The location was great if you're visiting people in the area. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette a bonus, especially when travelling with kids. Many stores and restaurants around. The breakfast bar had options, but the hot food was dry. The hot tub was not working, and the pool temp was cold.

The hotel was in a great location with many options for retail and food just outside the hotel. The hotel staff was very welcoming upon arrival. They were very informative about the parking lot being paved and not usable for guests, but they had it all figured out in the back parking lot which was not any hassle at all. The room was spacious, clean, and had great amenities for use such as a full size refrigerator, sink, microwave and dishes for use. Shower was great with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable and overall the night was quiet with other guests and no disturbances. Breakfast was great to have as an option just downstairs and made for an easy morning to feed my cheerleader before her big competition. We will be staying here again if ever in the area again.

We booked a 2 Queens room. When we arrived and checked in we were given a King room. Went back to the front desk and were told that's what we booked, nope, I have a confirmation showing 2 Queens. Well, they don't have any other rooms available, we can use the pull out couch for another bed. I don't know if something didn't transfer from Expedia to Home2 Suites, but it was frustrating and the front desk person was less than helpful or compassionate. (Not even an apology for the mix up - even if they didn't mean it). I think the sign in the bathroom says they provide room service every other day? We spent three nights there and never had someone come to leave fresh towels or toilet paper, we had to ask for these items. Person who delivered the towels was very nice, we asked a person cleaning another room if we could take two rolls of toilet paper. The Kleenex and paper towels ran out as well before we checked out. There were no towels at the pool (by design apparently). We asked at the front desk and were told we could ask for them there and give our room number. She requested we return the towels there when we were done. Personally I find this a bit gross, I understand wanting your towels back, but handing them over to the front desk person in the lobby doesn't appeal to me at all from a cleanliness perspective. We've stayed here a few other times and not encountered these issues. May try the Goodyear location next time and see if it's a better overall experience.

Extremely friendly staff that couldn’t be more helpful and a very clean room!! Comfy bed and fantastic shower. We ate breakfast there every morning.

I was here by myself as a woman and it felt soo safe. The room was beautiful. I loved the amenities. I loved how there was shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Absolutely amazing room. The staff was also sooo nice and understanding when i told them i had a fear of elevators, they were able to switch my room to the room closest to the stairs. I 1000% recommend everyone to get a room here! I didnt get a chance to try the breakfast. Next time for sure! 😄

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff was superb. The reception provided me a blanket as I watched television in the lobby. The maintenance worker rushed to assist me when the back entrance door would not open. I needed a pack of butter after the food area was closed, the staff kindly allowed me to get one. The cleaning staff was kind as well. She provided a clean and fresh room for me during my stay.

Everything was fabulous-we enjoyed the pool and work out room. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for our get a way. Breakfast was nice with a good verity. My only small disappointment was that the dishes were not stocked very well during the breakfast so guests found themselves waiting on plates, bowls ect Other than that, it was great.

We had a very nice stay. The only thing I would fix is adding some firm pillows for the bed. All 3 pillows were extremely soft and not comfortable at all for me. Otherwise the bed was fine. The room was great otherwise. Very quiet and very nice staff!

We didn't have the breakfast. The room was nice, but, it's right next to a busy and loud road. It woke us up several times. Everything is new and nice, with a pool and patio with a barbecue. Location or thicker windows

Clean, spacious, a ton of amenities, nice front desk staff, name on the TV was a nice touch, decent views of the mountains. Pretty quiet. Breakfast could’ve been better. AC in living room was LOUD even with bedroom door shut. No way anyone could sleep on that couch bed next to it. Could’ve done without being woken up by a fire alarm. Prefer a bathtub not just a standing shower. Dog relief area was tiny. Bed was ok but top comforter was scratchy, mattress could’ve been a bit softer. 75 pet fee for one day is a bit much. I wish well trained dogs had lower fees.

The front desk staff were kind and informative. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and the pillows were amazing. Typically, hotel beds are hard and the pillows are small. I was surprised at how comfortable the bed was. The shower was clean with the water pressure on point! No complaints here, everything was perfect!

I stay at this location every year in route to Yuma. It’s always very clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their gym actually surprised me because I was able to get a decent workout with the equipment they had! Breakfast is also good.

We stayed two nights. The first morning we went to the pool/whirlpool. And it was great. But the next morning the whirlpool was not working and the water was very dirty/cloudy. Breakfast was OK. Biscuits were good. But they served expired milk. Both my husband and my son got one. And it almost made them sick.

