My gps placed me in the middle of a neighborhood. There was a leak in the kitchen, and my socks were black. You get what you pay for.

There was a very small stove. No dishes, no pots, no pans, no dish soap, no sponge. The counters were dirty. So were the knobs on the stove. There were no sponges no dish soap. We had 2sets of towles in the room for a shower. Mind u we stayed 3 nights. Every day we had to get clean towels. Worst part is they checked us in. And we were in the wrong hotel. We had zero service or contact with staff until almost 2 days after check in.

The room we stayed in was extremely disgusting! Tons of dust, very dirty floor, roaches, water bubble that busted on the ceiling, holes in the doors and walls, tons of water damage on door and floor by the bath. This place needs to be torn down.

Front Desk Associate was amazing and kind . What we didn’t notice until the 2nd night that there was a. bullet hole in the freezer and bullet holes in the bathroom that they didn’t do a great job at covering it up . Door made us somewhat nervous because room door closed and locked but the bottom of the door looked like it had been kicked in and had not been fixed . Room 205 needs to be checked out
- 1/5
The room was dirty, sink and wood was warp. Refrigerator never clean. Smell bad. Left the motel and never slept in the room. Went to Hilton Garden.

This place was so dirty could not even stay for the night so filthy piss smell dirty floors drugs outside and i am still waiting for my refund was not even there for 20 minutes was so scared, what a terrible experience.
- 1/5
Mold, stained mattress, extremely poor condition.
- 1/5
Room was never cleaned and I never saw anyone to fix it. Old linens left on the ground the whole time and no linens on the bed (I provided my own). Old food left in the Microwave and waste not removed from previous tenant. Half the furniture looked like it had been vandalized, hinges broken, drawers closed with the help of duct tape. It was a ghetto. Will never stay in an ESA again.
- 1/5
The room was absolutely disgusting! Roaches LIVE ROACHES ..just so gross. Dirty. Broken cabinets Don’t stay here
- 1/5
Room was one of the worst I’ve stayed. Broken fixtures, light bulbs missing, ripped carpet, leaking shower. Walls so thin we felt like we were sharing a room with the loud, drunk neighbors. Homeless people everywhere and seems like a government subsidized housing situation.
- 1/5
The room was dirty upon arrival pillows YELLOW Soon as I check in instead of relaxing I had to remake the bed clean the room roaches were in the bathroom as well as the room the hotel looks nothing like the pictures advertised was very dissatisfied my whole trip
- 1/5
The room was literally missing a window. The plexiglass that was placed over it was as secure as you would expect, you would think the window is missing. There is a cat colony there which in itself isnt an issue until they start fighting and meowing in unison. The office chair in the room looked like it was 20 years old and had a mystery fluid spilled on it everyday for those 20 years. The other furnature is to be as expected, looks like a cat got it them. I did not even feel comfortable taking my shoes off, it was that bad.The poor guy at the front desk was doing his best however. Tried calling for a refund but the phone just rang and rang until it eventually hung up. i was only there maybe an hour and 30 minutes of that was waiting in the lobby for a room after i had already reserved in advanced, whilst other customers just walked in and were handed a key. I left and ended up sleeping in my truck.

