The breakfast was just waffles, had cold coffee and the orange juice looked brown and was hot and the apple juice was as bad and both were in pitchers. Only had one wash towel, one hand towel and two towels. Mother-in-law almost slipped in the handicap bath, they need to add non-slip pads in the handicap bathrooms. Only had a great experience with one staff member that came from England everyone else were not friendly.

The gentleman helping me on the front desk was not very helpful at all. The room is not very clean. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and in the bathtub. The bathtub had a hole in the side of it that had been patched with some sort of something. The next morning I went for breakfast there was no milk. The cereal was stale. There was no butter. The bread was old. There was no yogurt. The lobby is filthy.

Breakfast was light and simple but good We had a big wasp nest in the door frame and with a son that's allergic it made things difficult since staff wouldn't remove it or move rooms. Location is horrible with very little parking. The hotel is right between a truck stop and a truck wash. All you hear is the freeway and truck engines all night. People were passed out under the stair well and smoking all night in the pool area. Bed was terrible, TV didn't work and the shower was dirty. Definitely not worth staying at!

Cleanliness was not to my standard. Room had an old smell to it. It is next to the 10 Freeway so it was noisy.

While the staff was friendly enough, this was the worst place I've stayed in a cross-continental trip of over 3000 miles. There was hot water in the tub, but only warm from the sink faucet, no matter how long you waited. The remote for the TV didn't work; asked for replacement batteries, but was told the "sensor" probably wasn't working. Gave up after a while. No ice bucket in the room. Mediocre breakfast: no hot water at all for things like tea; wonder bread, basically, with no other similar options like bagels or muffins. Very below par. (Note: I accidentally misplaced this review earlier for the Wyndham hotel in Andrews, which was a very good place. My apologies.)

We checked out after 1 night. Was staying 4. The room was dirty and didn’t feel safe there. There was no one at the desk when we arrived. Waited about 25 minutes for her to show up. Can say staff was pleasant enough and they refunded our money for 2 nights. Which was nice.

Spacious room that was clean and had good working AC and refrigerator. The water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent, but everything else was good. The bed was comfortable, satellite tv worked and the staff was extremely friendly.

The bathroom in the first room we were given was disgusting and clearly poorly maintained. There were visible mold/mildew stains around the shower, severe cracking and water damage in the walls, and overall the bathroom looked unsanitary. The linens and towels also appeared dirty, which immediately made us question the cleanliness of the room. When we reported it, the attendant was actually very helpful and tried to accommodate us. She showed us three additional rooms, but two of those rooms also had moldy showers and similar maintenance issues. Eventually she placed us in a room on the second floor, which unfortunately had a very strong humid/musty smell throughout the room. At that point we accepted it because we simply couldn’t keep moving rooms, especially since I am disabled and suffer from severe back problems, and going from room to room carrying belongings was extremely difficult. I specifically asked the attendant to notify management that I was very upset with the conditions. I even waited before leaving this review to give the manager the opportunity to reach out and address the issue, but no one ever contacted me. The condition of the rooms we were shown and the lack of follow-up from management show a serious lack of maintenance and concern for guests. I am posting the photos so people can see the condition for themselves.

The room was dirty. Bed had stains and hair in the sheets. Walls had something splattered across them in multiple locations. The towels smelled dirty. This was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel.

I was in the room with my kids between 10 and 30 minutes until I decided that I had to leave I just couldn't do the filth it was disgusting. And I went to check out that night they told me that they would refund me the following day when the manager was in the office. They refunded me for one night and tried to say that I used that night in the room which I did not do. Then they told me that I left trash in the room which I also did not do and then they also said that I brought a dog with me which I don't even have dogs because me and two of my kids are highly allergic to dogs. I filed a complaint with the corporate Wyndham, and I also have filed a complaint with the health department!!!!! Do not stay here!!!!

The room was clean; the staff was great. The hotel is next to a truck stop with a wash station which is very loud. The freeway noise and truck stop noise could be decreased with thicker windows. Breakfast was advertised but there was not any protein.

Hotel was not work $194 a night. Very old dated. Breakfast was weak. My wife refused to shower cause shower was dirty. Satellite TV did not come in kept buffering. Disappointed in this hotel. Would not recommend unless you are in need or desperate for a room.

The room was very not prepared for new guests to stay in, there were many spots on the tub was dirty and a few spots that looked like mold. The WiFi was not working which made the TV unable to watch Channels or features. Refrigerator was not working and had water all over. Staff didn’t give me no information on check out or any of the amenities they offer. The service I paid for does NOT match the price of the room.

The Breakfast bar is the biggest joke in the hotel industry. You can have one flavor of yogurt, or two different cerals.

