This is the dumbest place to stay. Minimum room accessories, cereal only for breakfast. I will not be staying there again!

The rooms were nice but you could see a lot of wall paste where they were trying to fix it up. I will say the beds were comfortable and for the most part so was the atmosphere

There is a Duncan Donuts right next door, who could complain about that? The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, that'll that mattered to us.

The place was definitely clean, some degree of updates. But the whole place is very outdated in general. Property maintenance wasn’t the greatest outside but inside it was just fine. The continental breakfast doesn’t have a lot of choices, but it was fine as well.

Great location for ease, staff was very friendly and nice, the hall rug could use a shampoo but was vacuumed and the breakfast was very basic other than that the room was clean and comfortable

The women at check in was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, just really great! The walls were thin, we could hear someone snoring in the next room over and there was a lot of noise in the room above us, conversation and chairs moving, and because we were near the stairs, you could hear everyone that went up or down. I realize you can't control that, but that is really the only downfall from our stay.

Overpriced. Motion detector in the room is an enormous pain. Can be at the far wall and it goes off and way to bright. No water at breakfast buffet? Pitcher of water please. Very little assortment

Clean Room. Heat. Definitely served its purpose. Parking was pretty rough.

The only good part about it was the lady that checked us in. The door to get in wasn't locked. Anyone can get in. Our room for didn't lock. The beds are this thin metal base so when you get in and out of bed it sounds like thunder. The frig wasn't plugged in. We had to move everything and plug it in. The bedroom door was dirty and felt like we were gonna go through it. And to step in and not of the tub was bad.

it's was convenient to a Dunkin donuts 75 feet away and a McDonald's a little bit further. also a convenient store was close also.

This place is a joke. Was placed on the do not rent list but no one has the specific reason and I know last time I was there the room looked fine, we didnt make hardly a single sound and went outside to smoke.

Room is really clean and the front desks staff was very helpful.

Clean and quiet, which tbh is primarily what I'm looking for in a hotel. It was conveniently located right off the Thruway (with a DD next door to boot!) and just a quick 10 minute drive to Turning Stone. Check-in was quick, parking plentiful and the heat in the room toasty.

First room they put us in had a window open (it was cold). We shut it but it wouldn’t lock. They moved us to a room where the toilet didn’t flush properly. Nothing to pit a suitcase on in the room. Good thing we brought soap because the dispenser was empty. Exterior doors were not locked (so no need for key cards there). Hall carpet was filthy. Floor in room was not cleaned properly. Mattress was stained. Breakfast was a granola bar or instant oatmeal. Forget this place.

Great night’s sleep

Extremely disappointed by my stay here. Dirty, torn up hotel, loud neighbors with virtually no sound barrier between rooms, and the worst continental breakfast we’ve run into.

We have stayed here a number of times before in years past. It seems the rooms have been updated since about 5 years ago. Nice floors. Nice new beds. Friendly staff

Older building that's convenient off the highway. Could have been cleaner. Don't plan on choices for breakfast- they have a few tables in the small lobby and packaged unhealthy snacks. Would have loved a piece of fresh fruit or yogurt. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was very sub-par, even for this class of hotel. Everything felt at least a bit dirty (especially the laundry), and the bathroom sorely needed new fixtures.

All of the staff remembers we spoke with were extremely attentive and helpful!!

apart from that it wasn't bad for one night.

Overall it worked for what I was needing, very basic rooms.

Also, staff was yelling at a group of hockey moms in the lobby while we were there which seemed super unprofessional. Don’t try to take an uber from this location unless you want to wait an hour and pay $60.

This is a very bare bones hotel. Room was clean, front desk folks were very nice, but don't expect much. A bit on the shabby side. But it's the only game in town!

The bed made the most obnoxious sound every time we moved. The breakfast the following morning was not great at all, no fruit or juices. Also the water pressure was weak.

The property was dirty. You couldn’t tell where the front door was. The room smelled like smoke. The bathtub had hair in it which indicated it hadn’t been cleaned.

In the room the walls were dirty, the bathroom floor was stained, finished edging was missing on some of the woodwork, paint was chipped, limited breakfast selection low in protein and high in starch.

We didn’t like the way the toilet and sink were separated, but that is a personal preference. Also the pillows (all 3 on each bed) were clean but the filling was not comfortable to sleep on for me. Again, that is a personal preference. We stayed at this same place years ago, but liked our stay this time much better!

We arrived around 430pm and we were unable to check-in because their system was done. I was hoping to shower andchange my clothes before our event at 530pm. They could not tell us when their system would be up.