The room was dirty. It was roaches all over the place. The toilet was broken.
- 1/5
Room had not been cleaned AT ALL. Hair on towels that were refolded; pubic hair on sheets; non-operable shower; floprs not vaccuumed or mopped; blood or other bodily fluid stains on walls and doors. Broken cabinetry in kitchen.Manager checked in my guests and was not welcoming. I was horrifies to learn that this was my guests' experience. I want a full refund amd will be requestong same from hotel, following email to manager, with all photo evidence of unsanitary conditions.
- 1/5
TV did not work.....cabinet doors not operating or broken.....no USB ports.......not very clean....road going in to property in very poor condition....large pot holes
- 1/5
The rooms were disgusting, the doors were practically falling off the hinges, they were horribly maintained and overall seemed very unsafe.
- 1/5
This experience was nightmarish. Got into town late are booking this hotel. Paid in full thru app. Upon arrival found out hotel has no after hours check in (12:35AM). Called number on hotel door got some chick on the phone having a house party who told me contact hotels for a resolution andThat I would need to find a new place to stay. Hotels.com as well as myself and corporate for Extended Stay America have made several attempts to contact the hotel for a refund since I didn’t stay there a nobody ever answers the phone. I was charged almost $200 for a stay that never occurred and I honestly feel robbed
- 1/5
The property looks terrible, the room smelled badly, the other guests were noisy and always banging on walls. I won’t be coming back here unless I’m desperate.
- 2/5
The room felt neglected, they had to move my room at least 3 times. First they gave me a room that was already occupied, second the fridge didn't work and they finally managed to get me a room eventually
- 1/5
There were cockroaches in the room, the room was rundown. The staff tried to offer me to stay in another room, but it's clear that upper management doesn't care about the property, and they are fighting me on a full refund. Stay away from this place!!!
- 2/5
The staff was not the best customer service representatives for any business. One of the staff members just provided someone with access to my room without verification or questions just gave them a key. I thank God nothing bad come of it but the principle of the matter. Few repairs was unfinished and no rush to complete them.
- 1/5
When we got there to check in we were informed they didn’t have a room for us. Was told they had been trying to get in touch with me since 3pm however, I did not have any missed calls nor voice mails. Was told there was nothing they could do.
- 5/5
It was nice
- 1/5
after a long day of travel i was first checked into an occupied room then went back and got our room which had exposed wires, the security lock on the door was broken off, the floorboards were coming off the walls, vinyl flooring was peeling back and when the sun went down cricket like bugs came out of it
- 1/5
The washer I used didn't work. All of the dryers had out of order stickers so I just chose on it worked with two days
- 1/5

- 5/5
Yes
- 1/5
Despite that, I had no idea what I was getting into. The "lobby" was small, dingy, and smelled wet and mildew-y. When I entered my room, the scent of homeless people hit me- I work retail and encounter the smell often. Which is strange considering they have soap and probably have laundry services... please wash yourselves yall. It was strong, I felt a horrible feeling in my gut. There were roaches running around, and a leak behind the toilet. There was a giant burn mark as big or bigger than my hand on the floor next to the bed. I felt so claustrophobic because it was just so disgusting and filthy. I barely got any sleep because of my fear of the roaches and because the window pane was COMPLETELY REMOVED and someone with knowledge of it could have come in knowing there was a woman alone! I slept with one eye open.
- 3/5
Room was clean, but outdated. No toilet paper in the bathroom and very thin blanket. But overall a good sta. Budget friendly
- 1/5
I didn't get to stay there was no one to check me in
- 1/5
Room was smelling to weed and cigarettes, plus no housekeeping and everything was clean less
- 1/5
Room was gross doors on kitchenette were broken. door handle on bathroom was broken. Just dirty overall. Will never stay there again.
- 4/5
Its a budget friendly hotel. It does receive a variety of people. Businessman, bikers, students, etc.

TERRIBLE! Did not stay! Arrived later than we wanted due to not being able to locate the facility. Called the hotel and the front desk clerk was very nice in trying to help my family find where the hotel was located. Once we arrived, we knew it was sketchy. I walked into the front office to check in and the clerk insisted that I look at the room before checking in. She said “the furniture is busted up.” Grabbed my husband and walked to the room. The smell of marijuana was EVERYWHERE! The room was NASTY and reeked of cigarette smoke. Went back to the front desk to cancel the reservation but the clerk said that I couldn’t since it was done through a 3rd party agency. Tried to call the night of to cancel the reservation but couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Immediately left to find somewhere else to stay!

