The hotel itself was very clean and staff were very helpful. The pool is good and was nice they had a few things for people to use while swimming. We will definitely stay here again

They give us a wheelchair accessible room Which we did not ask for , The shower was a handheld shower and other issues , We asked to change rooms and they refused , We will not book again ,

Some stains and fingerprints on the headboard. Also room was supposed to have a couch only had a tiny chair

There was an annoying noise that we notify the front desk about the time they came up it had stopped, but then it started again and stopped and then started again in the middle of the night and stopped. It kept us from getting a good night sleep.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was roomy and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Other comments: I missed not having a mini bar. My sister and I arrived after 10 PM. We didn't get a chance to eat since noon. I didn't notice the snacks in the lobby until the next day. So, it's no a criticism of the hotel. Just a personal preference. I wished the hotel had a shuttle service to/from the airport or train. Overall, our stay was pleasant and the staff's helpfulness was much appreciated.

I loved everything about the property. It was very convenient getting around. The breakfast was great and my kids enjoyed the pool.

I loved the text message the day before my stay asking about my arrival time. When I mentioned I would be there before noon they suggested I call at 10 a.m. the next day to check if early arrival was available. I called and was able to get my room as soon as we arrived. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Spent the night with the family. Location is excellent. Shopping, restaurants and highway within 5 mins drive. The inn is very clean, free parking and free breakfast which was excellent. Also my kids loved the swimming. Excellent stay.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was not very clean when we checked in and in the four days we stayed there it was never cleaned. There was hair in the sink and on the floor when we checked in. We did get fresh towels each day. Bed was OK at best. It was hard and lumpy. I am not for sure but I think it had bed bugs. I woke each morning with red/itchy spots on my legs. First 2 mornings I thought it was something that bit me while hiking but the next 2 mornings I had the same type of red spots even though I had not been hiking. Same breakfast every morning. It was eatable at best. Juice machine worked the first morning and then an out of order sign was put on it after that. I would stay hear only as a last resort.

Location is very close to the interstate and also right across from a large mall, as well as several restaurants. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices and a nice bright space for eating. The only complaint we had was that some guests arrived in the middle of the night in a nearby room and talked very loudly. Obviously that wouldn't happen all the time but it kept us awake for a while.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express, Cheektowaga was wonderfully pleasant. The staff was professional and friendly. My room was ready upon arrival, clean, roomy and comfortable. There was plenty of parking and the parking lot is safe. The breakfast was great, a variety of food from which to choose. My only disappointment was that the iron did not work in my room, which was just a little inconvenience as I just made a wardrobe adjustment.

Overall its a ok place to stay, but the food not the best. Cold food, warm juice.

a) no coffee machine in the room, and b) no alarm clock beside the bed. The towels in the washroom were quite old and lacked softness. The hotel breakfast ran out quickly, and the staff would not refill yogurt or fruits even 30 minutes before the scheduled breakfast end time. We stayed for three nights, and on two of those days, the only fruit available was clementines — and even those were spoiled. There were no baked items available except sliced bread. The lady in the dining room was quite rude. She told me she would not refill the fruits, even though there were still 30–45 minutes left before breakfast ended. That said, the front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming.

I had booked a double room with two beds when we checked in we were given a room with one king size bed. When going to the front desk and ask them about it they said they didn’t know why that happened even though it shows on the system, we booked a double. However they were fully booked for the night. After going back-and-forth for a while, we were offered a pullout bed, which is completely painful. After asking if somebody would make up the bed for us, the gentleman at the front desk asked if we wanted him to do it. Apparently, he was the only one working in the hotel. We were not offered a refund for the night. We were told that the next day they will see if they can put us in a different room. nobody bothered to try to reach out to us until we went back to the front desk to ask. This is completely unacceptable as I had made this reservation months prior. When we wanted to check out late, we were only given one extra hour, even though they could’ve made an exception. So we ended up leaving early.

