Smelled like mold , black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, shower floor slimy, no soap in the shower, mold/grime around the shower and wallpaper coming off the wall. I don't think the bed was changed either.

The pool was nice and clean! The staff was super sweet! Comfy beds. Check in was at 3. We got there at 6. And had to wait until 7 or after to actually get checked in.

I feel this hotel is in pretty poor condition however it has been recently renovated. The hallway and our room had two different strange odors and our mattress cover was very stained. Not a very pleasant stay. The staff was very polite and accommodating.

The room was clean. The only thing I didn't understand is why they do not put garbage bags in the cans. Other than that I had no problems at all

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very pleasant and enjoyed talking with them. Breakfast was good and attendant was courteous and keep food replenished.

From check in, to cleanliness, to good Wi-Fi to the diverse breakfast bar, it was all top notch. Great value!

The first room we had there was an a/c unit that smelled like it was burning. We were then switched to a different room and the shower had a pathetic stream and it didn’t even get to room temperature. The ceiling in the lobby busted open due to an untreated plumbing leak on the second floor. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in over a month, there weren’t any towels in the spot they were supposed to be, the sun chairs were literally falling apart at the seams. Don’t stay here!

Location was great and close to restaurants. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would have liked to see scrambled eggs on the breakfast buffet.

Did not like that the carpet down the hall was stained. Also the bathroom fixtures were falling off the wall. The drainage fixture in the bathtub was very old and rusted. This property needs a refreshing. Staff was nice. Why is breakfast so early, 6-9? 6-10 sounds a lot more reasonable.

Restroom was old and smelled like mold. Went in to take shower and someone else’s hair was already there. Gross. Sheets had a darkish brown stain. I asked front seat for new sheets and I had to change them myself

We only stopped for one night driving home from Disney World. It was clean, neat and the staff were very nice and friendly. The room qas comfortable but a little worn. The hotel was going under refurbishment so Im assuming they just havent gotten to that room yet. It was perfect for our needs.

The room was extremely dark. Housekeeping did not show up until check out. Asked for an extra blanket and had was told to come get it. They currently were doing construction on the next floor

Very disappointed in the condition of the hotel. We travel a lot, and have been very disappointed in the condition of the Fairfield by Marriott hotels. We went to dinner and came back to find water all over the bathroom floor - apparently a leak in the unit above us. Patches never painted over, cracks and peeling paint on ceiling…

This was just an overnight stay. Check-in was fast and the front staff both morning at night were friendly. However, upon entering the room, the floor was dirty and needed to be mopped as well as the bathroom, which also had Bluetooth toothpaste on the wall. There was aan overnight stay. There was a bag of food left in the refrigerator, and there was a coffee ring on one of the nightstands. The two chairs at the table had crumbs in them and the table had what looked like eyelashes it. Weird I know, but that’s what they looked like and there were multiple unless there was a pet of sorts staying previously.

This was s great, clan stay. The bathroom was super clean amd no nasty, random hairs in sight! Im a big fan of the Marriott--and its a pet-free zone!

I was not happy about all the noise. I could hear the people in the next room clear as day. And the people upstairs like they had a wrestling match going on. I will definitely try another hotel on my next stay.

It was a great experience! No matter what we needed whether it was towels or to fix or broken handle to our toilet, they came and fixed it right away.

Great front desk staff - close to I-95. My family enjoyed the outdoor pool after a long day in the car. Close to lots of dinner options.

Breakfast made my husband sick.

The only upgrade I would consider is the pool bottom could use painting but it was clean and towels available as well as nice tables and chairs.

The pool was closed. Had a sign on it, "dawn to dusk". We checked in, still light outside, was locked. Next morning, still not open at 11:00 am. Expedia website said pool open until 10pm. Also had a picture with hot tub. There was not one there. Had some disappointed grandchildren. Need to adjust your property description.

We stayed for a couple of nights. Everything was ok except the shower water needed to be a little hotter and the shower door would not close all the way. According to another person at the hotel, they were experiencing the exact same issues. Other then that, the hotel was great.

Request a king size room, even show the front desk clerk my reservation,didn't make a difference to her stated that it was 3rd party issue an they enter for 2 double suite instead of king room.. not happy with service..