Dead roach on the bed. Pubic hair in the bed. Paint peeling. Everything had been ripped off of the wall. Frayed carpet. Reeked of smoke. Overhead light missing. Lamps broken with bulb just hanging. Huge spider in the bathroom. Mold.
- 1/5
This place was filthy! The cabinets were cracked and broken and hanging off hinges. We actually stuck to the floor it was that bad. Booked for 3 nights, after 1st night, checked out and demanded refund! Furniture was also broken! I have pictures I am sending to Corporate for esa, hotels.com and BBB.
- 1/5
The rooms were very nice, however at about 2:30am the was very loud talking, preventing me from sleeping. A complaint was made, but no action was taken. The talking continued until at least 5:00am when I left for work.
- 3/5
Front desk was helpful in exchanging rooms as the first had a horrible smell of nicotine throughout the room. Second room was better.
- 1/5
This was the most disgusting room i have ever stayed in and i travel very frequently. I checked in around 9:45 pm. They close their office at 10. I went to grab some food. So when i got back the office was closed. I walked into the room to find the bathroom sink full of gross water with hair and a dead spider. There was brown water pooling out of the kitchen sink. The toilet seat was broken off and there was no toilet paper. I had to work early so i didn't have time for the off site person to show up and help. I went to work and stopped by the office. I was told someone would clean it. I was told the only other room smelled like smoke. Hours later someone finally showed up. I was eventually given a new room. I was 3 roaches in the 2 nights. I would have left but as i work 12 hour shifts i just toughed it out cause i only sleep there. I had this place booked for 7 more weekends. Obviously i am canceling that and am seeking a refund for the first night
- 2/5
Sounds cruel but it is not a good place to stay. Dirty and drug paraphernalia in the parking lot. Lots of little kids left to roam.
- 1/5
Most disgusting hotel room ive ever been in. Im staying here for the 3rd weekend in a row on a work trip. The rooms are not nice but i wanted a cheap place so i rolled with it. But this time it was disgusting. I was in the same room i was in last week. I checked on around 9:50 (they close the office at 10) i went and got food and came back. The office was closed. I checked into my room to find a sink full of filthy water with hair and a dead spider in it. The kitchen sink was leaking dirty brown water. The toilet seat is coming off. Also there was no toilet paper. I worked at 12 hour shift came back and the office was open. I told the lady at the desk about an hour ago. Nothing has been done, no refund or anything offered. I brought up a room change and she said there wasnt anything other than a room that smelled like smoke. Absolutely disgusting and no one cares. I travel often and this is the worst room experience i have ever had. I have pictues
- 1/5
Room was awful. Could see out the door, bed was not made, chair was held together with duct tape. Kitchen space was broken and not clean. I didn’t even make it to the bathroom.
- 1/5
Rather live in a crack house it's that bad. Ceiling was leaking with peeling paint, toilet wouldn't flush, microwave is rusted pretty much everything's rusted, floor was peeling, just so many inconveniences and I'm not really picky on hotels. The only thing it's good for is to sleep for the night and then head out in the morning.
- 2/5
Air conditioning was not great. Sheets and comforter were damp as if not dry when made. Roaches were visible within room. Dead and alive. There was no coffee pot or complimentary coffee as website described. One night stay and had to ask for toiletries which were supposed to be in the room.
- 1/5
Door to room didn’t shut entirely. Burn marks all over floor. Furniture looked like it came from a dumpster. Toilet didn’t flush completely and there was sh*t in the toilet. Smoke alarm kept beeping and there wasn’t a battery in it. Room smelled like cigarette/marijuana. Didn’t stay in the room. Checked out immediately.
- 1/5
Not only did we have a room booked for 3months ahead of time we called let them know running late but still be there, when went to check in Told us No Rooms Available… Everything else was sold out ir too expensive so I took a look found a room so yes I found our room to stay in at there establishment. The 2nd night found someone had entered our room thru the window as it was nicely placed on floor near front door and they left a nice big brown present in the toilet least they could have done is flush…lol.
- 1/5
Worst experience ever, the bathroom was missing the sink pipes, and I was told they would give me a different room which never happened the four days I was there, constantly had to kill roaches and some type of worm looking things which means they do not treat the property for bugs. I was told I would get some money back, that didn’t happen as well..
- 1/5
Busted in room 310 and the middle of the night I wake up to a swarm of cockroaches swimming on the floor.
- 3/5
Place was dirty. Not too cleanly. I just needed a quick stay nearby which is why I booked. Don’t really recommend
- 1/5
Room smelled like weed. Bed was uncomfortable floor was dirty and tiles was lose
- 1/5
Terrible
- 1/5
My husband had trouble breathing.
- 1/5
Dirty, unclean and unsanitary. Actually found another persons garbage under the bed. Slept with the bed against the door because of the unsavory characters outside all night long. Terrible and will never go back
- 1/5
