Nobody available at the reception before 9:00 AM or so. Beds were horrible (we stayed several nights and left with a backache!). Refrigerator, on the other hand, was great.

The room didn't look clean. There were no towels in the room and when we asked for more, the lady that was cleaning the rooms gave us one small, not a bath towel. The people who checked us in were nice and answered any questions. It was the cleaning crew that was so rude. Our next visit we will definitely be staying somewhere else.

We were not offered any breakfast. There was a big spiil on the table that went down to the floor. Whatever was spilled was very sticky. No one had changed the sheets. Their were human hairs on the bottom sheets. We got in late and were tired and had to sleep on top of the bed covering. We covered ourselves with the towels on the bathroom. I am not sure if they even have a housekeepig department. It appears that all they do after someone leaves is change the towels.

Office personal was friendly, was able to check in an hour early, that was the only thing that was nice at the “Travel Inn”. Once checked in and received my key card me and my wife proceeded to the room, trouble started right there as the door wouldn’t work properly, once we were able to get into the room it was a total disaster. Toilet paper holder was crooked and was barely on the wall being held up with clear silicon, towel holder that was above the toilet was missing from the wall with the holes still in the wall. The smell was odd, and the walls were paper thin and you could hear other people talking, at first I thought it was someone’s tv that was on with the volume up. All this was in the first 5 minutes. I then proceeded to book another hotel and me and my wife left the key card in the room and left in a hurry. I highly suggest avoiding this place. The reviews I read are very very wrong and misleading. Will never book this hotel again. Would rather sleep in my vehicle than this place.

Easy check-in, nice staff at the front. This place seems like its about to cave in. The stairs are leaning towards one side and there is some awful work they did to try to cover up the fact that its leaning. My friend fell and hurt her knee cause of those awful stairs. You can even see the stairs are not connected to the building cause the screws are all showing.

It costs too much and they collect a deposit fee meaning they'll charge you over 100 bucks for the room and charge you a deposit fee that's without the booking through the app

This place said it was renovated. The only thing new was the flooring. Old furniture rusted clothes racks. It smelled so badly that I had to buy spray. Smelled like it had been smoked in for 50 years. The shower curtain was stained. The plugs didn’t work so I couldn’t curl my hair unless I unplugged the lamp. When I called the front desk the phone plug kept falling out. I purchased a bag of Cheetos from the vending machine and they were dated July 2025. Couldn’t get my money back because front desk wasn’t available. Housekeeping didn’t speak a bit of English or understand any. I’m just happy I brought my own sheets and wash clothes with me. The bed was hard as a rock with two pillows that folded into nothing to prop up with. The only thing that was updated was the lobby and I think they did that because they were filming some low budget movie in it. The outside had wood leaning on the building but no workers around. I think Bates motel would’ve been a better option. I also think that every room in that place is a smoking room because when we checked in we were told that smoking is only permitted inside the room, no smoking outside of the buildings. If you don’t renovate then don’t lie and say it’s newly renovated. False advertising

We were sufficiently comfortable but some things needed repair. Compared to other motels in this price range Travelers Inn was slightly better than average but not outstanding.

No coffee in the rooms, got lock out on the 2nd day, had a hard time getting in the establishment had something going on where they blocked the front entrance.

The place is mediocre the owner is trying to improve the rooms. There was a new tub and vanity has quartz with a beautiful lighted mirror. Mattress and pillows seems newer. The floor was vinyl planking which was new. The tv was new but very hard to find channels on. The main thing was the furniture was old and scratches up so it really took away from everything else. And the outside door needed painted. The hallway light shone in the room all night

Room was clean and equiped with micro and fridge with freezer compartment(big plus). Bed was comfy, good hot water, nice big desk for my laptop, many charging ports. Price was very good. No coffee maker, shampoo was in hard to open pouch, no free breakfast (but did not miss it).

This is a no frills stay. There is no coffee in the room or the lobby. No breakfast. No door to the bathroom. But the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The TV, mini fridge and microwave worked. Great place to flop for the night.

There is no door on the toilet shower area, would NOT be good for whole family.

The location was great for where I needed to be. The whole place was under contruction, but parking for the rooms available was good. The room was clean except the floor needed to be mopped. It was very uninviting because nothing had been decorated. The door had no security chain. My room did not get cleaned the second day for some unknown reason, had to go ask for clean towels was very nice and helpful.

