The room was mediocre. But decently clean. Lots of painted over spots that you can that the room still needs an update more than what has been done. The pillows are HORRIBLE. The bed was mushy and lumpy and very uncomfortable. Sheets were clean, but the mattress cover was stained. The bathroom was clean, but the shower curtain was DISGUSTING. The free breakfast was okay. The coffee is NASTY. It tasted like old curry. I don’t recommend this Quality inn. For the price, it could have been better. It’s almost “hidden” off the main road, and could feel unsafe af night.

The check in was great. The person on duty was great. Clean entrance and smelled clean. The room was very clean and the hallways were clean and no smoke smell. The biggest complaint is the bathroom. The door had the lower part of it with paint peeling off. The tub felt like I was going to fall through it and made creaking noises when you stepped in it. The shower head had mold and so did the curtain. Other than the bathroom, it was fine.

I could hear people in other rooms and it seemed like there was a lot of doors closing throughout the night. The bathroom was nice and spacious. Part of the shower head was broken. I booked through Expedia and at first it said my room was going to be $79 but then when I put the dates in it went up to $150 but it was last minute. My biggest complaint was I had clicked the option to pay upon arrival but when I got there they had already charged half the room price and it was billed differently than how it was explained on Expedia so that was annoying

When I got in my room there was small brown spots on the sheets. I called down to the office to let them know and the front desk person brought me a sheet to change myself. Then around 4:30 in the morning I reached for my cup on the night stand to get something to drink and a roach was on my cup! I almost put my mouth on that cup. I got up got dressed and left! There was no one at the front desk when I got down stairs so I just left! I do not recommend staying there

The front desk staff was excellent. Any help I needed was above and beyond. Rooms were super clean and I work as head of housekeeping in a tourist area so I always check my rooms before staying in them. Could ask for a better and affordable place to stay.

The bed sheets and duvet cover in the hotel room were not clean and had an unpleasant smell. The carpet needs to be vacuumed. The bathtub drainage system needs to be replaced. At breakfast, many items were already gone before the scheduled closing time.

The room was okay, of course we had pets and they were sniffing every part of the carpet in this room. We could never get the heating unit to cut off on a certain temperature, it was either hot or cold in the room. The walls were paper thin, we could hear the room next door tv and their conversations. Man at desk accused us of smoking in room when there is video of us going outside to vape multiple times. We have also stayed here multiple times before with no issues. I would like my $50 deposit back that was wrongfully taken.

The guy at front desk help me and I was so tired from hospital stay with family he understood my situation and walked me thru my stay and clean the room was clean and beds slept perfectly and then breakfast was so good and fresh. 5 star from me

check in was seamless and the clerk was cordial. He was especially helpful in getting me connected to the wi-fi. The king room was ample for one and was conveniently equipped with mini-fridge and microwave. The bath facilities were good with plenty of hot water. Overall the property was clean and well managed though it appeared a little dated. One BIG complaint: the chair at the work area was practically unsittable ( I fell out of it when I first tried to sit down); and there was no light at the table designed as the work space.

There’s more than one room but my door is the only one that was knocked on. It’s not sitting well with me and I hope I get my deposit back as well because I followed the regulations of the establishment and respected the room.

As for the shower, y’all booked somebody the wrong room and then take the money from them. I won’t use it again.

They do what they do with what they can…place needs a renovation badly, and not just paint, but a new carpet, repaint the bathrooms and especially the doors in the hallways would make a massive difference. Maybe add some boiled eggs for a protein and time for new coffee machine. That will go a long way. Thanks for the stay.

There were cockroaches in the room, cold front desk around midnight no one answered. A whole bunch of kids running up and down the hallway making a racket while their parents get drunk down in the lobby. Shady area and the first time I've ever had to leave a hotel in the middle of the night because of cockroaches, not to mention stains on the sheets and bedspread.

Good accomodations!

Each person of the staff that we interacted with was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the halls were quiet. The bathroom was slightly outdated, but clean; which, to me, is what is important. We had a truck and trailer to park, which was tricky without blocking many spots horizontally. One of the gentlemen that worked there actually walked out to the parking lot, and assisted us with permission to partially park in a grassy area. Very pleasant stay. Due to personal dietary restrictions, we did not take advantage of the free breakfast, but I saw it and it looked like a good variety, clean, and fresh.

The comforters on the bed had stains. The walls are very thin. We had neighbors next to us talking extremely loud at 2 AM and you could hear people going up and down the stairs. The AC did not get very cold.

Good value for the money. I can't comment on the breakfast as I left before it began at 6:30AM. The only reason I counted off 1 star is it is an aging property that has not been renovated in a long time (the lobby has.. the rooms have not, at least not the one I stayed in). But as mentioned, that is reflected in the price.