The Days Inn has no back up method for checking guest in when the system goes down. We arrived, after driving 4 hours, and was unable to check-in to our room. System was still down when we had to leave for our evening plans so I was unable to freshen up before our evening plans. I had to change clothes at the convenient store near by.

The stay was nice but the bed was like sleeping on a rock.

A lot of cigarette butt around the curbs. Especially on the back parking. Daughter tried to take a bath but water was not very hot. Other than minor things it was a good experience. Worked for a one night stay to be able to see family.

small town so not expecting much. Stayed one night. Really just a place to lay my head down for a few hours. Could use a vacuum in the hall ways. Carpets were visibly dirty. Room was fine except the faucet for the sink was not secured down. Did the job though

Hotel was old. Poor lighting throughout the room. Door did not close easily, had to push on it for it to remain shut and the linens smelled musty.

The room was dirty and not up to our standards, we checked in but then immediately checked. Probably out the money we paid, Girl at the desk said that we had to contact Expedia to see if we can get any kind of a refund. No luck yet.

The sink did not have a drain stopper and you could see a toothpaste tube lodged in the drain. The vinyl tile floor was filthy, couldn't have been mopped in weeks. The friction material in the bath tub was worn away and as slippery as a banana peel. We didn't shower because of it. The USB port at the base of the lamp didn't work. This hotel needs serious renovation.

I wish they still had a coffee machine in the room.

I was happy with the location, cleanliness, price, and staff. It's convenient to Sylvan Beach, just a straight drive down Rt 13, easy drive, only a few minutes. It basically shares a property/entrance with a Dunkin Donuts so you can simply walk a few steps for coffee and food which was awesome. The property and room seemed extremely clean. The a/c was already on so it was nice and cool and comfortable. However, the downside was that our room was noisy, so our stay was not restful. The building is next to a highway, and our room was on the highway side, so we just heard traffic and rumbling all night long. The building is two stories and we were on the first floor; there was constant stomping above us all night long, so I'm guessing we were hearing people in the corridor. So, noise levels were a real problem and we both got very little sleep leaving us exhausted and grumpy the next day. The property could probably improve on this by installing better carpet padding upstairs, and planting trees for sound buffer between the building and the highway where there is only an expanse of grass. If I were to stay in this property again, I would request to be on the second floor and on the Dunkin parking lot side.

The hotel was nicely renovated, beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice. Would definately stay again. Did not eat breakfast, didn't look like much of a selection but overall stay was nice.

Room had a doo that would not close due to door jam missing, bed made a banging noise every time you sat on it, shower was dirty. We did get moved to a new room due to the missing door jam. The new room was a bit better faucet lifted out of sink. Room was $300 per night. Not worth it! Staff was pleasant.

I was given a key to a room that was occupied and I woke up and entire family. The room also smelled like cigarettes.

Counter clerk was very friendly & helpful. Our sink was clogged & drano he used really didn't fix the problem, but we were only there for 1 night. Food options at breakfast were not great: only very processed food & no fresh fruit at breakfast (though they did have apples when we checked in the evening we arrived).

Within walking distance of the International Boxing Hall of Fame, Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds. Gas station/convenience store within 1/4 mile. Very clean, friendly and helpful desk personnel, limited continental breakfast. Our main reason for staying here was the location but for the cost it should have at least had a swimming pool.

The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was disappointing with mostly things you could buy at Walmart (protein/breakfast bars and cereal) Stay was not worth the price and glad I only used Hotel points for the stay.

Check in was painless. We even were able to get in early. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are very clean and up to date.

Everything was dingy and not clean. My room was on the second floor. As a 65 year old woman traveling alone, it was inconvenient to have to lug my bags and belongings up the stairs by myself. No one to help. Maybe let people know you don't have an elevator. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The refrigerator froze our drinks overnight. The person at the desk did say she was sorry, but failed to offer to replace them.

The only thing that was good about this hotel was the front lobby was clean and the check-in attendant was very friendly and nice. Check-in was smooth. Once we got to our room, you could tell that it was a cheaply built hotel walking down the hallway. You could hear everything that is going on in everybody’s room what TV shows are watching and the conversations they are having. Once inside the room, it is extremely small and cramped. Not a lot of room to walk around comfortably. There were drinks left over in the mini fridge that obviously wasn’t cleaned out. The bathroom was an absolute disaster. Soap scum stains all over the bathtub as well as a used bar of soap with hair on it on the shower shelf. It was obvious that this shower had not been scrubbed or cleaned in an extremely long time and it was absolutely disgusting and there were numerous brown stains all over the ceiling. It just felt nasty and gross.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was convenient for our needs. The room is no frills, but that was OK with us. And overall, we had a very nice 2 night stay.

