I would definitely stay here again the hotel staff and front desk staff were all very helpful and very polite the room was clean and very comfortable thanks for making my family’s stay very comfortable.

The staff were wonderful! They were very kind during the dayshift. The night shift staff could of been a little more understanding when I asked if we could switch rooms and why. Our bathroom was in very bad shape, smelled like mildew and paint was bubbled and peeling from wall. The paint was chipped pretty bad in the common sink area. Bedding also had stains and discoloration.

When I asked if there were more, the girl at the front desk said there was a shipment coming in the next day. The next morning I was expecting yogurt and there were none. I asked the lady that was there and she said the orders for food come only on Friday mornings. So she went to the employee's kitchen and gave me what they had. Someone who is diabetic would not be able to eat much for breakfast. Only carbs for breakfast are not healthy for anyone. So I bought my yogurt and other protein items to have for breakfast. People do have allergies. And medical needs, like a diabetic. Also please include programs on Cable TV for those of us who believe in Jesus Christ. I was very disappointed that I could not watch a Christian teaching daily, hear Christian music or watch Christian movies.

Decent night overall. Breakfast was very basic, but at least it was available.

The hotel was comfortable but not clean. I had to request to change rooms, and while the second room was better, it still wasn’t great. The front desk was kind, I did not use any of the amenities.

We were there for four nights three out of the four days we had to ask for a new key. We did not have housekeeping, no clean towels no amenities refreshed breakfast was bear, and it smelled of weed throughout our way. The stairway was outside in the sign on the door indicating you needed to use your room key to re-enter that was not true as the doors were always open and that was a major safety issue. I don’t think we would reserve a room at the Wingate by Wyndham again.

Overall, our stay was great. The staff was friendly and the property was clean. Our room was clean however, did smell like remnants of cigarette smoke, which cleared out after running the a/c on high. There was some unfinished drywall work on the bathroom ceiling. The jacuzzi was not working and it was one of the reasons I chose the property, as I was traveling by car for work. Despite these deficiencies, I property was pleasant and clean. I would stay here again should another property lack a jacuzzi.

The rooms smelled like mold, mold rust and animal stains in the bathroom, cigarette burns and holes on the blankets. Front desk doesnt answer phones.

Staff = Incredible. Hotel = Horrendous. The hotel was filthy. The beds had what look like blood on the sheets, the sink was cracked and broken, the bathtub was filthy, and the walls were spattered. The iron had crusted burnt on food as if someone had tried to make a grilled cheese sandwich with it. It’s amazing that it had pretty decent reviews and the pictures are very deceiving. This place is a dump!!.

this is an older motel which could use a little more freshening. It sets back away from easy access. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Breakfast left a lot to be desired by experience from other Wyndham locations.

Breakfast on the weekends is different from during the week. No hot food during the week, but still had waffles, thankfully. Pool and hot tub were not heated. Older facility that could use updating. King bed was comfortable with the mattress topper on it.

The breakfast was really good the first three days then the last three days they were just waffles without the egg omelettes and sausage. Our toilet would start running in the middle of the night for no reason we tried to have it fixed. What is a big deal just woke me up every night at 3 o’clock in the morning. The staff was really nice stuff and overall we had a good trip. If I were to come back to Phoenix, this hotel would be one I would strongly consider staying that again.

The hot tub did not work. We were staying for 10 days and had to have our keys reprogrammed every other day to enter the room. We also had to request maid/cleaning services since they were not doing ours daily for some reason. Pool area had damage to the concrete around it and it appeared very rusty at the bottom.

The room had lots of chips out of the wall in my room, along with sheets on my bed were on inside out and the wrong size as they kept coming undone. The fridge did not work and there was waffle syrup smeared all over the window. The worst part was when I sat down on the bed and it squished down to the box spring!!! Definitely not worth the money!!!

The pool had a used bandaid on the deck the entire 3 days I was there. The bathtub was rusty. Place was really run down. The breakfast was good though.

The bathroom was dirty with a dried boot print on the floor, corners that weren't swept out in years and a tub that did not drain well and left you in ankle deep water after your shower. The sink didn't drain well either. Very disappointed!

The toilet was stopped up for the 1st two days, no one ever at front desk to help. Luckily found a plunger in the hall and plunged the toilet myself. Mind you it was clogged when i got there.

Did not have a handicap room we asked for, even after we called several times earlier to make sure we had it. We had to go somewhere else to find facilities to get what we needed. They did refund our deposit though.

There was never anyone at the front desk. I couldn't make coffee in my room because the coffee pot had an incorrect part. I tried 3 times, 3 different ways to contact the front desk and problem was never solved.