This hotel stay was one of the worst that I've ever experienced. The property was filthy. There were holes in the walls and broken amenities with roaches crawling all over when you turn the light on in the morning. My room wreaked of cigarette smoke to the point where I had to go get air fresheners for the room. The few nights that I was there my air conditioning unit was only blowing warm humid air. I called 2 days in a row and they did not fix it and told me they would try again tomorrow. I am there for work so sleep is very important to me and it is getting towards summertime so it is very hot. Only with the last night did I get a different room that actually had a working air conditioning unit. Do not stay here. I would never recommend this to anyone.
- 2/5
Not a good place to stay
- 4/5
Fairly clean and quiet
- 1/5
I walked into the room. The room was dirty. Furniture was old and dirty. A lamp had no bulb. There was a razor blade on the bathroom floor. Loose change throughout the room which tells me it was not cleaned. There was a smoke smell in the room. The place is a “no smoking” room. I have called both the hotel and Expedia and would like a refund. The place was filthy and felt unsafe. It is hard to believe they are renting out rooms in the filthy state it was in.
- 1/5
This place is dirty and everything is damaged.
- 2/5
Room had broken drawer, missing door lock, missing light bulb, walls and kitchen had peeling laminate and holes everywhere, bugs spotted in kitchen, unidentified matter left in bathroom trash can. Also right next to a highway with no sound baffle.
- 1/5
The room was horrible sagging mattress, missing drawer fronts, crack TV Screen, distressed condition, Crack Pipe in parking lot, dog poop all over and stray cats all around.
- 2/5
Very disappointed
- 2/5
Tissues all over the room/ broken television/ foul odor in the room
- 2/5
First we were given a room that had pevious customers personal property and was not clean. Before being reassigned to another room. There was water damage to the counter in the kitchenette, the bathroom door did not close, there was trim coming off the wall, the floor was not swept or mopped.
- 1/5
horrible stay i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. save your time money and stress.
- 1/5
The customer Service was horrible. This room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. My fiancé has a heart condition and we asked for a room on the 1st floor. We were told we can't get a room on the 1st floor and we struggled to lugging suitcases to the 3rd floor. We don't advise middle or upper class customers to stay here. Nothing against homeless people but this hotel is used for emergency housing assistance.
- 1/5
My room was filthy, trash (an entire old bag) was left in a cabinet under the stove, which was dirty. The drawers had filth, the bathroom, etc. Now to the bed... the bedding was obviously not cleaned after the last guest: there were stains, as well as other things. The lady at the desk (who seemed to take it jovial), told me that in order for me to have clean linen: I'd have to handle, to bring the soiled linen to the office myself. I am not pleased at all with this place.
- 4/5
nice
- 1/5
There where holes in the wall, fire detector hanging by its wire, no vent cover in the bathroom, no cover around sprinker in the bathroom, spider web in the corner, cockroches , shady people around, splash back missing at the sink in the kitchen,
- 3/5
The first room they put in had bedbugs and roaches .... Then they took so day the next day to switch my room..... But the guy at the front desk was very nice of the just cleaned up and fixed it up... And keep the nice staff it would be awesome
- 1/5
Will not be back
- 1/5
None of these ratings apply except for friendliness of staff, as my reservation was cancelled before i ever showed up to the hotel. Staff was very friendly and apologetic at the hotel. I got to the property and staff advised they could not honor my reservation due to flooding. I did not have a problem with this, as i am aware that accidents occur. Hotels.com called me as i was walking into the hotel office. I missed the call because i left my phone in the car while going to check in. They also sent me an email advising that my reservation could not be accomodated. When i called hotels.com back, to inquire about my refund, i was told they can't see any such email. They offer key cash for the amount of my reservation. I asked for a refund to my credit card instead of key cash and was told it would take up to 72 hours so they could confirm with the hotel that my cancellation was legit and not my fault. I am still waiting for a response.
- 5/5
An emergency stay during Hurricane Helene power outage. Amazingly helpful and supportive staff and manager. They were pulling out all the stops to accommodate storm refugees and turn over rooms as fast as possible. It was nice to be able to walk to Riverbanks Zoo, and a Waffle House and 7-11 store right across the street made it easy and cheap to get outside as soon as weather permitted.
- 1/5
The main office was very hard to find. Hidden.behind bushes. Room numbers too small, had to walk up to room doors. Broken tv in room, no cable, no remote, no telephone service.,no alarm clock.Mattress on bed worn out, needs mto be replaced. Refrigerator noisy.
- 1/5
Terrible!!! I was in town for a football game and didn't leave the stadium until after midnight. I get to the property and the lobby was closed, I called the after hours number and no answer, but I received a call back that only rung once, so someone saw and got the call, after multiple attempts to call again they're was no answer. I had to find other accommodations for the night, which was not easy. Never again!!!
- 2/5
Guy that checked me in and took my money was nice and friendly.

