I was in an "executive suite", and water leaked through the ceiling in the bedroom. The staff moved us to another room, which is a standard two-queen. Were we charged the rate for the suite? We only stayed in the suite that one night. No one has answered me. Later that evening, the front desk called my elderly parents' room after midnight, waking them up and scaring them. The front desk also called our new room, after midnight as well. They seemed confused as to which room had the leak. The next day, a friend came to visit us and the front desk gave her a key without checking her ID or calling me to verify. They just gave someone a key to our room. I reached out several times before submitting this review. Clearly the staff are facing challenges with the hotel infrastructure and systems. I am empathetic, but am hardly in a position to write a good review.

Convenient location to Saratoga Springs. Hotel was relatively clean. Toilet handle needs attention as it was sticking. We left behind a nook and contacted the hotel twice with no response. Our Visa payment will be withheld until this property returns the nook to us.
- 3/5
Restaurant was shut down due to lack of staff.

Cleaning 👎 service 👎
- 0.5/5
NOTHING It was discussing dirty. Worst place I ever stayed.
- 2/5
The lobby bathroom wasn’t clean. Breakfast in lobby was bagel with cream cheese and cereal but cereal container was empty and milk container empty. No one at front desk. Restaurant was closed. One good thing, he’d was comfortable and clean. We were there last year and all was super. It appears they have changed management and priorities and investment has changed.
- 3/5
Property has parking lot, also restaurant with bar, convenient located off the I-87 and shopping center. Room was clean, carpet is new and some new wallpaper in the area new. The bathroom okay, worn off. Staff was nice.
- 4/5
The hotel looked nice from outside and once we entered it looked well kept. The room was spacious with two queen beds. I didn't like that they had some sort of air freshener scent begin pumped out with AC unit. It was over powering. We just stayed the one night so nothing to add regarding the amenities.
- 1/5
There were a lot of things unclean or damaged in the room. Such a horrible ring in the tub that I assume came from standing water. A hole in the wall behind door. Stains on the wallpaper. The room was just so outdated. I could not wait to leave that room.

Loved the hot tub. Loved the kitchenette. The staff were friendly and it was surface clean. Overall I loved the place, but it ended up feeling a bit shabby with my comments below. The problems were a little more attention to detail was needed. There was a hole in the wall, one closet door was kicked in, and a mirror was broken. An adjacent building had flood lights pointing at the room making it hard to sleep. The curtains weren't strong enough to stop the light. They don't have a modern TV setup so I had to hunt around for the Roku device which was in a different room than the remote. The Roku instructions were faded to the point of being useless. There was a phone with a light blinking message, but you can't clear it.
- 5/5
Everything was clean and there’s plenty of parking away from the road for when we traveled by Motorcycle as well. It’s close to restaurants and Main Street and shopping and very easy to get to from the highway and easy access back to the highway when you’re going home.
- 1.5/5
We didn't eat there, couldn't wait to leave. Beware, I request a king size bed or 2 queen , paid for the king since it was pre-paid. They gave us a double bed for 2, my husband is a big person he took up the whole bed. When I mentioned it at the desk all the clerk said was we got a small queen. Needless to say we won't be back there.

Room size is excellent. Its for you if you want the cheapest option for one night. Elevator noise, noise in the room from lobby, dirty elevator and facilities not cleaned properly, only vacuumed, but nobody cleans the doors, furniture, looks like a 2* hotel with big rooms. Bad experience for me, at 3am strong smell from the kitchen started to enter our room.

I like the comfortable beds. I didn't like the fact that the room didn't have a mini fridge or a microwave and I didn't like the fact that the man behind the counter when I was checking out wouldn't give me a receipt and told me to go to booking.com I think he might have added extra charges on top of booking.com for incidentals with that without my knowledge of it and I think that is underhanded business practices and very sneaky.
- 4.5/5
Location, clean room. Above average price.
- 1/5
The pool area was also disgusting and clearly not well maintained. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 4/5
My niece said that she enjoyed her stay, it was quite.
- 2.5/5
1 pot of coffee...decaf or regular? Could not tell. Choice of cereal or bagels. Crumbs on counter near toaster. Saw nothing to put on bagels. Very disappointing. Room was quiet and bed comfortable. Surrounding restaurants good. Advertised refrigerator in room. None. Elevator felt iffy. Disappointed in breakfast. Slow getting hot water to bathroom. Tub was very slippery. Water pressure was poor.

The restaurant was great, so was the hotel and staff
- 4/5
This a hotel for the price. It lacks a little in the maintenance department but for the most part it’s good. I’ve been staying here in a weekly basis. I do it for the price and comfort of the bed. I just wish the staff would put in a little more effort to make this place excellent. Everything is in place they just need to put in the elbow grease.
- 5/5
Room was immaculate, staff was extremely helpful. I stayed there for my son's wedding and I'm glad I did.

2 serviettes pour 2 lits
- 2/5
Greasy surfaces, large blood spots just under the sheet on the mattress pad clearly visible through the fitted sheet, peeling wallpaper, walls and ceilings in disrepair
- 4/5
Nice, affordable rooms. Noisy bar downstairs. Service could have been friendlier
- 4/5
It’s ok for the price, but property condition is rough and it needs deep clean.

