everythng was great. The location and the staff were awesome. The Room was clean and I would stay there again. There is nothing I can think of. The stay was short and great.

This hotel is pretty good. Room was clean, if uninspiring. Staff were friendly and quick. For the price it would be nice to have waters, coffee in the morning, and breakfast included. Nickel and diming us for water and coffee is nuts.

Stayed one night for a conference in the hotel. Nice big rooms, shower worked well, ironing board and iron. Windows. Black out curtains would have been nice. There were only privacy curtains. But I was so tired it did not matter.

Although breakfast was included in the room rate, guests are required to order through a server and are expected to leave a tip. The system felt somewhat impractical, with limited variety and difficult access to some items. 3 - One receptionist was not particularly welcoming, and their presentation appeared unprofessional with dirty clothes and an unpleasant appearance. 4 - At checkout, after being informed that the balance had been fully paid, I later received a bank notification for an additional charge. When I returned to reception for clarification, I was informed that another amount would be charged. The situation was uncomfortable and could have been communicated more clearly.

This was a beautiful hotel!! Staff was wonderful and the rooms were so big and nice. Located in a great area for restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was ready on time and everyone was very friendly. We were able to quickly check in and the digital key was a great feature. Hotel felt very safe. After dark the key is required to get inside the building. The views were also beautiful even from the fourth floor!

HOTEL CHARGED ME FOR AN HALF DAY AS MY DAUGHTER LEFT SOME STUFF IN THE ROOM; I HAD LET HOUSE KEEPING KNOW AS I WAS LATE GETTING OVER TO THE EVENT CENTER. I WAS TOLD IT WAS OK AS THEY WOULD NOT BE CLEANING THE ROOM TILL 5PM; AT 3:45 SECURITY HAD TO LET US IN THE ROOM TO GRAB LEFT ITEMS AND WAS RUDE ABOUT IT; I EXPLAINED HAD TO LEAVE QUICKLY TO NOT MISS AWARDS AND WAS TOLD BY HOUSE KEEPING IT WAS FINE. ALSO HOTEL DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING OPEN FOR US CONSIDERING THE COMPETION BREAKFAST OPEN AT 7 KIDS HAD TO BE AT EVENT CENTER AT 7:00 AM. RESTRAUNT FOR DINNER NOT OPEN TILL 4 AGAIN NOT TAKING IN CONSIDERATION THE MAJORITY OF GUESTS SCHEDULES WE WERE NOT ABLE TO USE.

Staff treated us as if we were bothering them. The hallways were loud, no staff addressed that. Beds uncomfortable. Carpets were not clean in halls or our room. We also asked for clean towels at 8am when we left the hotel only to return later at nearly 4pm with no clean towels to use. We had to wait for staff to handle this which took some of our precious vacation time away from us. No apology for the clean towel issue, only excuses. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This place is only interested in grabbing as much cash from you as they can. Very poor experience here.

Spend 4 days at the Hotel. Hospitality is amazing! Comfortable bedding and pillows. It was quiet around, and I rested well. Clean room and amenities. Wonderful personnel at the hotel’s restaurant who cook delicious food. I am pleased with my stay. Appreciate each of the Hotel’s employees for making it safe and enjoyable.

Perfect location to stay when in Buffalo to watch a hockey game.

Room was great front desk excellent at check in and out. Security guard at the front door Saturday afternoon was friendly, helpful and on point.

A couple of small details: I found a blood stained pillowcase after I got to the room, but an employee was quickly upstairs to leave me fresh linens and an empty bag of candy was found under the sitting chair in the corner of the room. i threw it away. Small note to the cleaning staff: just pay attention. Everything else was very good. Very courteous staff!

The room was generally clean. The carpeting is worn and stained. Furniture in the room and common areas is worn and chipped. Really needs some upgrading. We did not have breakfast and felt that the $14 pp price for a continental b'fast was too much. This is often complimentary especially considering the price of the room. I also did not like the $24/day charge for parking, which should also be complimentary

Parking needs to be better clarified. We parked in the outside lot on Washington St. $25 for the night. This was the first hotel Ive ever stayed at where I had to pay for parking. We did have dinner in the restaurant and it was quite good. Portions were filling and prices were compatible with other restaurants in the area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the city!

everything was good, however we had no hot water or water pressure In the shower the morning of our stay. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk she said there was nothing she could do and offered us a free drink from the concession stand. although that is nice, a Red Bull doesn't' really make up for the fact that we couldn't shower.

Property definitely in the heart of Buffalo. Able to walk all over although in some areas we felt uncomfortable due to the homeless situation. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff accomodating and very nice. Not a lot of shopping close by and we found some of the restaurants closed. Our stay was fine altogether.

Room wasn’t the cleanest, air vents were dirty full of dust. Corners and edges of rooms were grimy. One of the conditioner bottles in shower was off the wall.

It was great. It was next to the metro that brought me down at the KeyBank center.

There was no WiFi or no pool that was the point of booking the hotel and I had to wait on my room key no parking and if I did want parking that was an additional 23 dollars per car

NIce property.

The issue we have is, we booked this property for the pool, and searched for properties with this filter applied, when we arrived with our 3 kids, we found out the pool was being renovated. The manager offered to refund the room, but we’d have to leave, not ideal for a family to find another hotel at 5pm.