The location of the property wasn’t in a good place. The property rents lower cost for those who stay longer and the tenants smoke in front of their rooms, making the property stink. There wasn’t shower curtain in the bathroom. The towels weren’t washed but was folded up. The office closes early (9pm), probably they are short in staff. I accidentally booked this place as I was passing by, don’t make the same mistake.
- 1/5
Roaches everywhere and room was dirty. Bathtub and sink were clogged
- 1/5
It wasn’t close to anything. I have to drive 15-20 mins to get to a restaurant or anything
- 1/5
Terrible-filthy, dirty, washer under repair and so no spare towels, room floor dirty, room had ketch up spills, walls spoiled with dirt , sheets torn, blankets have holes, breakfast promised as per reservation but not provided as the new franchise removed it . Expedia however said they will reimburse the breakfast with receipts. Unable to sleep as noisy outside with swearing in and they have to call police. No safe drinking water, impolite counter staff-Anthony one example, request for room change and cleaning not attended. Overall the worst place in America we have ever lived.
- 3/5
No breakfast, apparently new owners and there is No breakfast
- 1/5
They stole my stuff when I went out, claiming they'd trashed it. Laptop charger, perfume, towel, clothes etc. Staff were very rude especially the manager. I had to call the Police before I was compensated. I'd rather sleep under a bridge than spend another night there.