The room was clean but run down. It definitely wasn’t what was shown in photographs. The area is not an ideal area and sketchy activity going on premises. This place is located in a truck stop area. Amenities were minimal. This Days Inn is dated and needs renovations.

Upon our arrival, we were given a room that had suitcases and personal belongings from somebody already in. The room was filthy, there was tape left on the blow dryer from hygiene products from a previous person, and there was poop stains on the inside of the toilet. The interior of the room was also in poor condition, with bubbled up paint missing trim.

On a positive note, the receptionist was excellent—incredibly friendly, informative, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. ​Unfortunately, the room itself was unacceptable. Upon entering the building, there was a heavy smell of marijuana that also was in our room. While the room is dated, the real issue was the lack of cleanliness. The shower head leaked so badly I had to wrap it in a towel to stop it from spraying everywhere. The shower curtain was stained and moldy, the bathroom vanity drain was dirty, and there were unfinished drywall patches on the walls. ​While the noise from the nearby truck stop was manageable, the hygiene standards were not. You can have a dated room that is clean and beautiful, but sadly, that was not the case here.

The room was fine. Clean and organized. 4 small pillows on the bed king size bed and no extras will be given. No place to hang anything. Staff was polite and helpful enough.

The Staff was very accommodating. He helped us park our Jeep and trailer. Asked if we needed anything to just let him know and was super friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and clean. My only complaint was that the internet kept buffering while we watched TV, making it difficult to watch. They should invest in a better internet provider. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

So, super hard here to leave a complete review, the room was clean, bed was clean and comfortable. The staff at check-in and check out were great and friendly, The bathroom was outdated and could have used some updating. The 4 postage stamp sized pillows on the king bed were not impressive. No closet or storage of any kind to speak of. I was put on the second floor facing the truck stop, non-stop noise and activity. I was scheduled for a week but left after a day because my circumstances changed.

I booked the last King bed room available as indicated on the Expedia website. At check in I was told they have no King Bed rooms available. I also requested a non smoking room. The front desk said they had a queen room non smoking available. When I walked into my room I got hit with the smell ok smoke right away. When I called the front desk I was told that’s all they had available and couldn’t offer me anything for the inconvenience. Since I booked this room from your website I hope that you can refund my money as my whole stay was disappointing.

So bad. The room was gross. There was a towel in a double room no wash cloths. People yelling out side. All night long. Awful pillows. The breakfast was so bad! The waffle iron looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. And the juice dispenser didn’t work. And to top it off someone’s able to open our door in our room while we were in there. Very unsettling while traveling with young kids.

If I were Days Inn, I'd be embarrassed to have my name on this hotel in Buckeye Arizona. What a "poop" hole! Our first room was so bad we had to change to another. Lights didn't work (even the only ones above the sink), stain on the white bedspread, air conditioner was extremely noisy - sounded like it was going to jump off the wall (this kept us up on the first night and the main reason we had to switch rooms), no small bar of soap at the sink to wash our hands, no wash clothes to take a bath or shower with, smoke detector was pulled from the ceiling (where there were black fingerprints of the person who dismantled it), 1 hand towel and two bath towels (for two people) to use for 4 days without having had the cleaning people check in and replace toweling for us or make the beds. The pillows on the bed were tiny - like throw pillows for a couch (the beds were queen size). When we asked for additional pillows, they didn't have any. The continental breakfast was a complete joke - just cold cereal (two kinds MAYBE), toast, and waffles (the waffle iron had burnt mix on it so no one could make more unless they cleaned the gridle first). One flavor/type yogurt. No eggs, no meat and/or any potatoes. There were also small damages to the rooms like clothes hooks pulled off the wall w/o having been replaced. We will NEVER stay at a Days Inn again!

The person manning the front desk was nice enough. This property is aimed at working people and it's in rough shape because of it. Rock hard beds, floors and walls stained, terrible heating/cooling unit. One of the other rooms our party stayed in smelt like an ashtray even though smoking has been banned in hotel rooms for decades. Not like 1 person smoked in it for 1 night, years of smoking.

We were given only one hand towel, one washcloth, and one bar of soap. When we brought these items to the staff's attention, we were given excuses, reasons for why things are, etc. Although the problems were taken care of, I felt that as a guest, I didn't matter. The continental breakfast didn't include fruit, muffins or pastries, bagels/cream cheese, coffee creamer...items that I have come to expect from staying at other Wyndham properties.

