SUPER comfy beds, very clean and spacious room. The staff also really went above and beyond with friendliness and professionalism.

Stains on the sheets shower water was cold after two minutes kids on top of me keep running all through the day I called downstairs 3xs to complain and ask for a room change. The lady at check was helpful but everything else was horrible the remote didn’t work to the tv

A little outdated but it was good for one night. We decided to stay one more day.

Staff where friendly lobby was clean. Hotel needs to be updated. Towels and washcloth that were put in rooms old and badly stained. Parking was ok and hotel conveniently located to gas and food.

We checked in at about 11pm after a day on the road driving. Looking for a place to sleep a few hours before getting back on the road. Check in was slow but not terrible. I took my 10 year old up the elevator to our 3rd floor room. The elvator was in older condition and smelled so bad of marajuana my daughter gagged. We got to our room and the music from next door was so loud. When my husband made it to the room he was going to go and ask them to turn down the music but tue entire hallway and close to the room smelled of marijuana so bad he decided to call the front desk. He reported the noise and smell and they responded they would ask for tue music to be turned down. The music was slightly lowered. The tv did not work. My daughter commented she was creeped out by the hotel and didnt want to stay. We stayed because we were tired. Breakfast left lots to be desired, no protein options, milk not in fridge but left on counter, stale cereal and no apple juice though it was set up to be there. I probably would not choose this location again.

Had no hot water and didn’t know when it would be back! Pool was closed for health reasons? When confronted the desk personnel said only, we needed to speak to the manager but they wouldn’t be in until Monday! Unfortunately bad stay.

Hotel was fine. Could use some updates. Bathrooms are old and so is the carpet. Bed spread was stained and had holes in it.

Unless you are a child it's hard to use the toilet because it's so low. The rooms that showed 2 beds only had one. The pictures was deceiving as to what was in the room.

Apparently there was an issue with the systems being used. I was given a key card for a room that was already occupied. Then someone else was given a key card for our room in the middle of the night. It was rather uncomfortable due to the circumstances. It was explained the next morning its due to a change over in systems from Wyndham to the new owners. But still please do better for future customers. Also the first receptionist looked rather ate up and twitchy. Made me wonder where I chose to stay.

First of all the room we booked ahead of time was already taken by someone else. The check in lady was super sweet and helpful but she didn’t have anyone registered to the room she assigned us. When she gave us a new room , there were dead and live roaches on the AC unit. Dead one next to the bed. A ton of old food being the fridge area and a roach crawling in the shower along with another dead one. We went back to the front desk to tell her we would not stay there due to the uncleanliness and roaches. She said she “unchecked us in”, but since I booked in Hotel.com, I did not receive a refund. This was totally beyond our control and I should definitely get my money back. Just a horrible experience at 1 am with kids

The “breakfast” was cereal and stale bagels. No eggs, nothing fresh, the juice was warm and tasted spoiled. The bagels were stale. The bathroom had peeling wall paper, the room itself had a musty smell and by the morning everyone was coughing, the mattresses and sheets were stained. It was gross

The whole place had a weird smell. Carpet in the room wasn't staind. Toilet was very loud. Shower drained very slowly so by the time you finished your shower you were standing in 2 inches of water.

Bed sheets were not an issue at all, bed was good and pillows were of excellent quality. Breakfast had no eggs and available items were not enticing.

Very well maintained and clean. I can easily say that for the value, it could easily charge more. Does not even closely compare with it’s neighborhood hotels.

Bed bugs lots of bed bugs the shower didn't work properly and when it did the water didn't get hot just a little warm. But the bed bugs drove me out at about 2am it was a major inconvenience for some reason this is not letting me upload and photos

Unfortunately, this was not an ideal experience. The hotel is not given the care one would expect for a hotel of this kind. Very dirty carpet, bedding was questionable to say the least, the bathroom was very dirty.

The towels looked filthy (they were clean), we had to purchase our own at Dollar General. toilet paper sitting on empty roll, not on holder itself. Tub very slippery, we purchased tub mat & also rug to step on. small towel holder kept falling off wall (no screw). elevator inspection past due It was just a place to shower & sleep so we were satisfied

They can do a little better for breakfast

The staff was helpful. The only real complaint is that there was a group of foreign men smoking and drinking at the main entrance door that made my wife and I'm sure others , very uncomfortable.