It’s a property and is very basic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was able to sleep, bathe, and grab a light breakfast during my visit which was the purpose for booking the hotel.

The room itself was nice and the beds were comfy. Unfortunately the toilet didn’t flush unless you held the handle down and it did not feel bolted to the floor. The shower was decent. The elevator was broken but only had to climb to the 2nd floor. Good coffee at breakfast but no eggs nor protein. Would stay again if the price is right.

If there wasn’t a sports team staying on the same floor (noisy) and the TV worked I would give it five stars, but it was definitely clean and comfortable and I would stay there again in spite of circumstances. And the breakfast buffet looked good!

I always book hotels that have high ratings and high recommendations from others, but I feel like I was punked. I booked 5 rooms for a team travel and was severely disappointed in the state of the location. The top covers of the sheets had stains on them, the showers had mold and didn’t look like they had been cleaned. Our toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The only thing that was good is that the inside of the beds and sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable. There is zero protein for breakfast too - so while it’s included it’s bare minimum.

Hotel is very dated and not very clean. We are traveling with 2 toddlers and I did not want them on the floor, due to the cleanliness. Our air conditioning unit failed during the night and it became extremely uncomfortable. All of the hallways/lobby were ridiculously hot. The breakfast was bare bones and left a lot to be desired. We will not be staying here again!

The hallway smelled bad and the room smelled worse. It was very damp and wet feeling. The toilet seat had broke inhalf and it looked like they glued it. The carpet was worn and dirty. I had left a pill organizer with some medication in it and when I called the next day they said nothing was left in the room. I had also left a few items in the fridge. It was a very sketchy area including the hotel.

The hotel backs up to I-40 and the noise from the highway is very loud! The windows need to be replaced. Our room was on the first floor. The room was damp feeling and musty smelling.

The linens were pretty pitiful. The washcloths were super thin so they could not deliver hardly any body wash for bathing. The towels were so rough and coarse that it felt like we were drying off with sandpaper. The breakfast was subpar at best. The only redeeming factor was that there was fresh bananas and oranges. But otherwise the breakfast left a lot to be desired. I’m not certain that we would ever stay here again.

We only stayed one night and it was perfect for us

Stayed over night, As i was attending my son's graduation. Convenient location next to so many gas stations and restaurants. Good complimentary breakfast. Just bagels, waffles, coffee, which is all i needed while checking out at 6:45am. The shower and toilet could have been cleaned better. Bed and pillows was very comfortable, got so sleep. Easy check in would definitely stay again if im ever in that area

Room was not clean. Bed sheet was smell bad. No shampoo, only 1 soap. Towels was not clean - hair from previous guest. Cleaning lady was very nice. Cleaning staff was not the problem. Management is cheap and they do not care. No one was on the front desk all the time. If you need assistance you need to ring the bell and wait until they finish there phone call or whatever they doing.

Older hotel tucked back in a wooded commercial area just off of Interstate 40. Road noise can be heard in the rooms. Hotel has some nice features with updated lobby and breakfast area. Our two queen bed suite seems to also have newer sink, mirror and flooring. But the strong, stale cigarette smell is overpowering, the table has a broken leg, toilet seat cracked and the sink handles are reversed. But besides that, water pressure was a plus, AC was cooling off the room and the beds firm but doable. Breakfast was barebones with blueberry/regular make your own waffles, cold cereal, fruit, yogurt and bagels/muffins. Did note a workout room and plenty of area to walk your dog. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

It was a good place to stay but parking was kinda bad and not enough handicapped parking

The pros: nice desk staff, comfortable bed and pillows, clean towels and sheets. The cons: smell of marijuana in hallway, loud AC unit and poor lighting. To all hotels, back light mirrors are not good for bathroom areas, old eyes need real light to get ready not soft diffused lighting. I would stay again.

The property seems extremely dated. We were comfortable, but the room doesn’t have enough outlets for charging devices and what not. There were no tissues in the room and the only hand soap available is a bar which leaves your skin feeling pasty. Our room smelled of cigarettes and the hallway had a different terrible smell every time we re-entered the building. Two stars indeed.

It is just fine for the money. Were fine everything was clean, the only negative things I have is only one light bulb but worked out of three light bulbs in my room, event in the bathroom did not work, there was a leak coming out of the back of the toilet pretty quickly every time I flushed it, the plastic material on the toilet seat was peeling up and a couple spots making it pretty uncomfortable to sit on. However for the price they're asking it is a just fine hotel. Very clean Place friendly staff, maybe just need to keep a better eye out on small things that need to be replaced.

