Clean room, friendly staff, easy access to Dulles Intl Airport
- 2.5/5
The guy at the front desk was very nice. Khalil I believe was his name I just felt generally uncomfortable, which is not normal for me. I couldn't sleep due to a loud environment at 545am. Then couldn't go back to sleep from feeling like i needed to just get out of there.
- 0.5/5
It was close to where i needed to be. The towels and wash rags were not clean. (Hair on the towels and stains on the washcloths. The tub was also dirty.

Had to get transferred to a room with full beds which was disappointing and the shower did look the greatest due to waterspots developing into stained/molded areas
- 1.5/5
Location was good. The bathroom was dirty and the “free breakfast” was granola bars.

Staff was friendly, water in shower never got hot, warm at best. Sink in bathroom very lose, good amount of towels. Breakfast grab and go…thought it would be a better breakfast. Some type of bugs around window and I told a person at the front desk and he couldn’t find bug spray but found window cleaner and sprayed and wiped around a little and killed a few. No ice machine. I was on the first floor and heard outside noise and the fridge was kinda loud. Thankfully I was still able to sleep. Won’t stay in an extended stay hotel again.
- 1/5
The staff were very kind and welcoming however, unfortunately, the hotel smelled of cigarettes and marijuana from the moment you walked into the elevator then onto the hallways. The room also had an odd smell to it, like it was humid, and the bathroom showerhead kept leaking the whole night even with the valve shut off. Countertops of the bathroom and kitchen weren’t clean either they were all sticky and stained with some brownish residue. There was also a lot of commotion throughout the day and fighting in one of the rooms nearby. It’s funny considering I was told my room was upgraded since the type I had originally booked was no longer available - it did not feel like much of an upgrade at all and I wonder what the standard room is like if this is an upgrade. Unfortunately the stay was not welcoming or safe and I won’t return, even though it is in a nice area, both the price and the aforementioned factors do not make it worth it.
- 5/5
Our room was clean and staff were friendly. Our bed was comfortable.
- 0.5/5
The staff was nice and respectful. The parking space was adequate. The hotel has outdated appliances that make loud noises, especially the refrigerator at night. The fridge was so loud that I thought there was construction going on nearby. The towels provided were ripped and torn. The breakfast was very limited, consisting of only a few energy bars, muffins, and coffee.

Staff was nice. They were a little confused with adding nights and knowing the difference between rooms all booked and system screwing people over. Floors were really dirty. My new white socks were black within 5 minutes. Would be nice if they had smart tv’s so people could stream whatever they want to sign into. And the main thing is I booked 2 nights and told them I wasn’t sure when I was leaving that I will probably need another night or two and they said not a problem. But then Thursday when I was suppose to extend it or check out I was told “sorry nothing I can do,the system updates itself and will only let you extend your stay if you book At least 4 more nights”. Company’s like this don’t care about screwing people over and it’s gross. I was there because of a family member being diagnosed with cancer and had my dog with me that had surgery a few days ago so he needs to rest and not move around. So instead of simply adding 2 more nights(which still equaled 4nights) I had to pack up and be out for 11 and sit outside with my dog and bags for 4-5 hours, find another hotel that wasn’t far away and took dogs then uber to new hotel with 3 bags and a 110lb dog. All while it was windy and rainy outside because we had no where else to go until after 3pm check-in.

The entire facility needs an upgrade / update. The lobby is dull. The needs to be some furniture for use while waiting. There was some trash in the elevator and hallway. Lisa at the frontdesk was helpful and accomodatng. Old, dated and general appearance of the lobby, hallways and rooms.

