The rooms are clean and the staff were very friendly.
- 4/5
The staff was courteous. I really appreciated that. However, I wished that I’d known that they were not going to have water in the building for 2 of my nine days. Also, the bed we were in, had a horrible mattress. I did address this with the staff via texting. She said that all of their beds were like that. In this case, I won’t be returning.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I loved that they had “real” plates, cups, and silverware rather than cheap plastic ware. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was plenty of parking. WiFi and internet were good. I had one night when I was awakened at 2am by pounding and jumping on the floor above me. It was so loud that I couldn’t sleep. I finally called the front desk to complain and the person said that he would take care of it. About a half hour later the noise stopped and I was finally able to get back to sleep around 4am. It ruined my day.

The staff was phenomenal! My trip was eventful with chaos to say the least, the assistant manager (i didn’t get her name )and Steve were the BEST! They helped me beyond imaginable with such kindness. The rooms were very clean. The suites were spacious. Thank you Steve for working with me on everything I needed.!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This is our favorite hotel when we visit our family in Chandler. The suites are a great value.
- 4/5
The kitchen simk and bathroom sink was clogged.
- 5/5
Nice and clean. The suite was well appointed and comfortable. Friendly staff and good location. Will stay again.
- 5/5
The room was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and kind.
- 5/5
This hotel is located in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac, yet is only a minute or two drive from the Chandler Fashion Center and Costco. Our room was spotlessly clean, and my wife loved the pleasant, new-building scent. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the breakfast and coffee were consistently fresh and well-managed. We had a great stay and sincerely thank the entire hotel team for their excellent service.
- 5/5
Great hotel! Rooms very clean, really nice hotel
- 4/5
I loved that they offered Hispanic food at breakfast along with other standard fare. Parking was easy and I felt that my vehicle was safe out there. My room was quite nice for the price.

Great place to stay. Checked all of our boxes. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool. Free breakfast was well stocked with good food choices.
- 4/5
The front door and the bedroom door squeaked so loud that it woke the whole family up every time anyone entered a door. The chain was missing on the ceiling fan so no way to adjust the fan at all. It was either off or on turbo mode. The back secure door near the parking lot that requires a room key to get in never worked correctly. You have to put the card in and out seven or eight times super fast to get it to read. This is a nice place, it's just too bad there is no one there to take care of it. If this hotel had proper maintenance it would be excellent. When you get to the $200 a night range, you shouldn't have to put up with these things.
- 5/5
The breakfast appeared healthy, the room was clean, the staff were courteous and friendly and the parking was safe. Generally, the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood.
- 4/5
Expedia said the final price covered all costs. And then when we got to the hotel, it was another $150 for some kind of incidental deposit? It must’ve been one of those tiny tiny tiny little sentences on the bottom again where they don’t want to tell you this stuff because you’ll get another motel if you gotta come up with another $150, so $500 for two nights. None of the water fountains worked. Our top had black hair wrapped all around the handle railing. The breakfast was awful. Who serves chicken sausage patties? We stayed two days and it was definitely a free breakfast. I don’t think we’ll be back to this Hilton.. and it smell like sewage in the hallway what’s going on with that? It smelled like wet, dog or sewage.

Nice safe area, plenty of parking, clean and convenient to freeway and shopping. Customer service was good, only problem is the gates to open for the pool area was having some issues. Rooms are nice, got a king jr suite with small kitchen.Nice pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was good so all in all a good stay.