We checked in late due to detours and the front desk person made me wait since they were "in the middle of cleaning the bathroom." The room was on the second floor and as we were walking in with all our luggage, they stopped us because we had a dog. Since I booked through a third-party site there was nowhere to denote that, and they never asked as they were checking me in. Our original room was one king sized bed then we ended up on the first floor in two queens. The room REEKED of wet dog and there were bugs crawling on the bathroom floor. I will NEVER stay in another quality inn, no matter how many stars they have

Lots of hidden fees they do not disclose! Card got hit 3 times, once for a 'deposit to hold the room for late check in' that was HALF of the total for the room for 2 nights other, another FULL AMOUNT for the 2 nights which was more than the receipt shows, and again for another deposit. 7-10 days for it to refund, and we were told this was normal of hotels! The shower head spit more water in back of it that actually coming out. And front desk was no help. A few days later they tried hitting my card 3 more times for something else. Don't stay here, they keep giving excuses for running your card for no reason and say its standard! Continuously running someones card even days after check out is not a good business strategy, its theft.

This hotel is creepy quiet with no one at the front desk on the 2 nights we were there. Grossly overpriced. Humid. Staff does not check stock as the tissues dispenser was empty. The “breakfast” was a joke. Would never stay there again. Use the Holiday Inn Express a block down the street and cheaper. We have stayed there before.

My stay was great and the staff was amazing. The cleaning was amazing and breakfast was great as well. The area was very quiet and friendly. Everything was near by to get food or to go out for a walk.

My stay was fine, The staff member at the reception desk on Saturday morning 10/26/24 who i believe was Danny was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to meet my needs and i really appreciate his kindness.

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and if you’re considering and have a family, especially someone with a disability, DON’T. Originally we booked because of the price. The location is ok if you don’t mind driving a bit to major city. The service here is terrible. First of all, we went an entire day without internet which was beyond frustrating. There were no type of accommodations or apologies issued for this inconvenience either. When they did finally get it resolved internet was very slow and intermittent. Another issue is that housekeeping only came around ONCE during our entire 4-day stay. Not friendly at all and act as if we were bothering them when we asked for fresh linens and towels after a couple of days. My biggest issues with the owners of this hotel is with their lack of empathy, understanding, and professionalism. My son is 6 years old and non-verbal autistic. He has incontinence issues and sometimes has accidents. He had one at the hotel so we asked for fresh bedding and instead of them giving us a clean comforter,

As a result, management refused to work with any of the affected guests regarding some form of compensation for our major inconvenience We could not flush the toilets, take a shower or brush our teeth between 10P and 10A that miserable night. In addition, the next day the housekeeper lied about cleaning my room and I was forced to show management that it was not done.

They could use a deep clean. I had a room with a king bed & pull-out sofa. There were no sheets in the room for the sofa bed. We were only provided two sets of bath linens. When we asked for more the front desk attendant questioned us about how many people were in our room and why we needed extra.

The breakfast wasn't the greatest

Property isn’t well kept up but the staff is friendly and will help out. Our shower head was spraying all over. It had been going for a while to the point of mold starting to form. The guy behind the counter said he would fix it and he did by the time we returned back that day.

For the price we paid I wasn't expecting a great hotel but I always expect a clean hotel and this was not that. Bathroom was dated and gross, floor by entry was slippery. Breakfast also not great.

It is a decent 1-2 day stay. It has decent beds enough but the flooring(carpet) needs to be updated. Room size is ok average, bathrooms are small. Overall, the stay was fine. Loved the convienance to the soccer park.

Overall stay was okay at best. Breakfast options were very minimal. Breakfast ended promptly at 9am. Very silly to end breakfast so early. Stingy with the fresh fruit. Had to ask for a banana every day and they would bring it from the back room (usually green). Banana’s are cheap. They should be readily available at any hotel for breakfast.

The place was older but well kept up and clean. The staff was very nice and attentive. Breakfast was continental and was well attended too. Area was a little run down, but close to interstate 40.

The room was clean, however the hall had a slight musky smell. There was only one person working the desk and the food for breakfast, which meant the food was almost gone before 8am. The guy working was doing his best to help, but it seemed a bit too much for him. No one was cleaning the tables and the food area was a big mess due to some kids being unattended. Unfortunately, we will not be staying again, even though we will be visiting the area quite a lot due to our child attending college nearby.

Very average hotel. A light in thr room didn’t work, another light whistled, and thr served the worst continental breakfast i have ever seen in a hotel.

Room needed repairs to doorways and walls. Half empty bottle of conditioner was on the sink. Heard lots of highway noise. Walls are very thin and you could hear an entire conversation of the people next door talking at a normal level. Awakened in the middle of the night by other guests banging on doors, yelling and cursing. Front desk staff unconcerned when it was brought to their attention. I travel to the area every 1-2 weeks and will not stay there again.