Very central and close to many good food options that are walkable. The lobby is not inviting at all and the lobby people are not very personable.
- 1/5
Too much weed smell so can not sleep at there because we just first day stay and next day check out there. We not stay all my trip day
- 5/5
Room was clean and newly renovated. Bed and pillows were comfortable. This is our go to location for traveling thru Dulles.
- 2/5
The hotel did not change the bed sheets during my four-day stay. I also had to go to the front desk to request fresh towels, and it was often difficult to find staff at the counter. I am giving an extra star, however, because the staff I interacted with were friendly.
- 3/5
I have never been charged an early check-in fee at any hotel I have stayed in. And I've stayed at this place about 4 yrs ago. I recall checking in early with no fee. And staff was very cynical and bit rude. Lucky for.me nothing was ready. Check-in: Was very basic. Was told about grab-n-go breakfast that was 1st come, 1st serve & when it's all gone they do not replenish. There is no pool, no gym and no ice machine. The rooms are a bit dated and very basic. The refrigerator was old and need a cleaning. Looked like it was 2nd hand, but worked. Too bad there was no ice maker i was not about to wait all night for ice. So, I got some when i went out for food. Not all the outlets worked which was strange because there were lamps plugged in. Outlets on the lamps didn't work either. Glad i brought my battery pack. Bathroom: Water pressed was okay. Everything worked. There was just "splash" stains on the walls. And being that they were dark & in the bathroom. I wasn't willing to investigate. In the end It was a bed in a room and I am glad it was just 1 night. It's not baf for a budget family hotel.
- 1/5
Little things matter. No dishes or kitchen necessities unless you go pick them up. There are 3 different kitchen packages to choose from. It’s ridiculous. No complimentary dish soap and it didn’t have a sink plug. The shower head was nothing nice. By the 7th day my son had spilled salsa on the sheets so I took the bed linen down to get switched out. Only got one set of sheets back and the fitted sheet had a semen stained area that didn’t even look washed. It was an awful stay don’t waste your money especially
- 2/5
There was no ice available on the property. There were no dishes or any kind of supplies in the room. You had to get those at the front desk very inconvenient when you come in late at night.

When I entered the extended stay establishment’s lobby it was quiet, clean, and tidy. The front desk attendant, Lisa, was ready to assist me. She provided me with my door key card, tips for connecting to their internet, continental breakfast in the lobby area from 6:00AM-9:00AM, and informed me of the check-out time at 11:00AM. Lisa was pleasant to speak to and offered her condolences since I was staying to attend my mom’s burial. Then, I entered my non-smoking, room and it smelled clean and the large window in the room offered ample natural light. The bed was made nicely and had a desk, office chair, and another chair by the window. There was an iron and ironing board, which I needed to use. The shower’s water temperature was excellent. I enjoyed my showers. They provided clean towels, hand towels, wash cloths, blow dryer, travel-size soap and shampoo. I slept well each night and the television was easy to use, which provided on-screen instructions for me to follow with the remote control. I did come down for the breakfast after my first night and had some oatmeal and hot tea. They had packaged muffins also. Other guests were around but everyone did their own thing, kept to themselves. There was no noisy guests I encountered. It was a nice option for my 2-night stay and I had everything I needed in my room. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a clean place to stay in the Centreville area.
- 1/5
If you are a public sector employee, contractor, member of the military, or associated with law enforcement, I strongly recommend that you choose another location.

Lisa at the front desk was amazing! Huge help after some hiccups with the reservation and made the stay great! She’s the best

This hotel was ok
- 1/5
The room is disgusting, there is no other way to put it. I booked a room for one night because of a concert I am in town for. It’s currently 1am and I am debating if I want to drive my four hours back to NC now. The smell of the room is a stale and smell of smoke, and it’s irritating my allergies. There is mold on a lamp shade they decide to turn around to face the wall. There is gunk on the door locks you can tell they never clean, brown stains on the sink, and I wouldn’t dare step in that tub. I understand this isn’t a 4 star or 3 star hotel but cleanliness should be a standard. I asked for a double blanket just to place on top of the original blanket because I don’t feel comfortable here at all. Oh and to add there is limited parking due to construction and they want you to park on the street! Luckily, I was persistent and the night manager moved items in the parking lot so I didn’t have to park on the street after getting back late from a concert
- 4/5
It has been my regular hotel for years and hope it continues. There appears to be issues with Internet affecting operation at the front desk during the night shift. I advise the franchise to seek a better Internet Service Provider out there.
- 3/5
The room was simple but nice although no carpeting/area rugs on floor. Made for an interesting situation after walking with wet feet from a shower. Kitchenware is not in the room and available upon request at no cost but limited availability. For the cost it is in a safe location, hotel is staff is courteous enough and beds are comfortable.