Stayed overnight in a large suite with some friends. The suite was very spacious with a kitchenette. The couch was a little worn, otherwise everything was very well maintained. The pool area was clean and the Seven Bistro was a great spot for a cocktail after a long day. Plenty of on-site parking and there's a Chile's next door
- 3/5
Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, quick service from staff. Breakfast was limited to bagels and cereal. When paying over $200 for a room, I expected an actual breakfast not just a very small selection in the entryway. Our room didn’t have a smoke detector which felt unsafe.

The window had mold build up in the track the television did not work in our room.
- 5/5
Spacious room, but I paid for a jetted tub room, but it didn't work
- 3/5
I think the front desk staff was good, but my room smelled a little weird, the entryway light wasn’t working, there was one glass and no ice bucket, and definitely hadn’t been vacuumed - there were chip crumbs under the desk, and toenail clippings next to the bed, which I didn’t see until the morning when the room was brighter. While the price was good, the cleanliness of the room wasn’t.
- 4.5/5
Very comfortable bed and big room.. beautiful shower ?.. THE ROOMS DONT HAVE MIRCOWAVE!!!!!

- 3/5
Room was big and comfortable. But it was dark, there was no desk, which helps for just even having a cup of coffee, not to mention working with a laptop, and there was no bar to grab on to in the shower which was very slippery

I got my keys and proceeded to my accessible room on the second floor. I was overcome with the scent of cleaning products and the room was dreadfully HOT!! The hallway outside was hot as well. I put my bag down and checked the thermostat on the wall. Nothing. No power. It didn’t work at all. I went over to the unit in the window, thinking maybe it just works from there. I was able to change the temperature, etc, but nothing happened. I waited a few minutes and the air never turned on. I grabbed my bags and my sore and tired self BACK to the lobby. The man at the desk still had that air pod in his ear as I said to him FOUR TIMES the THERMOSTAT wasn’t working. He finally gave me another room one floor up. Well, it was cooler. It was NOT accessible. The toilet was practically on the floor. The lamp shades were ripped, there were stains on all of the woodwork. There was a hole in the wall where the door probably hit it too many times. The tub…well, I hope it just needed to be resurfaced. Otherwise it was FILTHY! I would never recommend this establishment.
- 4/5
This hotel is a historic 'sleeper' and could be an absolutely amazing hotel with appropriate light cosmetic touch-ups and staff training. My room was very spacious and comfortable -- just needed attention to decor and amenities, but I loved it!
- 4/5
Just okay,spent one night
- 4/5
There is a restaurant on sight. Gym has a good set of machines.
- 5/5
Toilet was running the entire stay. Toilet paper handle broken, no hook on Bathroom door
- 4/5
No issues to note, had a good 2 days. Beds were comfy !!
- 4/5
From some angles the hotel looked nice. From others it was covering up old worn room furniture, a "continental breakfast" that was a stand in the lobby that was not wiped up, and dirty carpets and mirrored surfaces. The Seven restaurant could stand on its own and the food and staff were great there. I think the hotel has potential but it felt like a lack of effort was the vibe this time.
- 3/5
Rooms was clean no soap in the shower .. ac didn’t get cool, bar on premises we walked in and didn’t even get acknowledged.. walked across parking lot to steak house which was great service and food.
- 5/5
Staff very cold but the hotel is very nice for the price.
- 3/5
Room was nice and clean. When we arrived there were no towels in the bathroom. We had to go to the front desk and ask for towels. We were not given one to stand on and the floor was very slippery. The pool was ok but they should have gotten rid of all the dead plants and broken wicker furniture. Probably would not stay here again
- 3/5
Très grande chambre, pas de serviettes, débarbouillettes, salle de bain pas nettoyée, à notre arrivée dans la chambre, lit confortable
- 3/5
-water in sink didn’t drain (even tho I asked to have it looked at) -tv didn’t have Netflix, etc options -lighting in room was poor -not enough outlets in the room -housekeeping didn’t clean or restock the room once in the entire 4 nights I was there -“free breakfast” consisted of a coffee pot, toaster, a glass display (where I saw 1 bagel one morning) and a bowl (I saw an orange in it one day). Location very good. Near northway, shopping, restaurants.
- 2/5
Room smelled like smoke
- 3/5
Seven restaurants was great , hotel okay breakfast not good
- 4/5
Was a pleasant stay.
- 2/5
I was greeted by a man chewing gum and not a word of welcome. I had to ask questions to receive one or two word answers which were difficult to understand due to his accented english.
- 2/5
This property is very old and not well maintained at all; management doesn’t seem to care for any improvements either. Booked it seeing a four star hotel, not sure how they are still rated anything more than a two star hotel
- 3/5
Overall the hotel was beautiful. Had a restaurant on site and an indoor pool which was warm. We paid for the room with the jetted tub and it was broken. We told the desk about it and after some back and forth they gave us a new room with a working one. Then my in laws checked in and they also got a room with a broken tub. Again there was pushback but eventually we got them another room as well.

