Room was nice and clean enough. Bathroom was good. AC was really nice. The hallway smelled like food constantly though, and the front desk wasn’t always manned. Overall decent place especially for the price
- 5/5
The staff here was very helpful, the rooms were very clean as well. The refrigerator was already cold when we got there. There isn't much else to ask for really!
- 5/5
Everything was nice. From the staff to the oversized rooms. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was cold. We didn't see how to control the room temperature.

Cleanliness and maintenance was mostly good. Breakfast should definitely be better.

Staff was rude and unhelpful, I accidentally double booked and attempted to mend the issue immediately and they were not helpful or responsive, then when I got there they stated my room had been cancelled and was no longer available but they would not give a refund.

stayed there 2 months for my job and had to ask each week for the room to be cleaned
- 1/5
Terrible place, I won't be staying again. Nobody staffing the place at night which has to be a safety issue. Cockroaches in the entrance to the lobby, just poorly managed will not be staying here again. Had I realized this is the one I never would have booked again, they've canceled on me before.... Just bottom of the barrel.
- 1/5
Not a good place to stay in.
- 1/5
Terrible experience, room wasn’t clean, subpar customer service worst of all they scammed us out of money after getting our car towed overnight and the staffs reason was that we didn’t have a parking pass on our car, then after asking for a parking pass the morning after they said they didn’t use parking passes there, next time staying at a reputable hotel, lesson learned

Passable

Booked a room and it said check in ends at 1am, was there 11pm with 2 other families that also had to check in, and we waited over an hour trying to call front desk person, but no one were to be found, ended up sleeping in the car, very disappointed.

The room was clean well maintained. The issue is the staff I forgot my watch in the room called the hotel no response, sent a message to the hotel still no response, talked to central reservation they tried to reach out to the hotel no response until now 17.02 on 17May I haven’t been able to get hold of the hotel.
- 1/5
I like that there was a full kitchen. I don't like that there were no utensils, plates, cups etc. There was also no real breakfast and they dont give you enough towels and washcloths for the amount of people you book with.
- 3/5
The hotel was rated an 8 which was way overrated. I would give it a four at most. The room was clean but looked older and worn. Even though it is an extended stay hotel, you needed to go down to the front desk to ask for kitchen supplies (plates, glasses, silverware, coffee maker, etc). The room set-up didn’t allow us to watch TV in bed. The walls are thin as we could hear our neighbors all night long. The breakfast in the morning was your choice of a coffee with a granola bar, muffin or oatmeal. Unfortunately, no fruit or other breakfast options unless you purchased them from their pantry. It was convenient to an early morning flight at Dulles.

There was only granola bars and packaged muffins with coffee or hot chocolate. Really disappointed in breakfast. Was hoping for pancakes eggs bacon etc. Property was clean but had to park far from my door. Many people were hanging outside the entrance doors with loud music. Smell of pot was strong outside but not bad inside. Staff was nice but did not tell me i had another $50 charge to pay for deposit even after the room was prepaid for. They said they'll refund it after verifying the room is not tore up upon checkout. Alot of drug usage was going on in the parking lot. Honestly not bad for an overnight but sketchy and so disappointed in breakfast options (or lack thereof)
- 5/5
Just an overall really nice place, it was nice watching the airplanes fly over the building. Everything was wonderful.

I didn’t. Hear through the walls and floors. No usb plugs in the room. Felt like Fort Knox. Lobby was shabby.

