Services were open upon our late arrival at about 2 o’clock in the morning got us checked in and we’re very friendly considering they definitely were asleep when we knocked on the door. The location was perfect for our trip to Myrtle Beach. It was also very nice to find a somewhat affordable room for one night with a dog. Our corgi absolutely loved being able to make her first trip and sleep in the bed with mom and dad, the room was as clean as you would want it to be for a one night stay and we had zero issues whatsoever the entire time we were there. There was no breakfast but then again we woke up at 9 o’clock. It shouldn’t detract from the property whatsoever especially with our one night stay.

Check in was ok. Room has had a mild makeover. Bathroom door had been damaged. When closing made awful creaking noise. Original 60 year old bathroom. Filthy plastic cart with soap and shampoo on it. This place will be my 1st and last trip.

The staff was very friendly. The amenities were pretty basic, no hairdryer. The showerrod at the wall was brokennsonthe shower curtain sagged intonthe tub and water got on the floor. Breakfast was coffee and package muffins.

Overall it was good for the price. Expedia said it included breakfast but the they only had coffee and little packaged muffins. They also only had little powder creamer packets and sugar for the coffee. It was gross. The Days Inn we stayed at down the road in Blythewood had a really nice breakfast so we had too high of expectations for this one downtown.

To start off, I originally picked this hotel because it said it was only 6 miles away from the destination that I had to go to the Next morning. We get up the next morning and start heading to our destination and we’re almost 30 minutes away and we were like 13 miles away so that was a lie on top of. They are supposed to have a pool. They have a pool but they keep it locked. That was another reason why I rented that one we wanted to swim on our stay there but we were unable to then we get up to our room. I’m standing on the balcony. You’ve got people out in the back parking lot selling drugs Nowhere to park because there’s people out there in the cars shooting up drugs with needles like we physically watched them the people didn’t even stay at this hotel but yet they were allowed to stay and hold up parking spots, which made it to where I couldn’t even park my car where I could physically see it then we get in the hotel room. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. My hips and back killed me all night long the whole time we were there, I was unable to sleep on top of someone that was staying next-door to us using a vacuum cleaner every night around 2 AM. It was like clockwork every daywaking us up with the vacuum cleaner banging the walls. Then the air conditioner did not hardly work. it felt like a fan. It was very humid and hard to breathe and I already have breathing issues so that was very hard on me. The refrigerator was leaking water. We had to put a towel underneath it.

The people work there, steal your Phone data,workers stand outside your room with phone hacking device. Second, TV don't work, noise from other side of room all night, these noise occurred, others bookings under our name and getting note our card don't work, that why we are now paying at property. ID theft, older people was told it's coming from third party people, why?

Booked a King room. No King room available upon check in. Received Double, no problem. Bed bugs in one bed and something that looked suspiciously like dried feces. Vanity had deep crack along the length of the top that was held together by crazy glue. Walls paper thin...could hear the conversations of people in next room and of course the multiple people engaged in intercourse in the room was the icing on the cake. I kept getting up to check on my vehicle since there was a guy lurking outside

Overall the facility was ok. I was ok with the broken table in the room. I placed a bag on the table and the entire table fell over. Coming to find out the of four legs only hade three. The table was being held by the chair pushed underneath until I moved it out.

Chose this because I had just walked away from different hotel that was infested. Didn't see any here but that was only good point. Sagging old bed, broken run down furniture, dirty rag towel left on shower rod. Miserable.

Front desk staff was very friendly and caring. Even though the hotel was booked solid and she was probably very busy, she took time with me and chatted about things happening around town. Room 201 was extremely clean and bed was very comfortable. Parking area was safe and well lit. Could not have asked for a better experience.

From the second I walked in the room I was constantly coughing from the smell and mold. I have asthma and had numerous asthma attacks. The bathtub was full of mold and the room reeked of smoke. I paid for two nights and only stayed one because I didn’t sleep due to the smell. The Continental breakfast was a joke and the service was non existent. I’ve never had such a horrible hotel stay.

Carpets were somewhat grungy and really needed a steam shampoo cleaning. It was at a facility that was Pet friendly. Though we kept our doggie in the crate because he was sniffing wildly around the room..!! 🤔🤔

This is my second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time. It was a family stop the first time and this time just me and my husband.

I booked the hotal for 2 nights. To see my son at ft.jackson. i spent one night thier i would have left the night i got there but i could not get a refund and there was no where else to stay. I killed 8 roaches the alarm clock had a short in it the. Blanket had 15 cigarett burns in it. I told the front desk about it the next day he said sorry he will have the bug guy check ot out. He did not offer a refund gor the night we was not staying.

We stayed at this motel for 12 days with in 3 weeks. Motel was clean and staff was very helpful. Our rooms were clean each day we arrived back to our rooms. Motel is older but have no complaints. I would stay here again.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. But walking up to the room, i smelled marijuana. Got in the room, paint was coming off of the cieling, there was bugs everywhere, the outlet was broke. My girls went to get their bags and there was 2 guys standing outside our door, smoking a blunt. With 7 kids and being by myself, I felt very unsafe and the place was disgusting. We left and found somewhere else to stay.