Terrible!!!! The lobby was not very cleaned after that Room is getting old… I called for towels; no one answer my call I would not go back that hotel

Rooms were large and very clean. I couldn't figure out the TV, but not a biggie, it was only an overnight stay. Do Not Disturb sign was missing, but easily remedied. Would stay again!

- 5/5
Was amazing
- 2/5
The staff were very rude. The room was not properly stocked with toiletries, linens, ice bucket and cups. When we asked staff for items they said they would be up in 5 minutes which they never came and we had to keep calling them. They acted like they did not want to be bothered. This will be our last time staying here it seems each time it is something new.
- 3/5
Good hotel for weekend quick stay tub had stains not from dirt just age. Chipped paint on walls in room furniture old and stained even lamp shades worn and off color from age just need to upgrade small things. Especially lighting and color pallet felt gloomy and dark. Bed was uncomfortable
- 2/5
Definitely not as highly rated of a place as some of the reviews indicate, room condition was mediocre, obviously needs maintenance & updating, staff was less then inviting and less then willing to handle multiple noise complaints from neighboring guests
- 3/5
The restaurant and pool were the reason we stayed. Overall the entire hotel including our room and bedding smelt like cigarettes. We were a bit disappointed.
- 2/5
Not clean had an old smell in the furniture. The tub had a ring in it! I was disappointed.
- 5/5
Room and jetted tub was excellent. Convenient restaurants and stores nearby. Room was clean and worked great. Great amenities as well.

- 5/5
Worked perfectly
- 4/5
No toiletries in bathroom. But beautiful room. Slept very well! Love happy hour in lounge!
- 5/5
Love this place
- 3/5
Low pricing but you get what you pay for. No comforter on the bed. 1 flimsy fleece blanket with a “duvet” that was more like a large table cloth. I asked for an extra blanket but never got it. The Roku remote was missing and when asked for a new one they never brought it up. We went down to the desk to get it and they gave us one that didn’t work. Brought it back down and they changed the battery he said but it still didn’t work. I used the app on my phone instead but none of the connections were marked for which room - so it was a time consuming guessing game until I found the right Roku connection for my tv. The coffee cup for the kuerig was dirty. Had a ring around the inside of the cup. The creamer was sour and curdled. The whirlpool tub in our bathroom wouldn’t get hot but the shower was scalding hot. They also only gave 2 towels, 1 wash cloth and one hand towel for 2 people which was weird. One of the front desk guys was extremely rude rolling his eyes when I asked for extra towels and a blanket. He gave the 2 towels but not the blanket. There was candle wax left on the dresser and the rug from a previous guest. No microwave in the room. Overall it was kind of dirty in my opinion. Poor customer service and unfriendly staff at the desk that acted like you didn’t exist when you entered the lobby. The bartender girl was nice and did make a nice pistachio martini for me. I won’t stay there again.
- 2/5
Door hardly closed terrible experience
- 4/5
Room was good water pressure not great
- 4/5
Room was very clean and spacious.
- 5/5
Bed was comfy, great pillows, just missing breakfast
- 3/5
Beds were very old one was super firm the other was saggy. The comforters were dingy need to be bleached heavily. The carpets and chair upholstery have stains and look like they were never even wiped down. The surfaces of side tables and dresser also had old stains from drinks and water buckets that seem like they were never wiped down. The hotel itself has some boutique like wallpaper decor however is very dated overall.
- 2/5
Tv not plugged in, and cord didnt reach tv. Vending machine sold out
- 3/5
Nothing special. Spacious room, clean, quiet. Great deal for the money.
- 2/5
The room was dirty, dust everywhere, sheets smelled terrible, the shower was broken and they were blasting music in the restaurant downstairs so we couldn’t sleep. The only reason I am leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the people that work there. They are very pleasant.
- 4/5
Excellent service, very old building in need of an upgrade. Inside room was okay, fridge & microwave included.
- 3/5

- 3/5
Room was clean and coffee was excellent. Guests next door were loud and disrespectful. Hotel would not ask them to be more respectful
- 2/5
Didnt get the style room i reserved
- 5/5
Clean room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff.
- 3/5
The shower was pretty dirty and the heater was incredibly loud anytime it was on. staff were friendly and otherwise had an OK stay.
- 2/5
The room, lobby, elevator, common areas were in need of renovation. Old furnishings. The bathroom was the worst part. The light bulbs flickered, the toilet was loose and moving around when you sit. I had to ask for wash clothes and there was no bar soap or bottled shampoo. The soap dispensers were horrible and the body wash was empty. The free breakfast consisted of slimy bagels and a coffee urn in the middle of the lobby. I would never book this place again or recommend it. I have family 5 minutes away and booked it because of its location. I should have listened to other reviews which weren't great and stayed somewhere else.
- 3/5
Was ok

Shower pressure wasn't the greatest. Bed was comfortable and the price was right for 1 night. Lounge downstairs was nice to get a drink.

Room was nice. Had plenty of room and was clean. The coffee and breakfast area was a small area in the lobby, and nothing was out for breakfast before 8am so i had to leave. hen they say Breakfast is included, don't imagine anything like some of the other chains.

