I was very disappointed overall. The toilet ran constantly. The tub water did not drain while taking a shower and took around 20 minutes to empty before the next person could shower. The room was very dusty as though no one had been in there for a while. On the good side the towels and bedding was clean and the air conditioner worked very well. I was concerned because when I checked in there was another person who called the front desk to say their air conditioner was not working. This is a nice area but this hotel is not what you expect. I was there only one night so I did not make a stink but will definitely not be going back. This place is in need of management for oversight and repair needs. P Breakfast is 7 am to 10 am but my family went at 9 and nothing was left except yogurt and milk. There was no replenishment of the items that were originally placed out.

The king suite was nice and large. The room was quiet as well. Room did need to be vacuumed near bed as some residual somethings of notable size were stepped upon. Other than that, a good stay. Breakfast was decent. Parking is plentiful. Staff were pleasant to work with.

The hotel room is outdated and needs to be remodeled. The room was clean overall but old. From the paint on the wall to the beds, so outdated. Lighting in bathroom terrible and does not have ventilation. The staff were nice and helpful when needed. My first time staying at a Fairfield probably will be my last.

My room was 325. The staff was extremely kind n accommodating but when I micro waved my food the microwave malfunctioned it a fire started not once but twice, then again when the front desk came to check it. It was not the container I used it was the plastic piece that held the glass plate. They immediately wanted to remove the microwave but not give me a decent comp. I didn't pay for the room but the fact that it is by the door and I could have been trapped in I believe I deserve more.

Once we got back to the front desk the worker said they didn’t have anymore rooms left like the one we booked. Then he said I could wait for 15 minutes for the manager to come in and ask her. So we waited for 15 minutes and the manager appeared and never greeted us. I had to ask her if she was the manager and then state my case. Then I explained to her what was wrong and she was not very concerned. She spoke quietly to her employee and asked, “ how did this happen?” Then she proceeded to look through the list of available rooms asking her staff why these rooms weren’t cleaned yet. Then she said she had a room for us. About that time, a man who checked in before us came down and said that he was given the key to the wrong room and he walked into the”his hotel room” and someone was already asleep in the room. The room was already occupied. At that point the manager looked at us and said, I’m sorry. I was wrong. We don’t have a room for you.

The room was clean, but the toilet kept running in the night every few minutes. I was only there for one night. The staff was great. The breakfast was good. The chairs in the dining room can be updated because some of them are stripping. Otherwise, it's good for a short-term. Stay.

Our window must have leaked at sometime in the past and it was repaired poorly. Curtains were half missing and remainder was stained. Air quality/odor in room was an issue, due to suspected mold or water damage. Wear and tear throughout the hotel.

The wait to use it was a little long and by the time I got to the machine to make it the waffle, my other food was cold... Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Would stay there again! The price quoted to me by the 3rd party vendor was about $25 less than what I was actually charged for my one-night stay!

We booked a king room and got a queen room.

The staff was amazing and very sweet but my room was terrible way to many issue to list. I asked for a room change and was told they would try and figure it out because I went through a 3rd party. I took pictures and will follow becuase that room should have been closed off to guest.

Pillows were horrible. The staff barely talked to us at check-in/out. Housekeeping was pleasant. Odd that there is no outlet near the mirror in the main area. We didn't get to breakfast until 9:30 am on Saturday, and there was hardly anything left.

Exceptionally clean, friendly staff, convenient location. Parking was easy, right next to the door, parking lot well lit. I didnt eat the breakfast (I slept in too late), and didnt use any of the amenities, so I cant comment on those.

The hotel was very pleasant. Upon check in the room that I originally was assigned (Rm 118) wasn’t very the best. The room had a damn musty smell. I inquired at the front desk if it was feasible to be assigned a new room. The young lady at the front desk was very accommodating. I was assigned a new room on the third floor. The breakfast selection was better than most other hotels. They had a decent selection of various items and the coffee was nice and hot. The room does need some upgrading , but it nice and comfortable.