Noisy all around

We booked this room as a stopping point from AZ to CA since we were traveling with 2 kids under 3. We thought we could stop for a few hours, stretch our legs and let the kids sleep for a bit before hitting the road again. From the moment we checked in it was bad - we should have to demanded a refund and just kept on driving though. This is not a family friendly hotel. There were groups of people congregating outside their rooms smoking pot and blaring music. There was a bum sleeping in the dirt next to the parking lot, just outside the rooms. The room was dirty. There were stains on the sheets and blankets. The door was pretty banged up from the inside. The flush handle on the toilet was cracked and barely hanging on. There was soap scum stains in the bathtub. They gave 2 tiny flat pillows. The floors were grimy. There was a strong smell of ammonia when you first opened the door - there’s a clean, fresh scent and then there’s the smell of a half ass clean covered with ammonia. We won’t be staying here again.

Long day riding on our motorcycles hot and tired. Check in lady was polite and efficient. Unfortunately, the reason we booked the hotel was for laundry machines, which were not in service. Thankfully, there were laundry facilities next door at Love's truck stop and we were able to do laundry there. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A/C worked and our stay was overall good. Would recommend for a quick overnight stay. Long term with big trucks running next door wouldn't be too pleasant.

Location was good, customer service was excellent, parking lot needed cleaning, tire was on the parking lot and several pairs of tennis shoes were all over the parking lot. The room was clean but outdated. Broken pieces like the clothing hook was missing, second security latch was broken, the fridge was lose, the expandable mirror was missing but the bracket base was still attached to the wall. I didn’t take a shower because the towels were washed but way too yellow that look dirty.

The rooms seemed clean but I didn’t stay I checked out right away because outside my door were shoes and bottles of alcohol around the pool area I seen drunk men just laying on the floor like if they had no idea what was going on

It was a non smoking room but the smell was still not the greatest. Multiple flies in the room and outside. The property upkeep was poor. A lot of random shoes and trash near some of the rooms. The hotel is by a truck rest stop. I wouldn't recommend getting a place here. The pictures are very deceiving online.

The room was nice the area around the hotel and the people hanging around outside made it very uncomfortable.

1st they changed my reservation that was made many months in advance and never bothered to notify me, I didn't find out until I drove 17 hours only to find they didn't have my room, changed it without notice, claimed to have called me yet no missed calls or voicemails. Then they didn't want to compromise only give me a 40.00 discount on a room I couldn't use. Then I find out they already charged my card and they weren't supposed to until I was there. Asked for a receipt only to be told they can't give me one.

The door to the room was difficult to operate. Had to push down very hard to get the door open. The phone in the room didn't work, and there was no stopper for the tub so my wife could not take the bath she was so looking forward to. When I brought these issues to the receptionist's attention, she said there were no stoppers for the tubs, said nothing about the phone, and offered no compensation for our trouble. They also did not accommodate our request for a bit of a later check-out again stating they were fully booked for that evening (seems to be a "go-to" excuse there).

When I went to check out on Tuesday morning, there was nobody at the desk. I waited 1518 minutes went back up to my room got the card that shows my room number on it. Put the key in the card and put it on the desk at the front desk still nobody there.

i havent recieved my deposit back even tho i only stayed for a few hours. No damages were done to the room and no stains other than the ones already there. Unsanitary beat up place. a lot of broken flooring and the bathtub parts, room phone didnt work and some light also didnt work. i have pictures to back up my claims.

I was awakened at 3 AM with two people standing in my doorway. The front desk assigned my room (which I still had paid for and reserved for 3 more days) to another group of people. This was not a simple mistake, this was failure at multiple levels; I requested no housekeeping, housekeeping had not been in my room the prior two days, so how is the front desk fine with assigning a room that has not been serviced by housekeeping between guests?

The location is convenient to the freeway and the staff was nice. There was trash in the parking lots, noisy tenants, old and broken items in the room. The shower curtain bar was hanging out of the wall. There was practically no water pressure. The bed pillows were very old and broken down.

Great front desk staff but unfortunately there is a party going on in the parking lot and at the pool. It is very uncomfortable for a single woman to have to deal with a bunch of men smoking and cussing and drinking.

This hotel was filthy. Looked like the floor had not been moped in years, infact, after I showered, the shower towel had black foot prints on it, just from water soaking through. There was toothpaste on the counter and dirt all over the floor. I was afraid to touch the TV remote until I cleaned it. It looked like last nights dinner was on it. There was wires hanging from the ceiling from a removed smoke detector just to cap off our evening.

This property should have been better since it has the Wyndham name associated with it. Mold on the floors and shower leaking. There was no breakfast per se as they had only dry cereal and bread. It sure was not what I expected for the price that was paid.