Staying at this hotel has been a nightmare. From being harassed by a young man, just like a woman inappropriate touching on me making outrageous scenes and noises on the property, causing construction on the property harassing employees. I’ve seen this person prostitute on the property. Now the major thing is that since this person has been harassing me this person Called the police Columbia PD and tell them that I have someone else hostage in my bathroom. I literally put my safety as well as my freedom feel like I am in a comfortable place to sleep to enjoy my moments, not be bothered, but this person tried to get me arrested for something that was false as well as that I’ve been forced to pay Aunt saying that I have a balance of the weekend when I’m seeing balance sheets at this hotel balances over $2000 because the manager hotel has also mad the fact that someone stole my ID as well as my debit card use it to purchase a room for a whole week of $403 and $20. I would love to follow on this hotel for treatment as well as that for your employees person or that man my debit card to you I know that so I want my full refund back from this hotel Totaling the amount of $424.25 which cost my bank is now currently trying to get back based on the fraud claim Which I did enjoy and fear of my own safety and well-being
- 1/5
The rooms were smelly like dirty rotten feet. Tried a couple different rooms and they all smelled.
- 1/5
very dirty and unsafe
- 3/5
The rooms are dirty and no sign of sanitary
- 2/5
False advertising. No breakfast included. Ever. Then on 2-26 they took away the free coffee in the lobby. Staff was a true blessing. Bed was comfortable. Definitely needs updated.
- 3/5
Also they are not providing breakfast anymore which was not updated on hotel.com, very misleading!
- 1/5
This was the worst place we have ever seen!!!! The description and pictures provided did not even come close to being accurate. Our non smoking reeked of cigarette smoke and the smoked detector was removed from ceiling. I guess if you needed to buy some drugs, you didn't need to go far, there are dealers right out in the parking lot. Avoid this place like the plague!
- 2/5
My stay was okay up until I started seeing roaches while cooking and one crawled on me while sleeping
- 1/5
Was not clean a atmosphere.
- 3/5
Okay for one night, but make sure you have slippers and shower shoes. Floor in our room was VERY dirty. There was a hole in the bathroom door and the front door to outside didn’t close all the way. Sad that breakfast has been discontinued.
- 5/5
Very marvelous
- 5/5
Everything is marvelous
- 1/5
I experienced hair inside of my bed upon flipping the covers. I had to get new sheets also there was used soap in the shower already. Also stains throughout the room it was quite noisy with kids running throughout the night
- 1/5
It was horrible bugs ! The place was was dirty the bathroom door didn’t close ! Every time I wanted a a towel I had turn my old ones in myself so no extra towels nothing it was just horrible
- 1/5
Terrible
- 3/5
The maintenance in the room was poor (broken drawer, shelf without brace, etc.), and the cleanliness so- so (they were shorthanded that day, so perhaps that was the reason), but Sheila was amazing. Kudos to her!!!
- 3/5
Typical extended stay motel. Room smelled of past cooking, property dirty, room needed to be vacuumed and mopped. Next to interstate so very noisy. Pros: staff were friendly. Would not likely stay here again, price is cheap, and in this case you get what you paid for.
- 5/5
Easy check-in, location is in a great place, staff extremely nice
- 5/5
I actually enjoyed my stay , I just had like two bugs in my room not like big bugs or anything. Just typically bugs that can sneak in. It was crack in the bathroom but other than that great stay.
- 2/5
Check-in was pleasant. Room was supposed to be smoke free but reeked of cigarette smoke. Bed was clean and comfortable. Toilet seat was loose and falling off the toilet, a hazard and hotel room itself was acceptable for laying your head down for the night but outside of the room was dirty and unkempt.
- 1/5
This place is not at all how it looks on the internet. We didn’t even stay. Opened the door and asked for my money back. Absolutely disgusting!!! I better get my money back!!
- 2/5
Informed staff that refrigerator didn’t cool/cold my 2d day there. Took 4-day to fix, bugs in room, didn’t exterminate and floor was uneven, couldn’t keep drawers closed without peppering something in front of it😩
- 1/5
Thats what i get for going with the cheapest option. Seemed like a drug hotel. The walls seemed paper thin and i could clearly hear someone vomiting. The room smelled like cigarettes which i cannot stand and did not want all my clothes to take on the odor. The door was barely on the frame. I didn't feel safe leaving anything in my room or car. Left and ended up getting a room at Tru. One positive was the lady at the desk was nice.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and profesional
- 5/5
Excellent staff very welcome room was nice and clean.
- 3/5
Overall average experience. I had high hopes based on other reviews, however the room was not well cleaned (sponge left on top of the mirror, food product in the kitchenette, hole through the bathroom door) and guests were shouting well into the night. Pleasantly surprised by a grab-and-go breakfast. Very close proximity to the Pearson VUE testing center, but overall would not recommend to others planning a stay to take their exams.

