Me and my girlfriend stayed there last night. We got the keys to the room and front rep guy. He said to drive to the side door so we would be close to our room. We drove down there and the key lock did not open with our room key so my girl went all the way around to get the front rep guy. He came, opened the door and put a rock in the bottom stating the key lock was broken. We got in our room and there weren’t any wash cloths, no hair dryer and we wanted two more towels. He came out w 2 more hand towels stating there weren’t any more wash cloths. He gave us 2 pool towels, which are smaller because they didn’t have any regular towels clean. He brought us a hairdryer and tried plugging it into the bathroom outlet, but it didn’t work. He went and got another one. He came back into the room and said that that plug in the bathroom did not work and that we had to use it in the Main room. So we did not have a mirror that we could see. We went down to breakfast about 7:30 AM and there was only one bagel and one muffin in the case. While walking down the highway, we noticed that there are several tiles missing out of ceiling. I thought Wyndham hotels were better than that.

Location Lack of accommodation from facility and staff. No room Service. No amenities. Tv couldn’t reach plug. Poor repairs all over the room. Overhead lights not working. Horrible pillows and mattress. Hallways walls in disrepair. Wall paper torn or cut to use on other repairs. Carpet with tripping hazards. Various hall lights not working. No hair dryers. No long mirrors. No shelves or appropriate storage for lengthy stays. Hotels exterior signs different than facility name.

The parking was good but no tv and wash cloths.
- 5/5
The rooms are always clean. They could do better on the breakfast.
- 4/5
Parking was easy and safe
- 2/5
Not as nice according to online pictures. .upon arrival the front desk area was very dated and walls had chipped paint. The overall quality of the room gave me low super 8 vibes. There was a weird smell in my room and decor was not the same as online. The online presentation looked like a totally different hotel.

I checked in and walked right back out. Absolutely a no for me. The hotel smelled like marijuana and looked run down. Not to mention on our way in another guest was in her underwear and sniffing extremely loud. I went to the room and just felt icky. I decided to leave immediately. The name on the sign and building do not match. An immediate reg flag for me.
- 2.5/5
Price, location No chair in the room , I had to sit on bed for eating etc. Walls too thin, could hear other guests talking muffled...
- 4/5
Nice Pretty nice
- 1/5
Very dirty. Hallways dirty. Garbage everywhere. Room service does not clean hallways or stairs. No hot water. Bed absolutely rock hard and uncomfortable Quiet
- 1/5
The location. Upon entering the room there was a leak in the ceiling that looked like it had black mold, a huge hole was in the wall, the hallways were dirty, the wall paper was ripped, the elevator floor was sticky and sound like it was going to break at any moment, the shower never got hot and barely worked and the door handle came off the door. When reporting this to the front desk they blamed it on us but did give another room after what felt like scolded by the front desk.
- 3.5/5
The staff where nice and friendly easy to find The blankets on the bed where super thin like bed sheets
- 2.5/5
Quiet, peaceful Breakfast not as advertised, remote to tv didn’t work

Location and price. Room was in good shape and clean. Hotel is run down and needs repairs in multiple areas. Pool was not heated and area was cluttered. No breakfast as advertised.