Front desk staff was very nice but did NOTHING about the party in the room across the hall. Nothing. And I know she saw them because at one point when one of the girls got locked out, she was screaming & hollering & banging on the door yelling that the clerk was looking at her. She then proceeded to twerk in the hallway to the song in her head. Once the partying slowed down, the children/babies in their room, started crying & emitting blood curdling screams. Could have been happening during the party too, who knows. All I could hear were 3 girls yelling at eachother, blasting Family Guy on the tv. Yep, that was my night.

Needs updating but felt safe and was in a convenient location.

Very few options in the area so we went with this one. We don’t regret it, but just manage your expectations. My biggest complaint is the tin bedframe where every time I got out of bed there was a “pop” sound- like a gunshot outside the window. I can’t imagine why they went with that material for a bedframe.

It was the most affordable that was also worth trying in that location at the time. It was right next to Dunkin Donuts. You could tell it was remodeled and not high quality but at least clean and presentable. Continental breakfast was very basic with no fruit. 1 kind of Oatmeal (maple brown sugar) 2 types cereal a a couple different pastries. OJ, milk and yogurt. 1 floor 13 minutes to casino.

We stayed there in feb and again in march we were given the same room. There was a red spot in the shower both times in the same spot ( it could be removed) it was never cleaned. Also the window did not have a lock on it at all. We put hangers in the window to prevent it from opening. It was on a bottom level and anyone could have climbed in it. We didn’t notice the window until the second stay. The first stay was only for 1 night. The 2nd stay was for 2 days. I was very disappointed with it the second time knowing the window did not lock

Room was dirty and smelled bad

Everything was just ok. Not terrible. Not great. It was all ok. Not bad for the money. You won’t like it if you’re a light sleeper as it is next to the highway and trucks go by all night. This did not bother me. There is a dd and McDonalds right next door.

I was staying there for an event at Turning Stone. Although the hotel is only one exit west of the casino, it's still 8 miles or so. So expect a 10-12 minute commute back and forth. I would add one star for the wonderful staff, but subtract one star for noise. This hotel is RIGHT off the highway. So if you are not the kind of person who can sleep in the middle of a truck stop, you are going to struggle. I'm a light sleeper who can usually get by with white noise, but I had to sleep with noise canceling headphones on. I wouldn't avoid this hotel in the future, but I wouldn't seek it out, either. It's about as middle of the road as you can get.

The hotel room was tiny, the staff were not friendly, the manager was rude, the amenities were slim to none. They were not helpful in any way.

This property is very convenient. Close to the casino which was the reason why we were there. It had food places near by the McDonald's and Dunkin are right next door for those who like something fast. One thing i dislike is their continental breakfast advertisement they only have snacks to go. Not an actual breakfast.

There is not a continental breakfast, just bread to make toast, Aldi granola bars, and coffee and juice. The front desk called it "grab and go." Dunkin Donuts is practically in the parking lot. Cleanliness-floors were gross, and probably hadnt been cleaned for a few stays. I atayed in a handicap room, and the old metal bar marks in the shower were still there, and open, so likely to mold. Checked for bed bugs, and didnt see any. Convenience- right off I90 and across from Boxing Hall of Fame. All in all, an okay stay--but not for the price. I imagine its because of the reviews and lack of guests.

The room could have been cleaner-floor, frig, and bathtub in particular. No coffee maker in room, small coffee maker in lobby but we had to ask someone to make coffee. Very small, cheap breakfast, no elevator so we had to drag luggage and other items up 2 flights of stairs.

I was here for a two night stay. I wanted a place to sleep and not a resort! My room (102 or 103) was immaculate! It was so clean that for my own amusaement looked in the normally overlooked, missed places and they were All clean, The bed was comfortable and the sheets spotlessly clean. Folks at the desk were great and friendly! Breakfast was basic not fancy. I only saw my room but I couldn't have asked for more..it was clean!

Shower broke ,heater noise

My the desk staff were great when I brought the issues up and they moved me to a new room ASAP. I couldn't have appreciated it more. The hotel was clean and well cared for. The continental breakfast does not have many options, but there is a Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds right next door.

Reliably comfortable, convenient for our travel route. Breakfast spartan but not a problem to us.

The best asset of this property is the staff who go above and beyond to assist their clients in having a successful stay in the area.

Close to Turningstone for concert we were attending. Staff were very pleasant and very efficient, got there just as a busload of people was getting checked in and they did a fantastic job getting everyone processed!
