    The room was OK but there were three noisy air conditioning units just outside my window which ran through the night. On check out, the receptionist asked if it was ok to email me the receipt. I asked whether there were any additional charges. He said no and that the deposit taken on check-in would be refunded. However, on receiving the email receipt, I see that there was a "Parking recapture fee" of $4.24 charged to my credit card. I did not have a car and was dropped off at the hotel to check in. It is very poor not to explain charges up front and then charge customer's credit card without the customer's authorization. This is dishonest practice and shocking to see at a Hilton Hotel.

    I had fractured some ribs the day before I checked in got so bad I needed to call the front desk for an ambulance just to get out of bed. That hotel could not have been more accommodating. Very nice staff, very well run manager came up just to make sure I was okay. Good people over there!

    As far as the rooms go, it looks like a Comfort Inn that Hilton bought and put their name on the building. The bathroom showers were in poor repair; missing and soiled causing that looks like a poor repair job. Furniture as definitely outdated. Just didn't live up to my expectations given that I've been a Hilton Honors program. I took pictures to document.

    I loved the simplicity of how easy it was to get around. I was hoping for a hot tub so that was a bummer. Also there wasn’t a bath tub in the room. Also the breakfast bar I wouldn’t get again. Food had very little flavor except the oatmeal coffee and orange juice.

After that, in a rather unfriendly manner, she told me that my reservation was not showing in the system and that if I had made it through Booking there was nothing she could do. She even suggested that I had made the reservation incorrectly, despite the fact that I was clearly showing her on my phone that the dates were correct. After asking her several times to please check again and search more carefully, my reservation finally appeared in the system. I had already been driving for four hours, and the reason I choose good hotels is precisely to avoid situations like this. Unfortunately, the receptionist’s attitude made the experience very uncomfortable and left me with little desire to return.

    Parking was easy and efficient. My boyfriend got the breakfast and he said it wasnt terrible. Our room was worn though. The ceilings were peeling in multiple parts, the was black dots/debris on the ceiling above the bathroom and on the walls of the showers, hair in the shower. The staff was excellent at the bar and front desk.

    Clean, convenient hotel with a friendly staff. The air condition in my room was loud, and too cold… Turned it off at night and the room was fine (but summer heat might not make this possible). Free parking was appreciated, but EV charger was inoperative. Would certainly stay there again.

    I’ve stayed at Hilton often and this was my first difficult experience. I had 2 reservations one for each day. I had one booked under my name but through my work and a 2nd reservation for the next day that I paid for. Upon check in I asked if I could go ahead and check in for both reservations so I wouldn’t have to pack up all of my things that next morning because I also had meetings all day and a dinner that evening for work. They said no, they could not and that I would have to remove my items. I did that and the next day I get to the hotel to check back in, I’m in a hurry because I have a work dinner and need to change clothes. They had a system issue and could not check me in. I asked if I could change in the lobby restroom then since I needed to get ready and they said unfortunately that is not allowed. I changed in a restaurant bathroom. I came back 3 hours later to check in and they put me in the exact room I checked out of. The check in and check out process took much longer than it should have. When I checked out the gentleman was on the phone and I stood there for 5 minutes before he even acknowledged me. It was just a very odd Hilton experience. I travel frequently with work and to Chandler once a month and I don’t believe I will book at this location again. Also my card was charged 3 times, it did eventually credit back that evening but the entire process was very frustrating.

    The hotel looked clean. We stayed at the top floor . We could not sleep all night due to the AC units that apparently are located on the roof and create very loud noise while they r working. I had earplugs and it still felt like I am sleeping next to the running propeller. In addition to that, we tried to open the window and a different loud noise was coming from the nearby factory. Night ruined with no sleep.

    The shower head completely fell out of the wall upon turning on the water. Notified management and they said maintenance would look at it and either fix it or we’d get a new room. We left the hotel early to go about the day and insured that it would be resolved one way or another. 8 hours later arriving back to the room, no one had come to look or fix. Front desk was unaware of the issue. They offered someone to look at it, and were reluctant to switch rooms. They finally did. While the shower did work in this room, there’s a leak somewhere and water pools outside the shower. On top on that, there’s some type of generator or fan that runs very loud until 10-11pm. I would avoid 623 at all costs. Room 613 had the initial issue.

    The location of the hotel is not charming at all. Right off the freeway and right across the street from some industrial processing facility. The bathroom was dirty when we checked in. The heater was broken in our room. Maintenance came to the room but was unable to fix the problem.

    Rooms are not cleaned daily even after stopping at the desk to ask for service. We returned to a messy bed , tray cans full, no toiletries or coffee and cups. Didn’t even take dirty towels and washcloths and replace them with fresh. Stayed four nights and not once did they clean room. Spoke to someone else on elevator and they stated same thing. Ice machine broken and no laundry facilities as stated on website , we had to go to the laundromat down the road. Won’t stay again.