I was in 104. The bed was too hard and you need to change the shower curtain that’s being used as a bathroom door. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. Softer beds!

the price not enough towels it was a room with 2 double beds and only 2 towels. ran out of toilet paper. the sheets were stained. the door handle was broken. the hair dryer didn't work. found a Crack pipe under one of the beds.

The check in was difficult. The lobby was locked at 5:00 pm. Found a tiny side window to check in at. The air conditioner didn't work good. The bed was so hard we got up and left at 7:00am. The room smelled like smoke. I paid way to much money to be miserable.

Some furniture needs to be replaced. Had hard time checking out.? Took 3 tries for someone to check me out.

They are currently remodeling this location. Nothing wrong with the room with stayed in, but not sure about how many rooms they have/haven't done.

Staff unhelpful and unfriendly. Made promises and did not communicate. Threatened to charge me additional hourly charges after a late checkout was granted at check in.

Not bad wasn’t informed about the $100 deposit until after they charged my card but that’s fine. Room service doesn’t speak English so trying to get anything was a challenge.

There is no real security for your room. Random people showing up. I saw a guy wait for 5 minutes for someone else to come up before he walked away from the hotel. Red roof is cheaper but the people in charge more of a police presence in the area

I give this property 4 stars because if you are looking at hotels in this price range, you will already know you aren't expecting the luxury that twice the price will get you. It's clean, comfortable bed and pillows, and the TV has plenty of good channels. No complaints. For the price, I will be staying here again.

It was small, but very clean and nice. Check-in and Check-out was different, since you had to go in the back with a little window. You had to hold down the handle long to flush the toilet, but everything else was great. Would recommend. Pros were more than the cons.

The room and grounds are clean. The bed didn't sleep well. I tried five times to get ice and never could get any out of the only machine there. There are no drink or snack machines.

Book for three days I only stayed 15 minutes strong smell of bleach, burning eyes, nose, wet mattress, smell of human waste. Room was in habitable.

The front desk didn't want to be bothered by guest as he was busy on his phone. The bed linens were dirty, the towels were dirty, there were 2 travel size pillows on a king size bed, there was hair stuck all over the shower walls, the paint was peeling off the walls and ceilings and there was thick black mold on the bottom of the shower curtain! There are no good things to point out about this hotel. Really horrible Stay somewhere else!

Check in was at the outside “night window” even though it was 7pm and still light out. Check in took forever as there was 2 other groups in front of us waiting to check on before us. Took forever for someone to come to the window. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were terrible. There was black mold on bottom of shower curtain. Bathroom door was cracked at the bottom. And what looked like gum on floor by bathroom door. Would NOT stay here again

We looked at 2 different rooms and both had urine stained matress covers, looked like bed bugs in the first room, the 2nd room muskey smelling. We left and stayed somewhere else. Still trying to get refund , had to file protest with Credit card.

There was people partying all night, couldn't get any sleep for loud noises and bumping the walls, slamming doors. Then a man standing in his door way in his underwear wear. The bath tub has cigarette burns all the way down it. The microwave and small fridge were old. Will never stay there again.

We didn't stay, we looked at the room it was nasty, tub dirty, floor dirty, chair nast and the bed looked liked someone just got out of it. The smell of dampness maybe even mold filled the room. My husband and I turned right back around and left to give them back the key card. That money I will chalk up as a lost however I will not be using Expedia again for not returning my money for that Crack smoking hotel.

We only slept at hotle. It felt unsafe. Looked old. Girl at window was nice. But we had to see her through a window not something i am used to doing.

The toilet seat was not clean. 😩. The tub and shower were very old. Paint was peeling in the bathroom. The bedding was poor.

Very loud creaking NOISES ALL NIGHT. Sheets had crumbs which means they weren't washed. Disgusting place!

Staff was friendly and responsive. The room was clean, parking was good, and good location. The only negatives were no in-room coffee maker and I thought the price was a bit high for the age and stature of the hotel.

The people in the room above clunked and clanged, stomped and clomped all night long. Hardly got any sleep for the noise.

This is on a very busy road, sirens all night. Plus our neighbors had to warm up this huge truck at 5am. And then had to yell at his buddy for something. Needless to say we were up and out early
