The property was fine. Booking.com was a major let down. Even though I reserved a room and had a confirmation # from Booking.com I did not have a room because Booking.com did not follow through and reserve with the hotel. And with a major event in town. There were no rooms available.

Always enjoy my stay here. Room and hotel is always clean. The staff is very friendly and the location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. My daughter loves the pool.

The property was clean and modern. The staff was fantastic and helpful. The parking was free and an open parking lot for self parking. Many restaurants and airport nearby. The room was comfortable and clean!! I recommend this to all looking for a nice place to stay.

Breakfast was great but NOT FREE. Cooked to order. Eggs bacon potatoes toast $15. Coffee $5. Pass on the milk. Organic funky tasting stuff.

The room was spotless and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a great location and the EV charger was really convenient. They actually have 3 on site.

This is a very nice hotel and a convenient location. Staff are always exceptionally helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well designed. There is no free coffee available in the lobby in the morning and they don’t have the greatest options for breakfast, but there are places close by to get breakfast food.

Conveniently placed hotel with lots of options for food and shopping around the area. Parking was easy and check in was hassle free. Cleanliness was good and service was good.

We stayed on this property as we saw a show at Raleigh Improv. You could walk or survive from property. Plenty of restaurants and specialty dessert shops nearby ( all within walking distance.) The thermostat in the room worked great and we lived the king room set up.

Very nice facility but others as nice offer free breakfast for the same price. I tried to calculate what a couple of eggs and a couple of pieces of bacon and a piece of toast would cost, got lost in double figures and walked next door for breakfast. Amenities were excellent, pool was clean and workout room was great.

We did a staycation here with some friends. The indoor pool was a huge plus. Hotel is clean and quiet. Loads of dining options and super convenient.

Pool and rooms are starting to be a bit run down, but we still enjoyed it. We came two years ago. Friendly staff. Always someone at front desk. Close to stores and restaurants.

Room was clean and had all the main amenities. Mattresses were not very comfortable. Staff was polite. The pool is small (only for children) not really for adults, but has a great view and has space to seat around.

Stayed for a running race. Great area. Staff was great. However the room we had was right above the kitchen and the fan was a bit noisy. Staff were helpful and understanding with the issue.

Ask a question and staff just didn’t pay any attention to what I ask. Had to pay for coffee after spending 242 dollars for the room

We loved this hotel. It was new, nice and near so many places that we did not have to go far to eat, shop, drink or watch a movie.

I have stayed at the Courtyard many times and every time I have enjoyed my stay. The facility and rooms are always clean. If you want a nice, quiet and quality experience this is one of the best.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to get to and easy to park. Close to everything.

Its the Marriott ,very classy you feel like you're on vacation even though i was still in the states .

Valerie went above and beyond she was so helpful from the moment I made the reservation until the end of her evening shift the actual night I stayed! Kudos!

Chose this hotel because of shuttle to airport. We were disappointed that shuttle didn’t run in early morning hours. We had to take a Lyft instead. Other than that, great property. Very clean and comfortable.

This is a great hotel located near many restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and professional. There are some nice common areas on the first floor. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool. It is definitely a child's pool. No lap swimming here. We rented an all electric car as our first electric experience and it was super easy to charge it for free every night. We will stay here again next time we are in Cary.

From the minute I arrived, the staff were very friendly, responsive, & knowledgable. I did get a free upgrade to a suite and my room was perfect! modern, comfortable, I especially liked the idea of having the work desk be on wheels so I could move it for better placement.

Called for AC service twice. They were very responsive but problem remained. First, blower only on high - not adjustable. After 2nd call, system shut down completely. We have up as we were leaving early next day. Also, not enough coffee or creamer.

Friendly staff, pleasant environment in and around, also the bar food was fantastic--better than some nearby restaurants!

Great property!! This was our second stay for several days and the cleanliness of the property is what attracted us. You will not be disappointed whether visiting or business trip.

When I expressed concern, Kayla (at the front desk) questioned why I didn’t say something sooner?!!! Poor housekeeping service exacerbated by poor customer service!

This is truly a flagship for the Courtyard brand. The rooms are incredible, spacious, and the service is above the brand standards. Happy this is conveniently located near a work location.

I liked the location and you can walk to another restaurant. I liked the cleanliness of the place. I didn't care for the the person who checked me in. Not very friendly. I didn't like the policy of not cleaning the room daily if i needed it to be cleaned.

odd, there were none of the standard hand cream out, and I didn't bring any so I had to do without. room cleaning was every other day, which was ok with me but the trash stacked up pretty bad

Newer, clean hotel. Food is only ok but can walk to many take-out, dine-in restaurants, Starbucks, and other food and shopping options. Great lobby. Airport shuttle was not operating at the time of arrival, but transportation was reimbursed. Service was very good!

Very relaxing, comfortable and I love the view looking over the busy little city as the sun set. Something about that was just so calming. My wife did notice an old strand of hair on the shampoo and conditioner dispensers just before she started to shower. I’m not sure who the desk clerk was that morning when we were checking out. But he was really unfriendly and unpleasant. Plus, he looked as if he had been sleeping and was very irritated that he had been awakened. He asked us three times what room we were checking out of and each time we told him very clearly our room number. He even gave our taxi/Uber driver a hard time.

The location was very convenient. I didn't like the design of the shower. It was an open shower with no grab bars.

The hotel staff was exceptional, from Jonathan who helped me check in to the general manager who gave me a shuttle ride to the airport. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will return if I come back to the area.

Its practical to stay in that location, there are shops, restaurants and even a movie house near the hotel, that guests can entertain themselves if u cant be a perfect host every minute

Very clean property. Great breakfast and dining options. Bed was excellent! Shower stocked with Paul Mitchell body wash, shampoo and conditioner which was nice to use. Keurig, fridge and microwave was great. Near all the stores and restaurants. Very safe and updated area. Customer service was great! Will gladly come back again.

Hotel Check-in says 3:00pm. We were a family of three with one member in a wheelchair. Our suite was reserved weeks in advance. They had no available suite for us at 3pm to checkin. We ended up leaving back home. The excuse from management is that the room we were supposed to get ended up being a late checkout for the previous guest.

Sparkly new hotel. Very nice decor and staff keeps things very clean. Great location, walk to many stores, and food places. Only downside for me was the pillows, but that is a personal choice. Overall great choice.

Beautiful, clean, inviting hotel! From the huge lobby to the large queen suite we had, everything was excellent! All staff were friendly and helpful as well! Will definitely stay again whenever I’m in the area, or just wanting a staycation! Thank you Marriott!
