Would defined go again.

I don't understand why/how this fee has been implemented as far as the hotel goes there has not been any upgrades to the property. It was a good stay overall, but unfortunately may be my last stay at this hotel. :(

No. Air conditioning was NOT effective. Very hot and unable to cool in the room. Yet the conference rooms were much cooler.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean. I appreciated having access to the coffee shop and the restaurant.

Stayed at the hotel often during frequent trips to the city for business. Stayed during Valentine’s Day weekend and the experience from the front desk was horrible. They overcharged me hundreds of dollars and when asked why rep really couldn’t explain. After showing the rep the mistake, another one step in to correct her, but the money was already taken and now I’m in the waiting stage. Club level was also not par for the price they charge in Charlotte compared to the other amenities offered by surrounding hotels and are cheaper. Good hotel but bad experience.

Room was immaculate! Very clean and cozy. Took my wife for Valentine’s Day date night. Bed and pillows felt great. Staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

My only choice of stay when I return back to Charlotte, As a 10 year Navy Veteran they always give me and my companions the greatest courtesy and my room is always Floor 23 or higher. I love the view, I miss Charlotte the Westin brings me back HOME! Rooms always clean and fully stock, sheets, towels and blankets don’t smell dusty like other places!

The only complaint I have is that the room (bathroom) reeked of a foul smell upon our arrival. We cleansed, wiped, sprayed, and sanitized as we do at every hotel. The smell went away, but did return later.

This hotel was a very convenient location and provided excellent staff service. One of the best features was an easily accessed overnight menu and food selection that provided comfort for busy schedules and late travel. The lobby and lounge seating was comfortable, clean, and elegant. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent welll kept property. Close to Bank of America stadium (walkable) and NASCAR Hall of Fame. Be prepared to pay about $50 a day for Valet or $ 35 a day for self parking in your travel budget at this establishment. The valet service is excellent. I text ahead and my vehicle was ready and waiting for me by the time I got off the elevator.

The room was what I needed, nothing extra. Staff was friendly and accommodating despite it being a busy weekend. One of the towels had makeup stains on it when I got there which wasn’t a great feeling, but otherwise clean and adequate! The restaurant in the hotel had some challenges with the kitchen with food sent out uncooked but the wait staff was great.

I already paid for my room prior to arriving to the hotel and then when I checked-in, they charged me $423 extra on top of what I already paid for one night.

Nice hotel but the rooms were dated and lacked some modern amenities.

The staff was great and the food at the restaurant was tasty! The room was good. We traveled with our almost 7 year old and the only bummer she noted was that there wasn't a pool. :)

The hotel was clean staff was friendly nice restaurant also plenty of close by places that you could walk to to eat it's also right beside the convention center and there's a Whole Foods Market next door that has a nice salad bar with hot and cold food and little snacks that you can get if you don't want to buy anything in the restaurants in the hotel

Parking was confusing. I exited at the nearest door I found myself far away from the entrance. It was raining and I had to carry my luggage way around the regions building. I’m hard of hearing and the pleasant girl at the desk was very soft spoken. It was very hard to hear her.

Location We stayed in the room until around lunch time so-had out do not disturb sign. Did not thereafter get room serviced as expected. One housekeeper, not assigned to our room, was kind enough to provide us clean towels.

I canceled the check in today. Was told that there were no reservations in my name. There should not have been a check in.

Nicely appointed rooms, good amenities, gym is awesome, that bed is heavenly. Can walk to so many attractions, easy access and just 15 minutes from CLT airport.

I stayed for a few nights while attending the Design-2-Part trade show. Service was great, very friendly and attentive as required. My needs were few, but service at the bar was great, my room was always clean and well appointed. The space was perfect for my needs. The person that greeted me each morning at the breakfast buffet was amazing. She has a great personality, and she is a perfect fit for that position. The entire staff in that area was great and the breakfast was AMAZING each morning! I gained 4lbs while there and I might blame the breakfast, LoL. I was completely satisfied with my stay!

Clean, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. It is close to the Bank of America stadium. The late night menu was not a good selection. We went over to JW Marriott’s restaurant Deans since they have a better late night menu.

The room was great and the little amenities like the roll on essential roll was lovely. The parking situation is a challenge because the structure is super tight and confusing but whatever. It’s more in a central business district type location so it’s not walkable to a ton of local spots but renting a scooter made all the difference. Easy to walk to the Whole Foods which is great. Would stay again for sure.

This is a beautiful property with a friendly informative staff, luxurious bedding and amenities. It is centrally located in downtown Charlotte, about 15 minutes or less from the airport.

The only constructive feedback I have is to have more staff and stay open a bit later after the concert. There were signs for pizza until midnight after the show, but the lines were so long that they sold out before a lot of people could get food. The front desk has some shelf stable snacks (chips, cookies) and cold drinks for sale which was very much appreciated!

I love the location, only a 7min walk to the BOA Carolina Panthers Stadium. I love the atmosphere. I didn’t like that I didn’t have an extra set of linens for the sleeper. I didn’t use the bed after receiving the sheets because it was all springs. So I made up both sofas and slept a lot better than had I slept on the mattress. No on should ever. Yet the hotel is gorgeous and the staff is amazing.

I booked a king bed and upon checkin was informed it was not available. I was given a double queen instead. The room was comfortable but still not what I reserved.

Wonderful stay at the Westin. I sleep better there than at home. The rooms are so comfortable and the bedding is superb!!

The Westin staff always takes care of my wife and me when traveling to Charlotte for the ICSC.

Modern hotel situated close to the Convention Centre. Comfortable stay in a modern and well furnished room. Only two oddities. 1. Housekeeping didn’t show up on one of the five days I stayed there. 2. Intermittently, it was impossible to get cold water in the sink even after running the tap for five minutes plus.

The room itself was fine – spacious, clean, and well-appointed, as you would expect from a Westin property. However, the noise was unbearable at times, and it felt like a huge oversight to be placed in such a location. I would recommend anyone booking a room here to request one far away from the elevator if possible. Overall, the stay could have been much more enjoyable if I hadn’t had to deal with the constant interruptions throughout my stay. I’ll consider returning, but only if I can ensure a room in a quieter location, offer free breakfast, and parking Feel free to adjust the tone or details depending on your actual experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Breakfast was good and they have plenty of options to choose from.

Central to downtown Charlotte. Staff was pleasant and stay was comfortable.

The front desk was very helpful in fixing my issues with the room service. I believe their names with Shania and Paul. They were very regretful and were able to resolve the problem.

No glasses in room. Only 1 robe. Not enough coffee. Ridiculous charge for milk for coffee. No shower caps in bathroom. Not a good experience . Wouldn’t recommend. Was threatened with parking after 15 minutes while waiting to check in.

Clean luxurious stay downtown Charlotte.

They gave our room away, and downgraded us to a queen room. Played it off with the line "We are going to upgrade you from a King room to a Queen room." The room smelled like someone had been smoking in there. When I brought it up they said "OK" and gave me a blank stare. I will not stay there again. Marriots standards are that of 2-3 star hotel now.