Room was comfy and clean. Restaurant downstairs had music on until past midnight, which I could hear from my 2nd floor room (above restaurant), so that’s something to consider.

Clean, comfortable, heated pool, very relaxing. Would like more breakfast options but overall great value for the money.
- 4/5
Friendly staff. Nice original place. Not sure about the 5 star rating, but definitely a bargain for the price (less than $100). As others have said, skip the breakfast, but the restaurant last night was great

The room was spacious
- 5/5
Very nice decor, bedding! Spacious rooms.
- 5/5
Bedding was very comfortable, temperature controls easy to use for heat or ac. Beautiful interior design of rooms that seem more five star!
- 5/5
The hotel has a very upscale feel from foyer lobby to individual guest rooms. A terrific value!
- 5/5
Very helpful and polite friendly staff. The hotel has beautiful rooms, much nicer than most franchise hotels like Holiday Inn and Marriott versions. Bed is very comfortable. Bathroom very nice decor and clean. It’s overall a great value!
- 3/5
Our room tables stands were dirty, the jets in the tub didn't work, and a chair leg in our room was broken next to the tub. We also had the toilet paper holder in the bathroom hanging off the wall from being broken. The room size and bed were great, but definitely not as clean feeling as we'd hoped, along with some of the broken items.
- 2/5
There was blood or feces on the tile and wall behind the bathroom door. The bed was uncomfortable. The water in the bathroom sink never got hot. The front desk person was rude, curt and difficult to understand.
- 2/5
The room was in poor condition, holes in the wall, stains in the tub, very low shower pressure and stains on the pillow and comforter. I hate to leave a negative review, but this was definitely not worth the money. TV was not a smart tv, phone was not plugged in, lamps did not work, key card would not work, and I asked for the room to be cleaned twice in the 4-night stay, and it never was. That is on top of the other issues.
- 4/5
The decorative pillows and Bed pillows smelled like other people just laid on them
- 5/5
Nice comfortable stay in a clean room.
- 4/5
Clean room. The on site bar.
- 3/5
The elevator wasn't working for more than a year
- 3/5
The person who checked me and was not friendly at all almost on the line of being rude. You can tell that the restaurant is new and working out the kinks, but the bartender/Manager went above and beyond to help me get an order ready. He was a huge help. Could not have been nicer. All the luggage parts were broken one way or another, the cleanliness was so so. The hotel has potential to be really nice If they work out the kinks and find friendlier desk help. Right now it's like a pig with a lot of makeup on.
- 1/5
There were bugs running around the bed. Showed the staff the video and still refused refund on their bug infested room!
- 5/5
Quiet, convenient location, fresh and clean, nice staff, very comfortable bed and nice room/bathroom. Thank you.
- 4/5
Staff came and fixed our TV very quickly. Damage in the hallway was disappointing.
- 1/5
We travel a great deal and this was by far the worst hotel we have stayed in in years. To begin with, we get there and the elevator was not working and there are NO first floor rooms in this hotel. I have mobility issues and had to climb 2 flights of stairs to our 2nd floor room. They did provide help carrying up our luggage. The room was dark and most of the receptacle covers were broken, which made us nervous about plugging anything in. Then, one of the bed sheets was STAINED with God only knows what. As soon as we got to our room, I got on the phone to Hotels.com to find us another hotel for the next night. We would have moved that night but got to the hotel late and had been traveling all day and were very tired. But we couldn't get out of there fast enough the next morning! And the restaurant was closed also but given the conditions in his hotel, we wouldn't have eaten there anyway. Stay at the hotel at your own risk!
- 5/5
Very clean
- 1/5
Room not serviced or restocked The front desk people- minis check out person-rude
- 3/5
The Hotel itself was easy to find and in a great location. There was easy parking, and the hotel was nicely updated. The room was very clean, no mold in the bathroom whatsoever, and the furniture was newish. Very, very spacious room. There was no bathmat, but the towels were decent-sized. The soaps were very fragrant, and all were from full dispensers; no extra amenities were offered in the line of toiletries. The beds were comfortable. There was a good-sized Keurig and regular-sized mugs in the room, which was nice. Water bottles in the room would have been a nice added touch. The only negatives I have were that the only elevator was not working, and they put us on the 4th floor with no assistance to the room offered or available. The stairway we had to take was spacious but dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke ( like people took their smoke breaks in the stairwell). Breakfast was haphazardly put on a small side table in the lobby. Not a nice or sanitary presentation. Only one carafe of coffee and no hot water. The water cooler was out of order as well. I would stay again if they fixed the elevator, and I would still not plan on eating the breakfast, but Starbucks and Chick-fil-A are very close anyway.
- 1/5
The bar or the pool was not open, false advertisement. Very disappointed. Would I go up there ever again no.
- 2/5
Holes in walls , elevators were not working, broken window in room and you could feel and hear the wind coming through the broken frame.
- 2/5
The hotel looked okay from the outside and in the lobby. The elevator was out of order, we waited 5 minutes at the check-in desk for someone to check us in! We called out, looked around the hallways, and finally someone showed up, but he was very hard to understand. He and other staff members we encountered looked annoyed we were there and not very friendly. Employees were smoking right outside the front and back entrances. We carried all our stuff to the second floor and no one offered to help us. The stairway was not well lighted, dirty, and had a damaged step and walls.. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable, but the top sheet and blanket were stained and dingy. The tub was slippery with nothing to hold onto to get in and out of the tub. Toilet was dirty. Nothing to hang towels on. Loud music from the Bistro downstairs continued until 1:30am Thursday night. We do not recommend this hotel.
- 3/5
Broken elevator. Stayed there before and the hotel was better maintained. Not as nive as before.
- 5/5
Room was beautiful