Yes. I love Extended Stay hotels but this was the worst one. A lot was broken in our room. One example is the AC unit. Also, early on in our stay, they shut off the water, which was only supposed to be off for a few hours, but it took all day.
- 3/5
Could use more parking and updates.
- 3/5
They do not have a “breakfast” unless one calls a muffin or oatmeal packet breakfast. The room served its purpose but it was old. Couch was old and very uncomfortable.
- 1/5
Room had a bad smell Staff was never at the desk and was working very slow
- 3/5
The room was clean. That being said, I got there right at 3, and when I finally got my stuff unpacked and put away, I realized there was nothing in the kitchen - no plates, utensils, etc. I was told I needed to fill out a form and housekeeping would get me everything the next day when they were back on shift, it was only 4:15 when I called. Also, the tv wasn’t working, engineering was also gone for the day. The continental breakfast was small (just above mini) muffins and Nature Valley granola bars.
- 2/5
The place was noisy in the night and microwave was not working.
- 5/5
The staff was extremely accommodating!! I accidentally grabbed my daughter’s passport instead of mine for my international flight. I had to delay my travel by a day and after booking a night here, the hotel front desk staff was so understanding in allowing it to be overnighted to their location & kept it safe until I arrived. After arriving I realized I’d lost my ID but was able to check-in with my passport. The maintenance staff was exceptional in helping prepare a shipment home. Their kindness and encouragement made this entire experience much more bearable and I can’t thank them enough. The accommodations were great - clean and spacious!! There wasn’t a lobby to sit and wait and I arrived 2 hours before check-in but the front desk allowed me to go to my room which was above and beyond considering how frazzled I was. I can’t thank you all enough!! You literally helped saved my vacation!

This hotel is recommended a breakfast free but the breakfast was a complimentary and the worse one I’ve ever seen. Basically, it is drinks oit there, but a coffee is cold, no hot water. When I asked a hot water from a staff, she is a kind of annoying to do that.
- 2/5
The breakfast was characterize erroneously. Granola bar, muffins, oatmeal and coffee. Not good, not good

- 3/5
The room itself was clean but on the older side. The rest of the hotel seemed shabby and a bit unclean. One of the front desk staff was very unprofessional. They were yelling on the phone to someone when I walked in, continued to cuss at them, and didn’t acknowledge me until after several minutes later. I received similar treatment when I checked out. The fact that there was multiple warnings about vehicles being towed for not having a pass, parking out of the lines and etc was also concerning. This hotel really lives up to “you get what you pay for” and is not on par with other Extended Stay hotels I have been to.
- 5/5
Great place !
- 4/5
The room was very nice neat & clean, the water was very low, but we managed i would go back yo stay
- 3/5
This place is an average quality suite stay. The building is too old, and also customer service is not the best!

Common areas smelled of weed. Its a good place for long stays. Simple, outdated and no details.

No. Bad coffee. Food choices are meaningless.

The kitchenette in my room could have been cleaner but everything else was good.

Was required to pay a $100 CASH DEPOSIT. Would not accept cc. Had to travel to atm to get funds for this. Room had to be physically inspected before cash was returned

Did not appreciate arriving to my room being wide open when i got back from work the day after check in...maintenance changed the mirror in the bathroom with improper notice & got drywall dust all over my personal belongings including MY TOOTHBRUSH....was woke at 5am to the building fire alarm because someone burnt their breakfast....

Great
- 1/5
Made everyone staying show id. Tv in middle of room ready to fall over. Parking if you go to dinner is out in the street. Desk service is not efficient. First stay room was not prepared for us No soap no shampoo. Kitchen in mode of being cleaned. I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Although property seemed used it was very clean with friendly staff!
- 1/5
Mmmm
- 1/5
One is supposed to buy with complete confidence with you and go safely to the hotel, but this particular hotel takes 50 dollars from you to enter, which they say they will later return. But if by chance you don't have them, you're left on the street because even if you've paid for your stay, they won't let you in.
- 2/5
The parking lot is small and we had to park on the street at our own risk of being towed. Great perk for customers. Tiny bar of soap. Tiny tiny bottle of shampoo. Room was decent. Toilet looked like a gorilla had beaten on it all night. Not worth what you pay at all.
- 4/5
Parking is terrible.
- 1/5
We were told expedia overbooked and they don’t have any room to accommodate us. So we had to find another hotel at 9:30 pm and pay extra to stay for the night.
- 5/5
Felt like home. Staff are friendly. Place is clean. Good for kids. Parking was pretty tricky, i had to park outside on the street as there were no spots available, and many others had to do the same.
- 5/5
Staff was great, room was clean. The area was a little sketchy, but I just locked my door. Not particularly quiet, but it is right by the airport.

