The beds were truly comfortable. The room always smelled fresh. The bathroom was beautiful!! The onsight laundry facility was so convenient. Breakfast was great!! 10 minutes from base. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay greatly! No complaints

Mostly clean and maintained Walls very thin ,we could hear people in other rooms talking. The room felt very small. The trash cans in the dining area were very full. I didn't like the sign they had up telling certain quests would have to pay for breakfast and there also was a sign that said only 2 sandwiches per guest and only 5 per room. If I paid for 4 people then I should be able to get 2 each. Honestly I didn't want any but it's the idea that they would limit the food like that. Also the little freezer was full of frost and the microwave was very low power. It took twice the time of my microwave at home would. Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel

Our room seemed very clean and up to date. The front desk folks were very pleasant. We didn’t use the WiFi because the local cell signal was strong enough for our phones. We had breakfast one morning and it was fine, fairly typical of a hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Our towels had makeup stains on it and so did our covers. Also the bed sheets/covers had holes everywhere so the fluff from the inside was coming out. Staff was so rude. Always had an attitude.

She came back because he probably called her and she refused to let us check in at 2:00 as stated on the website. She said her local policy allows it if they have a room. There were only 5 cars in the parking lot.. she said we needed to leave and come back at 3:00pm. We left and would never go back Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional

Check-in staff was nice. However, later that night I found it concerning that I was unable to obtain clean towels until 8:00 a.m. the following morning. Additionally, the facility accommodates smoking, which resulted in a large number of guests smoking outside and around the property.

Really enjoy staying here with the exception that my husband is warm and I am cold and there are never any extra blankets for me and the staff at the front desk said that this hotel does not carry any!!

As soon as I walked in I could tell the room was cleaned and disinfected. The staff were really nice and polite. The tables outside with the umbrella attachments need some maintenance but it didn’t take away from the vibe you get sitting out there. I sat there during the day and at night and the property was quiet and peaceful. The air conditioning works really quick which was amazing during my stay because it did get hot out in the afternoon. There’s also ample parking spaces.

Parking was a breeze, the entire property was clean, the room was tidied daily, there's a microwave and refrigerator in the room. There isnt a fitness center though.

Breakfast was great except the waffle batter was watery which made it difficult to prepare. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Not much.

The hotel had great quality. No complaints at all! Staff was awesome, very clean in and out, nice and quiet place. The shower and bed were very relaxing. If you fall in the bed, then you're on cloud 9/ REM Sleep however you want to say it. Soap and lotion dispenser by the sink and shower no mess. Wifi and Tv to compliment it all. Food, snacks, and drinks in a pantry sold behind the desk and continental breakfast. No gym or pool. Planet fitness is 5 min away. All shopping and eatery are within walking distance.

Great little hotel. Breakfast was spot on compared to others. The only 1 negative thing to say is that the King bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel in itself was clean however, my main issue is the bed. The bed was like you took a queen size bed and put a 1000 pound body in the center of it. It was quite uncomfortable and you sunk in almost a half a foot which did not provide me any Rest or any sleep. The bed needs a new mattress and boxspring just awful.

We enjoyed our stay except for no coffee in our room and a remote control that didn't work.

Extremely loud rooms. Can hear everything. When asked for a new room nothing available. When asked for a refund for the following two nights denied even though they could have booked the rooms again. Will never stay there again.

Maid service wasn’t every day. Breakfast was hit and miss. Ran out of food today.

All popular restaurants were right there within walking distance, outside of that area or other places that a family would need to go to shop. The reason for me being there was because of my son graduating from the military. I drove 815 miles to this hotel. The only thing about it is that it is very small. It’s compact that’s why it’s called “Micro”. If you don’t have more than one person with you and you don’t mind it being small and compact it then this is a good place to go with reasonable prices. If you have more than one person with you do not go here there’s not enough room otherwise everything else was good at the property.

However. Quite the disturbances on second floor and reeked of THC. Middle of the night vomiting and commotions in the hallway. And I don’t care for the area. But again. You can’t ask for better front desk personalities. Respectful, upbeat, and kind. Not bad for the price but the low prices will bring disturbances to the second floor. Just saying. And hey, if you don’t mind people walking around in their underwear, go for it!

Unfortunately the room did not have a platform bed meaning someone has to clean under the bed after each guest- which had not been done. Ewww (paper, pop can, other) other areas of the floor also not clean (behind the doors, under the a/c unit eg). Otherwise room was clean, staff is friendly and breakfast was ok

We liked that it was set back in the parking lot and it was perfect for my dad and I to stay. I would say with younger kids might not be the best since it is small and not much to do in hotel but perfect for travel and adults

Our room smelt like mold. The floors were dirty. And there were small roaches on the floor.

Overall, it was decent. The staff was excellent, the area around the hotel wasn't the best.

The sink water pressure was low and water was a small stream. There are blinds on the windows, but NO CURTAINS TO BLOCK OUT ANY LIGHT. We asked the cleaning lady for an extra pillow. She said ok but never came back. The front desk workers were really nice though.

The bathroom very small , floor get wet from the face basin , if I was a plus side I wouldn’t fit in shower .Breakfast options are terrible. The front desk staff and room service crew are very kind and helpful.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel, visiting my son’s graduation at Boot Camp. if I’m ever in town again, I would definitely be coming back.

