Room never got cleaned the week I was there

General manager was very rude and in willing to help. I mentioned my room was not clean and that I had already cleaned most of it myself just needed the floors mopped as they were disgusting and she stated I didn’t have a cleaning during my stay(which was 10 days) TV didn’t work for the first few days I stayed. Housekeeping came by and they were very nice and tried fixing TV, brought some extra towels as you are only given 2 during your whole stay. Definitely read the fine print as I was very surprised to see that nothing was provided including essentials like hair blow dryer and iron. It’s convenient to stay for a extended time but there are areas of improvement like rooms are not cleaned prior to check in, the room is cleans once and if it’s weeks until it’s used again they don’t clean it. Also didn’t know that they take an additional deposit that supposedly is returned if the room is cleans once when you check out. Again read fine print to ensure you are not surprised as general manager is not willing to assist in any way.

Room is clean. Manager is a nice lady. This is a nice place to stay, They come every Thursday and change sheets and towels..If you need toilet paper, bring your own. The bed is lumpy but okay to sleep on.

The management is the worst. The property needs alot of updates. The GM, doesn't want certain humans at her property. If you just pay thrle 20 30 dollars more choose comfort cleaness and kindness, this isn't the place. Its the worst...
