The property was actually clean and quiet they are under construction but it was still clean and the staff that I did interact with was pleasant

Good cleaning, Breakfast decent. Gym and Laundry work great. We liked almost everything. However, this hotel has been trying to finish its construction for more than a year and it is still not completed. The smell of paint and the dust cause discomfort and allergies.

Although there was some remodeling and construction being done while we were there, the facility, staff, and breakfast were a good experience.

Yes. They lied and said the indoor pool was available, but upon arrival I was told the pool was NOT available. The pool availability was the only reason I booked. And the manager was rude about us having guess in our room for our son's Birthday dinner.

The property is currently under construction, so only one elevator was working. The worker to check me in was in the back for at least 5 mins before coming to the front.

We felt the room and facility itself was clean and well kept. However, we had brought our bathing suits in anticipation of going swimming in the indoor pool only to find out that it was closed.when we got there. I guess next time we will call ahead.

I will say, the hotel was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was great. However, I chose this hotel over several other (more affordable) hotels because hotels.com listed them as having an indoor pool. Upon arrival we discovered that the pool was closed. This was very disappointing, to say the least. I spoke with the manager at the Best Western and she said that had I looked on their website I would have seen that the pool was under renovation. She also told me that hotels.com is supposed to pull that information directly from their website and it should have been listed. I'm feeling very frustrated that I spent an extra $50 to get a hotel room where my kids could go swimming for absolutely no reason.

The elevator was extremely slow. We had bacon one day and wish they would have had it the other days we were there. Pressure in the shower was weak. Staff extremely friendly and hotel was very clean.

The hotel is by the interstate which was convenient for us but you can hear the traffic at night and it might bother others. The hotel itself was quiet inside and provided everything we needed. It was a short drive to the sports arena. Breakfast was nicely done and food area clean and well maintained.

My stay was very nice. Our grandson graduation. The only complaint was the bath cloths were a little rough and there was a note asking us to use our towels twice. I don’t at home and and I don’t think I should be asked when I am paying for my stay. Yes I will return or use Holiday Inn Express in my next trip! A winner!!!

We arrived late after a long drive and missed our turn to this location as it isn't marked well and there are businesses in front of the hotel. Check in was almost effortless once we arrived as the desk staff got us checked in quickly with no issues. The room was clean, well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Loved everything about the room. Breakfast wasn't great. No bacon (portrayed in the pictures), the biscuits and gravy were just bad and the juices were extremely watered down in that they had the right coloring, but no taste at all. That surprised us. Checkout was as smooth as checkin. There is a good, clean convenience store/gas station across the road and you are just yards away from I-75.

This hotel was much nicer than I had anticipated! We booked it specifically for the indoor pool which was out of service but the staff were friendly and our room was huge! I was pleasantly surprised. It was super clean as well. My kid wants to stay here again if we end up back in the area! I'd highly recommend staying here!

Room was reasonably clean. We would consider staying here again, but there were several minor issues. The pool was closed, so our kids were kinda disappointed. There was no roll away bed available. No front desk number, when I called the hotel they told me I had to go down and get blankets myself. This hotel is located right next to the interstate, so it was pretty loud trying to sleep at night. Also maybe a laundry room next to us? Dryer sounds off and on throughout the night. No laundry bag to use. The cabinet above the fridge was being held to the wall by two lower screws. Overall it was fine, especially for the price we paid, but nothing that I would recommend.

The pool was the only reason we booked this property and when we arrived it was not open. We did not stay as this was a must for our visit.

Hotel seems to be fairly new. Clean throughout. Nice room. Staff very accommodating. Looked like they had a decent breakfast but I had to leave early so opted for their coffee. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Perfect experience! Friendly check-in/check-out, clean and comfortable rooms. Really couldn’t ask for better. Except maybe that the elevator not freak me out with its squeaking. I doubt there was anything seriously wrong with it but my imagination didn’t get that memo.

The hotel is in a good location and everything seems to be clean and orderly. They were very helpful. The only downside to it is behind them. They’re building new houses so you get to your construction all day so you never get to sleep late but I realize that that is out of their hands otherwise I had a great visit.

Not satisfied at all. I booked a room here for a total of one night. Upon my check out date, I returned to my vehicle the next morning to charge my phone. Unbeknownst to me, the cleaning staff entered my room before the check out time at 11am and proceeded to clean my room. I returned to my room and noticed by sheets and comforter has been removed from the bed I occupied and someone had touched my food and placed it in another location. I opened the small refrigerator and noticed items were missing that I purchased the night prior. While checking out, I asked the front desk attendant what was the proper protocol for the cleaning after noticing the room is still occupied. He stated the staff does not enter the room until 11am. The hotel manager appears, and states her staff wouldn’t do/steal anything out the patrons room. I asked for her to review the cameras..her staff did in fact enter in my room. She stated the staff should have not entered, but I know they didn’t take anything from your room…how? I’m not blaming your staff, but make it make sense. I didn’t take my own belongings out of my room and you are touching my food!! Her overall attitude was very unprofessional during the conversation. Will NOT BOOK AGAIN HERE.

Just a quick stopover on a longer journey

The property needs a remodel. The air conditioner in our our room was so noisy we could not sleep. Sounded like a jet taking off every time it clicked on. Noise from the highway was also extremely loud and lasted all night. Did not sleep at all. Not to mention kids running around yelling and knocking on doors. Buttons in the elevator were taped up. Not sure why but very unappealing and a little scary. The employees were extremely nice and helpful even when I shared my concerns.

Very Pleasent Stay We were watching our Grandson play baseball in Emerson. It was close and convenient Very good Value. We were only 10 min away from the Lakepoint sports complex in Emerson

The pool was not opened. Waffle house in the front of the property perfect for late night baseball gamers. Close to stores, dining, and 10 minutes to Lakepoint.

The property is well kept and conveniently located. Breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, our room simply wasn’t clean. Clump of hair in the toilet. Hair in shower. Something sticky & greasy on the microwave. And that’s what we could see!

The walls are so thin, we were up until 2:30a.m. With noisy people next to us. Have never had this problem holiday inn, it is a new construction, but not good.

Breakfast was not open on time we want to go traveling and had to get a later start, we payed for it so should have it.