- 2/5
Bad smell, very hot water for the shower (I was almost burnt), Dirty area
- 5/5
Sincerely appreciate the staff. I stay often. They have started to recognize me and accommodated an early check in. Thank you.
- 1/5
I wasn’t trying to cause trouble—I simply wanted to let them know about a real problem in my room. His rude attitude made the situation worse. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I will not be staying here again. Terrible service. P.s. I stayed at a lot of different hotels, but this hotel is the first hotel where I had a bad experience with terrible service, and this is the first time I've written a review of the hotels. I never coming back for staying this hotel ever.
- 2/5
On the website says free breakfast when you go for breakfast is continental breakfast pay that much money and no breakfast not good but not stay there again
- 5/5
Front desk girl was very helpful and attentive.
- 4/5
It was a very enjoyable, comfortable stay. The building isnt in the best condition, but the staff do their best to take care of guests.
- 4/5
Used it many times. It is convenient.
- 2/5
First room only had one queen bed- didn’t realize I had booked that small of a room and room had a strong odd odor. Front desk was helpful in providing a different room with 2 queens for an additional fee. Next room also had strange odor. Maybe from previous guests cooking in the room. Kitchen had nothing in it so maybe you had to ask for kitchen kit which might be standard practice but surprised me. Fridge and freezer were nice and very convenient. I’d say biggest issue is smelly rooms.
- 5/5
The young lady at the front desk is absolutely FABULOUS!!!!!! I wish i would've gotten her name so I can sing her praises as it should be done!
- 5/5
A+++
- 4/5
surprising not to have a coffee maker in the room,, it was something you had to request and then go to the front desk to pick up
- 5/5
Excellent service. Provided the first floor room that was requested. Allowed for an early check-in. I stay here multiple times and appreciate their consideration.
- 5/5
Does everything a hotel needs to do. Definitely a strong base of operations for the trip.

The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. I believe his name was Khalid.
- 5/5
It was good
- 3/5
The room was very clean, however it’s 2025 and the room didn’t seem upgraded at all, very basic. The TV was small, no ice machine in the building, the breakfast was a nutrigrain bar or pre-packaged muffin.

Love the service
- 5/5
The hotel was not clean the bed had hair in it. The floor had something sticky on it. The sink was dirty and the shower pressure was terrible and all the only thing that was good about the trip was the service. The front desk service was very accommodating.
- 5/5
Great comfortable
- 5/5
It looked awful, but did not come off with regular wiping. It definitely did not make a good impression but I arrived in the evening & basically overlooked it as it was stained into the counter/sink. The sheets on the bed also had a few small stain marks! But I did not have the energy to complain and no one was .at the front desk when I left. For those two reasons I would not recommend this hotel. However, the price was right and I used it for one short night! The other parts of the room were clean.

Not bad lovely customers service and clean

- 3/5
This was a stay out of necessity due to the inclement weather. The overall atmosphere felt like a motel. Cheap furniture old kitchen right across from the bathroom to me that’s kinda of nasty. It’s was blind hair in the bed which I would’ve thought it was mine but I’m a black bald man with black hair so nope wasn’t mine. That was really nasty but the very hot shower made me feel better. And I didn’t have the energy to complain I just needed a nights sleep
- 5/5
Nice location and friendly staff
- 5/5
Great place
- 1/5
Why have a no-smoking policy if it is not enforced? Why threaten a customer with a fine of several hundred dollars for smoking a cigarette if many other visitors are smoking marijuana with abandon? That odor is in the halls, it is in the linens, it is in the rooms. It is inexcusable that the management either does not notice the pervasive odor or that the management is unable to address the situation.
- 5/5
Warm quiet safe location. A bit rowdy on New Years Eve but its typical. Easy transit options w Park& Ride close by
- 1/5
It was dirty and small coachroach babies were there and there was a smell of weed outside the rooms. Receptionist was terrible too
- 3/5
The hotel is nice and clean.

