The location is perfect for us because of easy access to family, shopping, restuarants , etc. Room was very clean and comfortable. Traffic noise all night due to being very close to freeway. A/C unit right beside the bed with no vent cover to adjust direction of air flow.

however the room next door was very loud and although the front desk said they would take care of it, it was over an hour before the noise was turned down. Also, no maid service for my entire stay.

The hair dryer did not work - it was missing part of the plug. The ironing board was in two parts - legs, board; I set the board on the bed to use it. The room was painted an intense blue which did not reflect light in the room well. No light over the bath mirror - blue walls there, too. Ceiling fire sensor was missing. There was absolutely NOTHING, around the motel and the nearby intersection was not walkable because of construction. To exit the property (which had absolutely NO landscaping), you could only go right to U-turn a mile later. Office was staffed at 6AM. Freeway noise was constant - no double-paned windows. Although I was in #104 the TV remote was labeled '109'. Attention to details not a strong feature. Towels were ridiculously small and thin; while clean, some had stains. There was no extraneous traffic around the building nor noisy guests.

The sheets were not clean - when I arrived the bedding and pillows had hair on them, suggesting that they had not been changed after the last guest.

El sitio es ruidoso, y la verdad que no hay nada alrededor. Pero como motel de carretera cumple muy bien. La habitación es muy completa con frigo y microondas. Le falta cafetera pero hasta el wifi funciona bien. El servicio podría ser algo más amable pero cumple.

DO NOT STAY HERE THERE ARE NO QUIET ROOMS!. I asked the man upon check in for a QUIET room so he gave me a room in the back on the second floor. The noise from the highway, THE CARS, TRUCKS MOTORCYCLES WAS SO LOUD I WAS UP ALL NIGHT EVEN WITH AN PILLOW OVER MY HEAD. I AM NOT A LIGHT SLEEPER BUT THE NOISE KEPT ME AWAKE ALL NIGHT. The highway quiets down between 3AM and 5 Am which I was able to get 2 hours sleep!

The area and the room did not feel safe and we decided not to stay.

Bathroom did not have shelves in the shower, not even a grab bar. Otherwise, good room, fridge, climate control, bed, and bathroom. Not much parking, but that is ok, it was adequate. Italian restaurant is in walking distance, not much else.

Someone broke into my car, stole the card out of it. Management knew and didn’t refund me. Worst experience ever, totally not worth it.

clean room,comfy bed. and a remote that actually worked. it was cozy. all the construction and location it was in. which I know there is nothing they can do about it. but definitely worth it.

The staff was as kind as can be. Unfortunately, the room in its entirety was poor quality. The bed was worn out and only had two pillows. The fire alarm and iron were missing. I will not return.

Place was confortable and perfect for a good rest.

The hotel was very dingy and smelled weird. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a drug dealer and the within itself, says a lot about this place. I didn’t necessarily say it felt unsafe it was just dirty and dingy.

Room was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I did not liked that there was no coffee in the room or any type of breckfast.

The house keeper was polite the service guy was nice I would go again

Beds are like sleeping on plywood. They only provide 2 flat pillows for a king size bed. Other than that it was OK. But like I said, DON'T go there unless you like sleeping on the equivalent of a floor.

I chose this motel based on overall ratings on Booking.com as well as the pictures of the rooms. On the website, the pictures gave the appearance that the rooms had recently been remodeled. The room did appear to have fresh paint, the showers looked recently redone, and the paint colors are bright and cheery. Wow. I do NOT recommend this place. The rooms smell strongly of marijuana. The first room we were given smelled horribly. The front desk agent assigned us a different room. It also smelled badly, but it wasn't quite as strong and we dealt with it. The motel doesn't allow refunds or we would have left. We should have left anyway. It is located in an unsafe area of town. There was a dead roach on the floor of the room. The sheets were stained (with red - looked like blood) and had cigarette burns in them. The cost is way more than it should be. For the price paid, I was expecting a much better place. This place should be charging around $35/night (or by the hour...!).

Its drive way is in a construction zone. Seems a little ghetto but it wasn’t a bad stay.

Room was very nice with a big, comfortable bed. TV had many channels from which to choose, there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and the bathroom was nice and clean with colorful tiles in the shower. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The motel is very close to a major freeway; fortunately, after rush hour, the noise isn't that bad.

