Definitely overpriced for the quality of the rooms

Our stay at this hotel was amazing

Unfortunately not a great experience with the hotel iron. Used the iron and it had something on it the stained a brand new shirt. Brought the iron to the desk and told them about the situation and not too helpful. Likely won’t stay again. The breakfast was pretty good though.

Needed to load an app enter card personal details and phone number just to use the washer. Not acceptable The app then wanted a minimum payment of $10 for a $3.50 wash. Absolutely disgusting

Excellent customer service

The room was nice and very clean. The area felt safe, and Chick-fil-A was right next door. The staff was extremely friendly. We really loved the coffee bar. It was a very good stay.

The pool, laundry facilities and gym were closed the entire week we were there. I was not notified until check-in. I booked the hotel mainly because of those amenities. Not happy about that!

No sleep they was doing renovation early in the morning and told nobody.

Decent size room

All amenities were closed and i asked them to cancel my reservation and they are not issuing my refund Receptionist and the manager attitude were rude and unacceptable

Breakfast! The breakfast years ago was very nice. They used to provide milk, yogurt, and other products. Now the quality of the food is degrading. For example, no brown bread for diabetic guests. One day I asked for it and they replied we do not provide it.

Room awas spacious and well equiped. Front desk was courteous and friendly. Cleaning staff attentive.

Basic service like cleaning a room shouldn’t be a struggle, and the lack of response from the front desk made the situation even more frustrating. I expected much better and would not stay here again.

Air conditioning did not work in our $200/night room. They were completely booked and could not offer anything besides a fan and 1/2 refund. We checked out and were told we’d get a call confirming the refund… No call. Horrible experience

The room was very clean and the staff very courteous. The only problem we had was a fire pit that was outside of our window in which there were people that stayed up and were very loud. We finally had to call the front desk at 2 o’clock in the morning.

Water pressure in the shower was awful. Most from other guests was annoying.

The pool and hot tub were not operational during our entire stay, which was not optimal as I booked for the pool and hot tub. There was also two weddings which we were not made aware of prior to our stay.

they told me they would move me because the tv was broken but never did. Then they sent me 7000 Hilton points and I don’t even know what that means

Horribly managed and would avoid this location. We never had our bed made, and had to ask repeatedly for basic cleaning.

Everything looks

The hotel was clean I requested a room away from dogs however, that didn't happen. It did not spoil my stay however I prefer not to be on the same floor with dogs.

Clean and location Nothing

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. The staff was really friendly and offered a welcome bag with water and popcorn. The area was so convenient lots of food places, gas station and convenient stores within walking distance. Great location and very convenient. We will stay here again.

hotel based on what it had to offer. However the Hot Tub was out of service and our air conditioner has a sever fan issue so we had to listen to a squeaky fan all night long. After a very long day of flying we just wanted to rest and relax.

I enjoyed my stay. The only issue was the snow in the parking lot. It was very icy.

I got everything I was looking for: safe, clean, quiet, and comfortable. In this instance I was especially looking for the ability to get in and out in winter weather, with nearby travel services that continued to operate throughout. The only minor problem I saw was a work area near the TV that could have used a small desk lamp for better task lighting.

No hot water in the morning,ever! Management told me that I needed to let the water run for at least 45 minutes to bring hot water from the "boiler room" to my room. WiFi never worked. Workers and management did not care or help resolve (even the "regional manager with whom I spoke briefly in the Lobby". I had to run to local fast food and Starbucks in order to get work done since I could not get an internet connection anywhere in the hotel. South Riding VA is supposed to be an upscale, safe community. Twice during my 2-week business stay at the hotel, someone tried to get into my room in the middle of the night. Continental Breakfast was managed by a food tyrant employee that stood over the food and informed each patron that they could take only 1 item. English was the second language for the majority of employees in this hotel. I've used Hilton Hotels extensively in my travels, but after this experience, I'll be looking at other hotel chains/options. Said before and I'll reiterate here: I do not recommend this hotel!

It’s a nice hotel but way out of the main town

There a problem and they nodded their head like a 2 year old. So soon I was told they would need to let me in and out of my room until it’s working. Also I know there is an incidental fee but just looking at me and saying $50 and not being professional enough to say the spill about the $50 fee was crazy. So again I asked what was the fee for. The breakfast was okay. The waffle machine timer was not working and all Juices were watered down

This property is in a convenient location and is usually excellent... But this stay the water in the shower was cold and some garbage (pizza boxes.. ) were left and dishes in the dish washer. I will stay again but this stay wad unusual. Staff is friendly and helpful!

This room was one of the last available for my stay so I don't blame anyone specifically but I will warn that this room is directly outside the elevator and across from the ice machine. This floor also appeared to be a pet-friendly floor based on the barking which meant a lot of noise throughout the night. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

In town for a wedding. The room was listed as two queens, but actually had one queen and one full. Bathroom was dirty but functional. For the price, it’s fine. Only needed to stay two nights though. I wouldn’t recommend long stays.

