of dust on the room items (e.g. lamps, mirrors etc) it is hard to believe the room received the acceptable amount of cleaning one would expect. Definitely not my favorite Hampton.

Only thing I didn't like. Electronic key cards stop being usable at a certain time, probably noon, check-out time. I went back to double check room, make sure we didn't leave anything. Couldn't get in. Might want to add 15 mins to card just for those types of instances where you're not out at exactly 12:00.

Excellent staff. Facilities in great condition. Breakfast good. Only complaint is that sideways weren't shoveled in a timely manner.