Clean room. Warm welcome. So quiet! The firepit outside is a great place to gather. I went downstairs to work in the lobby and the front desk clerk heard me coughing and brought me a water bottle. I travel to Buckeye frequently and this just became our hotel.

This was the worst stay we have ever experienced. The staff was nice, but that was the only good part about it. The walls were so thin a neighbor blowing his nose woke us up from a dead sleep. The sound of the busy street could be heard as if you were right there and it kept us up the rest of the night. Our television didn’t work and the Customer service rep said he could not help us, but would have to call a technician. By that time it was 10 at night and we did not want to wait for hours. Our automatic shade did not work so we could not let in the outdoor light.The breakfast was so so. We left there feeling more tired and stressed out than we did when we got off the road. We will never stay at one of these again

The managers at this facility are unprofessional. I brought a concern to them about housekeeping, and they didn’t acknowledge me or addressed the situation. I asked for somebody to come up and smell the bed that was in our room and she would not come out. I also have pictures of the stains and smells that we encountered with this mattress. Horrible customer service.

This is the first time we stayed at Home2Suites -Buckeye, and it did not disappoint. The room was very spacious and clean. There are lots of places to place your luggage and lots of USB ports to charge your items. I would highly recommend this particular hotel again to those who are traveling. They offer free breakfast, which is great, and the staff was extremely friendly.

Breakfast is amazing. Maybe adding disposable plates and utensils would help with wait time as at breakfast rush hour. Also, sticking more food as well.

Renee at the front desk was amazing and went above and beyond. That set the tone and then the rest followed.

I requested a king bed and got a 2 queen beds, I look forward to getting what I request. Upon my arrival I was told there was no rooms available because my reservation was for the previous day which was incorrect and the employee just needed to take a closer look.

So nice and super clean. Seems to be a newer hotel. The room had a big fridge, dishwasher, dishes. It was very spacious for 4 of us. Would definitely stay here again. The only annoying this was the people above us in 422! So inconsiderate all hours of the night and into the morning.

This place is Fresh and in New condition. Plenty of room to move around. Kitchen, dishes, dish washer, microwave, refrigerator and tons of storage space. Washer, Dryer, pool and a gym available. Continental breakfast available with choices for everyone. One of the nicest, right off the main highway I’ve stayed in. I Loved it!

Often when we have stayed the hot tub is not heated. Also, the air conditioner is inconsistent--the room is freezing when we return after errands, dinner, etc.

We travel with my service dog and asked for a accessible room. The Home2Suite was a large King bed with full kitchen and living area with a walk-in shower. Staff were very accomodating. This was a Christmas shopping trip with our 5 grandchildren who live in Phoenix Buckeye areas. Tired out from rambunctious teens and preteens, we would get back to our suite and fall asleep easily at night in the bed. We did use your array of frozen meals and bought beer and iced coffees at your small shop. The kitchen with microwave, fridge, dishwasher, silverware/plates and small pod coffee pot was used 3 days by us. I would get 2 large cups of hot water in the lobby for our tea or cocoa at night. We sat outside on front alcove patio and was warmed by gas firepit. The Hotel is surrounded by atleast 20 restaurants and fast food spots. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

The shower was not cleaned when the room was serviced.

My family and I were in AZ for a family wedding in Buckeye. From the time we checked in to the time we checkout we were very pleased. The stuff was very welcoming, helpful and nice. Room for all of our needs, a dishwasher of all things! OMG! Very clean, well kept and no issues whatsoever. If needed we’ll stay here again and will recommend. The Breakfast is top notch. Thank you Home 2, you all were awesome!!

Perla is a staff member that we always check in with when we book and it is such a great experience with her! Rooms are so clean, and the area just feels safe. Everthing is walkable

Great stop off the highway leaving Phoenix area. Plenty of dinning options and a Walmart across the street for groceries. Spacious room, and pool was a great relax spot. Work out area was very nice. Debbie at the front desk was a great help and extremely nice.

The room was impeccable and well designed for short leisure stay or longer business stay. The kitchenette in the room was well stocked and had every convenience imaginable. The breakfast was excellent. Not a mass produced warm food but meticulously maintained with a personal touch by Barb who made all items from scratch. Would certainly return again and again.

I enjoyed the property and where it was located. It was in an area right where we were wanting to be close to. Very conveniently located next to stores and restaurants/fast food.

I went for my nephews graduation the hotel was clean and quiet. The room exceeded my expectations. I just wish we had a tub for the kids but besides that everything was great.

Nice hotel with plenty of room, however the smoke alarm in the room went off when we made toast that wasn't burnt, and the main fire alarm went off later in the building with no explanation.