The room had a very weird smell in it. In the middle of the night the ac stopped working when i went to the front desk to let them know they said they would send someone down to try to fix it witch was crazy why not give us a different room.

Our room has broken tiles in the bathroom that were sharp, hair in the tub, a punch hole in the closet door, and a lot of misc junk behind the beds.

I loved the stay

I will not recommend this to anyone. The shower was not clean mold around the shower floor, the shower head was leaking spraying on the wall. Pillows were flat also. When we checked in the young man would not even acknowledge my wife and she addressed him when we walked in, he would only talk with me totally ignored her. I thought that was very rude even though I was the one paying for the room.

Our non smoking room smelled like smoking. There was no soap or other amenities. We sat on the couch and sagged terribly. It felt like a transient hotel. Just awful.

Was a bit disappointed in this hotel. I have tried to find a way to avoid pet friendly hotels, most of them including this have an odor that is not good. The bathroom was adequate but it only had 2 lights and 1 was burned out so was pretty dark in there. Its unlikely the bulb burned out just as we arrived so that means it was cleaned at least once with no care to replace the bulb. Breakfast options were also disappointing. Microwave sausage biscuits or toaster waffles. coffee cups were tiny cups. Again not a terrible hotel but could be better with just a little more attention to detail.

Terrible parking. Hardly enough room to open your car doors. No parking if you have a trailer. Poor breakfast choices.

There was dust on the mattresses below the headboard. Hotel very dated and needs refurbishment.

Beds were just firm enough for me. I find most hotel beds too soft, but these were fine for a night of sleep. The bathroom was enormous compared to other places I have stayed in the last year or so. Plenty of counter space and a nice big tub and shower. We just stayed one night, we didn't use any of the amenities of the hotel. I can't speak to the pool or the quality of the breakfast. It's a good enough hotel if you're looking to just sleep the night and get back on the road in the morning.

We got up in the morning to no hot water. Staff assured hot water i. 25 minutes. No understanding or compassion about inconveniences or refund.

Second day there a mouse was in my trash. Reported it to the front desk. They sent someone to look and he offered to put me in another room. I declined because it would be more of an inconvenience for me to try to move my family's belongings. My last morning as we are getting ready to leave, the mouse comes back. It goes to every location that the employee looked for it. When I checked out I let the front desk know that the mouse was back and they needed to put some traps out. No apology, no offer of any type of reimbursement, nothing.

Our stay here was disappointing. This hotel clearly maintains a clientele of mainly truckers/construction workers, which is not an issue but the hotel does not service the rooms appropriately after rooms encounter the types of dirt/grease/debris that follows this type of hard labor. Not only was our room/bathroom far from meeting cleanliness standards, the entire hotel (elevator included) was dirty and not well maintained. There were a total of 3 light bulbs burned out in the dimly lit room. We ended up purchasing cleaning supplies to wipe hard surfaces and clean the bathroom prior to allowing our children to use it. The one positive remark I feel obligated to make is that the female and male who worked the check in desk on 10/12 provided phenomenal customer service and met any need we voiced with positive attitudes.

Bedding was comfortable and clean but that is about the only good thing I can say. Front desk did not seem to know what was going on when I paid with OneKey Cash. We paid extra for roll away bed, which we had to take to our room ourselves. As a tired family with a toddler we were disappointed. Don’t even bother with the breakfast…..

The room smelled strongly of dog urine. The shower curtain had unidentifiable brown stuff on it. It didn’t feel clean at all. For $160, plus $15 pet fee it was way overpriced. My kids refused to even shower there. The outside had trash everywhere—beer bottles, beer cans, trash in general. The mowers just mowed over the trash and left it. I do not recommend this place at all. I feel ripped off.

The carpet was badly stained as if someone working in tar had stayed in the room. The bed sheets had black stains on them. The elevator floor was badly damaged and dirty.

Carpet by the bathroom door was peeling up and the shampoo bottle was not new and oozing out the top. Room was decent and quiet. Breakfast was all cold food and lacking.

