Patel. The staff left multiple messages with Vinny and I called back at least five times, left messages each time. Vinny was never available and never returned my calls. We were stuck with the bill for a room we never used. I do not recommend this hotel due to be poor customer service. The highest level of employee at that location (in the hospitality business of all things) couldn’t even give us the courtesy of a phone call.

The bathroom biggest disappointment was the tub with mold and dirt especially around the tub and underneath the cracks, the grout was gross and the ceiling had black spots . There was a chair that had crumbs in it that I believed should have been cleaned before it was given to another visitor. But that bathroom grout on the floor and the corners and bottom of the outside bathtub was gross I have pictures. Twice between 4 AM and 6 AM the smoke detectors went off only in our room apparently because we had the air on 73 that made the room I’m not sure but the front desk turned it down to 71 and it never went off which was strange because it only happened that night and no other night nor during the day when it was on 73

The rooms were horrible. It had a musty smell as soon as you went in. All the floors were so slippery and felt dirty. The toilet paper roll was screwed into a 4x4. Not worth the price and will definitely not be booking with this hotel line again.

The breakfast was cold. I have had much better breakfast that you serve yourself. Coffee was good and hot but you need a better selection of coffee creamer. The room needed a exhaust fan in the bathroom. The tub needed a mat for your feet. It was so slick i almiat fell trice. The beds were too soft and the pillows were terrible. I will not be staying again.

STAY ONLY IF YOU CAN'T FIND ANOTHER PLACE. Breakfast was powdered eggs and everything else was full of sugar - no sugarfree yogurt, no sugarfree oatmeal, no sugarfree juice, etc. The fresh apples were good though.

The hotel itself is good and clean. Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly. Ken was our favorite! There was something just happy and kind about him! The only small issues was the hot water. We understood that there were alot of people but it felt like no matter the time it was cold. I finally just took one at almost midnight to get it hot enough to get the soup out of my hair. But all in all, great place. Would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

The breakfast was terrible. For the "meat" option they reheated pigs in a blanket. which are hot dogs in croissant crust. This is unacceptable for a meat option. There's already plenty of bread, muffins, bagels, and waffles. The protein option has to be bacon (most preferably) or at least sausage links. Already, they have fake butter, (mostly vegtable oil.) The eggs are from a powder of some kind, not fresh, and not great. The cream cheese was good. The yogurt was okay. When you reheat frozen mystery meat hotdogs, wrapped in even more pastry, I have to put my foot down and say, "No!." This is a cost-cutting option that has gone too far. otherwise nothing is sacred.

The property is very clean, rooms were very comfortable, and the pool and workout areas were well maintained and clean as well.

My room was nothing like the pictures. It was not clean, the floor was uneven (a first for me), the a/c rattled all night long, and because the flooring is pvc/laminate you hear every single step people are taking above you.

Didn't like that the bathroom shower looked like there may have been some mold in the chalk. Just needed to be cleaned and rechalked. We had people over us stumping all week. Like sounded like kids running at all times at night.

The room was nice for the most part. However, the TV had the option for airplay connection but it didn't work...the only thing available was basic TV. Also...the coffee pot in the room was NASTY! I wiped the outside to use it...but when I opened the part where the water goes, there was mold inside of it!

Room walls too thin had a couple beside me arguing with foul language and high tv volumes all night people above me stomped on the ceiling all hours of the night. Water in shower was cold. Bed was so hard my body went numb and I’m very light weight. Breakfast was mid compared to reviews.

VERY disappointed in this hotel. Upon entry, it looks fresh, clean. We were there 2 days. The longer you're there the more you notice. It looks like a refurbished hotel done by "do it yourselfers." While some DIYrs can do quality work, this was far from it. Plus, it also appears the staff/owners perhaps, also live there. Our first morning, we noticed the person that checked us in coming to the breakfast area in shorts and flip flops preparing his own breakfast. Disappointed as well in the breakfast. In conclusion, they should have hired professionals to do the refurbishing, it's VERY obvious they didn't. Our room was a King Deluxe suit. Separate bedroom space. Very large space. Sparsely furnished. No pictures on the wall. Again, poorly done work. When leaving, pushing the luggage cart through the lobby, I purposely listened for a "Thank you, have a nice day" from the person behind the desk. CRICKETS.

Room was nice staff nice. However there should be quite hours. Our upstairs neighbors did cartwheels all night and our next door neighbor argued screamed with extreme foul language and had the tv on the highest levels possible. I needed to catch up on sleep got about 3 hours total. Need quite hours and building could have better insulation.

The beds were horrible! Felt like I was laying on a big flat rock. And the hallway floors were soft like you might fall through them. I spoke to the front desk guy when I checked out about the beds and all he said- oh, they’re new.