Clean, quiet and friendly staff Nothing
- 4/5
Room was ok, it was one of the cheapest options and I was travelling solo, so it was a not a bad experience, but the bathroom did have some hairs on the vanity and tub, and the sofa and chair on the room were really dirty. Got a room near the front desk and there was a lot of noise at midnight.
- 1/5
The hotel was under a different name "MT hotels" I think the signage was a different name. I booked 2 nights and when I checked in I was notified that they didn't have breakfast that was advertised and was disorganized. I cancelled the second day when I checked in and our plans had changed. They stated I had to talk to the manager which was never available. In the morning we checked out and still couldn't speak to the "manager" they didn't refund my money for the second day. Never was able to talk to the manager. Found mold in the bathroom and the smoke alarm had a plastic bag tied over it. Looking back the facility May have been in transition in ownership. Thats why I gave it a neutral review instead of negative review See above
- 2/5
AC worked good False advertising saying it Baymont and it was an old Quality Inn. Our key didn’t work most of the time. Coffee was old. Rooms were old.
- 4/5
Staff members “Great “
- 4/5
Clean room. Coffee was good at the morning breakfast.
- 2/5
The entire hotel was shabby and run down. was unable to connect with the internet. Desk staff seemed bored but unwilling to be helpful. The breakfast was sad - hot food was potato tots and biscuits with gravy. No protein at all - I was told that they alternated between scrambled eggs ( dried eggs) and tater tot’s. They could not give me an itemized bill when I left - said the would email one but still haven’t received it.
- 5/5
The room was small
- 1/5
The room was horrible. There were stains on the walls, stains all over the curtains, the lamp shades were torn, the night stand was falling apart, and we were provided what were basically two sheets to sleep with.
- 5/5
My stay way very affordable, not far from where we were going.
- 4/5
Safe, quick and easy check in and check out. Fridge and microwave was great. Bed was not the best but good enough. Tv was good but you had to hold the remote in a certain area. My daughter and I were not bothered and felt safe
- 4/5
internet was fine . room clean, comfy bed
- 4/5
It was good
- 2/5
Breakfast was absolutely horrible definitely would not recommend or return
- 5/5
Super helpful front desk staff 24/7. Check in took literally 3 minutes (I looked at the time). The property is quiet and in a safe area. Wifi is a little slow (50mbps upload) but that’s my only gripe. Overall a great stay!
- 5/5
Staff went above and beyond what was expected. Plenty of breakfast choices. This is the place to stay to go if your looking for a safe, clean, affordable place to stay. I look forward to visiting this property in the future.
- 5/5
Fairly clean room, walls needs patch repair and paint, shower head had green scales but functions well, hair along baseboards, itchy sheets.
- 2/5
No mention of a non refundable $35 fee when checking in. Never stay here again. This place doesn’t not advertise the $35 fee until you show up
- 5/5
The staff was great and price unbelievable!
- 1/5
Toilet cloged all night had to go to the front desk to get the plunger and plunge it myself, there was no bathroom exhaust fan, police presant inside and outside all night, carpets were so dirty we had to put towels down to walk. Just a really bad over all experience.
- 5/5
I loved it all. By far the nicest hotel i have stayed at in the area..and the gal at the front desk helped me get into my room with great friendliness and helpfulness..i will stay there again
- 4/5
Whats unique about the property is the breakfast in the morning, great selection for an morning person. Also parking is simple and great 360 around the building.
- 2/5
After checking in and getting into my room, the ac was not working well in. I decided to take a shower and give it some time to cool off, as I’m getting in my door opened. They gave another guest my room as well. I yelled and he quickly closed the door. But dang! I had just checked in and they gave out a key to my room! Could have been really bad situation. The room never cooled off. I talked to the maintenance and they just said give it time. I was trying to escape the heat but it did not work. I ended up just going home.
- 2/5
Front desk staff were very rude and unwelcoming during both check in and check out. Neither said hello or acknowledge anyone waiting to check in.
- 3/5
Normally I have a comfy bed and a good ac unit this time the bed was hard and ac just wasn’t kicking. Still love this place and will return

I have made several attempts to call them to find out why I was charged. The entire amount and what the two ninety eight v's were for I have not Been able to speak to anyone regarding this matter.I would not recommend anyone to stay here
- 2/5
The rating was incorrect for cleanliness. The food was not good, it was cold. I will not be staying here again.
- 2/5
I have stay at Quality Inn few times and I like price and good service, but, this time, it was very difficult because smelling was so strong in the walkways and rooms (excessive cleaning agents). I had open the window even though it was hot outside. We complain and fortunately they listen, by the second day got a little better but not good enough. We asked not to clean our room. I doubt we'll stay in this hotel in the future.
- 5/5
I liked how the stairwell was carpet. I didn't like how the stair well smelled like body odor
- 5/5
Check in was easy and the place was clean and I felt comfortable staying there.
- 1/5
In very poor shape and need repairs. Some of the repairs look like a 5 year old did them. Bad smells, hard bed and look like the rooms get trashed regularly. I had to switch rooms which didn’t help and my check out was 11 AM the next day and I ended up leaving at 2 AM in the morning instead because the rooms were so terrible. I couldn’t even sleep..
- 4/5
The microwave,fridge in the room.

Bedbugs found in bed I would like a Refund Manager had bad attitude
- 5/5
Nothing unique but the check in process was quick.