Checked in at 6:30 p.m. to a non-smoking room that reeked of weed smoke. I reported it immediately. The front desk refused to offer another room and said I could leave for a refund — at 8:00 p.m., with no help and no apology. When I explained I couldn’t sleep in that environment for health reasons, they refused to inspect the room, then called management, who never spoke to me. Instead, I was gaslighted — told I was the issue for being “too sensitive.” No support, no respect, just “leave or stay.” I left, as instructed. The refund never came. I spent two months chasing it through Expedia and my credit card. The hotel ignored everything. This is a hotel that hides behind policy, refuses responsibility, and does not care what happens to you once you check in. If I had children or older relatives with me, being kicked out at night would’ve been even worse. Shameful treatment. My advice: Don’t risk it!
- 5/5

I booked hotel thru hotels.com and paid $115 but at the of checkin reception desk charged again $95 and mentioned that they did not recieve payment from hotels.com. when connected to hotels.com they asked recipt and bank statement but did not refund the amount by saying tha they could not connect to hotel. Its ridiculous that a hotel is listed in the hotels.com and they can't connect to it. I still did not get the refund.
- 3/5
Check in was a process….super slow! The hallway smelled like weed a lot! The beds were extremely uncomfortable! We only stayed for one night and thankful for that! Found bugs in the room when we were leaving.

The pillows were hard we couldn’t sleep on them the couches were old and itchy other was it was ok we called down to the front desk for kitchen supplies we had to then go pick them up and take out our own trash they told us to leave outside the door but never came then sent a letter saying don’t leave the trash in front the building it wasn’t us so I called she said it was for all the guest overall it was nice and safe environment
- 5/5
Very good place recommend
- 3/5
Did not have updated means to charge electronics. Had to go to desk in order to get hair dryer. Glad I noticed before morning. No hot water. Had to shower with cold water. Parking lot was very full and many large pickups made it difficult to park. Bed was comfortable.
- 1/5
I had the reservation paid when I arrived at the counter, they don't want to understand or understand or help me and they made me pay for the second time the night the person was not pleasant at all, he was very hostile. At all times it didn't help the company where I had made the reservation to validate it and the next day I checked out and unfortunately I had to leave without solving the situation

