I didn’t like the way the staff treated me and I would never go back there.

The roaches, air condition sid not work, was given only 1 towel and washcloth, no handicap access, stairwell smelled like vomit.

Room was good for the price, could use a better remote and the toilet was a slow flush, and a more comfortable chair and more pillows, otherwise it was good. Need more trash bins

Room was filth, cleaning crew doesn’t clean. Offered another room but busted window, very poor quality of business all around. Night guard needs a new gig.

Sometimes you can hear the other occupants though it is great for what it is.

The room is spacious. Has a kitchen so that helps save. It’s a perfect place for someone traveling for a little sense of a home.

The staff were very helpful but the property needed some serious attention. They did move our room to a better one after we notify them the staff on the condition of the room.

No hot water, no trash can, people roaming the balconies at all times of day even at night, the sink has cigarette burns, the floor was structurally uneven, the tv had no remote, and our key cards opened the door only sometimes

I was locked out of my room on two different nights and I asked to be given a night stay for each night I was locked out and they would not.

Staff was pleasant. Room was decent. I have no complaints 👍

I didn't like anything about it Dead roaches layer out on the floor,on the bed,floor was filled with dirt including bathroom and kitchen.

The tv did not work, and i was unable to swtich rooms which was told to me by courtesy officer and no toilet.paper, zero, zilch. I had to shower everytime i went to the bathroom

The room itself was clean. Ish. We picked a smoking room so there was some smell, but the bed was very clean and bed-bug free. We checked. We also brought cleaning supplies just in case. We wiped everything down when we got there and there was no dirt or residue on any of the wipes. However there were a few beetles and two (2) cockroaches. We were only planning on being there to sleep, so we squished them and went about our business. We had a studio queen so there was a full size fridge, two stove burners, and a microwave. The fridge was clean and worked. We didn’t use the others so I can’t comment. They were there. There was a TV that did not work either. The bathroom fan didn’t work. The wall-unit AC worked but not well. We had at least one light bulb out. But again, we paid 46$. We just wanted to sleep. The bed was comfortable enough for us, but it only had two pillows. A call to the front desk yielded no extras. There is at least one place to do laundry on site. The elevator was convenient. Good for people needing long term stay on low budget. The area seemed quiet but there is a strong smell of pot around hotel. The receptionist was nice and check-in was easy. The lobby opens at 9am so early checkout was frustrating. The knife/stab marks add to the ambiance. DoorDash delivers

Parking was right at door. Room was a little small but was very adequate for my needs. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

I never stayed. We checked in and my friends room had roaches. My room had a few dead ones and shellings of what could have been baby roaches. The roaches. The room fire detectors were yellowed. It was unclean to my liking.

Nothing!!! I checked in and checked right out the building was infested with roaches. It took an unacceptably long time for them to refund my money, which I find very unprofessional. I contacted them multiple times over several days, and they did not maintain their property properly. This is a franchise.

Mold, a lot of it. I called the Georgia department of health because the mold situation was so bad. Lack of linens, dirty linens, lack of trash receptacles and trash bags, my room was not cleaned the entirety of the time I stayed there, and so much more.

This property is filthy. I killed no less than 8 German cockroaches. AC unit has broken frame. Property smelled. Unsafe property in a very safe area of Chamblee. I will be reporting to health department and BBB

I booked this room and was told they didn’t have a room left for me upon arrival because they overbooked. Still haven’t been issued a refund.

it right and I'm talking about Three or 4 times during my stay. This is unusual since it never had to do with too much paper in the toilet to flush properly. Slow service. Unfortunately I got booked here and never got to stay because they was fully booked but still taking bookings I ended up having to rent multiple hotel rooms before finally finding a suitable one

The front desk assistants were definitely top tier very helpful and nice thank you so much you all were very helpful to me.

Person staying in room had a serious mental health issue and the security and staff failed to get him the help instead they let him cause chaos and and not have him picked up and taking to a hospital but they let him cause all this issues and tell me once i return from washing laundry hours later that i had to leave and could never be allowed back... then they have alot of room availa le but state sold out as well as they charged me $80 dollars and kept putting me back in the same uncleaned room i stay in the day previously without clean sheets towels and said they was alot of dog hair well it wouldnt be as much hair if you cleaned the room everyday and thats unsanitary and nasty. You dont rent a room out to people who checked out that previous morning im paying for a clean room with clean sheets towels rooms.

Hands down these people are great and it’s nothing going on if you want a peaceful place to rest

The property had a roach infestation. I had to find other hotel accommodations.

They had to put me in another room because the TV toilet air-conditioning wasn’t working or the door wouldn’t open. The door knob fell off the door.

My first unit had no hot water and several cockroaches wondering through. The second unit I was given had no a/c, no television remote, and the hot water lever was put on backwards providing only all hot or all cold water with no ability to adjust.