- 4/5
The hotel looks very used, needs to get renovated, the carpet extremely dirty, the tub,the toilet extremely loose everything looks old and beat up, dont think Ill stay there agai, thats a 40 dlls anight hotel not 80dlls
- 4/5
The Quality Inn at Chandler is a good price for a good room. I stay here often, it's okay for me.
- 3/5
We got caught in a snow storm that resulted in road closures. I called the hotel and told them we were not going be coming that night but they saved the room for us. Breakfast was good.
- 1/5
The stay for my wife and I was just poor. The staff was less then professional, they seemed to not enjoy servicing the patrons. The floors were dirty, stains all over the carpets, at least on our floor, 2nd. I registered for 2 adults, but there was only 1 wash towel. We didn't dare sample the food. Where we parked our car were dirty mattresses behind the dumpster, as if homeless people occupied the area. There were 2 parked cars for sale in your parking lot. What professional hotel allows this? The elevator floors had not been mopped while we stayed, 4 nights. I overheard housekeeping workers using profanity. If you like I can send photos of what I saw. I am a business owner myself, but I saw no "Pride in Ownership" in this place. The Franchisee should be appalled and ashamed, but I suspect they are absentee Franchise owners! and are fee collectors only, also known as Slum Lords!!
- 3/5
So first room had four friends (cockroaches) greet us as they scurried quickly away. Second room had milkshakes and Starbucks awaiting us in the refrigerator. Water pressure in the shower was awesome!
- 3/5
The place is not "bad", unsafe, or anything like that. But it certainly is not anything special. It's fine if you're only looking for a place to sleep at a good value. Has a nice pool but no hot tube. Bed's are bit bit stiff for my taste. Property could use some maintenance.
- 2/5
Too expensive for what was offered
- 1/5
Not again.
- 2/5
Very old and run down. This is the kind of place you stay to get enough sleep to leave again on your road trip.
- 2/5
hotel workers were not very service minded, or friendly
- 2/5
When you get up in the night, you’re blinded by lights coming on in the entry and bathroom because they are on motion detector's! When ever you roll over in bed the head board bangs…
- 1/5
Front desk could be more helpful in the morning to get receipt for my expense report. Breakfast could use some help as well. I was not there for Spring training but paid 180+ per night. Way too much.
- 5/5
It was close to my girlfriends house I was visiting and desk was very helpful
- 4/5
Ok property. The area around the hotel was quiet.
- 1/5
The first room we had had the door lock broken and the television was broken. Later we moved to a different room that was clean but the fire alarm was tampered with The bathroom fan was loud and the hallway The elevator was out of order the only ice machine was on the second floor The second floor had water damage walls and floors and smells really bad Smell of maharaja
- 3/5
It was a decent stay. Bathrooms cld have been taken care of a little better and the service could improve. Overall it was comfortable and the most affordable option
- 2/5
Wrong room
- 4/5
Decent property. A bit dated and worn, but clean. Buffet breakfast was lower end, but acceptable. Best price in the area. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Nice convenient hotel to my class - front desk clerk was very professional and nice. the room was very small but adequate for one person with a fridge and microwave as well!
- 5/5
Staff was very laid back and didn't greet myself or the guest behind me at check in. I ran out of cups for our room went downstairs and the had none accept for 2 dirty cups on the top of a water machine. The beverage machine did not have my first 6 selections. But despite these small issues the room was very comfortable and clean. I would return for another stay.

NO HOT WATEER!!!!!!! I told a male staff member my first day there there was no hot water...He said he get someone to fix it... while I was out... came back that night...NO HOT WATER... I used the hot water (for the tea & coffee) from the hotel lobby in a cup and brought it back to my room. Next morning, I told a different male staff member that I still had NO HOT WATER. HE said he would get someone to fix it while i was out. Came back that nigt to my room with....you guessed it...NO HOT WATER . Next morning, my final day, I told a female staff member that for 3 days..NO HOT WATER .. She wondered why the previous staff members did not offer me a different room... I thought the hotel was fully booked with no other rooms to offer... but apparently there were... What king of hotel... doesnt have Hot Water. Aside from a bed, the hot water is really the most important part of a hotel room... I didnt shower for 3 days.... I would really like to have a refund for my stay or some kind of similarly valued compensation... Im hoping hotels.com can assist with this.

