Check in odd time 5pm the day we checked in had to wait but staff were helpful during wait our room had carpet tiles they were slightly sticky to your feet but overall the room was clean

The room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast awesome. Love staying at Hampton, but little pricy and to add a pet was an extra $150. I am living off Social Security and traveling to baseball tournaments with my grandson does make it a bit difficult to stay at my favorite place. Love my Hampton Inns!

First and foremost, the 5:00 PM check-in is ridiculous especially since you still have an 11:00 AM checkout. Secondly, the air conditioner in our room made so much noise we had to turn it off in order to sleep. Then there’s the breakfast, the hot food was all cold at 7:30. We are in this area regularly and have stayed here before. We will definitely make other arrangements next time.

The stay was excellent! The only improvement I can see is the quality of the breakfast. Not bad but could be better.

The breakfast was decent. I had a little trouble getting in and out of the facilities. I’m short so it was hard for me to wave my hands high enough for the sensors to let me out of the pool. The door leading outside by the pool was broken.

Please be aware check in is 5:00, we arrived early and the check in lady was so rude, we had to wait another hour after check in which I remind you is 5:00. We were already tired from our trip this made it even worse.

The location is very close to evething especially the golf course for the tournament that weekend First the staff who check us in is not very helpful and rude we have to wait almost an hour wait.Then the room were in are no remote for the tv at all .we call front desk for assistance 1 hour wed been waiting noone come to give us the remote

This was a one night stop on our way to somewhere else. Less than a 12 hour stay and it was enough. Location to freeway was good. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast options were good. However the handicap room we were assigned had a major issue. The door didn't latch shut. We were able to lock it while we were in the room, but once out of the room all you had to do to open the door was push on it. Someone had to know it was like that. The shower liner in the walk in was too short causing shower spray to spread across the floor - a major hazard for handicap individuals. Wouldn't recommend this one, even for a short stay.

Easily the nicest Hampton I've stayed at. Gorgeous. The only surprise was Emerson Lake . The "lake" is a small manmade wake boarding facility. However Lake Altoona is nearby.

The staff was courteous, the room was very clean. Had a little problem with the sheets not looking fresh enough, turns out they were just wrinkled. Probably could have been a 5 star in my book if there was a little more bathroom privacy, with a real door that closed. But thats just my pet peeve.

Breakfast was okay. Smoked sausage was the only meat option and would have liked oatmeal.

Room was clean. Could only get 3 channels in the TV. Asked at the desk to have someone come and fix it but no one showed up. Shower curtain was hung to high so water would get all over the floor. So I had to mop up the floor after every shower. I also told the girl at the desk but she didn’t seem to care.

Our room was quite clean and spacious. The location was handy to the freeway but lacked the noise. Breakfast was somewhat limited, though other options are nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. We likely will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Not crazy that they allow dogs in this hotel. We had to ask to move rooms due to a yapping dog next door. But the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. We plan to stay there again.

I have stayed at this property a few times. The staff is always friendly, the facility is always clean, the only issue I had on this stay, was Hilton's digital key and skip the front desk was not working.

Very friendly staff and convenient location. The bathroom floor was pretty dirty but the rest of the room seemed fine.

We were down for a baseball tournament and two rooms had bed bugs and my son got bites on his chest. Manger said there were no live ones but we found live ones.

The room felt very small. The bathroom door was broken at the sliding bottom and had cracks so not really any privacy. The bathtub was TINY, my 12 year old could barely fit in it and he is not a big kid. The pool looked muggy and could use an update for sure. The breakfast was good, but could use more options. The snack store could have been better stocked. The fridge was so tiny it couldn’t even hold a to go box. The staff was great!

The beds seemed cheap and the wall electrical outlets, nothing would stay plugged in.

- Walking distance to ball fields, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks and pizza place. - Beds were very comfortable. - Good shower pressure and better than average counter space for toiletries. Cons: - Thermostat only allowed for hot or cold air. Temperature did not seem to matter. It was either extremely hot or freezing cold. Never found a comfortable setting. - Breakfast was very disappointing both days. Items offered were either over cooked, over salted, or nonexistent. Coffee was very watered down. The attendants were rarely seen but always had earbuds in and on a call. We did not use the pool or outdoor spaces.

Easy access off of the Interstate and fairly new constructed building. The staff were helpful and always available. The property was clean and well kept.