The hotel was awesome. The spa(hot tub) was broken and happened to be one of the main reasons I chose this particular hotel.

We just stayed overnight. The place was very clean, employees were very nice and accommodating. Also had a decent breakfast in the morning.

Hotel staff is very friendly

Breakfast options were fine and front desk staff very nice and friendly. However we were there for five nights and our room was not serviced until we asked and then only the trash was emptied a few fresh towels. Bed didn’t get changed or made and toilet tissue wasn’t replenished.

Hotel stay was nice, gave us tooth brushes and other items, clean hotel and breakfast was a plus..

The front desk was always super courteous even though it was clear they were dealing with some rough guests. Pool was great, bedding and pillows were very comfortable. Coffee and hot chocolate is available 24 hours. The shuttle was a huge help to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend and I’ll be back.

The suites are so spacious and clean, we loved having the space. Perfect for families, especially if you get the layout that has the individual bedroom and the living area.

It was a terrible stay. The fire alarm went off twice during my stay. Was told by hotel maintenance guy, it was something wrong with the fire alarm system. My mom who is disabled can not go up or down stairs, so she couldnt leave the room. The breakfast was the same food each morning, we had visible spider webs in our room. One of the hotel employee was painting orange parking lines, but fail to block off area, so when I park my car, I got orange paint on my tire. I wanted to talk to hotel manager for a free night or some refund back to me, due to our unsatisfied stay, I was told no. So know, I'm going above the hotel manager head to get some outcome. The spa tub water was cold, not enjoyable, no towels in the pool area. I will not stay here again.

I chose this hotel several reasons. The primary reason was for the hot tub. The hot tub and pool were closed out of order. That would have been info at the time of booking. Otherwise the staff were cool....the room was not clean as I would expect. Actual dirt smudges in shower.

I had a great stay at the Home2! Booked this stay for my girlfriend's birthday weekend. It's in a great location with plenty of dining options and activities, and is very clean. The hot water in the hotel could be hotter just as the hot tub could have been hotter. We also would have liked for there to be a built in stove top in the rooms, to make it more convenient for cooking in our room.

Construction was in the front of the building hard to enter

As far as the reason for my trip, a training session for work, I found the meeting room to be aesthetically pleasing, clean and conducive to our needs. The staff did a wonderful job of setting the room up classroom style and it was easily accessible for attendees. The chairs and tables were new/well maintained and perfect for the training we conducted. Bernice and Perez went over and above to assist us with any/all needs or requests. The only issue I had was that I could not successfully connect my computer to the large TV screen (65") on the wall for our presentations. We had a projector and pop-up screen, but the TV would have worked out well. If I have a need for a training facility in the Northern Virginia region again, this Home2 Suites will be the place to go.

They were welcoming and friendly. My bf was having major surgery and we were on edge bc we live two hours away, but when we got there it was so nice. Thank you for making a stressful situation into a comfortable time.

Great hotel & location, but just be aware that they are on the high school football team circuit so if you’re staying during a game weekend, you probably won’t be getting much sleep

Overall great place to stay!

This place is awful. First room they gave me was dirty. Second room had ants in it. Beds are not comfortable. Breakfast food was terrible. This is a 1 star hotel charging 4 star prices. Avoid this place!!

Room provides everything you need in working order.

The pool was closed when we arrived. This was never communicated on the website. I also called three times to confirm the shuttle was available and was told to make reservations that day. A day before we checked out, the person who ran the shuttle was off and they had to send two Ubers to take us to the airport.

The hotel was across the street from our wedding event.

For my family it was basically a place to spend the night because we were out and busy all day. The whirlpool spa was relaxing and welcome after a long day.

My family really enjoyed staying at your hotel we were in town for a quick family visit! The staff here very polite and friendly!

The room was cleaned well and bigger than expected. Pool wasn’t working for our stay is our only complaint.

It’s a great hotel with spacious rooms, pool, gym, and other amenities. The only thing that disappointed us a little was the breakfast. The small variety they had was mainly tasteless and cold.

Best coffee and breakfast. Staff was helpful and very nice.

We checked in and were given a room that didn't have the required handicapped requirements. No roll in shower, no raised toilet seat, and no shower seat. We complained. My wife is handicapped and needs that access. The next day we discussed the issue again, and they offered to refund the room, but I haven't seen it yet on my statement.

We stay here when we visit VA. It is very convenient location. They seem to always be full, which means a lot of people go through. Our bed was horrible....we woke up with severe backaches every day. Please replace the beds! Bathroom shower had mold on the ceiling. Room wasn't the cleanest, but acceptable. We always travel with Clorox wipes.
