Quiet, not much traffic. Not too uptight The way we were treated when we asked for Kate checkout trying to get all our things out the room and I was trying to make sure that it was clean, they treated us like I was trying to stay there for free or something .

The front desk doesn't really bug you too much and as long as you not rowdy , they let you enjoy your room and don't really force you to get the room service like some other places

The entire staff is wonderful and always pleasant. It's a good location for convince with restaurants on both sides of the place

The weekly rates are good if your staying in town for more than a few days or just an overnight and need a quiet place for a good nights sleep.

Overall it was ok. I wasn`t expecting 5 star resort and it was not anything like that. I needed a bed for the night and it was just that. It was clean but older and showed some wear, I did encounter a couple of bugs in the room but not bedbugs. One less than great thing was it was advertised as having a coffee maker in the room but there was not one.

The well really nothing The management sucks it was filthy the sheets were dirty the room was dirty I left at 1130 he wanted me to pay extra 20 for that because I had to replace my car on Christmas to make things fit he wanted to charge me 50 that's also when he decided my registered service dog with documentation was not a service dog so he charge me 50 he wanted me to come pay 120 . Of course I refused he tried telling me I could not get the rest of my belongings in my car and instructed me to get in his office right now when I told him no I would get my spouse he told me no for me to and went to grab me ...he is a awful man

It’s was awful I couldn’t even stay there booked for 2 nights and when we got there seen the biggest rat in my life outside running around then when I went into the room I asked none smoking I have 7 month old daughter roomed smelt like smoke and there where baby roaches and the sheets on the bed had burn holes in them I tried to get my money back and they gave me the runaround after runaround I even said I’ll pay for the one day and just give me back the second day nope there terrible customer service we left hr after we checked in it was so bad do not stay at this motel

Awful experience. Any positive reviews for this hotel are a lie. The photos are false advertising. I have never felt so instantaneously unsafe at a motel, and I've driven across the country alone over 12 times and stayed in some shady spots. Aside from the general location and rundown exterior, there were 2-3 men loitering outside (clearly under the influence of some substances) who not only became aggressively fixated on my car the moment I pulled in the lot, but also began moving towards me. They weren't walking towards me, rather slowly moving closer and closer while staring at me. I'm not sure if they were guests or just users who wandered onto the property and planted themselves in front of a door. Either way, I wouldn't feel safe leaving my car in the lot much less sleeping there with those men watching what room number I walked in to. I delayed writing a review because when I called the front to see if I could cancel and get a refund for another hotel, the woman working the desk was so kind and understanding. She said that if Expedia called her that she would authorize a refund and she apologized profusely that I felt unsafe. I wanted to at least say they handled it well. However, I just received an email that the hotel was refusing to refund me. I could overlook the misrepresentation of the room, the property, the location, etc. a lot of places do that, but when you add the fact the hotel takes $ after allowing users to scare off the guests, its just so unethical.

Just very peaceful and I enjoyed my stay here. Without a doubt a 10 out of 10!

I was actually kicked out of my father’s place and was very sad but when I went inside to meet the guy receptionist he made me smile. The house keepers were very polite and they also didn’t disturb me if I didnt need anything. They’re the best! I would rate this hotel and staff a 10 out of 10. Mark my words guys and gals.

Property was very nice, easy to book and came to rescue when my other hotel canceled on us.

Nothing great about this motel. No coffee offered in the room or lobby, I felt the springs in the bed, and there were bugs in the sink, like little spiders. I didn't see any in the bed. Overall, about average for Houston, but I won't stay there again.

Room was filthy hair all over the bathroom didnt even clean the bathroom wall left over hair, and towels were not washed right either.

I didn't like the fact that the room they assigned me to at first was 220, it had a very bad energy feel to it & I felt as if something didn't want me there so i was placed in another room 212 i was able to sleep great in.

They did not tell me that the phone and Internet did not work.

Needs maintenance and new furniture. Everything is run down and broke. Even though it’s cheap; it’s still not worth the money…

Would not answer the front desk to issue a refund for the Expedia agent. Then when I get there I don't have any rooms available until 3 but check in is at 11. So make me pay an extra $20 for early check in but none of the rooms with smoking had working electronics so we was told to just smoke in the non smoking room. Seriously needs an audit. Cannot believe this establishment is an official business entity.

When I first arrived to the property and and registered for my room. It was quiet, but as soon as I went into my room to try and lay down and close my eyes for a minute to rest, I heard all kind of noises yelling, cursing door slamming and I said oh my God what have I gotten myself into? I went, and I told the front desk asked them. Could I get my money back since I just checked in less than 15 minutes ago he said no bed pillows everything smells like smoke. I got a smoking room, but I smoke cigarettes and the whole complex smell like marijuana and that really upset me due to my job the room that I was in smelled like a ton step outside and smell a ton of marijuana on the property. I wouldn’t suggest this place especially if you have children. Oh there were also dogs barking and going on.

Just nasty rooms

Front desk clerk was very unfriendly. The room had a funky odor, the fitted sheet had an old burn hole from what looked like a cigarette. There was paint peeling from the ceiling, people in one side argued well into the night, past 1 AM. On the other side was a dog baking. The mattresses were old and not at all supportive. The cold tap water at the sink was hot. The hot water was even hotter, the shower had the cheapest shower head that i have ever seen and the bathroom was so small you could even get dressed in there without putting one for in the tub. The cost of the room was way too high for the quality.

I have stayed here on a couple occasions and they could use improvement in the way they clean the rooms. Howevr I love the place and still will go back.. if you want to peace and quiet and a safe environment for your children then this is the place to be they even got a little yard. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel in general it's reasonably priced very convenient with lots of parking and close to stores. The gentleman who works up front is amazing always has been never a bad experience with him the wife is another story. She was rude and disrespectful towards me when I was checking in and was accusing me of having someone in my room that was not aloud there when I told her 1000 times that it was just me.. long story short called me a liar that she supposedly seen on camera her coming to my room i have no idea but that I would have to leave not get refunded they would never honor the price that I was paying again just straight up rude. But I seen the lady she was talking about walking to the hotel and grabbing her things from outside probably embarrassed for how she was acting towards me. But never got a apology cause I was telling the truth and I didn't know that women. I'm sure she's a great person but her customer service is awful so watch for her.. but like I said for the price you pay you ain't going to find nothing better the hotel is amazing don't let my opinion stuff anybody from checking this place out it'll be worth it.

For the price it was convenient. Bathroom clogged the place only had 1 plunger. The office called the room but phone wasn't working. Clean but there were birds nesting in the outside vent.

I booked and paid with my credit card I was refused cleaning services and was denied a refund through the property the staff is very unprofessional and rude the rooms are dirty and unsanitary.

I had to clean my bed sheets from bunch of hair on both sides of the bed. It felt like they rolled sheets up after previus guests and never changed them for a new check-in. I slept in my own clothes for safety. No jokes.

Room was great and property was good. There wasn’t any hot water for the sink or shower

Staff was nice and in no way am I trying to be rude or anything but I was bit by a bug on the bed, the pillowcases from both beds had dirt stains & someone else received a key to my room and they opened the door. I didn't make a big deal about any of these issues but if it was another person I know they would've demanded a refund.

It was decent. I was less there overnight, less than 24 hours so it served the purpose of what I needed it to. Bed could’ve been more comfortable as it was a little sunken in. It’s an older hotel but it was good enough for the night.