Rooms were fine. Clean. Booked 3 rooms. Parents had room right next to house keeping closet which was a little noisy. Breakfast ok

No one at reception for about an hour around 10pm. Given no explanation or apology or acknowledgement upon return.

We were given a handicap bedroom, the shower was basically the whole bathroom what made it very slippery and unsafe. The bath towels were very small and thin. The mold and dirt in the bathroom was very hard to overlook, the couch was stained and dirty, the mattress was like a 1800’s one, hard bulky and extremely uncomfortable. The headboard was dirty, you can see the grease marks on it. No coffee maker in the room, no water; no glasses, no closet at all. And the area was extremely noisy, it seems there’s a factory very close by and 18 wheeler refrigerator trucks were parked on the road and the refrigerator system was running the whole night. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The floor in the Shower stall was chipped and didn’t look clean to me. They said it just needed painting. I didn’t think it was professional to rent out a room in that condition. Heater kept blowing cool air. Didn’t have good sleep there. The breakfast however was good. All in all, i was not pleased and will not book there again.

The bathroom was dirty the finish was peeling in the shower and there was black in ALL the crevices water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom. The pool was closed we weren't allowed to use it AND I never got my room deposit back which is wild because I left that room cleaner then how I got it.

When you first enter the building it is so clean and nice smelling. Then you are greeted promptly. The hallway elevator and rooms are very clean. The added touch of coffee all day long was appreciated.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly from the previous person there was blonde hair everywhere. The beds were uncomfortable and old the pillows were very flat. Breakfast they didn’t have tongs for the turkey sausage and bacon so it was cross contaminated very disappointing

I would most likely not stay at this hotel again. I’ve travelled and stayed at many hotels and this one was the worst. We found moths in the room, the beds very uncomfortable, no coffee machine or water to make the coffee in the room (but the description says coffee maker) you have to request it on check in. The staff was great and polite they brought a coffee maker to the room. The free breakfast was not worth it. The bread was hard. The pool was nice though and it’s close to target

If you are placed on the 1st floor don’t plan to sleep until the lobby area empties out. There were people hollering until after 1am and any time someone enters their rooms the door slamming will shake your room.

Room was not very clean, crumbs on floor and on the bed, plus there were shaving clippings on the bathroom counter and in the sink. The elevator broke down twice in a weekend and one of the times there was no signage posted until we asked the front desk about it. There were also many children running the halls and banging on doors at 1am and staff was unaware of what was going on until guests had to walk down the stairs (no elevator) and tell them. All in all it was my second time at this hotel and the first time was excellent, this time was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any hotel.

Yea the room was getting to cold in the early morning the heat setting was high over 70 at 69 it was cold gear kept shutting off I booked ahead snd my room was changed a gentleman had checked me originally a lady was checking me in I payed upfront the amount change. To 209 I was 147

The room was in good condition- Everyday we came back in had to spray because it smelled like marijuana - We wanted a lounge chair in our room- didn't have one had to seat on the bed all of the time while there. The stay was good just wished that the room was complete. We went down to the front desk and inquired why we had a large open space in the room with no lounge chair. The only chair was the one at the desk in the room.

The main thing I didn't like at all the heat in our rm couldn't go pass 75 degrees ? Im telling you cold in rm. I told the staff. Young man came to check thermos. It was set he cound not be changed. Proximity to so much downtown is nice! The breakfast offered many options and staff here is absolutely worth the stay! Also best pillows I have ever used at a hotel. The shower head is not the best. They could upgrade them. The shower head only works on one setting really and it’s not the best one.

The carpet in our room had a bit of debris. It didn’t appear it was vacuumed thoroughly. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but we were only there for one night so it wasn’t too bad.

Everything was great except the super thin walls. Could hear the conversation in the room next to us. A lot of hallway noise, I expect some in a hotel but we were an end room and I felt like every person was right outside our room because it was so loud.