First off, supposed to be a non smoking facility. I get checked in as soon as I open my room got smacked in the face with heavy smoke smell! Bathroom door was missing door knob and has hole from being kicked in! Lady at desk was nice enough for me to switch rooms. We checked another room was still smoky. Checked a 3rd room was okay however heard all the highway noise. Also felt unsafe there. Decided to just leave and go sleep in the car somewhere far from there. Grounds was filthy with used condoms in parking lot!

The room was in bad shape bathroom door and front door frayed badly at the bottom. Room smelt smoky. The room was clean just looked very old and dowdy

Rooms are unfortunately very dated, also bit dirty with garbage bag outside one of the rooms and dog poop in hallway that was not cleaned up, I alerted front desk at checkout. Also, only 1 chair for small kitchen table, need at least 2

When I pulled up I was scared to get out of my car. The area was dark and set in trees and they were random people standing around in the trees and on the side walk. The building was run down and nasty looking. I left did not even check in.

This hotel is the filthyest I've ever been in. The board of health needs to step in and shut this place down

Front desk nice but the property was not what it appears in the website. The room smell like smoke and no hot water On Sunday morning. I had to take a cold wash up! Polices where call outside my door the 1st night we were there. There were about 5 cars pulled up behind my granddaughters and I with K-9. She didn’t sleep well at all. ☹️

The hotel was much more run down than the photos make it seem. There was caution tape everywhere, no electrical outlets were covered, there were sharpie drawings all over the walls inside the room, holes in doors, and the carpet was more than questionable. The stains on the walls were concerning but could have been easily cleaned. I'm not sure how this hotel has a 6/10. We left a day early.

Property was fine. But, I needed to cancel my second night and bc I was 10 minutes after 6 Expedia would not allow that so I was charged for both nights. I won’t be using Expedia again if this isn’t refunded

One aggravation was that their advertised ‘breakfast’ was only a granola bar.

The room was in poor condition. Broken towel rack, rusty stove, gaps on the bottom and side of the main door going to the outside, burn hole in the chair, headboard with a mystery substance on it. Not impressed. When my friend checked in a man was following her in the parking lot so she walked around the long way so he wouldn’t see what room she went to. Definitely would not stay here again.

Carpet stains, holes in walls, lingering odors…. This place is a wreck

Della was absolutely sweet and very knowledgeable, Diane was also very nice. Both the rooms were clean and tidy, I’ll absolutely be staying here again when I pick my college student up in the spring

I have stayed at this brand hotel before. They normally have full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, pots and pans, silverware, glasses, bowls, plates. So quite surprised when there was nothing already in the room. I purposely brought food to cook. Front desk gave me a pot, pan and some plates, cups and silverware. My room was on the 3rd floor, and no elevators. Next there was no hair dryer, so another trip to front desk. My key didnt work, back to the front desk. When I got ready to cook my food, the 2 burner stove did not work. I was only able to microwave some of the food. I also didnt bring my computer bag or suitcase up the steps, so just brought clothes for the next day and toilet articles. I purposely got the extended stay hotel because of the extra kitchen facilities. It cost extra money for the room. I wont stay here again, just get a cheaper room with a small fridge and microwave.

I enjoy staying here every month I have to come up from Charleston for personal reasons.

Perfect location. Great value and no complaints. Only thing I would have like to have is an ice machine on-site, but otherwise, everything we needed!

Also, place was hard to find. No sign at the road. Long driveway. Just a Extended Stay logo. But who know what that is ? Otherwise might have made the time anyway.

The room smell like a cigar lounge

The room's door was broken, dirty, and smelly. The Infrastructure is old. However, the gentleman at the reception was nice and acomodating.
