The room and bed were comfortable, staff was friendly. The pool room was very warm and closed too early. If we want to hang out with friends it is impossible as it is full of kids early in the afternoon.

my room didn't have no microwave nor small refrigerator this was a huge NOOOOOOO

The bed’s comfort and the swimming pool The bathroom, the tub, the pressure of the water sucked, the towels were stiff, the curtains didn’t close properly, the cleaning service wasn’t very good, the room’s phone didn’t work, the air conditioning was pretty unstable, the room service was practically inexistent; I asked for two glasses of ice and water and they told me I had to go down to the restaurant and ask for it.

We greatly appreciated George's warm welcome. He was consistently friendly and approachable upon our arrival. Our housekeeper, Blanca, maintained excellent organization and consistently assisted us beyond our expectations. She was exemplary in her service. However, some of the staff at the front desk did not exhibit a welcoming attitude or offer smiles. The only staff member who exceeded expectations was Jorge in the Front desk. The primary concern regarding the property was the occasional excessive noise, which made it difficult to sleep. It is advisable to prohibit individuals from sitting and consuming beverages in the parking lot or playing loud music.

The staff crew I interacted with were super nice people that understand how hard it is to deal with Consulate appointments and paperwork. Room is big, comfortable and strongly soundproof, shower is always hot, and bed is cozy. The fact that there is an indoor swimming pool and a functional gym makes the hotel a great place for keeping your body busy when you want to stay indoors. When I wanted a snack, there is a S-Mart (grocery store) nearby besides hotel restaurant. What I didn't like comes from factors outside hotel's total control. There is one loud, all-night beeping sound coming from the traffic light. Perhaps layering the windows with soundproof plastic to minimize this annoying sound might help. Despite the room soundproofing, some hotel guests tend to strongly shout their personal disagreements in the middle of the hallway when it's 2 am. I had some teenagers next room who were incredibly obnoxious not understanding they are at a hotel, not at their unruly school.

The phone line was always dead we couldn't contact the lobby, we only got 1 set of pillows not two as the picture shows, windows were extremely dirty, dryer wasn't working, lamps were broken, no shower towels available only hand size and only 2

I have stayed at Krystal urban before so I know it’s a good hotel however due to transportation error, I had to cancel my two nights. I’m hoping I can get a refund for both nights or even one night or if I could reschedule.

The man at the front desk was nice. The main thing was it was hot. No A/C. The thermostat in room 101, could not be adjusted temperature wise. Maintenance came with different knob but still didn't work. The mini fridge didnt get cold at all when turned to coldest setting. Then the coffee pot didnt even work! The staff were all nice and helpful.

When you're taking a shower, the water runs out, the sheets aren't changed, the rooms and bathrooms are badly damaged, with loose, broken tiles. Nothing like what the photos show.

Checking in was good as well Did notice that when taking a shower the water shuts off and have to wait 2-3 minutes for water to come back on, but other than that Hotel is nice and quite staff is friendly.

The property was clean, the staff was attentive, excellent breakfast. The only complaint I have is the air conditioning is very loud, fortunately for us it wasn’t too hot in Juarez. I could only turn the air conditioning on for a few minutes to change the air. I wouldn’t be able to sleep with it on all night. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud too.

Algo que no me gustó. Es que estas dos últimas veces no nos hemos sentido muy seguros ya que el día que estuvimos entraron unos hombres con armas llevaban a cargando a otro hombre con la cara tapada dando un tipo aspecto borracho El hombre iba muy mal y esos hombres los topé en el elevador. Me asusté muchísimo y cabe mencionar que el hombre se veía con gotas d sangre. Ya después no me sentí agusto por qué me Dios miedo. Y la ves anterior el servicio y las instalaciones muy lindas pero igual muchos hombres armados Da miedo

Dirty rooms spit with mucus on the walls restrooms were dirty as some one had used it feces on the toilet one one of the rooms 214 to be exact and linen and pillows did not smell like they were wash the other room AC was out although they did fix it took them over an hour. Breakfast was over price 21 dollars to be exact and food was cold

Convenient to take the new Juarez Bus to the airport or downtown near the border. Only 12 pesos! Del Rio convenience store across the avenue. Quiet for sleeping.

I liked very little about the property. The pictures shown are old or inaccurate, the property looks very different when you walk in, which is disappointing. I did feel safe, that was not an issue at all. Jorge at the front desk was the person checking us in and was THE ONLY employee from whom we received kindness and assistance. All other employees are either too busy or careless to assist, they won't even provide a greeting. Jorge gets all 5 stars, in my opinion. Make sure you have towels before you get in the shower, the cleaning staff daily forgets to leave something - not having a towel to dry off after showering was the most devastating mistake - try not to do that to your guests and, if you are doing it on purpose, don't do that...just don't. I won't be staying here again. Absolutely not recommended.

El problema con las tarjetas par abrir las puertas cada rato se desactivaban y tenía que estar bajando y subiendo del cuarto piso, la TV no tenía suficientes canales NO UNIVISIÓN , y el calentador del cuarto no funcionaba y tuve que cambiarme de cuarto y en el otro cuarto si había más canales pero. NO UNIVISIÓN , así que no pude disfrutar mi estancia viendo mis programas favoritos.

Muy buen hotel, muy limpio y el personal es muy amable y hospitalario. Al hacer check in me hicieron un upgrade a una suite muy espaciosa, lo cual fue una sorpresa. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca del consulado y centro comercial, y muy céntrico para mis necesidades. El buffet de desayuno es muy bueno también. La única sugerencia es que deberían tener máquina de hielo en los pisos y un refrigerador pequeño y microondas en las habitaciones.

Everything was great about the property. The only issue I had was when I asked for the cost of the buffet they missed quoted the price so I was surprised when I got the bill. It wasn’t by a large amount and it wasn’t a huge problem but if you’re gonna tell somebody how much something cost you should give the accurate price

I can not express how amazing the staff was here. From making sure that we were comfortable and giving us directions to actually taking the time to talk and learn our meals. It was quiet amazing