Broken elevator and a terrible customer service
- 1/5
Elevator was broke...i am handicapped amd had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs...staff did not care.
- 1/5
Well the lights in the room did not work , the elevator did not work the bed was rock hard and the heat thermostat did not work and it was a sauna also to mags if worse the shower head fell off when they turned the shower on also I was promised a call from the owner and still have not received it I asked for a refund back and was told 50 dollars was all he could go but the owner would call me and take care of it and she has not
- 1/5
The elevator didn't work and we were on the third floor. When you take the stairs, the hallway walls are all crack and plastered in but not painted and the stairs are falling apart. The room was incredible dark. While there were a lot of lamps, no overhead lights and the lamp had insufficient power. People were talking in the hallways outside the doors in the morning and it sounded like hotel management, not guests. While the room was big, little to no amenities. We were three people and only had towels in room for 2, shampoo, bath gel distributors will weak. They have something called a dry breakfast that was pitiful. The hotel is not worth the price and certainly over rated. Could have just stayed at a motel like the Microtel and be better off.
- 2/5
the Elevator was broke the entire time there. stayed on 3rd floor - 60 steps up and down with just having knee surgery. 2nd day had to track down towels at 9:30 p.m. as no one had been to our room. Flyer at front desk says happy hour in bistro all day Sundays. Got a $96 bill for hot dogs and drinks and showed bartender-he says "uhhhh no we don't really do that"! Terrible stay. Only good was bed was comfortable.
- 1/5
The front desk gentleman couldn’t get off his Bluetooth while having a conversation, incredibly rude. The elevator didn’t work had to climb 8 flights of stairs to our room on 4th floor! Stairwell disgustingly dirty! Tv lines all through the screen. Carpet all bunched up in the room serious trip hazard. Went to check out no one at the front desk. Coffee empty in the morning. Spend the extra $15 and staff someplace else we wish we did!
- 3/5
We barely saw any staff. Waited a while before anyone came to the desk for us to check in. Elevator was kind of scary with the noises it was making.
- 1/5
Elevator never works room was on 4th floor

My stay is usually me sleeping in between shifts at the ER. I enjoy being able to use the gym and swim however when there’s a problem and the manager discussed with you what they will do to fix it and then she’s nowhere to be found for two days after it’s very frustrating when you leave messages and no phone calls are returned, which has happened more than once during my multiple stages. I choose this hotel because of its cleanliness, gym and the pool. Also it is within 15 or 20 minutes of my place of employment. But the frustration when trying to contact someone with information that is related to your stay is still very frustrating. I even chose this place knowing that for two months they were without an elevator, which was very inconvenient when most of the rooms that I stay in on the third or fourth floor. So for them not to return my calls to me was insulting.

No service to clean the bedroom So then no clean towels

Elevator not working

Elevator didn’t work. Beds were small. No toilet paper in the bathroom.

Absolutely disgusting checked in and the bed was dirty with hair in it.

Our second time here, always a great value for the price!

Hotel didn't have my reservation thru Hotels.com even though I had a confirmation #. Luckily they weren't full and gave me the rate I had a receipt for. Carpets in all common areas were dirty, looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Listing on Hotels.com says there is a 'free breakfast'. Good luck with that. Their 1 restaurant is only open at night. For their 'free breakfast', there was 1 pot of coffee, 4 frozen bagels wrapped in plastic, and a toaster. Nothing else, unless you count a vending machine and want candy for breakfast. Ridiculous. Hotels.com needs to watch more carefully for this false advertising. Myself, like many guests, look to book comparable hotels based on them providing a complimentary breakfast. This hotel did not. Pool and hot tub were closed since I arrived late at night, and they weren't open yet when I departed at 10am. They only stock 1 towel per person in the room's bathroom, you'll need to request more on check in. Room was reasonably nice, though the A/C unit was noisy.
- 1/5
To make matters worse, the TV in the room wasn’t working due to a missing cable. I reported the issue to the front desk, but no one ever followed up or came to fix it. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of response and accountability was frustrating. I expected better service and attention to guest concerns. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Uncomfortably dirty. My wife felt it necessary to sleep in her clothes.

