Nice updates done and in progress. Late night arrival was easy and the room was cool ... bonus since it was in the 90's all day and we were exhausted.

Breakfast was, hands down, THE BEST BREAKFAST EVER AT A HOTEL!! We stayed 2 nights, the menu was slightly different the second day, both days were great. The food was properly cooked, the variety was surprising, I was very impressed. The only negative was the ongoing construction, but the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

A party hotel. Weed stink and cigarette smell. Fake balconys. Seems under perpetual construction. "Old" per the staff. Switched rooms. Not cheap. Marketed well.
- 3/5
At arrival we weren’t told where room was located. We were just given the key. We later found out we had to walk to a separate wing of the hotel. Pool isn’t open - which was a bummer. Location of the property doesn’t seem the best. At night, you can hear people slamming doors (2/3am), cars speeding by.
- 3/5
The hotel is located in close proximity to Washington DC if driving. The hotel needs updates, looks old and dirty. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was on the first floor next to the laundry room. Lots of noise in the morning. Workers were talking and moving stuff. Also, we arrived one night after 11:00 and both gates to enter to the parking were closed. It was very inconvenient. Staff was very dry no friendly.
- 4/5
The room itself was clean and nicelly decorated. I was hesitant at first because the 100 numbered rooms appeared to be on wn abandoned part of the hote The. staff were nice, and breakfast was good. I just wish the pool was open.
- 4/5
Compared to other places, the breakfast leaves something to be desired. It seems like a bit more care and attention is needed.

The breakfast was great. Very filling and smooth on my digestive track. The location was in proximity to DC and Baltimore. The room was fine. The bed was pretty comfortable, but the pillows were too high for my neck-therefore, sleep wasn't the greatest. Housekeeping took care of our needs and the staff were very helpful and kind.
- 2/5
The area also didn’t feel safe; there was a noticeable police presence, and at one point, a nearby car had all its tires removed.

There is only one elevator and it is so small it barely fits a luggage cart with two people. They were having problems with their heat/AC and our room was 80 degrees the whole time. It is in a sketchy neighborhood area but relatively easy to get in and out.
- 4/5
The location was amazing and the night staff and housekeepers were so sweet/kind to me! Plus, the room was spacious & had this cute little ac unit that kept it the perfect temperature. I didn’t use the tub or shower during my stay because it was just overnight for a concert, but they were both incredibly clean. Definitely would stay again thanks y’all :)

- 5/5
Room was really nice and clean. Plenty of pillows and towels. Front desk staff was very nice!
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable beds, great breakfast and super friendly and attentive staff (especially the front desk girl) AND affordable!
- 3/5
The hotel is under construction or renovations. We had 2 booking- this overnight and an additional booking for 5 days. Though the breakfast included is good accommodations are questionable. During the 5 days stay, we had to change rooms due to a pipe busting. After we changed our room, we had no water in the room the next morning and maintenance staff informed us we may have to change rooms again.
- 5/5
Location is very close to the main highways into and out of DC, breakfast is the main staple of this location and it is excellent as well as the diner that is on the premise. Multiple gas stations and Walmart are nearby.

- 1/5
Terrible place loud bad area smells broken ac I would not stay again ever
- 3/5
The entrance needs to be marked better when trying to turn in . Our room had a deck with a huge nest and bird poop everywhere including our windows . Room was very clean and the staff was Great !
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly. Updates were clearly in progress. Our room was clean and spacious. The biggest downfall was the AC unit. It was not near big enough to cool the whole room. It was set at 68, but the wall thermostat still showed it was 78 in the room. It felt like there was no circulation.
- 5/5

- 2/5
Hotel needs to be upgraded.
- 2/5
The hotel needs a complete redo. The hallways have aged carpeting and wires dangling on the walls where fire alarms were removed completely.. Our room while it was clean, had a urine smell or maybe it was mold, not too sure. My daughter had to use the WiFi, which was down, so she had to go on her hotspot for work. Breakfast was okay, the staff works hard to replenish the food. I didn't want to stay there with the smell but all hotels were full for UMD family weekend. I won't ever come back here sorry.
- 1/5
Old and dirty. Toilets all need to be replaced w clean ones. AC units all broken, loud, rattling and not cooling. So sleeping was nearly impossible given the heat and the noise.
- 3/5
Even though staff are welcoming and very helpful, property is not met my expectations such as unclean, noisy and lack of privacy.
- 1/5
We can even get a hot shower because there was no hot water , before our checking !!
- 4/5
Good stay. Property is a little dated. Appreciated the EV charger in the parking lot.