There was blood and urine on the floor and walls in both rooms I was given. Black mold in the shower and hair on the floor and shower. Floor was filthy and sticky and shower and toilet were stained and dirty. Most filthy and unsanitary place I have ever seen and worst hotel I have ever stayed at. This place should be shut down by the health department. Stay away.

The bathroom is in such bad condition

This place is a disaster. As I pulled up, there was a gentleman lying on the walkway with his pants down either sleeping or who knows what. The deadbolt on my room door is not working. I cannot deadbolt the door. Definitely will not stay here again. I should’ve known from the reviews.

Room smelled of piss. Like a dog, or cat peed. It was too late to change hotels so i live with it. Light in the room was awful. Fan in the bathroom was broken and made loud abrasive clanking noise. I've been in worse hotels but i also toured the world in a punk rock band so...

The front door lock was sticking making it difficult to open. Part of the headboard was hanging off the wall with exposed wiring. The shower head was broken. The heat lamp was missing and had exposed wires. There were broken tiles in the bathroom.

That has nothing to do with my card not working on the door. At checkout I wanted to use a different credit card than what i used to hold my reservation, was told that they already charged my card. I was very disappointed with the service and my room.

I didn’t ending up staying at hotel but upon being dissatisfied at check-in, was also told I couldn’t cancel. Location of hotel is strange - next to a semi truck repair area. Room doors all face exterior which didn’t make me feel safe. Pictures online are very deceptive. Didn’t pay to plan ahead this time! This was the most expensive hotel of my weekend travel and I didn’t even stay there.

I had to leave couple hours due to the smell in the room it smelled very bad likes smoke it was very terrible it triggered my asthma so we had to leave and they wouldn't refund it

The room smelled very strongly of synthetic cleaner that irritated my eyes. The shower curtain was moldy and in need of replacement. It impacted the smell of the room as well. The base boards and tile joints in the bathroom area are in need of repair and the electronic lock for my door was fickle. Sometimes it worked, others it didn't. When I went to the front desk to let someone know, no one was present. Location is convenient but I wouldn't stay there again unless I absolutely had to.

Property was absolutely disgusting. Bathroom was gross. See pictures. Stayed 4 days, never changed linens or towels. Didn’t even take out garbage. I will expect a full refund.

The facility is very old, though clean, needs some freshening up. Shower faucet leaked…turned room into a sauna during day.

Dislikes: Plastic around reception area, left over from Covid pandemic, is uninviting, looks tacky, & no longer necessary. Cigarette burn marks on edge of tub also not very classy. No hair dryer nor shampoo. One small bar of soap for 2 guests. Toilet bowel flapper sticking open after each flush requiring intervention.

Room had bedding with cigarette burn marks, toilet had to be flushed correctly to keep from running forever, no room cleaning unless requested but they took our towels with no replacements, breakfast sub par no eggs or bacon or sausage, jacuzzi is paved over, pool is cold and has bird feathers

Microwave has a brown stain (old). Staff keep removing towel without replacing them. The towels are very old and dirty The customer service needs some improvement. The girl at the front desk is doing her best, but the support from owner seems absent. Thanks!

When we checked in, we were given a room that was occupied. Went back to the office and they gave us a different room. No apologies. The second room is in need of maintenance. The drain in the shower is in pieces laying in the tub. The toilet seat is so lose you have to be careful when you sit down. The sink faucet doesn't get any hot water. There was no in room coffee maker or a rack to hang up our clothes. We have stayed here before and had no problems. This was the worst experience with this hotel.

Dusty, the table and floor. Towels are very old. Bed sheets are not freshly wash. Plastic cups with used tea are still on the table.

Holes in walls, not able to use bathtub, shower curtain rod about to fall off, dust on the floors, musty room. Just bad!

Property sits next to I-10. Our room faced but it did not bother us. Facility is older but clean.

Front desk was kind enough to pickup my keys after I almost left them on the ground all night. Needless to say, I’m very lucky and the place is safe.

Place is disgustingly horrible, I was given a room that the beds were undone , had to go back to front desk personnel did not even apologize. Luckily I took a picture of the room. If you need a copy I would be more than glad to send it to you. Also you could open the door without a fob .. will never stay here again.

There were stained or dirty sheets on our bed but staff did bring us new ones (though we had to put them on ourselves). Then we had three guests but only 2 towels. All in all it was a decent stay.

Got there after a late night expecting to get a decent room. We went inside and weren't cleared from people before, yet they said it was when I had pictures, and everything documented. Dirt, stains everywhere literally I wouldn't wish that room on my worst enemy. Got into another room. Man! The smell was awful! There was like three cubes left of toilet paper on the roll and it looked like someone peed on I and it dried yellow. Would NEVER recommend, no refund or accommodation was made either. You are better off sleeping on your car!