Parking was great the restaurant was excellent friendly service and great food

Upon checkin, we were told that our booking had been cancelled. Orbitz told us this was not true and that our booking was still confirmed. The hotel staff was rude and would not work with us at all.
- 4/5
Clean, well kept, nicely furnished.
- 5/5
Large room, comfortable bed. Nice desk and arm chair. Good value. Near many restaurants.
- 1/5
While checking the bed for stains we found a crack pipe under the mattress

For one night, was fine. Ty
- 5/5
The room was very clean, comfortable bed, good all around staff was very nice too.
- 4/5
Elevator was still broken. Thursday night is a big karaoke night in the attached bar/restaurant but we couldn’t hear it in the room. The rooms appeared clean and generally were except for the corners. The corners all seemed a bit dirty. The stay was fine and in the right place. Didn’t hate it but want wowed either.
- 4/5
Great place! We have stayed here several times.
- 5/5
Overall our stay for two nights was good. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, it was quiet, and the pool was clean. Only real complaints were lack of parking anywhere near the actual hotel when we checked in due to a wedding going on, and the restaurant attached to the hotel was poorly staffed. Took 2 hours for 4 people to get their meal and everyone's came out one at a time.
- 5/5
Great place. And staff
- 4/5
I enjoyed most everything. The staff wasn't friendly or unfriendly. They fulfilled their job and I do appreciate everything going smoothly. Everything seemed clean. Very spacious room. Great accomodations, including bar/restaurant downstairs. The restaurant didn't have several things offered on their menu though. One of the features listed on Expedia is the ability to watch Netflix but that's not true. Also the jetted tub didn't work. I wouldn't have spent my money on the upgrade, if the upgrade wasn't functioning.
- 5/5
It was nice rates are great

Few mins down the road from Saratoga, very clean large rooms, helpful staff, quiet hotel, tons of quick food options around. Would stay here again when in Saratoga area.

Excellent stay. Will stay again

- 1/5
Elevator didn’t work and they have no first floor guest rooms. Husband semi handicap so it was a big challenge getting him in the room. They don’t have handicap parking but have like 10 spots to plug in a car right by the door. No microwave in room. The room was nice and big with some wear and tear but that’s usual.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
I will say that the bed was very comfortable and the morning coffee was great, but not worth the upcharge. Staff was pleasant.
- 2/5
The bed was horrific, the jet tub barely worked. The elevator was out of order. Holesnin thebwallnin the bathroom.
- 5/5
What a very nice spot! I stayed for 1 night, the king bed was comfy. Big room, clean.
- 3/5
Pros: good hot water, price, pleasant front desk service
- 2/5
elevator is down and no body comes to fix. have to carry luggage up stairs. Asked for towel and room cleaning, no response
- 4/5
Cheaper hotel on Saratoga Springs!
- 2/5
When we stayed, the elevator was not working, there was a stain on the bed spread and at weird hours of the day and night time a chicken soup smell took over the room and hallway.
- 3/5
The beds were comfortable, and linens appeared to be clean, the A/C was whisper quiet, the room was generally clean and quite large, the furniture was pretty dinged up, but the carpet looked fairly new. We only stayed overnight after a wedding, so it was fine for the price. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Glad to have coffee in the lobby. The elevator is STILL broken, reading other reviews, it's been out for quite a while. I doubt they will fix. The hallways and stairwells needed some definite attention, The side door didn't have a lock, so if you're concerned about safety, that would be an issue. I wouldn't choose to stay here again, but it was Labor Day weekend and all the other places were much more expensive. If you're not looking for luxury and don't mind the that the place could use some serious updating, then it should be ok.

4th floor room. NO ELEVATOR!!!!!!
- 3/5
The decor was nice.

As I pulled into the parking lot to check in, I immediately noticed a large crowd of people, with motorcycles in the parking lot drinking. Apparently, this hotel hosts bike nights on Thursdays throughout the summer. There were a band and an outdoor bar that was set up in the side parking lot. I would say there were between 125-150 people there drinking, dancing, and listening to the band until 9 PM. I know 9 PM isn't late, but the band was literally set up in the parking lot, right below my window (lucky me). I have no problem with hosting a bike rally as a business; however, it would have been nice if I knew ahead of time. The gentlemen that checked me in were nice and friendly. There are two restaurants (Chili's and a local Italian restaurant) in very close proximity (My meal at Chili's was not very good). The elevator was broken, pool was closed at 7PM (instead of the published time of 10 PM), there was no working vending machines (and nothing nearby to walk to). Not my worst stay ever, and sometimes you get what you pay for.
- 3/5
Park Manor was a nice place to stay. I would stay there again. The only negative thing was the elevator was broken and my room was on the 3rd floor. Wouldn't have been bad if my breathing was too notch. There was also no hair dryer.