Office front desk is at one place , rooms are at some other place . Hallway was never cleaned .

The lady who answered the phone and Candice was very rude . So much it left a bad taste and memory . Never again will I visit this location. Other managers are sure their staff give customer service and hospitality. All I asked was her name . She was very rude and I had no choice but to ignore it to not match her nasty energy.

The roadways to enter the hotel from the front and the back were run down. Once you get into the parking lot, though, it's fine. The hotel was well updated and we were greeted by a very nice front desk employee, as well as freshly popped popcorn with lots of flavor powders! On our way to our room, we were surprised by an elevator that must be half the size of a normal one. That was odd but it worked fine during our stay. Our room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was in good condition. Breakfast was good and there were lots of options. Overall, very happy with our stay and wish we could have been there longer.
- 3/5
I believe it is a bit outdated
- 5/5
The staff was helpful
- 4/5
Me and my family enjoyed our visit. When we arrived at the hotel, we had some concerns about the area. It was quiet and the staff was great and helpful. It was just outdated. The room itself was clean.
- 1/5
We were incorrectly, charged the front desk refused to price match. One of our rooms had insufficient cooling equipment. We were offered a second room. However, the update updates made to the establishment only consistent of paint no actual upgrades. Was unable to cast to the TV was catfish to believe that this was a 3.7 star but actually was a 1.2 star we want a refund.
- 5/5
Very polite members of staff. Easy assessibility. Quiet. Nice & Clean.
- 3/5
Property needs some updating
- 3/5
Elevator was very small and wasn’t working properly and no one mentioned that or was helping guest with the elevators
- 5/5
Front desk ladies were so helpful and friendly. A big shoutout to the gentleman who took care of swimming pool. He was very friendly, his Grandson is same age as our youngest son, so he was super nice to him too. Thank you!
- 2/5
Just your average cheap room for a night. Breakfast was terrible don’t even bother.
- 4/5
Clean hotel. Breakfast was subpar with not many options. Would have liked at least a non-dairy milk/creamer for the coffee. Pool was open and well taken care of. Front desk staff was fine. Could have been more personable maybe? I know it's the hospitality but I guess I'm just used to a nicer energy and actually being greeted in the front. Nothing crazy though.
- 5/5
Compared to-- it was clean, even smell'd clean-- not musty...bed was very comfortable!
- 2/5
There were bed bugs
- 4/5
Nice, the only bad thing was pool was not always open and has the smallest elevator
- 2/5
This was an extremely stressful and unsafe situation. I felt completely unsupported. Staff were polite, but the response was inadequate for the seriousness of the issue. I ended up checking out early and arranging last-minute transportation myself. I would not recommend this hotel to families, especially those traveling alone. This experience caused emotional distress and left me feeling like my safety and well-being were not a priority.
- 5/5
Room was spacious and clean. Affordable pricing!
- 1/5
Sketchy location. The entire hotel looked dirty. I didn’t even want to sleep in the bed. Also heard a lot of movement at night
- 5/5
Great service
- 3/5
This place is only worth $50 to $80, but we paid significantly more, and it’s not worth it. The building is quite old, the room heater didn’t work, and the elevator is small and unclean.
- 4/5
Good breakfast Nice king beds Building is older and HVAC limited Elevator is very small

The staff were excellent, helpful and kind with great attitude. I really appreciate a friendly smile when traveling and so tired to arrive and be greeted and treated with kindness these ladies didn’t disappoint. Room was spotless. The breakfast was plentiful and greatly appreciated. I will stay again when in the area.