Front of house staff- can’t say enough about how efficient and friendly the young lady who checked us in was. Room was clean but small, though we didn’t need any more room than there was. The bed was really comfortable. Bedding was clean and like the higher end hotels we normally stay in. We didn’t eat breakfast but I smelled waffles. We came in for the firefly viewing event at Congaree National Park. We would stay again. Lots of retail and restaurants around as well.

It was shown as a king smoking my husband paid extra but no smoking allowed in building. Rooms were poorly cleaned toilet and air conditioner vent. I work up to an asthma attack.

It was a great stay! Bed was comfy and loved the sevenbrew close by!

Hotel is not bad for the price . My shower had rotten wood at the bottom trim level or needed painting.

The walls are not isolated very well from sound. I called the front desk more than once to complain about noise in the adjoining room, but he never answered the phone. I called the room next door but no answer. Finally I had to get out of bed, get dressed to get assistance from the front desk. The noise still persisted.

The floors were not clean and on the second day I asked for extra towels and was told no, they didn’t have enough to give more than two. So three of us stayed and got two towels when we checked in and due to a shortage we couldn’t have anymore. I had to go buy towels and then wash them just to have some. The outside grounds was very clean and beautiful. It was a short drive to our destination but other than that I feel like I over paid

Ok after having a bad experience all night I finally was able to book this hotel and Wow!!! The staff so good, clean rooms, I felt safe as a woman traveler.

Was unsatisfied with the check out and how they tried to charge my card 250.00 off dollars the charged my card 100.00 dollars for something that was not true.

If you are not worried about using the WiFi, the poperty was good, room was clean, staff was friendly, rooms seem to be recently renovated. I would stay again if it was not for the WiFi, but will be looking elsewhere in the future, as I stay in Columbia weekly. Breakfast was a little disappointing unless you want cold cereal or a waffle. (If you are going to provide bagels it would be nice to have something to put on them besides butter.)

Well they just renovated this property so the rooms are REALLY nice. A little on the small side but it's ok. HARDWOOD FLOORS GUYS! Now the reason why I didn't give the property 5 stars is because what happened at the front desk. I'm not going to put anyone on the spot but never try to bamboozle a professional like myself. I know my rights. Anyway, the place is really nice. Thanks for fixing it up. And the spot is by EVERYTHING. Shopping, eating, you name it! I'll definitely come back

Basic. But The price was right, considering the proximity to the USC football stadium.

This place was so wonderful. Christina was so friendly and helpful. She always made us feel welcome the whole 3 days we was there for our sons army graduation.. the whole place was clean and omg thier beds are to die for . I slepted like a baby . Thank yall for 3 day stay !! We ever go thru there again 100 % will stay again .

The renovations are amazing. Bright walls, efficient use of space, comfortable beds, good lighting. Well done. The staff is great - friendly and welcoming. Remembered us from last year. This is a convenient location for us, we'll be back again and again.

Pleasant stay

We were given a room for someone with a wheelchair so the shower was a little low for someone o er 6ft tall

It was a one night stay with my husband. It was ok. I had no problems.

Elevators are dirty. Room had a damp, humid feeling the whole stay. Construction going on. Woke me up at 8am on a Saturday morning with loud construction noise. Sounded like a wall was coming down. Not how I wanted to spend a relaxing weekend. I feel like I should’ve been refunded considering the disruption and the failure to make me aware of it before I booked a room.

Our room was neat and our beds very comfortable. We were only supplied with bathroom linens for two people instead of three in our reservation, but we made due. The sound proofing was not adequate between floor, so the people upstairs disturbed us with furniture banging off and on until 2 AM. Our breakfast was convenient and easy to prepare. We would not hesitate to stay here again as it is reasonably priced.

Nice place

We had a wonderful stay our grandson was graduating fron Basic training at Fort Jackson. It was just a short drive to the Fort. Our room was clean the staff was wonderful. The only issue is the hotel is going through some renovations and there were workers on site. We were not there from ^ am to 4pm as we were at Fort Jackson. It may have been noisy during the daily working hours but that wasn't an issue for us. I am sure the renovations will be done soon and it will be beautiful.

The ladies at the front desk were the absolute sweetest and very friendly. The good quality of the room honestly surprised me for how cheap one night is compared to others in the area.

2nd day the shower broke and couldn’t shower. We couldn’t change rooms so we had to go to graduation after the manager came in and gave another room . We had to wait on towels b/c they didn’t have any clean. The new room tv didn’t work properly. And instead of a king bed we were down sized . I asked for a discount and they said it was nothing the could do b/c we went through a 3rd party to book !

The rooms are dirty & disgusting. The sheets were disgusting and not changed. We had to get new sheets from the front desk. Everything was dirty and gross. We didn’t want to touch anything. We were given a room key and walked in on someone in our room!! Very unorganized. Breakfast…bagels, waffles and yogurt. No eggs, bacon?? We will never stay here again!!

The room was not real clean. There was no "do not disturb" sign for the door. The cleaning people came while I was out and the room smelled like cigarettes when I returned. All in all, not a bad stay and it was located perfectly to attend my daughter's graduation at Fort Jackson and near planty of restaurants.