The staff was very friendly and EXCEPTIONALLY courteous, giving great information about the military museum nearby (I drove). The restaurant breakfast was tasty and served warm.

Its good for a quick stay, and short walk from some good bars and restaurants. If you were wanting to explore Buffalo would probably pick a different option. Rooms are very spacious which was a plus.

23.00 a night is very high and access to good parking sucks. Disappointing website didn’t say pet fee and the amount for breakfast was wrong , not 11.00 but 14.00 a person. Plus website Didnot say they do not take cash. I understand they try to prevent theft but we still live in the USA and they won’t take USA Cash currency- so wrong!

Number of complaints about damage in the room i was assigned to and there was an excessive amount of homelessness directly in front of the facility

Very comfortable! and dog friendly! We arrived at 10 pm and were greeted by a kind front desk gentleman who was efficient and pleasant. Our room was huge with excellent beds. Thank you! We also really liked the choices of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops downtown.

Upon exiting our room (1212), we were immediately met with a large, unsightly stain on the carpet—a detail that left a poor first impression. Additionally, the front desk staff member who checked us in was neither welcoming nor courteous, which further impacted the quality of our stay. As loyal Hilton guests, we expect a higher standard of hospitality and cleanliness, consistent with the brand’s reputation. This trip was particularly meaningful for our family, as we were visiting Buffalo to help our only child begin their first year at Buffalo State University. We anticipate making many trips to the area over the coming year. Unfortunately, based on this experience, Hilton Downtown Buffalo will not be our preferred choice for future visits. No where to park close had to park 1 block away and walk to the hotel

No free parking available. I ended up paying $63 for one night of parking, after we spent $415 a room for one night!

Very clean, house keeping daily, very flexible. Food is amazing. They let us check in earlier and out a bit late which was amazing. Kids love the pool. Very clean and not too deep for kids. Front desk stuff very nice. Love it.

There is a trolly close to the property

The area around the property was very off putting at night. No safe parking options near the hotel and sub-par room. The comforter on the bed was gross.

The people who work here are the best! From our very kind checkin clerk who was very helpful & patient with us after a grueling 10 hour drive, to the veteran bartender (Becky) who made Buffalo feel fun & unique, your people are amazing!

We arrived on a windy day, the doors were hard to get in to. We went to eat at the hotel bar and they were just about out of everything. The pool was easy to locate but not heated so the kids didn’t utilize it for very long.

I will not stay there again. Rooms needs to be remodeled.

Our biggest issue was not knowing that there was no parking, so paid about $22 a night at an outside lot a block away that was hard to get to in the mess of one way streets. We ate the hotel resturant. It was OK, I got a ceaser salad with beef add on that was very tough, but the waitress took it back and the replacement chicken was good. Waitress was excellent. We also purchased breakfast online, it was good, same waitress, excellent.

Woefully overpriced. Nickel an dime for every little thing, or if you buy something outright, like food, it's way overpriced. Wanna avoid getting ripped off? Stay somewhere else. I've stayed at far better hotels for as much as half the price. If there's any good news, it's the cleanliness of the room. I'm guessing housekeeping could use a raise. Everything else sucked. There's a crap load of other buffalo area hotels. I'm guessing anyone of them would have been infenetly better

It was okay but it was definitely on the dirtier side. The room had a ripped ottoman, there was some staining on the carpet, and there was a bit or grime on the side if the tv stand.

Clean, comfortable, and safe place to stay with kids that is located within feet of the trolly stop making it very convenient to get to and from Key Bank Stadium.

I spent over 300 dollars for a 1 night stay only to checknin and be told I have to pay 25 dollars to park..the person behind the desk tried to charge me again for a room that was already paid for..and all this and they dont even offer Free breakfast..the hotel itself is outdated..this was the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in and definitely will not be back

Pool was fantastic for kids, the varying depths made it easy for my 8 and 10 year olds to touch the bottom comfortably while playing. Rooms were great and breakfast was delicious. Twenty minute walk to the Keybank arena.

Great service at the front desk and in the cafe. One staff member graciously and patiently helped us with how to operate the velvets to go up to our floor using our key. The surrounding area was a typical downtown area with questionable level of safety however, the hotel as multiple safety measures in place and I never felt in danger or at risk.

The beds in our room (908) were extremely uncomfortable. Woke up with a very sorry back as the beds were very unforgiving. Other than that, this is our go to stay while we are in town for Sabres games

Wonderful and relaxing.

The our room was ready was clean upon our arrival. Bed was comfortable, but they could update the pillows. They were a little flat. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The refrigerator was good size. Was able to bring back leftovers from our dinner out. Keurig coffee maker with bottles of water left to use or just drink. Was nice you didn’t have to worry about using water from the bathroom sink. The hotel has a train/subway that runs along Main St. If you are going to KeyBank Center or to canal side, take the train. ITS FREE, only in that direction. Ate breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel and the ladies who waited on us had some good recommendations for chicken wings. We had omelets. They were tasty. We were able to have the buffet items as well with our breakfast. Great hotel location and easy to get to places around the city.

Parking app was not convenient - ended up paying double $48 to park one night - directions for using is confusing - should just be able to pay at desk - not everyone has a smart phone.