    I was scheduled to check in Thursday! Flt issues so I called and advised the hotel i would be there Friday! I have a son with cerebral palsy? I’m 73 hrs 50 on Friday the manager said manager adv I needed to rebook and call hotel.com for reimbursement!! I did get upset it was late evening after traveling from n.y. With my son I said I’m reporting this! The manager said leave I questioned you throwing us out he repeated yes just get out!!! I didn’t yell as my son gets upset and I was embarrassed! So I certainly won’t stay at a Hilton he could have been more understanding

    The lady at the front desk was rude and had no customer service skills. It felt like it was a bother to check in. She also told me the water in the room was “complimentary” but I was charged $4.50 for a cheap brand of bottled water. I never dare to drink the bottles of water in a hotel room, but the filter on the ice/water bottle filler was flashing red and overdue to be changed. After a long drive, it would be nice to have somewhere with a clean filter to fill up a water bottle.

    First 2 rooms they gave us were not cleaned. Then the 2 front desk clerks stood bickering about what to do. Took them forever to get the room situation resolved. Not friendly at all. Ended up not getting the type of room we needed. For the price of the room it was very small and needed updating. Empty Kleenex container. Toilet paper roll not convenient. Not your typical Hilton experience.

    When i booked my room online the puctures showed that the room i was paying extra for had a nice balcony with a couple chairs and table and couch in the room. Then we get there. No couch. Balcony was about 2 foot wide no room for a chair at all. And theres like a power plant that makes a screeching noise all night long soujds somewhat like an f 16 getting ready for take off. So yeah. Not great

    I stayed at the Chandler Hilton this passed weekend October 23-26. I did not enjoy my stay here at all. When checking in she was very dry and was not informative about anything the hotel has to offer. She did not explain the breakfast hours or tell me it was a charge for breakfast, the wifi password or anything at all. She just simply asked for my identification and a card to put on file for incidentals and told me where the elevators were. She was not welcoming at all. Even though it made me feel a way I still proceeded to my room with my friends and decided to not take things personal and just assume maybe she was having a bad day. The second day me and my friends decided to go explore and do some shopping we left the hotel probably about 1:30 in the afternoon. We were gone for a couple of hours and we came back around 5:30pm. When we walked into our room we noticed our room looked the same as how we left it. The beds were not made , and all of our dirty rags and towels were still there. We assume no one came in our room but noticed the trash was gone and someone took a micofiber rag that my friend brought from home. But the disturbing part was the fact that we found a tissue roll with blood on it. I touched it not knowing and my friend used the tissue. Now we are in fear that were exposed to some type of disease.

    The gentleman at the fr9nt desk was VERY pleasant. When we checked 8n shortly after 4pm, he gave us our key and when we opened the hotel room door, it was not cleaned and very messy. I went back down and told him. He was very apologetic and saod he would have it cleaned ASAP. We went to go eat dinner and when we got back, the room was clean. It was a very nice room.

    Hotel is great regarding how nice it is. We had to get a hotel bc our air conditioner went out. We checked in around 1am. The girl at the desk was friendly with quick check in. She had told us that she would put the date as August 2nd and check out August 3rd. Our keys weren’t working to get back into the room. My husband went down to speak to the front desk. They said we had to check out because they have us for August 1st to August 2nd. We have an email showing our stay is from August 2nd to August 3rd. The front desk said there’s nothing they can do because we booked through Expedia. We had to pay for another night because our air conditioner is not fixed yet. We spoke to Expedia and they called the front desk. They are not willing to refund even though the email states August 2nd-3rd. Expedia escalated the issue and will look into more.

    What a horribly maintained dump. The EV chargers didn’t work, and the self absorbed millennial behind the desk didn’t care or even understand the issue, nor care to get off her phone and try to help. The AC didn’t work due to battery failure, the lights were not working, bathroom was dirty and the overall feel of the room was neglect. On the bright side, you could spend 22.00 for a crappy continental breakfast, so there’s that. Hilton has really changed for the worse. I’m far more impressed with competitors offerings this decade.

    Very underwhelming, especially for "King Suite". From the oldest TV I've seen in a hotel in 3 years, to dirty carpet, and a faded chair. Even the bathrooms tissue roll didnt even exisit and it was just sitting on the counter. Theres nothing "King" or "Suite" about this place. Save your money or just stay at a Motel 6 and youll get tje same if not betyer experience.

    The manager was extremely nice and helpful. He let us check out bags when we arrived early while we went to eat and then let us check in early. The restaurant staff was friendly as well. The outdoor pool was pleasant to swim in, even with the cooler temperatures. The fitness center was useful.

    We had garbage left in our room, towels were not restocked, and the counters were not well wiped down. Maybe the housecleaner was in a hurry? Or the department very short-staffed? The front desk young lady and the bartender were great! We did not change rooms because of late check in and early checkout, but I would not go back based on the cleanliness.

    I never ended up staying here, I was looking at hotel rooms here on Expedia, and it kept changing the dates back to a day later than when I was looking! I was not trying to book a room for February 6th-7th 2025.. and now the hotel keeps trying to charge me for it, yet I have and nothing but trouble trying to contact someone... the day of I got a notification stating it was time to check in, I was at work, and have been working every day since, I work late nights there for hard to contact anyone... I tried to cancel immediately after realizing that the website screwed up the dates, it was to be for second week in May!!! it would not let me cancel and I did not have time to call during normal hours!.. I would love for the hotel to contact me via email, or Expedia to make it right and stop trying to take money out of my bank account for something I didn't get!! nor wanted!!

    Hilton hotels and resorts have always been great. Thr only reason im knocking one star off for this is because we couldn't keep the room at a comfortable temp. It kept going from 73 degrees to 78. It wasnt comfortable and couldn't get cooled down.