Had a great stay the staff was wonderful
- 4/5
The suite is roomy and well planned for 4 adults and one toddler. We could have a good rest and did not rush out because of the check-out time (12PM). Thank you
- 3/5
Room was spacious and clean, but I did not like a bed. The bed matless was too soft. I have a back issue, so I was not happy at all.
- 5/5
Nice area and staff was responsive
- 5/5
Perfect for our family’s one night stay. Clean with higher quality bedding and overall decor throughout.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel! The staff was outstanding, especially Steve at the front desk! I haven’t experienced that level of customer service in a long time. Kudos to Steve and the rest of the hotel staff!
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
Safe and quiet location.
- 5/5
Great service, helpful staff, nice amenities and loved the spacious room with kitchenette.
- 5/5
Hotel was great, the only one minimal issue was the shower, no water pressure at all.
- 4/5
I didnt like the long walk to our room. Being handicapped it would have been nice had the front desk staff informed us of a shorter route to our room. We found the short cut on our own when we went to dinner
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were very impressed with Steve, who checked us in. He has a comfortable way of communicating and made us feel really welcome. All of the ladies running the breakfast buffet were beyond kind and patient. Thank you all.
- 5/5
Clean quiet pleasant staff
- 5/5
It was a very nice place to stay. Very clean, staff was welcoming and friendly, rooms were big and homey, only thing i didnt like is they dont have a safe in the room.
- 5/5
I had an amazing stay.
- 3/5
Overall descent place for your buck. But check in lady was not very informative. She was short and didn’t explain much. I checked in on a Saturday night around 7/8pm.
- 5/5
In town for ASU commencement. Or stay. at Homewood suites was excellent. Steve, at the front desk, was very helpful on check in and handling requests later. Everything was very good. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
We experienced a first class vacation that included this fine hotel. I would recommend it fully!
- 5/5
Clean, new, great facilities. Convenient location, but not walkable. As Usual, hotel breakfast offers little actual food.
- 5/5
We just stayed one night. The room at night was pretty much quiet with just the slight hum of traffic on the 202. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and had a wide selection of breakfast foods.
- 4/5
The outside door was adjacent to our room on the first floor and it was so extremely convenient.
- 5/5
Top notch from service to amenities . Would definitely recommend and stay here again
- 5/5
Staff were kind. Each morning breakfast was better than expected.
- 5/5
Great place!
- 4/5
There is lots to do in the close proximity to this hotel. This was an anniversary trip with my wife and it was conveniently located off of the freeway and near shopping, restaurants, golf, movies, etc. The pool was nice to lounge around and never too busy. We would stay here again.
- 5/5
Very clean studio apartment style room. Nice breakfast .

We stayed for 8 nights on a vacation. Room was exactly what we wanted, lots of space with bedroom and kitchen. Hotel is within a 5 minute drive to the mall and a bunch of restaurants, so it’s in a good location just off of a main route as well. Breakfast was good, lots of parking and it was very quiet. Would definitely stay again if we were to visit the Phoenix area.

Was pleasantly ,y surprised at the amenities, pool and towels, outside table area, breakfast choices. Our room was clean, large, lots of table top space, full shower. And the staff was very nice with a smile. Always warmly greeted by staff at breakfast.

It was great..minus the breakfast option...eggs, potatoes and sausage every day was horrible
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly. They all seem to really care about maintaining the property
- 4/5
Here for a few days for business. Had everything we needed. Staff was pleasant
- 4/5
The check in process was a nightmare. Fix was not very helpful. We tried to explain our situation where we may need to extend nights. It was more of a hassle! After the checkin everything did seem nice.
- 4/5
Area for improvement is kitchen. Would appreciate a larger mixing or serving bowl, sharper knife
- 5/5
Very clean rooms in the air conditioning worked. Need more bananas at the breakfast.
- 5/5
It was a very nice stay. Quiet comfy...all good!
- 3/5
difficult to do any work and or watch TV.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
We loved that it was just like an apartment with all of the amenities you gave at home
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
This hotel was so clean & comfortable! The front desk was courteous every time we passed throuogh and gave us some tips for our spring training visit. We'll be back!
- 4/5
-Would have appreciated housekeeping more than 1x (which was the day before we left) for our long stay -Ceiling fan in bathroom very grimy - needs a good clean -No crib available for first few days of stay despite putting this request in the notes when booking. Baby did not sleep well due to this so not as restful -Lots of disposable cups / plates / utensils for breakfast - not very eco-friendly -Breakfast options were good with good variety, good sized eating area -Overall good cleanliness in the rooms -Kitchen good but not as well appointed as other Homewood Suites we have stayed in (only the very bare minimum). Also a broken spatula for cooking. -Location is quite industrial, not much around by foot (vehicle is essential) and farther drive to get to & from most areas in Phoenix (deep south east corner), however area is clean
- 5/5
Nice large suite, great outdoor pool wish it wasn't 50 degrees in Pheonix so i could use it!
- 5/5
An awesome experience!
- 5/5
Great stay. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Great location for food, shopping and close to the hospital.
- 5/5
The staff were very nice and the room was great. The only thing I would change is when they served breakfast, it was 6-9 am. It would be nice if it would go a little later for those who wanted to sleep in due to being on vacation and not wanting to get up to an alarm.
- 5/5
The room was clean, the A/C was fantastic that made all the difference in 100 degree weather. The morning hot breakfast was pretty good and the staff were all kind and helpful. My favorite thing was how quiet the room was and the furnishings. I love the dinette table and the kitchen. I will stay there again.
- 5/5
Very homey room loved it
- 5/5
Very CLEAN and comfortable stay. Love the kitchen for quick meals. Kitchen had mostly everything you would need, except a cutting board. Kitchen vent on top of stove just blows into the cabinets. Not an actual vent. Not a big deal. Livingroom is a little over crowded with too much furniture. But we moved part of the coffee table to the side of the tv wall, and the ottoman under the desk. That gave us some much needed space. Breakfast ends at 9am which in my opinion is too early. But would definitely stay here again because everything was very clean for my family.
- 5/5
Very new n clean
- 5/5
The staff is amazing! Our over all experience was very satisfactory. This will be our” go to” place to stay whenever we are in the area from now on!