Outdated and no elevator
- 3/5
Elevator not working! Plus there were no rooms on first floor
- 5/5
Other than the elevator being out of order, the lobby and our room were very clean. Shows some signs of age but overall a pretty good deal. Parking was good and there were plenty of dining options in the area.
- 3/5
was ok. no continental breakfast and the Elevator wasn’t working
- 1/5
Take your credit card and RUN! Arrived 8PM and thought it was odd that staff dressed in their own street clothes (no uniforms customary of large hotel) Learned immediately the ELEVATOR was out, and all remaining rooms were up 6 FLIGHTS. After unpacking and prepping for a shower found the SHOWER was broken. Went to call the front desk and the PHONE didn't work. Called them on our own cell phones multiple times before a pickup. They moved us to the room next door. It had 4 lamps with a total of 2 BULBS. Then the WATER PRESSURE was low in the toilet and tub. The THERMOSTAT did little to adjust the temperature. BEDDING was thin, older, and hot! Couldn't wait to get the heck out of there 12 hours later, especially after noticing the LOBBY FURNITURE and rugs were very dingy, marked up, and old. All this joy for over $200. Hope you have better luck.....
- 2/5
We were on the 4th floor! The suite was big but definitely needs some TLC. Guy at front desk was nice. The restaurant/bar is terrible
- 2/5
The elevator was not working and I was on the 4th floor. There were no towels in the room. The manager was friendly and responsive.
- 5/5
Price was right. Elevator is not working
- 1/5
Elevator not working, stairway dark, cig burns on furniture. Old ratty lamps, bands play there and can’t sleep. Side doors don’t lock. Outside facility not maintained. Only Tv is Roku. Staff was nice.
- 5/5
Check-in was easy. Staff was accommodating. Only issue was the elevator.
- 4/5
Great location
- 2/5
Very unimpressed. The photos are misleading because the hotel is poorly kept- shabby and in need of attention from the very small staff. Elevator was out of service our entire stay and reviews on Google indicate this is a regular occurrence.
- 4/5
Our room was extremely clean and well maintained. The lobby was also well kept. The elevator is not working and from looking at previous reviews, it seems like it has been out of commission for some time. Our room was on the 2nd floor and we only had a small bag so walking was no issue.
- 5/5
Very clean and classy! Only there for one night but still at affordable price for a great place.
- 2/5
Poor. Elevator out whole week. Poor House keeping.
- 1/5
Refrigerator didn't work. The place where a desk is supposed to be was vacant. No microwave! Saturday was like a rock concert till 1:00 AM. Couldn't sleep. Not much good I can say. But no they weren't going to do anything about it. No elevators either. Place is a joke as far as I can say!!!