The pool was closed for "servicing" so unfortunately we were not able to ejoy this particular amenity. Our only issue was that our room on the 4th floor was a bit too warm even though the air was running all night. I would stay here again.

I left and came back around 6 to finalize check in and no surprise again there was no one at the front desk. I waited 10 min for a gentleman to arrive at the desk, and there were 3 other people behind me needing help as well. Overall, the lack of awareness and having to wait made the stay frustrating. The room was fine.

Our room was in need of general maintenance and upkeep. Water pressure extremely low, loose screws almost falling out of place, sliding door not working properly resulting in bathroom not having needed privacy, privacy shade on window did not close all the way and there was no other curtain that would block view from outside.

We prefer to stay at Hampton Inns because we usually have a very pleasant stay without any issues, but this one was a major disappointment. This hotel has a very late check-in (5 pm). Our room looked new and was clean, but the nightstand between the beds was falling off the wall, the drawer holding the coffee machine would not stay closed, and the sliding door to the bathroom did not work well; sometimes it would not close and open while you were in the bathroom or it would get stuck closed and you could not open it without lifting it. Went to get tea in the lobby and the water was barely above room temperature. Extremely limited breakfast selection. We even paid a premium because of its location, but we should have selected a different hotel. This was for a one-night stay for a sporting event, so it we were not there long enough to try to get any of the issues addressed.

This hotel was so dirty. When I checked in my room still had trash on the counter. The bathroom was disgusting. The walls had spills on them. The couch was covered in stains and had liquid sitting on a cushion. The bed sheets had balls of hair on them. The front desk did get me a new room, but even that one was still dirty. The hallways were also very dirty too.

Room was very dirty. Toothpaste in the sink, mold in the shower, hair on the sheets. Bar sink faucet was very loose and broken. Window shade was broken and would not open. Toilet seat was broken and loose. Droppings in the corners of the room.

Bowling, arcade, mini golf right across the street. This was great since it rained so much and our games were cancelled. Hotel breakfast was great too! Very nice at the front desk. Chik-fil-a was right next door too!!

The staff was very friendly and the location was great. However the carpets in our hotel room was very very dirty. They need to deep clean the carpets or just pull them up.

Our family was in town for a baseball tournament so we stayed one night at the Hampton Inn due to an early game. We slept well & everything was predominately clean with the exception of some stains on the chairs from wear and tear. Everything you need is right there within a block of the hotel.

I recommend this property for anyone who wants to stay there, it is quiet, neat, and organized properly by the staff working in the building.

There was a couple of ladies that worked at the front desk that wasn’t very friendly. The free breakfast was excellent with a nice variety. I had a two night stay and house keeping didn’t step into my room the whole time I was there. Garbage can was running over. Beds not made.

During booking, I was directed to pay at counter during check in. Check in was not until 5:00pm. I was charged at 2:00pm three hours prior to checking in. I wasn’t allowed to check in until 5:00pm still. Breakfast is advertised 6am-10am on the site and inside the facility. Only reason for staying here and paying over 2X the cost of the hotel across the street was because of our tournament and being unaware of the other hotel. We came down at 6:00 for breakfast and after waiting until 6:06 we had to leave for the tournament. No breakfast

Cable was out during my stay, called twice no one called back to fix/follow up. Refrigerator was out, staff wasn’t concerned about it. They were under staffed and overbooked.

Pillows were half the size and coffee maker was missing key component to make the coffee.

I had a chip in my windshield in the morning when I left. Upon returning that evening I request that the staff please review the camera footage from the previous night. The manager walked out with me and I showed him the car and where I had parked. He asked for my room number and promised they would do so and get back with me promptly. I never heard from him and he was not in when I checked out 3 days later. Disappointing.

The fridge in our room wasn’t cold. The floor had stains on the carpet. There needed to be more pillows or at least bigger. Beautiful and comfortable pergola outside to relax and read and watch-overlooking a water sports area. Excellent location for surrounding food establishments.

We were therr for one night. Checked in a little late as we were coming from a ballgame. Lady at desk tried to charge me extra for my room. I told her it was paid in full thru expedia. She had to have someone come help her but we got it figured out. Room was very, very spacious. Loved the size! There were several stains on the carpet. Looked like coffee stains. Shower was nice but the corners of the shower were not cleaned very well. We had a blind missing from one of the windows so we couldnt shut out the light from outside. Had to watch where we dressed so we were not in front of that window. Bed was comfy. All in all, a good place to stay. Breakfast was very good.