They assigned us a room with leaky faucet. Didn’t inform us ahead of time that they were going to send a maintenance guy over so we were very surprised when a guy with no badge or identification just showed up to our room. The guy came and go several times (first to check on the leak, then left to get his tools, then left again because he needed to get parts from the store). In the end he left behind his tools and dirty shoe prints in the bathroom without having the leak fixed. When I asked to switch to a different room I was told they were fully booked. The front desk staff did come and clean up the mess. I think they were probably short staffed. The next morning I had to get toilet paper from the front desk (because the room wasn’t well-stocked to begin with) and had to wait several minutes before someone attended to us. The reviews weren’t bad when I booked the hotel a few months ago but when I looked at it again I saw lots of bad reviews in the recent month.

Clean and comfortable room!

The room was not clean. The floors had not been mopped, carpet not vacuumed. It has been neglected for a long period of time. There was mold in the bathroom. The outlet for the air conditioner had no face plate on it. Which is a code & safety violation. The keypad to enter the room, worked only half the time. Half the staff was friendly. I will not recommend it & will be contacting corporate since it is a franchise & represents the company.

Hot tub was broken, no hot breakfast during the week only weekends (website should specify this). Room had rust/mold in tub and towel fixtures, paint coming off ceiling, counter was dirty, carpet was sticky. Very disappointed. Not enough staff members on property at same time so they were working very hard trying to do everything, but they were GREAT.

The electric outlet in the bathroom was broken and wouldn’t work. There was two outlets in the room that wouldn’t work the couple that came with us. Their door wouldn’t lock. They let the breakfast food run out and didn’t restock it. We were very disappointed.

I was catfished by this hotel. The room was old and not well cleaned, the walls are so thin we heard every conversation and bathroom trip from those above and on either side of us, and the bed was old, squishy, lumpy, and stained. I trusted the good reviews and regret booking here.

The room wasn’t clean. It appeared someone had slept in the bed and the sheets weren’t changed. My family refused to stay and we canceled our reservation.

We the make it up to our room, I opened the door and immediately had to cover my face the smell of moth balls and urine immediately turned my nose. The sheets were dirty and the bathroom wasn't even cleaned. The door handles had a white crusty residue on them and to top it off there was hair all over the counter. We had 7 other families with us! Their experience was all equal or worse. We all asked for our money back and mind you it's 9:30 at night we found another hotel. The pictures online are false!!

The entire hotel is lacking. We chose this hotel for to location and because they had a jacuzzi, however the jacuzzi was cold, the room smelled, and there was mold in the shower. We would not stay again.

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds. On arrival we were given a bed with 1 king. We asked and they said they changed it because all other rooms were sold out, and we could cancel our reservation if we wanted. This was late at night when other hotels were probably sold out as well. The hot tube was not working.

Pictures made it look much more upgraded than it is. Hot tub was not working. Facility was not very clean.

Got charged 4 times for my three nights, they said it would take a week to refund me! Their point of sale credit process system is flawed. I was so angry they put a hold of $1,200 on my debit card- I cancelled my reservation

I got scared with some of the reviews I read prior to check in saying their rooms were dirty. This place is dated for sure, but the beds were clean, the shower was fine and that was enough for me.

I would rate this hotel as average at best. We found a broken towel rack in the bathroom. Our key wouldn't work, because the door battery was low (according to a staff member). The staff was fine. The food was moderately good. Would like better, healthier choices. The wall texturing looked unfinished in the bathroom. In the hallway, there was a hole in the wall where an electrical outlet had been replaced.

The hotel was quiet, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. However, the microwave’s glass tray didn’t rotate because it didn’t fit properly. Additionally, some of the hotel staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, while others came across as a bit snobbish. They could benefit from being more welcoming and greeting customers with a smile.

The building is in need of an update. Talking to others at the same work event, their hotels were in better shape. There was a color change of paint in the bathroom with missed spots, caulking on the tub was yucky, sink drain plug was working. Eggs only on the weekend. Very few dumbells in the gym. Staff were wonderful.

Staff was very nice and friendly, but the rooms are older, we were on the first floor, the curtains on the window where see through, so I had to rig something up to give my wife and daughter some privacy. Tub was rusted and you could smell the oldness to the room. Breakfast wasn't the greatest, but it was good enough. Would I stay again? Probably not. In the long run, it was good enough, saved us some money.

This property is the worst Wingate I've ever seen. I've stayed at Wingate hotels on business travel for years and have always counted on the quality of the chain. I can't do that anymore. This property is an insult to the Wingate name. Holes in the curtains, stains in the bathtub, poor lighting in the room. We had a full weekend of activities booked so we only at the hotel to sleep and shower, otherwise I would have gotten a diffferent hotel.