While the location and hotel are satisfactory, there are a few inconveniences that detract from the overall experience. Notably, the hotel does not make the bed during the entire stay, and towels are not collected from the bathroom. This can be particularly frustrating for guests returning after a day of work, as they are left to pick up their towels and make their own bed. Consequently, I will not be returning to this hotel.

Our toilet wasn’t working the first night and I immediately went to the front desk the following morning to report it. The front desk clerk was kind and said she would send up maintenance. Someone must have been our room while we were out all day as there were clean towels left on the toilet. But it wasn’t fixed. We ended up moving rooms, when I went back down to the front desk and insisted on a new room. Our room also was not made up that day, although there was no do not disturb sign on the door. Both rooms also did not have the heat on when we came back each time and it was absolutely freezing. The heat was inconsistent in both rooms from blasting hot air to cold air. Just not a good experience overall.

This stay was decent for one night. The room was older, and had tape on spots on the ceiling and some walls, I think to mark where repairs are needed? Our room was connected to another and I was woken up twice by them because of the large gap under the connecting door. Ask for a non-adjoining room. Breakfast was good and service staff was very pleasant all around. The hotel is in a good location, near restaurants, shopping, etc. I would probably choose another hotel for a longer stay, but the price was good and the hotel sufficient for our needs.

The rooms were large and comfortable and seemed to be recently upgraded. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely too! I noticed how nice the hotel smelled when we arrived - so many smell of strong cleaning products. My only suggestions - our room had no artwork (only one piece over the desk). And a mirror in the guestroom is needed esp with 3 in the room. Perfect location for us. We’ll be back on our next trip to your area!

The hotel is newer and is clean, Our room was a two queen bedroom and it was spacious for us, the bathroom gave us plenty of room and the shower was large as well. I would definitely recommend staying here to be close to the Buffalo Airport as well as a short drive to the Stadium.

Easy to get to from I-90, a short ride into Buffalo to enjoy all the city has to offer. Hotel is clean, well cared for & up to date in features & fixtures. Only criticism is the pillows were not the greatest. All were super soft & offered no support.

Have stayed here several times when in town. Rooms are clean and the hotel is close to a lot. Only complaint was we were on the second floor and the room above us was crazy loud. Clean and safe

1st, there was so much noise in the morning and very late at night, even after two o’clock, as if someone was walking around on the floor above. Also, the room was not clean—I found a dead mysterious bug on a face towel I left on a sink. The floor wasn’t cleaned well, nor was the air conditioner. It had mold. I have allergies to dust and mold, so I had to take allergy medicine. The room is spacious, and the breakfast is good, but other areas definitely need improvement.

We loved this hotel! It was a stop on a trip of multiple hotels, and it was our favorite!

It is about average for a Holiday Inn Express. Just a few things were enough negatives to cause me to speak up- which I did do at the front desk. Shower drain was cracked with piece broken off- could cause possible injury if not paying attention. Breakfast was adequate but not up to the usual standard for this level accommodations. Fruit was some apples and oranges that had were definitely past prime. I had to ask for yogurt- shelf was empty. There was a decent supply of the standards. Everything was clean and organized. We sat at a table with a wobble- usually not a big deal. Unfortunately, it was significant enough that when I went to stand up, and used it for support- it dipped fast enough for me to lose my balance and hit the floor hard. (Note- haven’t fallen in many years so not prone to that type of thing.). I was able to get up. Several customers checked to make sure I was okay but staff never asked- even when I mentioned that the table needed to be leveled and that I had fallen because of it. Next time- I will just get a room at the Hampton Inn which is located across the street.

Pros: i was able to check in 20min earlier and the parking lot had enough space for the hotel guests. McDonalds was in walking distances for a late night snack. Cons: i booked this hotel for the high reviews on breakfast- but i was disappointed. The staff watched the breakfast station like a hawk. On my last morning, the breakfast staff was very rude to a guest; telling the guest "you all keep breaking the severing tray - Do not pull it all the way. " What looks like a pepperoni slice was on the carpet in my room my entire stay (3 nights). The 2nd day the dirty towels were removed from my room but not replaced. When i called the front desk, they said you can come down and get clean towels. Housekeeping was very poor. The bathroom shower was very worn-out.