The room was very clean with nice colors in the room. (I like blue so I was really happy.) I was there for a Craft Fair being done 15 minutes away.

Only problem I had trying to sleep a little bit when I smell a lot of smoking like somebody has smoke within the room before I got there but that's okay I just wanted next time if they can spray the room that if someone has smoked in it I wanted non-smok

It was very nice and there is construction going on the road other than that it is very convenient . It is not a 5 star hotel but it will do if you need something cheap and just for a night. The lady at the front office was very nice and the room was clean and tidy no mildew smell or pee smell. There was clean bedding and towels. Other than that I went to use the microwave it was burnt up on the inside so I could not warm up my burrito. There is limited parking because it is very tight enclosed place

Nothing Checkin was difficult. Man behind plexiglass with bad speaker. Charge put in twice because he made a mistake the first time. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. King bed had two flat small pillows. Requested a couple more pillows. Was told by the attendant that he didn't have a key to the housekeeping room and pointed to a sign that stated housekeeping comes in at 12 noon. I told him if that didn't make sense because check out was at 11 am. Didn't feel safe and left without staying the night.

Affordable, quiet Kinda dirty. We had a bug in the bathtub and one of out bath towels had dirt on it.

Very Clean. Bed very comfortable. Staff so well behaved. Beautiful easy accessible site. The neatness of the room is mind blowing, fresh smell in the room and the Toilet is extremely clean and in all very clean, clean and clean Nothing. I love everything about my stay in Scottish inn

I had so many problems with this place I am 8 months pregnant I got moved rooms 3 times just be put back in the first room that the door wasn’t working all were suppsoed to be non smoking which all smelled like smoke and pee not to mention covers were dirty and doors look like they were broken into , later that night at 12 at night I got banged on my door worken up to them trying to kick me out brought the cops and everything just for it to be their fault that I was not in the system FYI FOUND OUT THIS PLACE IS ALSO A GOVERNMENT ASSISTED HOMELESS SHELTER FOR DALLAS just a heads up

Room was clean and location quiet. having fridge and microwave was nice touch for budget hotel. The bed! Why such a tall pedestal frame. at 5’6” the mattress top was at my waist. I had to use the desk chair to be able to climb into the bed. it was ridiculously high! there were no hand towels in the room.

The hot water did not work and it finally did hours later..

Perfect location to the baseball fields for a tournament we had in Coppell. A lot of construction and small parking lot, but adequate for the number of rooms.

The facility has serious maintenance issues. Our first room had a heater that wouldn't heat at all. We switched rooms and the heater in that room wasn't adjustable for heat because the knob had been broken off. The staff was really good about it but there's nothing they can do when the facility isn't taken care of. There is construction on the road at the entrance to the facility. There is no light and no signage to indicate the entrance we had a difficult time finding it. Only one of the bed lights worked.

The hotel is a great hidden gem. The area is under construction, so it makes it look sketchy, but I never felt unsafe. Definitely worth the price.

Hotel was great and clean. No issues with check in and check out. Everything went smoothly.

Receptionist first said no room available when we arrived. Then, the room given had unclear trashes, wet towels and dirty bathroom. At 8am, another guest arrived to claim the room. The stay was a torture.

It is okay for the price but if youre sensitive to noise, dont stay here. We had all the doors and windows closed but i felt like we had them open. I could hear the noise from the outside so clearly. Bed isnt that comfy but clean inside.

The room was clean & in good repair, Everything worked properly and the mattress was great! The room is painted dark periwinkle blue and dark mustard on 1 wall. The drapes are teal. The valance is a rainbow of multicolored dots. The bathroom was also dk periwinkle and the tub surround is Gay w/ tan/cream circles, very unique. The interior decorator was color blind. LOL I did stay a second night.

It was very clean!! Bed was too hard. vending machine was out of drinks.

Needs extra pillows around

The hotel was clean and the room looked to be newly renovated. It is definitely a no frills hotel, but check in was very easy and quick. We asked for extra towels and an extra blanket, but we were told people steal them all the time, so we couldn’t have any. That was frustrating. Other than that, it was a nice stsy.