- 5/5
Easy to book and friendly staff
- 5/5
The front desk receptionist were amazing when we checked in and check out. Everyone was really kind
- 4/5
It was an older property that needs some updating, like the rugging in hallways and the shower in the room, which makes the property appear to be a little run down. But the rooms were clean and mattress and pillow were very firm and comfortable. The breakfast bar was sufficient. Check in and out was easy, and convenience to get back on the larger road was easy.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious room with breakfast included. Less than 30 minutes' drive from DCA.
- 2/5
The hotel is not very clean but free breakfast is always good
- 4/5
Vending Machines has minimal options. Breakfast was warm , but eggs tasted like powered eggs. Very dry. Staff was friendly and informative. Hotel is 6 minutes from Metro station but no shuttle. Expedia listed that as a service. It is not. Station 202 restaurant was an expensive, odd experience. Food was ok but found other options a short drive away.
- 5/5
It very good place .
- 3/5
The tv channels could have matched the guide , only one small elevator. Served good breakfast , didn’t really care for the location it wasn’t near any good stores or restaurants. You get what you pay for
- 1/5
Smell horrible Mari Juana cigarettes and drunks in the front.
- 4/5
The staff was very good and the breakfast was very good. My only recommendation is that you need to replace the bathroom door. The inside of the door is in bad shape and should be replaced.
- 2/5
The hotel was horrible. The inside room was very clean and the staff were very nice.
- 4/5
The property is descent, it was quiet and felt safe. The rooms can use an update however for the price I didn’t expect much. The breakfast actually surprised me, many options and the food was good.
- 3/5
This was a nice property and breakfast was good but the elevator was broken and we were put on the top floor. I ran up and down the stairs at least eight to nine times! The staff was friendly, but we should’ve gotten a room on the first floor instead of on the top floor. We checked out after one night.
- 5/5
Excellent service and very delightful breakfast
- 1/5
I booked in and had my check-in online and was confirmed… surprise2 when I got in the hotel the frontdesk staff just told us its fully booked already and just to contact the expedia for refund and the staff really didn’t care at all. What a mess!
- 3/5
Smart tv has all WiFi disabled - you’ll be watching analog tv only, no coffee till 7am, cards demagnetize constantly
- 5/5
Great place
- 4/5
it was pretty good. could’ve been a bit cleaner but overall no complaints
- 4/5
A bit cool
- 5/5
Very comfortable just a lil pricey
- 5/5
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. The entire hotel was spotless, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. My room was exceptionally clean, and the towels were fresh, fluffy, and sparkling white, which added to the overall comfort. The quiet ambiance made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. If you’re looking for a hotel that values cleanliness, comfort, and a great breakfast, this is definitely the place to stay!
- 5/5
Good location with nearby commercial area where most shopping needs can be met. Property was clean, organized and is generally a good value for the money .
- 4/5
Airport shuttle service looks incredibly efficient. Breakfast is impressive. For modern day hot buffets! However the food can stand additional seasoning, and if not, there should be spices readily available other than salt and pepper. Floors merge into other floors. Fourth floor turns into first floor, which is confusing for the staff to explain until you experience it firsthand.
- 4/5
Very quiet and close to Dc
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful
- 3/5
There was a smell of marihuana in the halls and teens smoking just at the main entrance. The carpets need cleaning. The unit was clean, and the staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was a plus and good. Expedia has an error in the listing; this place does not have an indoor pool, only an outdoor one.
- 3/5
One night stay while visiting university.
- 4/5
The room we were given needed to be upgraded, the heating system was very loud, water stains were on the ceiling, bathroom door had water damage.
- 4/5
The single elevator in the hotel is very old and slow

The hotel itself seems new and rundown at the same time. 🤔. Cops turned up the second night (not called by me) as it was loud and disturbing outside. People screaming loudly. Will not return.

We came to this state unexpectedly due to a death in the family, drive 14 hours and decided on this hotel due to brand name, sense of security and quietness, to my surprise we were woken up the 1st morning by the shuttle staff in the parking lot laughing and talking extremely loudly yet we were on the 3rd and sounded like we were standing in the parking lot with them for about an hour. They need to find another area to hang out. Next request to be moved great.. moved to the back of the hotel. No problems great night sleep. Leave the next day to handle funeral arrangements gone for a few hours come back to find housekeeping came in made the bed great found out later sheets not changed my sock was still in the sheets, but prior to that started to settle in when noticed not only did housekeeping not clean she enjoyed going through our suitcases and decided to eat and enjoy her time in our room and left behind her baggie with some type of liquid still left in the bag that she left on top of my clothes in my suitcase. Made a complaint at front desk they brought that worker down n all she stated was oh. No apology from any staff member that night. So don’t keep anything in your room that you want to keep, we through out all our open snacks, drinks since she felt comfortable enough do go through our belongings who knows what else she enjoyed. Next day was great. Last night was woken up by someone beating on our door and other doors, my husband answered the guy says oh my bad and con

Quickly changed rooms and not listening to my hubby gripe about being hot = PRICELESS.
- 3/5
This hotel probably hasn't been updated since it was built except for the manufactured hardwoods on the floor. It had a freestanding air conditioner. Windows were inable to be opened. It was fine for one night. And the restaurant next door is a real find. But, ancient microwave, heat lamp with timer in bathroom. And the tiniest elevator ever!