I stayed here for 2 nights, had casting Call for a movie. First and foremost my door wouldn’t close so when I left out for like 2 seconds my bag at had was taken, it was only underwear and socks in it with couple shirts not tripping about it. That’s replaceable easily. Next there was no heat in the room. Trash under the bed. But other than that wouldn’t stay here again hope you don’t also

This hotel needs a total remodeling there are roaches the cupboards are falling apart the refrigerator has rust on it the whole place needs a redo this is and was the worst i have seen

My employee was not comfortable even entering this hotel so he sort alternative accommodation.

This hotel is so horrible they have roaches everywhere I bought roach spray my personal own roast sprayed the roach spray and still have roaches everywhere very creepy very nasty just not my type of hotel

I did not stay. I went to my room and it stunk, had bugs actively moving around the floor and bathroom sink, and the floors were not vacuumed. The rooms and property do not look like the photos online. My hair and clothing stunk just from walking around checking it out. The room door did not work properly. I want a refund and the hotel staff said I’d have to get the refund from Expedia.

Than to top it off ROACHES EVERYWHERE. ON THE BED FLOOR SINK. I check out immediately same night and i still haven't received my refunded

Great people in the office

Within the first hour of checking in, we saw literally dozens and dozens and dozens of live roaches and numerous other dead bugs. The smell in the room was awful awful awful. The AC was so dirty looked liked someoned poured coffee in it. The photos on hotela.com were totally different from reality. I called the person in charge but they did not offer any alternative. We moved to another hotel immediately (at 2:30am). So yeah, good luck if you book it for stay

My stay was about 20 minutes long. That includes getting the key from the main office. As I opened the door to the room. I noticed there was a roach crawling up the door. Upon entering the room I spotted a bug crawling on the bed, dead bugs on the floor and roaches in the bathroom area

There were literally roaches in the hotel room I booked. The checkout said 11 AM, but the sign on the door said no one would be in until 12 PM. Im assuming this is so they can deliberately charge you a late checkout fee. Would not recommend staying here.

It was so unsuitable and after killing a large cockroach, I left for Hampton Inns hotel. Gives me the shudders to recall the room

Lets see, they did not clean the room nor change the bedding ( found someone else belongings under the comforter very gross) they have a couple of trap houses in the nearby rooms ( Watch your belongings they run all night every night )the phone didnt work, the microwave didnt work, hood vent didnt work, shower valve had no cold water couldnt take shower longer than 2 mins, the kitchen sink no cold water, the room was covered in grime probably because then hood vent didnt work. Nasty is just not gonna cover the experience there. I will never stay again and may god help whoever does.

This place needs to be shut down or raided

Room was infested w/ bugs. No hot water. Didn’t stay. Couldn’t get reservation cancelled until next morning because no desk staff after 9p. Called the next morning they wouldn’t refund. Avoid them at all cost.

Chanda and Quo always treated me and my fiancee great. Very easy to talk to, made our stay very nice, and love how accessible everything was. We stayed for 7 months. Possibly will be coming back soon.

The property is horrible rooms filled with bugs , floor was disgusting when we came here I had to clean myself & that still didn't help.

One of the managers was seen entering my room without my permission, or knowledge…I asked them what the problem was, or if something was wrong with the room, and got an “I don’t know, wasn’t me”.. don’t think anything was missing, but I was furious.. been staying there for 4 months working and there going in my room while I’m on my job? Yeah moved immediately….

I don’t expect a IHG stay - but I don’t want to sleep with miniature roaches & mold visual & smell in the bathroom. Also the sink in the bathroom was not draining, they did not fix the issue after notifying them. Front office staff was nice.

We went visiting family and figured using this hotel would be nice cause the pictures were nice on the website and it was affordable. When we arrived apparently the place is an extended stay place and the rooms showed that. There is nothing wrong with that but travellers should have different room options and be separated from the people that are staying there. Just wasnt a good experience and the people staying there arent exactly pleasant. Also my room, the simplest thing my remote didnt have any batteries in it, went to the front desk to ask for some they had none. Not a good representation

Please don’t stay

So many roaches, none of the rooms assigned to me were actually ready - after the 3rd room and 2 hours of waiting I just took whatever to get out of the heat. For the next two hours they were in and out of my room fixing the shower only to leave dirt and water all over the shower and tub…. I showered at the gym!

It's on a highway without side walks, there's nice dining nearby and it was tempting to walk but dangerous. I got stuck in the first room I went to look at as on the inside there was no door handle. They quickly sent someone up to fix it, and they fixed the noisy a.c. so that was good. Beware though check in takes a while over an an hour for me as they were very busy with weekly renters and repairs, it's a busy office.

The place is not worth experiencing. There are bugs, garbage, and a bunch of people hanging out in the corridors. It feels like an immigrant bus from the border is dumping all there. It's best to avoid this place for your own well-being. It seems like this place should be abandoned.

The toilet was stopped up!! When you cut the air on, water gets all over the floor!! The roaches are bad!! They showed me a room that had nothing in it!! Garbage was all over the hallway!! Microwave didn’t work.