A pretty old spot needs remodeling for the price is very high when remodeling is needed ASAP!! Other than that it was ok

Staff was pleasant. Hotel room is very dated. Clean s clean can get. Sheets had holes and tears! Beds were comfortable. Breakfast is serve fairly early and ends at 9 am on weekdays. Shower tiles cracked. It was ok for our overnight stay. Very close to mall and restaurants. Room wasn’t ready at 3pm. I did the online checkin digital key and when we came to the room it still wasn’t clean, door was open and tv on. Front desk give us another room fairly quickly.

The bed and linen are terrible. They use cheap mattress and cheap sheets! Despite seemingly new carpets, it looks dirty. The toilet does not stop running water unless I carefully adjust the handle each time after using. Breakfast is OK and the location is pretty convenient. Overall, its poorly managed 2-star or lower motel type property and it does not worth the money.

There was an emergent need. For my family to return home due to my brother’s illness and they had to leave a day early the hotel was unwilling in this rare circumstance to refund the 1 day that they did not stay but looking at their property and the lack of care explained why they couldn’t refund 1 day. I booked these rooms because my family came to be with me on my 1st Thanksgiving as a new GA resident, the pictures on the website were obviously old and had I known that I would’ve booked another hotel!

The water in the tub was going down slow in the toilet also was just running all night. It's minor things but overall experience it was cool.

Staff, parking and breakfast as well as expected. The bed was the worst I have ever slept in or tried to sleep. My husband and I had the worst night because of the bed. We are senior citizens and have traveled many times so we do have others to compare.

The elevators weren’t working and couldn’t be called to the second floor. The toilet was loose and not properly fixed to the floor. During my two-night stay, there was no maid service after the first night, so the bed wasn’t made and dirty towels stayed in the bathroom. The ice machine was out of order, and the American flag outside was in awful shape—faded, tattered, and torn—clearly needing replacement long ago.

Overall, our stay was fine as we mostly used the hotel just for sleeping. However, we did notice that the sheets had stains and there were random hairs on the pillowcases. The bathroom was not very clean, and the hotel seemed a bit run down—it could really benefit from a renovation and some updates. On a positive note, our TV wasn’t working initially, but it was fixed promptly.

We booked through hotels.com and when we arrived they said the room we booked was not available. They had us call to cancel and rebook. By the time we got through there were no rooms available. The clerk was rude and unhelpful.

Beds where extremely uncomfortable, no hot water and I had to change rooms to get a minimum amount of hot water, but the staffing was very helpful and managers as well.

Unfortunately the pool wasn’t open during our stay, but everything else was very pleasant.

Issues with their hot water system are very frustrating. Sometimes showers were very cold!

No complaints except the carpet was not clean. It had been vacuumed but needed to be shampooed. Otherwise no complaints.

So let me say this and I will try be nice but honest . The room was lots painted patches and ceiling in bathroom was patched a lot from water spots and mold . No vent and had lots hair on ceiling keep mind it’s arm reach to ceiling so not hard to clean , bathtubs didn’t drain well and fills up when shower , the best was so soft it was like a water bed feeling , pillows was cheap and not nice . Sheets had stains they are white so you can brown stains , we was planning to stay longer but cut our visit here short , the lobby to room smelled weird and Smokey like someone lives in it and smokes or works there and smokes , pool was decent thought and quite the only plus was pool . This place needs a refurbished asap !!! The bath tub curtain was broken on snaps , water pressure was not good either for shower … this was as bad as a motel 6 or super 8

I stayed at Fairfield Buford Mall on May 17,the stay was fine but today I’ve had another charge to my credit card on June 7. I’ve been unable to find their phone number direct.

The toilet did not flush. We were given a plunger, but it still did not work. One of the curtains was torn. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was clean - just needs updates. Convenient location.