Made reservations for 2 queen beds a month and a half in advance. I was told that expedia reserved me a king suite. I had to sleep on a damn pull out sofa. I will never use expedia again. Poor f**king service on expedias part!!!!

The room was extra large, but, the tv reception was aweful, the shower didn't work, had a bath instead, sofa was so soft i sunk into the middle, noisy trucks all nite,.

The next morning my wife took a shower with no problem. When I tried to take a shower I could not get the water to divert to the shower head. The “diverter” was jammed and I could not “pull it down or push it up”. My wife went down to tell the desk clerk who happened to be the same person from the night shift. She told my wife there was nothing she could do. When I heard that I went down and said to her that she needed to give me a key to another room so I could take a shower. She started yelling at me “you’re not going to come down here and tell me what to do”. She continued to scream and yell at me, the customer, who had not one, not two, not three, but four things wrong with the room and threatened to call the police and 911. So we packed up, checked out and I had to hit the road without being able to take a shower.

No one came to the desk, waited several minutes. Thank goodness an incredible soul happened to be there to get her check, and helped me. There were dead flies inside the AC/heating unit, the fridge did not work, and we could very clearly hear “romantic sounds” through the thin walls.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned there was dried up pee in the seat. There was dirt behind the bathroom door very visible. The sheets on the bed were stained.

I waited 45 minutes for someone to check me in and no one came. I rang the bell repeatedly and nothing. I gave up and left. Very disappointed. I would also like a refund of my money. The service was unforgivable.

Upon check in, the staff assigned me to an occupied room! Then I was assigned a room on the 2nd floor that smelled like a kennel! Yuck! The room had pee stains on the carpet! Carpet was dirty and disgusting. TV is cheap. The room in all was less than desireable.

Let’s just say I wanted to shower after our stay! None of the electrical things were plugged in and we had to search for outlets. There were stains on the blankets. I do have to say that the people working there were very friendly

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. My husband and I pulled off here with our two kids on our way home back from vacation for a quick nights stay. We went to check in and knew we would probably not be staying here. We got to the room and the smell in the hallway was terrible but in the room was even worse. There were huge red stains all over the carpet and the sheets had stains all over them. My husband immediately lifted the sheets up to check the mattresses and there were bugs crawling everywhere! We were not even in this establishment for ten minutes before we left. Do not ever stop here!

The hotel is in need of updates. The room was loud and did not feel clean.

The stay was good for the price and with it being one night. It’s located right next to a BK, Ihop, Popeyes, and Pizza Hut so that was good. Only thing i disliked was the busted latched on the door, the burnt or brown spots on my pillows cases (thank God I always travel with my own pillow cases) and the fact that they didn’t have updated USB ports for phones. Also the wifi and tv barely worked.

The staff was not friendly. The rooms were dirty. The pool was closed. The phone in our room didn’t work. I also have bug bites all over. I’m going to the doctor today to see if it is bed bugs or fleas. Not worth the money!!

Great hotel. Very comfortable beds. Front desk was always friendly. Not much of a breakfast bar, very limited offerings. Right next to highway, so a little more road noise at night. Overall, very pleased with the location. Stayed on our way down south as well as on our return home 10 days later. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

The room was dirty, dirty towels under the bed upon arrival. Mold on the shower curtain. Light bulbs missing in fixtures and door security latch broken. Room was never cleaned during the day, no fresh towels. Upon asking for fresh towels I was told that we could not have more than 1 towel. We were kicked out of our room and had to call police after the owner called my wife a f..king b…h multiple times.

This property was rated 3 stars. It should not be above a 2. The internet would not work in the rooms. The ice machine did not work. The blackout curtains would close all the way. It only had a funky design of shower where you walked in to a cubby hole area and the shower head was around the corner. The breakfast that was listed online was shutdown according to them because of covid protocols.

The room on the other hand was not cleaned. The sheets were dirty with spots and dog hair on them. There was no tissue paper in the bathroom and the shower curtains were hanging from one side. We decided to just run. Not a good experience at all, I hate i used me bonus points for this place