Room had mold and lots of rusted areas in the bathroom. Air conditioning went in and out. People in the area were intoxicated and on drugs, not what I expected in Chandler.

Bed was very uncomfortable and would sink when we sat on it. The room was stinky and humid, smelled like dirty wet socks. The tub was painted to cover up the fact that it was old and stained, but the paint they used was peeling off when we used the tub. The continental breakfast was not great, but adequate and they didn't offer any protein (non-carb) alternatives for diabetics. The front desk and hotel staff was understaffed so they couldn't appropriately care for their guests. We asked for clean towels twice, and got the runaround when we did (the cleaning staff told us to go to the front desk, and the front desk told us the opposite). We had to ask for them to clean our room the day before or they wouldn't do it, who does that anyway??? Overall a lousy hotel. I guess you get what you pay for with a Wyndham hotel! Never again.

The room itself was clean, but after we left for a bit and came back the AC had put a rather damp smell in to the room like old wet towels. Other than that though the staff was friendly, the breakfast was decent IMO, eggs sausage and waffles plus bagels and toast. The pool is small and located in the "front" of the hotel so felt a little too public for our taste. But the location is great, especially if you're interested in the Asian district and the Chandler mall both just down the road a bit.

Waited 25 minutes for someone to arrive at the counter to check, and barely received an apology. The room was fine, the sheets were comfortable and the bath linens were nice. The drapes were torn, and the cabinet door needed to be fixed. There was no washcloth in the room, and no cups, except one coffee cup. When checking out, again had to wait for someone to show up at the counter.

They only clean by request - and even then its very minimal. Furthermore, they don't make the policy clear at check in. The common areas of the property are very dirty - carpets, baseboards, etc.

Who knows what else they skimp on as far as being sanitary & clean. Front desk changed my room but didn't offer me any credits or anything for inconvenience. I would have demanded a refund but it was late and I had already had to repack and unpack and switch rooms once Never will I stat at a wingate again - especially this one!

This is my second time staying here and I am positive I will be back for a third time if I ever travel to the Phoenix area! I was in town for a coaches clinic at ASU, my colleague and I enjoyed the stay and got a goods night rest! Only thing is I have not received the incidental fee back I’m sure it’s a business day thing it’s still pending on my bank hoping it’ll be back Monday or sometime during the week. Thank you again for a great stay, I surely hope to be back soon!

Was excited to get some rest after a long day of driving, to come into a room where it has been out dated and an AC unit that was noisy and sounding like it had a venting leak. Even after a tiring day, the whole family was unable to sleep with noise and uncomfortable room.

Star was friendly, check in easy. Somehow got a handicap room which wasn't needed. A few sticky spots on carpet but otherwise clean and quiet..

Toe nail in carpet, only 1 garbage can, no nose tissue.

Parts of the hotel are showing signs of age. Curtain rod in the regular room was not properly fastened.

The "security door" leading from the parking lot to the hallway (right outside my room) was not secured at all. No key needed to enter, and the door never latched.

The first room it was completely dirty, I came back to front desk, then lady assigned me a new room, this second room it was occupied, came down again to front desk, a third room was assigned, the room smelled so bad, and old urine, had mold. Came down and request to cancel the reservarion. That situation it was unacceptable

I mistakenly thought this was a high-end chain so had to adjust when we got there. Also we requested two queens and got one king. But the room was quiet, the water pressure was good, the breakfast was just fine, and the price was very reasonable. Good value for the money.

The hotel is dirty. Our shower drain was clogged - front desk couldn't care less. Breakfast was cold and there was no hot water or tea bags to make a cup of tea - didn't have any housekeeping (my choice) during my stay. I will find another place next time

there was no fire alarm in the room and the door was missing off the cabinet that contained fridge. there was also a tremendous smell of marijuana in the hall by our room and for a non-smoking hotel I thought this very odd.

No one at the front desk for 10-15 minutes. Finally someone showed up and got checked in.

We went in the room and came back about 20 min later and the friend and the dog where still at the lobby. That lobby person does not have common sense. That dog will eventually bite someone arriving at the lobby.

Worst hotel experience ever. Absolutely unacceptable. Now I have to deal with bunch of phone calls to get my money back. The hotel was outdated, it looked like we got back to the 70s. Nothing was like pictured/advertised. The carpet was dirty, the elevator was scary old and shaky, everything was just gross. Id never go back. Stay away.

Soooo dirty! The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. We arrived late so did not find it until the morning. We found another hotel and requested a refund. The management was awful and refused a full refund, still charging me for 2 of the 3 night stay. It appears they are remodeling but just covering all the nastiness with paint. The breakfast was also gross. What was available was expired.

