It’s was a clean place to sleep for a night or two, beyond that, I would stay at a nicer place. I thought the price was a little high for what I got.

I really liked the room — it was comfortable and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout my stay, which made a big difference. I also enjoyed the café, which had good products and great service. Honestly, nothing to mention. Everything met my expectations.

Her drinks were perfectly made, balanced, and honestly some of the best I’ve had. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and truly cares about her guests’ experience. Beyond the great cocktails, it was her attitude and energy that made the biggest difference—she made me feel relaxed, taken care of, and at ease. Monique turned a rough day into a great night and an even better stay. She is truly amazing, and I would absolutely come back just to experience her hospitality again.

The room was actually nice and clean just “warm”. The thermostat was FIXED on heat 73.. there was no way to turn it down or off. The staff said to check the wall unit (which said use wall thermostat). Next they offered to send SECURITY to the room.. Now I don’t know why that was an option.

Everything was great…..just didn’t realize until after that you have to pay for parking separately.

Don’t stay here!!! I had an early 5am flight and Didn’t get any sleep at all! The people in the next room were so loud!!! I called the office several times and nothing was done!!! They keep banging on the wall opening and slamming the door shut! Front office said they would send security and talk to them. Never happened!!! They just keep getting louder and louder!! Would’ve definitely not stay here again. Staff was not helpful at all!!! Nothing!!!!

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Others were given breakfast vouchers in front of me at check-in and when I asked, I was told that I should have checked-in earlier as it was for distressed passengers whose flight was cancelled. Ours was cancelled. :-/ Not a good experience.

All the staff was very helpful and friendly. The cleaning ladies are top notch and very kind aswell. Great location and nice vibes.

The room was really nice and right next to the airport. I never got my deposit baxk even though I was told at checkout I would get it baxk within so many business days. It's now been a month

The property never responded to several messages, and in the end, my entire stay was horrible.

Location is the only thing we like. The staff are not do what they supposed to do ,while the breakfast was included withe price we pay they charged us for breakfast, even I show her the confirmation they said it didn't show them in their end .we had told that third party that is Booking. Com problem.

I wish the shuttle catered to 5am flights. I had to call Uber. I did use the Shuttle from the airport and the driver was very friendly. The staff and facility was nice.

The property was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location close to the airport. There’s really nothing I can say negative about this hotel. The staff was wonderful, so I have nothing negative to say about my experience.

Jacuzzi in room was broken and paid too much to not enjoy it

I didn't like that someone (assuming staff) moved things around in my room while I was gone. No nothing was taken, but I didn't ask for service.

The first thing I noticed was how great it smells. I would like to order that scent for home. Very comfortable bed and friendly staff.

The experience was wonderful and the room was great. I have been there a few times and i have enjoyed each stay . me and my spouse ordered from the kitchen and went down and got our food and we were not satisfied with the food. I am definitely going to get food before we go or get door dash instead of ordering from the hotel.

Nothing to talk about. I was mad for paying for the best room view you guys got and ended up given a vehicle parking view. Angry.

During my 3-night stay, the fire alarm went off 3xs in one night and I was mysteriously charged $22.57 after departing. The front desk or management did not apologize for the alarms and would not provide a receipt upon checkout. I knew something was foul right then. Would not recommend.

While I feel the property was aged and needs renovation, time spent was a very relaxing stay.

Had to wait to check in because the hotel was fully booked and still turning over the rooms. Also, we booked a room with a sleeper sofa, but there was no linen in the room nor enough towels for the three people the room was booked for so I had to go down to the front desk to get what we needed. Service was fine. Nothing amazing but everyone was nice and polite

It was good for a quick turn around. Close to party venue and brunch spot we went to.

The water pressure in the shower was very low. A higher pressure in the shower is always better.