Room was dilapidated with many broken and missing features. There were also roaches in our room. We slept with the lights on and sealed all our belongings. Didn’t have a choice but to stay our first night in town. Found another hotel first thing the following day.

This place is super cheap for a reason. The drug community is in full force and the environment is not for most. I felt threatened most times. They should rent self protection equipment with the room.

Front desk staff bring their kids to work & cry, run around, & blame customers when staff leave early. They refuse to do their job, provide clean towels upon request or ever! Maintenance requests ignored! Microwave & electric stove didn't work! No hot water! One staff member always closed early, brought her 2 very young kids to the office, always yelled at the kids, offered them to random customers, & always responded instructing to return or ignoring & walking away without a word.

Staff was cool and helped with all issues I had. Property is quiet and staff is extremely friendly and very helpful will return!

This hotel was nasty. Toilet seat had crusty pee stains on it so I know it had not been cleaned. There was no TV remote when I got to my room so I had to get one from front desk. No towels, washcloths were in the room and were not available til the next day late in the afternoon! All of the cabinets and closets are raggedy and falling apart too. Needs a major remodel. The only thing decent was the shower, I was suprised it was clean...I think there are families living there because one of the parking lots was full of kids playing. Not for me, but maybe the families here have better "suites".

The stay was terrible. We waited 3 hours to check in only to be told they only had one of my rooms available due to the property being oversold. I had made my reservation 3 days in advance! We ended up being transferred to a sister property. I was given a dirty room and had to walk back down for a new room. The second room I was given was not entirely spotless either but it was now around 5pm and I was tired. I woke up to a bug in my hair and later found another in the kitchen and 2 more in the bathroom! There was not a full roll of toilet paper in the bathroom one other was there a fresh roll anywhere to be found. A house keeper walked into my aunts room with out a knock and didn’t even apologize! Upon the second night there was arguing and loud music in the parking lot and people were revving and screeching their engines and tires. There was also a lot of y houses people everywhere around the property.

The property is fairly good but there’s way too many people around the building and in hallway including kids a lot of noise even late night but besides that everything else is okay

Fridge was all rusted, mold in the bathroom and peeled through to the cement shower floor.

Smelled like a smoking session just finished up on entrance of room. Room floor was sticky. No remote for tv. Tiny roaches!

We paid about $80 per night for a room with two twin beds. While I can understand not having a full set of mini shampoo, conditioner, etc, I still fully expect to have soap to wash my hands after going to the bathroom. There was no soap, no kleenex, no hand towels. There was the one roll of toilet paper, two wash rags, and two bath towels. The room was filthy. Some kind of black debris seemed to be coming in from the window air conditioner, so even after wiping down the bedside table, pillows, and bedding, it kept returning throughout our two-night stay. There was no trash can, so we used grocery bags to collect our trash. The floor was very dirty, the light fixture in the bathroom was covered in dead bugs and cobwebs, and there were some kind of splatters all over the doors and walls everywhere. Our last morning, we found a live, large German cockroach on the shower curtain before stepping into the shower. Our mattresses were lumpy and very uncomfortable. The one pillow per bed was as flat as a pancake. We got in late because we were visiting for a concert and the front office was closed and laundry room locked when we returned at 11 pm, so we could not get fresh towels or wash the ones we had. I can’t imagine what we’d have done if there had been any real issues since there was no staff on site at night to offer assistance. The staff we did encounter were nice enough, just a very dirty and uncomfortable facility that I would never recommend to anyone or return to.

Really nice place for the price. Convienent to everything we needed. Extra quiet at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will add to our list for future visits.

Bugs, broken AC, questionable surroundings

I did not get to stay because they cancelled my room without any notice...I got there 2 hours ahead and there was nobody there to check us in , i cam back at 3 30 just to fi d out they cancelled my accommodation without any notice. They weren't have to ever worry about me staying at the suite ever again..Terrible customer service.

The bathtub faucet was leaking. There were no screens on the windows. There was only one pillow per bed. The bed mattresses were still wrapped in plastic cover. There were no utensils or cookware to prepare and eat food. The fridge was very noisy. The bathroom sink slowly drains. There was only one roll of toilet paper and it was almost done. No shampoo or conditioner. The lock for the door was finicky. There was trash piled up under the stairs and some along the walkways.

If it was a place to add pictures you will see bloody mattresses. Mildew, mold and rust is everywhere. People are living in these rooms and we were told it is for people that cannot afford an apartment and have bad credit and have no where to go. This is NOT a hotel. And should be removed from Expedia. The area is unsafe from the people that hang out there in the parking lot and the unfriendliness of the staff. Upon our arrival from flying across the country we refused to check in to the room. After being shown 4 rooms that were unsanitary and carried a horrific odor. This is NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR CHILDREN. when I asked why it doesn’t look like the pictures I was advised the place hasn’t looked like that in YEARS. I was very upset that this was listed as an option to stay. I also feel like someone should go out and investigate.