We enjoyed our stay, everything was great!!

Thought the lady at front desk wasn’t too friendly with me versus how I see her with any other customer but hotel was nice
- 5/5
Clean and silent.
- 5/5
Location, very clean, girl at the desk very personable.
- 5/5
Great place to stay and plenty of room
- 4/5
Generally good, only thing was WiFi didn’t work. Not a big deal
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and the stuff was very helpful and friendly
- 4/5
The staff was amazing. We had a terrible time with delayed travel. I called several times. They were considerate and helpful. They were understaffed which is now typical in hotels. Despite that they did the best they could to accommodate requests and the employees though overworked served with a positive mood and were very considerate. I will stay there again.
- 4/5
Great breakfast. Free Parking and Internet. Not old building. Heated pool outside.
- 3/5
A call in the morning to our room from the front desk reminding me that check out was in 30 minutes was annoying, not requested and not needed. I'm not 5 years old. I will unplug the room phone in every hotel going forward upon arrival. I wouldn't come back to the Homewood Suites simply because of this. If this is a property wide policy at all Homewood Suites count me out.
- 4/5
I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, always had a pretty good experience, unfortunately our last stay was not the best. My fiancé woke up to bites all over her legs. Although the condo like suites are a plus, we will not be returning.
- 2/5
When arrived the room wasn’t very cleaned at all. And on our last morning Someone tried coming into the room and when we called the front office all the said was they would speak with the cleaning crew as if they didn’t care. This was 3hrs before checking out.
- 4/5
Breakfast was weak. Pool was nice. Halls were warm. Room was nice
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing. The whole hotel was clean especially the room. The staff is was very helpful and accommodating. Definitely will come back.
- 5/5
Free breakfast, internet and parking and pool/gym.
- 4/5
Only two things, not enough coffee in the room, and the pillows were flat and horrible. The rest of the appearance was great, but when do we get back to normal breakfasts?
- 5/5
Stayed during re-locating to Chandler, we first requested a late check out and then decided to extend our stay after a long hot day of moving. Front desk day and night were absolutely accommodating and refreshing.
- 5/5
We had a warm welcome and speedy check-in at the counter. We did find a few problems (missing light bulb, drawer wouldn't close and shower wouldn't turn completely off). I notified the front desk, and they immediately sent up maintenance to correct the problems. Warren did a great job, and we were very impressed with the quality of the place. It's clean and well-maintained despite the work shortage due to the pandemic. And everyone was friendly and helpful!
- 4/5
Close to everything, including the freeway. Staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and the gym was in great shape. Great continental style breakfast to go. The only drawback is that the rooms need updating, especially things like cabinets and furniture which were old with chips and that didn't stay closed.
- 5/5
Good. Coffee good all nihht
- 5/5
Our stay was great as everyone was friendly and helpful with our requests. Breakfast was good but when they started to run out they didn't get more to replenish the missing items - this could have been because of Memorial Day weekend.
- 5/5
Love Homewood Suites, cleanest, roomiest and friendliest place every time I stay at one.
- 5/5
Wonderful experience. The mini Suite rooms are perfect for us. Steve at the front desk was super helpful and very nice. All the staff is friendly. The parking is very convenient.
- 5/5
Amazing, thank you for everything
- 5/5
Nice place.
- 4/5
Room was very nice & spacious. Staff very friendly & helpful. They offer a grab & go breakfast which was a bit limited