This was once of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The second night I was there had an issue with a loud obnoxious couple staying in the room next to me. The walls are paper thin so you could hear everything. My phone in the room wasn't working. So, I had to go down and talk to the front desk, after I went back up to my room they called the couple and told me the guy in the room next to you complained you were being too loud. That's when things got worse. They couple started banging on my door. I called the front desk with my cell phone and he said he would come up. Then the couple started banging on the walls. Long story short I had to pack my bags at midnight and switch rooms. I wanted to go to another hotel, but the employee couldn't confirm I would get my money back since I payed for the hotel via Expedia. So I was forced to stay there. I stopped the next morning seeing about leaving, and they said they moved me to another room, which they had to because I was being threatened by the couple. And they they called the police and had the couple kicked out. That was all they were going to do for my inconvenience. Then today when I checked out I spoke with the rudest General Manager, who yelled at me and said if I had left the other night, he would have refunded my my money, but the clerk wouldn't say that to me when I asked. The GM said I stayed in the room and that they weren't going to do anything for my inconvenience. I was harassed the one night and then again.
- 5/5
It was good stay but their elevator didn’t work the whole stay!
- 3/5
The mattress in my room was really stiff. I have stayed at that location before and the mattresses were more comfortable.
- 3/5
It was close to Chandler blv
- 3/5
When getting there the male clerk at the time was rude he acted like he didn't like his job almost every time i went past the desk he was on his phone or sleeping. When you ask him a question he woukd give you a dirty look like leave me the F alone or look at you like you were stupid for asking questions. Because of this i will never stay there again. Next time i go to visit family i will definitely stay somewhere else.
- 4/5
Good location for Airport travel. Very comfortable with microwave. Bed nice, but pillows small and stiff. Shower was nice with good hot water.
- 5/5
Great value for the $$!
- 3/5
I didnt like the fact that when i was leaving they could not wven help me get a cart to put my things when i was leaving. They had 3 of those carts and none where avaliable
- 3/5
They will charge you $25 if you bring breakfast back to the room
- 2/5
The front desk was very nice but our room door was broke we had no smoke detectors on the room the bathroom tub was dirty they could use thicker blankets as well

Stayed here when in area 9 months ago, and chose to stay here again. Great budget accommodations.

My stay would have be excellent if the room had blankets.

.
- 1/5
Room wanted what I wanted and the room itself was dirty
- 2/5
The beddpread was stained, and I got bitten by bugs. Didn't see bed bugs so I'm thinking fleas or lice. Bed was horribly worn should invest in a new mattress. Not worth the cost I paid.
- 3/5
1st I want to compliment the housekeeping staff who were cordial, helpful, and good at their jobs. By contrast the reception desk staff attitude was generally lax and disinterested. Info from them was inaccurate, and In fact they were responsible for 'accidentally' charging an EXTRA deposit fee on our bill which they refused to immediately refund! Instead requiring us to wait 7 - 10 business days. Totally unacceptable. Black marks for them, and would rather sleep on a bus bench than stay here again!
- 5/5
Affordable comfort with the famous Q hospitality.
- 5/5
Great hideout from the big capital city of Prescott, Arizona. Great lakes nearby. Friendly employees and great western sky views. A Paris, France like hotel. This hotel looks updated with plenty of horse and buggy parking.
- 5/5
Always love staying @the Quality
- 2/5
The place was not handicap accessible as described. My mother who has MS had to walk up 2 flights of stairs due to elevator not working. this was not advised until we arrived and paid the $100 deposit. would not recommend it to those with wheelchairs or anyone with knees, back or walking issues.
- 5/5
Rooms are affordable clean and neat.
- 1/5
0/10 front desk people are nicer to crackheads than paying customers
- 1/5
I wasn’t able to check in because the front desk lady wasn’t been nice at all and had some nasty attitude in her tone.
- 5/5
Quick easy check in
- 1/5
I slept there one night, showered and left. I barely even touched anything in the room!! Avoid staying there if you can!! Unless you wanna pay $100 for using a towel after you shower!! I guess that’s what they mean when they say you left the room dirty!!
- 5/5
I had some medical issues that placed me on this side of town. I feel the price was more than acceptable for the quality of my room along with the entire building. Additionally, ot was nice and quiet my three night stay
- 1/5
Run down, dirty.
- 5/5
It was great
- 1/5
My reservations was over booked and I had to take a lesser room.
- 5/5
Good location in Chandler. The room was very, and the free breakfast was good.
- 4/5
The staff was great. The elevator smelled like cigarettes and there was an old soda bottle under my A/C unit. Really nice place for what it is though.
- 4/5
Good location
- 4/5
Baggage carts to take as needed to room and back again.
- 4/5
I think it’s ridiculous that a guest cannot bring their breakfast upstairs to their room. What could possibly be the reasoning for this? I was told there are signs all over the dining room. I snuck my food up anyway! I hate being treated like a child in any hotel I’m staying at
- 5/5
6he front desk very helpful

Take care more about installation