The location was good - it was near good food, gas, and a reasonable drive into DC for sightseeing. But it wasn't very comfortable. The bed was hard a a rock. The place felt overall a bit grimy. We couldn't get more towels unless we brought a wet towel to the desk to swap it out - even though they did not provide enough towels for the number of people in our party. The key card would not open hallway doors, so we had to go back to the desk to reprogram everytime we left our room. The kitchen suite had no cups/plates/utensils, etc. unless you went to the desk to ask for them. The room felt very dark and the five pieces of 'art' on the walls were all mismatched and did not look like they belonged together. This is minor, but it speaks to the quality and cohesiveness of the hotel overall. The furniture in the living space in our room was not comfortable at all and after a day of sightseeing, I dreaded coming back because I knew it wouldn't be restful. For a room that sleeps six, there was not adequate seating for six in the room. I don't usually choose ESA hotels because the morning food offerings are wholly inadequate. After this stay I was reminded why I should continue to avoid this chain of hotel. On the whole, we were provided safe shelter for the night, but I definitely did not sleep well for two nights and did not leave feeling refreshed.
- 1/5
Complete dump, the room stunk and in the hallway reeks of Marijuana usage
- 5/5
Amazing staff, clean, comfortable, quiet
- 4/5
The reception staff were very friendly and courteous. The manager asked us if we would change our room type due to an overbooking problem and we were happy to comply. When we checked into our rooms they were a bit smelly from the cleaning service and our floors were still wet, but no big deal. Our room was next to the main entrance and every time a new guest came in the entrance door slammed like an earthquake, so sleeping was a little difficult.
- 4/5
Room was clean and in good condition, the doors are not very disabled people friendly though and they are heavy. The morning breakfast could be better wasn't that great. Coffee was good though, overall not bad for the price.
- 2/5
There was stench in the corridors and halls to get to the rooms
- 3/5
Front desk never picks up the phone
- 3/5
The lady at the front desk did not listen to what we were saying and charged the wrong card for the security deposit. It took us fifteen minutes to check in because someone kept having to be called to fix issues with how we were being checked in. This included the fact the receptionist had to check if our room was okay. I reserved the room months in advance. I specifically got a non smoking room because I have difficulty with strong smells. As soon as we entered the building where our room was we were struck by a strong smell of weed. I had trouble breathing. When we got into the room, it was clear someone had just sprayed the room with air freshner instead of opening the door. We opened the windows and turned on the ac. It took forty minutes for the room to become bearable. The utensiles that were promised in the suite were absent. This was ridiculous.
- 4/5
Clean property. Super close to the airport so there is plane sounds.
- 4/5
The large burner element on the stove was broken and I reported it to the front desk, however it was not fixed. I will give a shout out to the manager for giving an $80 credit because of that. Another issue was we were given a third floor room and was told there was an elevator. The problem was it wasn’t working, which meant we had to climb the stairs and I have a bad hip. Outside of these issues, the room was very comfortable and roomy. We would recommend this facility in a moment.
- 2/5
Throw up stains and smell in the hallway right outside my door. Terrible. Gum stains in stairwell.
- 5/5
All the staff are very friendly, the place was clean, and convenient
- 1/5
I drove up to the property and decided not to stay there.
- 2/5
I stayed here for 5 nights. All the front desk people were very nice except the lady that checked us in. I found her very condescending. My friend was coming from different state, so he wasn't there to check in with me. She asked for his Id too, which i understand. I said that he wasn't here with me to give her id. She started being rude as if i was doing something wrong. She treated me like i was dumb. She kept saying police will come and catch us atleast 5-6 times in a very condescending way. It would be understandable if she said once or twice, but to keep repeating that in the tone she spoke in is very annoying. Even when i said he will come and show his id, she kept saying the same thing. I've never had this experience before, and i stay in hotels a lot.
- 3/5
It was ok
- 1/5
It looked nice on the outside but inside it was really dirty, smelled, and one of our rooms was so bad we couldn’t sleep in it and all 3 of us slept in one room. I think that someone previously had smoked in the room and they treated the carpet with something and it was so bad it triggered my friend’s asthma. He literally could not stay in that room. This morning he went back in there to make sure he had all his stuff and he said it smelled like covered up smoke. Disgusting. In addition, NONE of the elevators on the property work. We really enjoyed schlepping our heavy suitcases up 3 floors at 3 am. Would never stay here again.
- 5/5
cheap in price. everything in room was fine.kitchenette, but no dishes. shower could use more water pressure. Good breakfast next door at bob evans. But lets be real, since rooms the are $30-$40 less than others nearby, you can splurge for breakfast or lunch, and it doesnt matter its only light roast in the lobby.
- 3/5
While the suite was large, the bed was very uncomfortable. And there were no utensils or paper towels in the kitchen. I guess we had to advise them what was needed but I would expect a few basic items.
- 4/5
Front desk staff was wonderful
- 5/5
This was a very quiet hotel. The room was excellent, very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
It was good for an over night stay from the airport. Convenient and clean.
- 4/5
Elevator was not working, rest everything was good
- 4/5
We were on the top floor and the elevator was broken. Other than that our stay was fine. We just stayed overnight after arriving late to IAD. Was nice to have 2 bedrooms for our kids.
- 1/5
We found spiders and other insects in the kitchen. We were assigned a room on the third floor, but the elevators were not operating, the water pressure was very low, and the parking lot was full, leaving insufficient space for everyone.
- 1/5
Well, we got there. The man at the front desk was very short. We checked in at 2:20 at 1:05. Our car was impounded. We had to walk to the tow yard pay $230 to get it out of the towing garage and when we went back to ask, he called the towing place because we were 2 inches over the parking line. mind you he could have easily called us and asked to move the car over but instead he waited 30 minutes to call the towing truck company. We did not stay the second night and I will be asking for my money back because this was a terrible experience, we came here to go on vacation instead we ended up spending an extra $400 out of pocket. We were supposed to check out on Sunday. It is now Monday and we are still here because our car was damaged due to this hotel’s negligence Now we have to pay more money to get our car fixed before we can drive all the way back home to North Carolina. The only help was the girl at the front desk when we went back because we had to sit in the parking lot for seven hours until we could have somebody come move our car and she allowed us to do that
- 4/5
Barely found a parking spot. Elevator was not working and we were put on the third floor.
- 5/5