Good property to stay at in Buffalo

Generally dirty with lots of little things in disrepair - elevator button frame broken, floor tile cracked, dirty floors, walls dirty.

All said and done, a good place to stay.

The hotel was close to our activities. The staff was soo pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and quiet in the evening. Good location. Continental breakfast was good, dining area kept clean and replenished quickly. Pool area was nice. Beds were comfortable. I liked the soap and shampoo dispensers. Hotel snack area had alot of snack options.

I have been staying in quite a few hotels recently for personal travel, and this establishment in Buffalo was BY FAR the nicest (and cheapest!) option. The room was clean and well-stocked with Dove toiletry products. The mattresses had bedbug covers on them (something I have not seen at any other hotels in recent days), and the staff was warm and welcoming. There were elevators for accessibility, and the free self-parking was super convenient and literally two minutes from Interstate 90 (this did not affect how quiet the hotel is). Also, the free breakfast is DELICIOUS with eggs, made-to-order pancakes on a really cool machine, and fresh fruit! It was a WONDERFUL stay, and we shall be back! :)

Amazing hotel with an amazing breakfast. It is located in the heart of Walden Galeria area, the shopping mall is just 5 minutes drive. Very clean and well maintained.

We have had the need to travel to Buffalo several times. Downtown has the virtue of being within walking distance of our venue, however this location was only 10 minutes drive, and was surrounded by suburban shopping and dining. Thus, we will be staying in Cheektowaga again next time we are in Buffalo.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the proximity it is to shopping, food and Highmark Stadium. Go Bills!

Cleaning staff smiled and greeted us each day. Our room was average-- I sanitized to be safe as there was some funky things i didnt trust Overall, it was fine. Convenient to everything, including the stadium.

The beds were comfortable and the food in the morning was good overall great experience

I enjoyed my stay, we had no issues, and the breakfast was a lot better than my own hometown honestly, I definitely recommend this place for future travelers and my own self as well.

Breakfast is complimentary, but there was no milk available, The juice machine was out of order for at least three days during my four-day stay.

The only convenience was the proximity to the interstate. The breakfast was not great. Why put cheese in the eggs??? Bananas were green. Changed rooms because the first was dirty. The front desk staff was very accommodating. She took care of it quickly.

Hotel and room was nice. The problem is the internet is really, really slow. Today, internet is a basic for a hotel. It is very disappointing that Hyatt Inn can't get internet right.

Rooms weee clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were OK - needed a bit more variety and quicker replenishment at busy times. Front desk was receptive and pleasant. Clean throughout. Good value for the costs.

Cons: staff were rude, the breakfast wasn’t replenished and the woman shut the lights off at exactly 9:30. bathroom in the room was dirty. The fire alarm was pulled by a child at 11pm(I know this is no fault of the hotels but it still sucked. Ha. Overall, we probably wouldn’t stay here again but I also don’t know how any of the other hotels are either. I suppose it’s an okay place to stay if you’re in the area.

The breakfast may need some varieties but it's okay.

I enjoyed my stay and will be back. Breakfast, indoor pool, weight room and laundry room is included. The room and facility are very clean. Staff are polite. The Walden Galleria Mall isn't far from the hotel. There are plenty of food options and stores in Cheektowaga. This was my first time here and I'll be back !

It was clean, staff was great. No issues.

Over all it was a wonderful place, but few things need to improve! 1) hot water pressure wasn’t good, 2) toilet wasn’t able to flush properly 3) The pool was down.

Was excellent. We had a large block of rooms and front desk staff had all keys ready when we arrived. Check-in was super smooth.

Suitable facility. A few upgrades were needed in the bathroom, but overall nice experience. Good hotel for visiting the Falls which are about 30 minutes away. Breakfast was great each day.
