    Breakfast has gone down hill significantly since I started staying at this facility regularly over the past 2 years. The housekeeping staff are great at cleaning but left us short of towels or washcloths several times.

    The breakfast was a nice bonus with a good variety of options to start the day. I also appreciated how well the air conditioning worked—definitely important in Florida—and it kept the room cool and comfortable the entire time. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be minor updates to certain areas to keep everything feeling as fresh as possible, but overall nothing that impacted my stay in a major way. Overall, this is a solid, reliable place to stay, and I would definitely consider coming back on my next visit to the area.

    The food was ok was fresh. The room on the 4th fl was so hot and it smelled musty. Come to fine out the A/C wasn’t working. Makes me wonder since the ac was off why did the room smell musty and when was the last time the filters and system were cleaned.

    We did not get a double queen bed like we booked. There was feces on the toilet. Two bugs were crawling around in the bathroom. Did not get enough pillows. No lighting in the parking lot. We will not stay here again.

    After a few texts with Michael of the facility, I gave up expecting anything...we booked on line a room with a couch, table and chair..received a King room with a tv and a chair at the desk...no other furniture...I was able the receive straight back chair from the conference room...there were also NO pool towels available during our stay. I have been staying at these hotels for years...never had any problems...will look elsewhere in the future...Dennis Robbins not worth the money paid.

    Breakfast was open until 10 am, which was a real treat for or 2 week stay. And speaking of breakfast, it comes complete with Kathy. She keeps a spotless food prep and serving area, continuous fresh and good food, and tops it off with the most pleasant greeting and customer care. It truly made our stay here, to say the least, special.

    Got there then couldn’t check us in cause there system was down had a long flight extremely irritating for the absorbent amount of money I paid for the room and four hours after supposed check in fine then finally came back hours later and had hardly any supplies in the area where they sell items rooms were very mediocre not the cleanest will absolutely not be staying again or any Hampton for that matter

    This Hampton was very clean and quiet. It is also within walking distance of an incredible Italian restaurant, a charming coffee and wine bar and a CBS or Walgreens if anything was left behind. An easy drive over the bridge to downtown Ft. Myers and more great breweries and restaurants. The breakfast offered was well stocked with good variety. We enjoyed our stay very much.

    This Hampton is very quiet and the rooms appear to have been remodeled. Very spacious rooms and clean. All the staff we have come on contact with have been friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to an exceptional Italian restaurant and a lovely little coffee house. Very much enjoyed our stay.

    Not enough garbage containers in the room, we had to empty our own garbage. Not enough towels and wash cloths, however, the maid in the hall gratiously took our dirty ones and gave us fresh. Pillows were not comfortable. The front desk staff were wonderful!!!

    Bed was hard and lumpy, pillows were flat. Paint on the ceiling was cracked and flaking off, and you could see where there was water damage that they just painted over without properly fixing. We were congested whenever in the room, but that would resolve after leaving.

    Our room was perfect for the next four nights, huge room and nice and clean. I'm a clean freak so it was a nice change to find the room clean and ready for us to shower and relax in the nice bed with great bedding. The one that shined was Sametha that manned the morning buffet, what a wonderful kind person and so wanting to help to make everyone's breakfast delicious and she was top notch at making sure there was always fresh coffee. What a gold mind you have in her. Our room was just a few doors down from the Maintenace room where Juan kept all of his supplies. The door was opened so I got the opportunity to meet and speak with him, just a kind hearted man, great smile. He does need a larger room :) Had a chance to speak with the Manager, Ja'meria Johnson, great patient lady. We got the pleasure of officially meeting Tina on our last day and what a wonderful down to earth lovely person. We had seen her as we came and went those few days and she was always so cheerful and smiling so it was a pleasure to get to have a conversation with her on our last day. We'd stay here again.

    The shower water temp never reached "luke warm" let alone hot. Front desk comment? "We're sorry, there must be lots of people in the shower." I stay at Hampton Inn and pay their premium to get good hotels. Their quality level is definitely slipping.

    No hot water for showers was disappointing! Breakfast foods were not available and water at front desk not available to silver/diamond members. We go to Hampton Inns faithfully and this was highly disappointing. 😟

    Room not as shown on booking. Booked a King Accessible and the room assigned was King with Tub/Shower. Desk said Hotels.com didn’t always show the right description of accommodation's. Also wasn’t told up front that there would only be housekeeping every other day. That is unacceptable. If I pay the same rate each day I should get the same amenities.

    No one bothers to refill. And apologizes for no food. This is ridiculous that i faced this all 3 days during breakfast. I have paid a lot to stay here comfortably but this kind of attitude towards food is not good. Our room didn’t have a chair at the bed side either. No refill of shower gel either. Extremely bad service. More stuff should be available for the holidays but sad situation.