Bathroom was not feel clean. Broken shower tiles, shower door would not stay closed so you had to had it closed to shower. Had a lot of black areas around the shower. The room was clean.

We were moved to a double queen room because the king reserved for us had a plumbing issue. Our toilet leaked and some things in the room were broken. There was also a stain on the sheets. However the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is very clean. Our room was refreshed on day two of our four day stay with fresh towels and garbage removal. The breakfast offered variety. There was a waffle maker, two warmers of hot options. Each pan was divided into two sections, scrambled eggs seemed to be a standard one. Then it was either bacon or sausage. In the second warmer, it was biscuit egg, sausage and cheese sandwiches, bagel sandwiches, or even a quiche. Muffins, bagels, toast, fruit, yogurt, milk, juice, and coffee. There is a pantry room that contains a variety of snacks, drinks and microwavable options. They are pricey, but that's the standard at all hotels. The gym was clean. Offered a small amount of free weights and a small bench. Treads and ellipticals. There were a lot of TV channel options. Never failed to find something in the evening to watch. Bathrooms were nice. Strong shower with adjustable water streams. My only nitpick of the bathroom was the toilet flush was very weak. It was the type that came up and looked as though it was clogging, stayed like that for a couple seconds and then went down normally. Overall this was a very nice stay and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

It was cold outside, but the rooms were hot even with the air conditioning on. Also, it did not have SEC network.

My husband and I really like how close this hotel is to everything. We stayed here alittle over a year ago and loved it. This time our experience was different. The breakfast wasn’t as good as before. The hotel room wasn’t as clean as before. Although we asked our room to be serviced daily they only service your room every other day. The hotel elevator was out the entire week. The toaster oven was broken in the breakfast area. The personnel were not very friendly except for this young man who had a huge smile on his face. Wish I knew his name. He showed up our last 2 nights there at the hotel. We will be going to another hotel the next time to try it out but sad to know that this hotel seems to be subpar since the last time we stayed there.

Went for a weekend with my daughters. The stay was ok for the weekend. The hotel was in a nice and quiet area. The breakfast was good. Our room didn’t have blackout curtains and there was a light in front of our window so it was hard to sleep at night. Overall it was good.

Breakfast option was limited. The elevator was not working. The tv didnt work and the room cleaning service was poor. They never changwd the bedsheets.

I picked this hotel based on price. My room wasn't clean when I arrived. Even though the manager and front desk staff were very helpful in resolving the situation it left me wondering about the cleanliness of the hotel in general. Walls are thin so could hear my neighbors to the sides and upstairs. As well as anyone walking down the hallways. Breakfast was mediocre. Eggs and egg sandwiches were cold.

Customer service was fantastic but condition of the room, especially the bathroom was not great. The seams in the shower were not sealed and the roof had a previous leak that caused damage that was not repaired well. Little stuff, but not excusable.

Cons: The fire alarm in my room was hanging off the ceiling. The front door of the room was damaged as if the previous guest or someone tried to break into the room. The front desk made a notification to the manager, however the maintenance guy did not get there until 11:00pm and by then it was to late. During breakfast I observed a rotten orange. Aside from that the stay was good, just small things they need to pay attention to.

I stayed there because I was going to a show nearby here. The show says that this was a host hotel & it was close. I'm happy that I was able to stay here for a night!

We had a family wedding in the area and many of our relatives stayed here at The Fairfield Inn which was licated in a convenient and safe area. The guest rooms and overall facilities are in good shape and the breakfast area and lobby were also good. We found all staff to be friendly and helpful. I would come back again if we ever do something in the area again!

The room was spacious for a family of 4. The bathroom door was broken but we didn’t let that bother us. Tv was small being a Marriot hotel. Breakfast was ok.Customer service was excellent though. They have an indoor pool which my son loved. Overall I’ll give it maybe a 7/10. It’s close to everything we needed. So it worked for us.