Roaches crawling, one with egg sac, floor tile/planks separating with gaps full of gunk, dirt and food debris on floor (food left for roaches?), chairs were filthy, thermostat on the wall was not working and mounted on a 2x4 piece of wood. Other than that, it was not too bad. The pool has a rain spout that falls from ceiling, pretty neat but jets are sluggish like pumps are going out. The same goes for the hot tub, not jets shooting streams, but more like a vibration near the ports that vibrates your body in that one spot, difficult to explain but not normal jets/pressure. The hot tub water was maybe lukewarm at best. Overall, I guess the roaches and other types of bugs were the worst issue.

Place was clean the girl that checked us in was amazing. It was the next morning we were running late and needed to have a late check out, and the Indian guy working said he would have to charge us, my stay wad perfect tell my interaction with him. This experience reminded me exactly why I stay only at IHG properties never would have happened! Dont recommend this property!

"Smart" TV doesn't connect to the internet to use Netflix (personal account). When the front desk was asked, they said management disabled the setting on all the TVs. Why have free WIFI and a dumb TV? Also this is the first hotel I've stayed at that didn't have water bottle refill stations. The front desk told me to fill the small Dixie cup multiple times and pour it into the water bottle. Okay???

Bathroom had feces behind toilet. Towel bar broken. Rainfall shower head mounted wrong so difficult to shower. No slip proof mat in shower, mind you this was a handicap room. Half inch to inch dip in floor causes you to be off balance when walking by closet. Cracked window from top to bottom with clear tape over it and the message "sorry" written with a sharpie. Room was humid, possibly due to cracked window.

I loved the front desk and the rooms were comfortable and cozy… as a smoker it would be nice to offer a bench at the end door and an ashtray there and in the front.. even I found the butts street around disgusting but this was a great stay!

The stay was great. Very close to my job so it very convenient. I will definitely be staying at this La Quinta in the near future.

I don’t recommend first thing when I get there the clerk stated I did not pay for a second room. Once I brought up the receipt.. he tried to argue then my dad walked in after parking he realized I wasn’t alone. He changed his mind pretty sure he was trying to swindle me out of money because I look barely 18 female and small. Not an almost 30 yr old mother of three that knows better.. what’s worse is when I asked for a copy of the paper I signed he stated I couldn’t have it. I mentioned to my father ..Hey we work at a sheriffs office is that even legal .. he then changed his mind again .. Knowing that we booked two rooms together I feel like they could have given us or offered us adjoining rooms or at least rooms next to each other but we were across the motel from each other. One of the rooms floor was so dirty it left dirt on my mother’s bag. The next day At breakfast the clerk from that night was giving us dirty looks which made it extremely uncomfortable. It was a horrible experience in the future I’ll be getting a different hotel.

Property was just ok. Rooms had a smell to them. I left one day early and was denied a refund. The days I stayed there I requested no room service so it seems like I should have got a refund. I checked out at 10:30 the day before my scheduled 11 check out.

It was a nice hotel! I wish they had said the deposit was $100! I’m ok with it but some people might not be. My room also had a really weird smell and it was overwhelming. Our remote for the tv wasn’t working but they came and gave us a new remote!! Then they gave my husband a hard time when he tried to show up! I got there at check in time because I was setting something up for my husband for our anniversary, and I told him to just tell the person at the desk that our room has already been checked in and paid for and they acted like they didn’t know what was happening. So good experience but also something’s were not what I expected for it to be so expensive!

We were there to help with my brother who is in the hospital and the room smelled bad. (Almost like dirty feet). The tub did not have anti-slip mats or pads in it and we had to be extremely cautious getting in and out of the tub. The room condition seemed to have seen better days, the breakfast didn’t have a lot of good choices.

The hotel was nice and clean.. Although floors weren't 100% vacuum clean they had some grass and dirt on them.. Finger prints on glass window and edge. Edge was a marble style so u could see child hand prints all over it... Other then that the stay was great.. Jose at the front was super sweet... Also someone always had there car completely parked under the awning where you load and unload. A Blue Tesla when we stayed our last two day and a white Mercedes SUV when we were unloading... It was a little inconsiderate of guest coming and going especially since parking lot was empty so plenty of space to actually park in a parking spot other then the loading and unloading area spot... Other then that the stay was great...

The entire facility is pristine, and the rooms felt new and fresh. There were endless clean and fresh towels and I loved the fresh smell. The hot tub was amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a cable machine in the fitness room. Housekeeping was top-notch too, and the staff were helpful and friendly. 10/10 stay!

Ridiculous. When I went to the front desk to complain the man tells me the kids must be the adults' kids that are playing cards and drinking in the breakfast area. Couldn't even use the hot tub due to the free-for-all that was happening at this place. Never again will I stay at this place. Zero respect for other guests. Do yourself a favor. Find a place with better management.