The personnel were courteous. The room cleaned but with issues: couldn’t use coffee brewer as a part was missing; handle on bathroom door broken; key sometimes didn’t work until multiple tries; a hinge on the cabinet which enclosed the fridge was broken; stairways were very dirty.

I thought it would be nicer. Not that well maintained, the bathroom had patches coming thru from old paint and over all the bathroom needed new paint. Parking lot had very dirty oilly spots everywhere and needs powerwashed. I was there 3 days, and was never offered room service or when i was gone, my room was not cleaned. The 1st day I had the do not disturb sign on, but the 2nd day I was gone all morning. Got back after 3 pm and nothing. 1 very small trash can in room, so i threw my own trash out since no service. Breakfast was good and when I checked in the guy was very nice. Not up to Wyndham standards I dont not beleive overall..

Hair ball on the floor nasty smell and it was disgusting pee in the toilet like really? Broken stuff would definitely not recommend

I liked the location of this property. It was easy to find. The chairs in the room were very old and uncomfortable & the "leather" was falling apart. The bed was very comfortable, though!

It was a good stay. Absolutely no complaints. Would stay there again.

Shower did not drain, would stand in a puddle of water while showering. Ceilings were a little dirty as well.

The place is very run down and the furniture was dirty. The room had a weird smell.

The pool wasn't heated to it was closed. The hot tub was closed for repairs; and i really enjoy a hot tub/jacuzzi. My room was dirty u could see dirt and lint etc in the cornmers. The toilet was dirty, i found change under the seat cushions, with crumbs etc, there was lint dust etc under the table. The hallway carpet is gaudy. The breakfast although hot was minimale with little selection. And so on and on!

Hotel is older. Missing a place to hang your bath towels. No drain covers. Items left in the hallway for days, boxes and an old desk chair. Beds were comfortable. Slept comfortably. A couple restaurants in walking distance and close to highway.

Property needs some maintenance.

I didn’t like the door card swiping because the cards never opens the door. They need to change it to scanning the cards to get in.

Check in was easy, however room was clean but old, holes in the wall, smoke detector was hanging on by the wire and NO shower curtain

Horrible experience, start from the room key wasn’t working properly, i need to keep trying until it’s open. The room was dirty, the sheets dirty, the carpet dusty, the bed wasn’t comfortable at all, furniture is worn. The breakfast there wasn’t eggs first day and limited choice, my kids waited for half hour by the only one waffle machine for their turn. Stuff wasn’t that friendly.

This place is run down and poorly maintained. Breakfast was poorly stocked and served and not at all compatible with a diabetic diet.

We had an overall great visit.

It’s pretty run down. Mold in bathroom, grime around sink drain, carpet was damaged in several spots (like someone put an iron on nylon texture). Hinge on bathroom and on cabinet housing microwave were broken. Towels and sheets were clean and soft.

The rooms were basic as well, clean enough, but the showers were gross, I luckily had family that I could shower at their place. The sheets were not great quality and the hallways were gross and smelled like pee or something, I thought it was a hotel, definitely gave more motel vibes. The staff though were great and so kind, they actually upgraded our room for free, and it was still a bad experience, but that wasn’t their fault. So overall, if you can afford it, go somewhere else.

This property os dirty outside, they have no garbage can by the front door so you can tell Guest we’re just putting their garbage around the pillars of the entrance. The lobby restroom was horrific the front desk clerk had attitude. They shouldn’t carry the name Wyndham.

They band me for no reason at all. I think because I was booking though online and not them.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean but the hallway floors need a good shampoo. I also booked it because it had a pool and free breakfast. What I didn’t realize was that it was a bit cool in December and that the pool was closed until March. Also, the breakfast wasn’t very good. There were no eggs or hashbrowns at all. There were some sausages one day. They had peanut butter but no butter for the toast. Otherwise there was just waffles, oatmeal, cereal, bread, juice and coffee. We were very disappointed with that. Overall, besides the breakfast, it was a very comfortable, nice stay for our first visit to Arizona.

No hot water in shower. One night stay, so did not discover problem until getting ready to bath and leave. Advised front desk .

Front desk staff was nice, but the room was so bad. It was the dirtiest place we have ever stayed. Maintenance issues, but also just filthy. Hair all over bathroom, in sink, dirt and grime on floors and on walls. Hair all over the bathroom ceiling, not sure how that even happened. Q tip on the floor, dirty mattress (we pulled open sheets to check for bugs, didn't see any) snot or blood on the lampshade. Looked like vomit stains on wall. Rest of hotel not too clean so no point in complaining, we suffered through night and wont be back.

The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very run down and not clean.

Had the best stay!! Was there to see Family and stayed for a week. Will stay again. Staff was AWESOME!!! When I come back i know where I will stay.