- 3/5
It was very quiet.
- 5/5
Wonderful customer service and clean room.
- 1/5
well, I knew the property was a bit dated. There still was no reason for dog feces outside the front and some of the owners really didn’t care one way the other that was a normal thing how they do things there. I wouldn’t recommend this property to a family, as it may be a little disconcerting for children to see and the noise level from the main road for an extended period on the side that I was on of the building gets to be a bit too much as the EMS units ran constantly. So it’s OK place if you were single guy, but not a single female staying
- 4/5
The front desk lady was nice. That’s the only positive I can say.
- 5/5
I was very happy staying at this property. It was very clean and adequate for my needs and at a price I thought was very reasonable for the area. I would recommend.
- 5/5
No issues. Affordable.
- 2/5
"Non-smoking" but whole 3rd floor smelled like smoke.
- 4/5
Hotel was clean but a little older and run-down.
- 3/5
Small beds, limited grab-go breakfast.
- 5/5
I just went for one night because I was going to a concert in the area. Thanks.
- 3/5
These extended stay properties always seen to be very beat up, and this one was no exception. Lobby area quite worn. Interesting clientele coming and going. Room was mostly clean, shower had mold. Kitchen had zero utensils. Can get them for a fee. Would not stay here again.
- 3/5
It was acceptable - we just needed a pet-friendly place to stay for one night. Wouldn't do more than one night but it was worth the $83. They advertise pet-friendly but don't tell you until you get there that there is another $25 fee. Again - acceptable. Facility was a bit rough looking wear and tear wise. No ice machine? Really?
- 2/5
there were roaches in my room
- 2/5
This was a nice place .. however I tried to extend my stay one more night . I went online to book it . Accidentally booked it 2 weeks away instead of for the night I needed ( same day) . I called one min after explained that it never asked me to pick a date it just booked it . They would not cancel or change reservation so I’m stuck with a room I don’t need 2 weeks from now . That’s not good customer service if you ask me .

Very dirty facility. Smells like dog urine and marijuana . Towels dirty with stains and hair. Do not recommend at all. Door lock was unsecure.
- 5/5
Good enough
- 1/5
The Hallway is smoking Zone all Over which is No Smoking sign everywhere..Not properly Followed or not told with the Guest of the hotel…
- 2/5
This hotel reeked of cigarettes from top to bottom, despite no smoking signs everywhere. My linens and bed looked clean, but one of my fresh towels had something nasty stuck on it. The curtains had some drips of dried blood, ketchup or ... Something. Walls and furniture were dirty. Water stains everywhere. The carpets in all the hotel halls were filthy and laden with little bits of trash. Nasty old food splashes dried onto the door of my bathroom. Overall very uncomfortable. And the air in my room was so dense with cigarette stench that my sinuses swelled and I developed a cough during the night. Despite the signs, the guests who roll through here do not take the no smoking policy seriously. The staff was nice and totally understanding of me wanting to leave early. Sadly the manager didn't refund me for my cancellation of the last night. It's a convenient location but this place needs a serious refresh and some deep cleaning. Very disappointing.

The doors and carpets needed cleaning.
- 5/5
Check in was easy smoothly done by Mr Khalid was very nice room was clean and bathroom great
- 4/5
Suitable for my travel needs. It was closed to the places and friends I needed to visit. I've stayed at this hotel two ir three times, and intend to use it as often as rooms are available,
- 4/5
It was nice with the kitchen/fridge and stove.
- 2/5
We were just passing thru and needed a place to sleep. Def not for an extended stay.
- 2/5
The staff was great. There is free parking and it did have a laundry room. Those were the only good things I could say. However, the property itself was outdated, unclean and very disappointing. It says free breakfast but its not even a continental breakfast. More coffee and bagged muffins. I started to leave and go to another hotel but I had already pre-paid for 2 days. So, i sucked it up. I am suprised it was an Extended Stay. I wont be going back.
- 4/5
Convenient parking. Previously, I stayed before and after a long trip overseas. I have no regrets. Besides, the price was right, thanks to Hotels.com.
- 2/5
Biggest complaint: smoke from people smoking in adjacent comes through the duct into other rooms. 130 am people were very inconsiderate of other guests with noise and smoking. People smoking in lobby. Supposed to be a smoke free facility. I was unable to get a receipt for the charges to my credit card. Continental breakfast is a joke. Could not even get a cup of coffee. Small children left unattended in parking area, creating a big safety concerne.
- 4/5
Staff were very friendly and helpful
- 2/5
No amenities whatsoever - not even a soda machine. Depressingly ugly. Mattress was the cheapest they could find.
- 1/5
Bathroom is very stinky.
- 5/5
Great Value at affordable rates.

I love to be close to Macdonald’s.