They suck. They will ignore your calls or hang up on you. It takes days to talk to someone if you need help with your reservation. Hate this location.
- 1/5
Was given a uncleaned room. Then tried to give me a room on 3rd floor with no elevator. The front desk lady was useless.
- 2/5
The exit door was stuck. The toliet didnt flush properly. The wifi password didnt work. At 730 in the morning, housekeeping opened the door because they said the room was vacant. When i went to check out, they told me that they had the room listed as vacant. Also, the person at the desk called my wife my mother because of our age difference.
- 5/5
Staff very helpful and friendly. Next to several restaurants. Walking distance to shopping and event center
- 4/5
There in February every year! They make it very easy for me and my wife for our business trip.
- 3/5
It was okay but nothing to write home about.
- 4/5
No frills hotel. Staff was very nice and overall friendly. Rooms could use an update, but decent place to stay for long term work stays.
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
When I checked in the room at 4 PM, the room was not ready. In fact they jist said a bag needs to be changed, in fact there was more, when I witnessed 3 people working on a waste bag change and then another person walking in tje room with lamps to ne replaced! They funally confessed that the prior client ad to ne escorted off the premises. I felt unsafe. I had to stay a 6 days and 3 days of missed room service! They said they didnt put my room number on the board" thats just ridiculous!!! The room adjacent to me was a trash bag thay was in the hallway for 2 days stinking up the corridor, the staircase was no better ots only 3 floors but the same plastic cracked cup was there for mu entire stay!
- 3/5
I needed an overnight stay due to my flight being delayed. The receptionist was rude and with an attitude of annoyance with any type of work she was to preform. This set the tone for my stay. I asked for another set of sheets, pillows and towels for 4 people, the room was only set up for 2 guests. I felt so unwelcome, any other questions asked was returned with hostile attitude.
- 1/5
The worse service ever. I never leave reviews and this is my first.
- 1/5
There is no lift, my mom has to climb all the way 3 floors. During our. Check-in they had a fire alarm turned on , but the way management handled was terrible.
- 5/5
The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was so pleasant and ready to help.
- 1/5
- Rooms not cleaned before assiging - Staff was very rude - Everywhere there was trash in the hallways - Breakfast all they had was serial bar and cupcake Over all the hotel is a trash and will never stay in extended America again

The white towels are dirty and have an unpleasant smell; one of them also has a long hair init
- 5/5
Very helpful even when our flight arrived late and made sure that we were taken care of thank you
- 1/5
We found cockroaches and the pot was not in the room we asked front desk they gave it but it was in terrible condition.
- 1/5
Personality the front desk was totally unprofessional. I won't recommend this place and I won't stay there myself anymore.
- 1/5
I need my refund to survive!!!! Attn 911
- 1/5
This is short review for this bad property
- 3/5
The people were nice but the room had roaches and the dishes that the kitchen was supposed to have in it I had to pickup from the office.
- 3/5
This facility was adequate and was clean, but is clearly run down, no frills. The hallway smelled bad as did the living room furniture in our room. The bedding was a very thin duvet wrapped in two flat sheets and there were no additional blankets available. No bedding is provided for the fold out sofa bed. There is a kitchen but the cabinets are completely bare. You are meant to be able to request a dishes pack but we went to the front desk twice, and no one was there. Though there was meant to be a grab and go breakfast, there was only one pot of coffee and two packages of oatmeal, no hot water, and then a front desk person put some packaged muffins out. She was nice and said her housekeeper was not in. When we checked in, though the reservation was in my name, the person required that I go out to the car in the rain, to get my husbands photo id in order to check us both in and asked if the kids were older, in which case she would require photo id from them also. There is no ice machine and the water in the room was warm. The shower head, though we tried every setting, just dribbled out water barely enough to wash your hair. We tried to check out and turn in our key, but again there was no one any where to be found at the front desk. The people we interacted with were nice. The location is actually great as it is near the space museum and lots of restaurants. We felt safe and the rate was inexpensive so we’re changing this up to, you get what you pay for.
- 4/5
Stay was comfortable. I like having a full size refrigerator in the kitchen when I have a stay of 3 days or more.
- 5/5
A bit run down
- 1/5
The things I didn’t like about my stay is the inconvenience of not having kitchen appliances in the room although it does say you have to ask also I had a room on the third floor and the elevator was not working had to carry the luggage all the way to the third floor heavy luggage at that the room was OK had dirty towels from previous stay from someone else and the smell overall was bad especially passing the second floor and the staff was horrible
- 3/5
The heat did not work
- 3/5