Room smelt damp and musty, curtain was hanging off rail, shower rail hanging off wall. Beds appeared clean and adequate. Half used shower gel as the toiletry collection! coffee only for 1 even though it was a double room Thankfully I was out early and back late so no time to worry about the niceties. Didn't expect much but got less. Lesson learned

The rooms were extremely shabby and worn. They did not smell clean. Furniture was different in each room, like the remnants of a mismatched garage sale. The continental breakfast was stale cereal, hard bread, and yogurt that expired 45 days previously.

Couch was useless to sit on, the breakfast was the worst I have ever had in a days inn which is usually the only hotels I stay at in my travels.

I must have missed the memo about the dough party. It was very early but an invite would have been nice. Around 3am I heard a very excited lady yelling to "open the dough". The. She would yell and run down the stairs and honk her horn. Almost like a gameshow, I do to think she won though. She must have ran down the stairs at least four times. When I checked in I was not even offered any dough, so for that. I will give this place a two star. **

The carpet was dirty, there were burn holes as big as .50 cent peices in the bedspread. It was a trashy looking neighborhood and there were no places nearby to eat.The bathroom flooded and we had to move to another room.We were there to see our son gradauate from basic training. I would not recomend anyone to stay there.

Booked this place too late on Expedia. Hotels in Columbia were overpriced due to Gamecocks playing Mizzou. Thankfully they lost. Place is old and moldy but in the end the room served its purpose as a place to sleep on a three day road trip.

It was AWFUL!! When we drove up 10-15 nasty, stained mattresses out front. Our" non-smoking " room reeked of smoke. We simply left & called days inn corporate to complain & asked for money back

NEGATIVES: Sketchy location with a sketchy truck stop next door. The room keys worked like garbage- it took MANY swipes of the magnetic key card in order to unlock my room door and this was very obnoxious. I didn't like being put in a smoking room (without comment at check-in), then having to wait forever for the desk clerk to reassign me to a non-smoking room. POSTIVES: Although the facility is older, the rooms seemed clean. I liked having a spacious room with a small sofa, mini fridge, and microwave. The TV and iwireless nternet were steady and reliable. Breakfast was nice. BOTTOM LINE: Inexpensive but it has warts.

Our family got two rooms, as we were there for a military graduation. The rooms were neat and clean. There was an issue with one room before I arrived. It was taken care of quickly. The microwave and refrigerator worked well, in our room (the fridge in the other room didn't work well). The kids took advantage of the pool. It was a short, enjoyable stay.

A few lights in the room didn't work. Killed a few bugs. They key kept deactivating. And at 11 AM sharp I was getting a call to say its time to check out. I told the person we were getting dress now and will be out in a few. Two minutes later someone was walking in the room and I had to scream hold on. Again we are getting dressed. I would never stay there again or recommended to anyone. This is not a 2.8 rating. This is more of a 0.8 rating.

my room was dirty and old looking, the lamps and ironing boards were filthy. I couldnt really sleep because the interstate could be heard. It was located behind a truck stop so i didnt expect a 5 star experience i guess i got what i paid for. the breakfast was ok! it was cheap so I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR!!

I booked this room because it was close to the place I had an engagement at that night. Didn't wanna drive back home late at night. This room met my expectations. It was really clean and comfortable. The only thing was having to walk up stair with 5 day post-op knee surgery but that was due to rooms booked up. Would stay here again. Great value...needs bigger lobby.

Could not find resv. You fax a cpoy over for room. He fliors were not clean. I would gave been fine but at 11:08 get call if I am going to ck out advise yeas apologize for being late. Before five mins was up some lady comes in the door. I did not have on ny bottom. She stands their looking. I started yelling because I was undress. She leaves calls back started arguing with me about leaving. I advice here that I would call the police she does not know the law. The worst experience I have every had.

We booked it for my wife's graduation from basic training and it served the purpose. Really all we did was sleep there and relax. The hotel staff was very nice and cooperative. The breakfast was the worst part. Location to the base was perfect and All other restaurants and shopping centers. I would stay here again for the same situation.

Just returned from this hotel on 1/17/14 and it needs some help the pictures online are from when it first opened and there was nothing within walking distance my room had a leaking sink a stained couch and a shower curtain that didn't fit also the cable to the tv barley worked and the "complementary breakfast" was a joke wasn't satisfied with the hotel at all

I slept great which was strange - the bed was very comfortable. The box spring had a huge wide blood stain on it as if someone bled out, kind of creepy. The room is tiny and run down. It is not quiet, the highway is very noisy next to it. The people are creepy, the bathroom is gross, the towels were so scratchy. I was visiting my husband at Ft Jackson so it was convenient but I will never go to a Days Inn again.

All my ratings factor in the cost of the stay. Due to how inexpensive this room was, it was acceptable. It was a clean bed to stay in for the night, and that's about all the good I can say about it.