Booked this stay for a visit to Saratoga checked in on a Friday and out on a Sunday. We checked in on Friday afternoon and were told after we checked in that the Elevator was broken and would have to use the stairs. We were given a room on the third floor. This was inconvenient, but I thought things happen. We observed 2 men in and out of rooms and they identified themselves as housekeeping. Never did they use any cleaning products or run a vacuum they walked into rooms, emptied trash cans and supplied new towels. The room we stayed in was old and unclean, stains in the toilet, the tub was worn, chipped, dirty and not clean. while sitting on the bed, another guest used her key to enter our room, stating she too had been assigned our room after checking in more than 5 hours after us and had to walk back down 3 flights with her suitcases to get another room. I called down to the front desk to complain about this happening and was just apologized to. Later that evening we returned from dinner our keys did not work. We had to walk back down 3 flights of stairs, the attendant was rude and didn't apologize, instead blamed us stating we must have put the cards near our phones. This happened 2 additional times when we left the hotel and returned. I demanded a manager and was told she would call me, but I still haven't received a call. The side doors to the hotel were never locked This hotel should not be charging over $250 a night and even operating in these conditions.
- 3/5
The elevator was out of commission for my three day stay, so I had to walk the stairs to the third floor. The staff helped me with my luggage, but I had to lug stuff up and down the rest of the time.
- 4/5
good stay-need more than 2 towels/bathtub VERY SLIPPERY & no grab bars…..otherwise very clean & comfortable
- 4/5
Very clean hotel, great staff. The elevator was broken, but there was a discount given due to the broken elevator.
- 1/5
We quickly checked out; bathroom was quite dirty, shower was covered in mold, toilet didn’t flush, 2 lamps were broken, tv wouldn’t turn off, and walls filthy with splashed who knows what.. Staff was helpful and offered us another room, but I had too many doubts on cleanliness and no desire to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs again as elevator was also out of service.
- 3/5
This hotel is in need of serious updates. My hotel was what looked like ceiling and wall repairs were done by a 5yo. Ceiling in bathroom looked like it was about to fall in. The service was pretty much nonexistent, waited a long time for someone to check me in and out. Was told by the front desk the elevator just broke yesterday so i would have to walk upstairs to my room. Read reviews and found that the elevator has been broken for almost a year. The stairwell to walk upstairs was dimly lit holes in the walls smelled and was very dirty. The side door to the hotel was unlocked all nite. I was told it was broken. This is a serious safety issue as this door leads right to the dtaiwell. I will not be staying at this hotel again.
- 2/5
Elevator was not working - how long ? and it continues to be down and had to carry the suitcases three floors for check in snd check out
- 4/5
Elevator out of order on the third floor not very convenient not offered any reduction in price or credit for future stay. Unsafe practice leaving side door unlocked so employees can have smoke breaks but anyone can walk in. It’s a beautiful hotel but breakfast was very limited. I would consider staying there again in the future if I we’re compensated for the inconvenience I experienced this time.
- 2/5
Sounds like this elevator not working for some. Period of time. I’m supposed to come back in two weeks and I will cancel
- 2/5
Elevator was broken - lights in room were flickering the whole time - no desk area in room to work at - stair cases were poorly lighted - broken glass on the ground in the patio area
- 4/5
gym equipment was in very good condition. accommodated my late check out request
- 2/5
Elevator was broken, no offer of help to get bags up to room. Room wasn’t in great condition. Lots of little things not unkept in room. Chairs were stained. Room not very clean.
- 5/5
Everything is GREAT, except the elevator is not working.
- 2/5
The hotel was in need of an update, the elevator was broken. There was no one around to help take my luggage to the third floor as they were busy getting rooms ready at 4:00pm which is check in time. Also the water pressure was poor.
- 2/5
Elevator broke for 2 days , ice machine broke, no bottled water
- 4/5
Had to walk up three flights of stairs. Elevator was broken.
- 3/5
No elevator service is a severe problem for seniors.
- 2/5
Continental breakfast was non existent. Toaster crumbs all over,, bagels and packets of oatmeal in the lobby. Towels, 2 per room , thin and scratchy. Rooms are big that’s it. Won’t be back. Plenty of other hotels around.
- 2/5
Door was broken and had 2 small pillows to go with our queen bed.
- 4/5
Overall this was a nice hotel. Unfortunately while we were there the elevator was out of service so everyone had to go up/down stairs to get to their room/lobby. Minor inconvenience really.
- 4/5
Was very quiet and very clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Close to Saratoga track and a great steak house. The elevator was broke - no first floor rooms luckily we got 2nd floor but we had one traveler that was difficult for. Reasonable price for what they have - pool & gym, decent continental breakfast & cereals for kids. Would gladly stay there next season if elevator works. Nice bar with a happy hour.
- 2/5
That'll do for the purposes of this review.
- 4/5
The elevator was out of service which was a bit inconvenient but doable. Needs a bit more updating and sparkle. Pricing was good and nice touch with a complimentary continental breakfast in the lobby. Convenient location.
- 5/5
There was a restaurant on the property which was convenient. Not much else within walking distance, but for what I needed - place to stay and place to get food - it was sufficient.
- 3/5
The elevator was not working during my visit. The entry light upon entering the room was out and the AC worked just "okay".
- 2/5
not in good conditions
- 3/5
The bed had a hole on my husband’s side. They came and flipped the bed and put a mattress pad on it. Not the best solution, but they did fix the problem for our short-term stay. Elevator was out of order on our last night and the morning of checkout. We had two bikes that were in our hotel room being stored, and we were on the fourth floor. We had to carry them down the stairs. Coffee was some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had.
- 5/5
Would stsy again if in this area.
- 4/5
Unfortunately, our room was on the 3rd floor
- 3/5
Overall a decent place. Clean and safe. Price was ok $250 for a night but it was due to Saratoga racing weekend all hotels were grossly overpriced. At least this was manageable cost. Front desk was friendly Room was big. Could use updates but not bad
- 4/5
Presents nicely but could be so much better.
- 4/5
I liked the decor of the room and hotel its location ,pricing and walking distance to restaurants. Would’ve liked more than one towel per person in the room
- 3/5
The hotel restaurant/bar was a lot of fun with great staff!
- 3/5
Our room was not ready when we arrived. When our room was deemed "ready" if was not clean. We reserved a king bed and got a queen in an accessible room which we did not want. The free breakfast was abysmal. We did not utilize that amenity.
- 3/5
the bathtub looked old and worn. the door handle had to be pulled up instead of down so the first day I couldn't get into my room. other parts of the room were clean, but lighting was dim. I had to write and could barely see.
- 5/5
Fantastic!
- 3/5
Clean and a nice size room. Bathroom sink facet was broken. The water in the shower was hot but after letting it run for 20 plus minutes. Towels are so thin and disappointing. Plus you only got two thin towels and a couple hand and face towels. The curtains in the room are short so we had to rig them up to block out as much as the light from outside.
- 5/5
Great place!
- 3/5
When we arrived around 12:30 PM, we were told the rooms had been given to other guests and we’d now have to wait until 2:00 PM. This was frustrating as we had planned to get ready for the races. The front desk said they needed time to clean more rooms, asking for an hour. As we pushed for clarification, the timeline kept shifting—first 60 minutes, then 30, then 20—which made the whole situation feel disorganized and unclear. We politely asked for the early check-in fee to be waived, considering we were bringing in over $1,200 in business for just one night, and to their credit, they did waive the fee, which we appreciate. Still, the initial lack of flexibility and reluctance to accommodate us left a poor impression. That said, the rooms themselves were spacious and clean, which is the most important part of any hotel stay. However, customer service could definitely use improvement. Also worth noting: the hotel had a very strong smell throughout the common areas, which may bother some guests.
- 5/5
Great stay. Excellent
- 4/5
Solid stay. No hot water for the first 2 hrs .. and no elevator. But overall solid
- 1/5
Our room was extremely dirty and so was the bathroom, mold on the windowsills. Nothing had been changed or wiped down lots of stains and hair on the bed that was not mine.
- 2/5
Slow check in. No hot water
