I stay here a lot and for the most part it’s always pleasant. No roaches, no violence, very convenient.

The outside of tub had black mold around the bottom. There were 2 spiders, very little toilet paper in room. Let them know in the office at check out. There should be new rolls upon check-in. Rooms were just old and had a old scent. They need to remodel.

The room was well equipped and had a refrigerator but the tub/shower was moldy with peeling coating. Breakfast room was clean with hot and cold options.

The bed had hairs in the sheets. The floors needed to be swept. The tub looked like they started to refinish it and just stopped. So the bottom was gray and the sides were white. The corners of the shower needed to be caulked as there was large cracks.

The area is very sketchy. Didn't feel very safe. Didn't realize it was a motel format. However, bed was comfortable and tv worked fine.

The property was pet friendly with some areas to walk the dogs. I was pulling a small trailer and there was plenty of parking. Room was clean but outside areas had some trash.

Overall ok, but not great. Rooms are somewhat updated but could use a full update. Noisy and outside was littered with garbage everywhere. Our door was broken because it didn’t shut right and was very loud. Late arrival from being on the road, so to tired to complain.

They were rude they also took my deposit because my 1 year old waste juice in the bed they are unprofessional

Room. It was for the handicapped. But the shower was broken. First it wasnt a walk in so it couldn’t really be for a handicap person. (Which we are not) only asked to be on the first floor since it was outside access to enter rooms. The hand held shower was broken. My husband was able to attach it to the pole but when I used it the seal was broken and. It squirted up to the ceiling and all over. Since I was already in it I quickly made due and got out. My husband never showered. There were no tissues. And blow dryer looked like it was from the dollar store and barely blew air. Luckily I had my own. Would NOT recommend this hotel. Good thing it did have a working fridge and microwave if needed.

Honestly, it was a safe place to sleep and served its basic purpose. However, the lighting in the room was extremely harsh, very bright, warehouse style lighting that made it uncomfortable and gave me a headache. Warmer lighting would make a huge difference in the overall experience. Unfortunately, that alone would make me reconsider staying again.

Room was clean but big holes were patched and not painted. Front desk was very nice.

The sink was cracked, and the bathtub had rust and the enamel was worn off in the tub. There was mould around the caulking between the tub and the floor as well as the caulking on the tub tiling. The walls in the shower also had bad patching repairs. The floor in the room was laminate and the many tiles were loose and curling up. My husband pinched his toes on one of the tiles and we were not even able to walk in the room without shoes on. The mattress was hard and you could feel every spring. The sheets and bedspread were very thin and there was cigarette burns on the cover. Sadly I can’t find one positive thing to say about this room. It was probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and this room shouldn’t be rented out to anyone. It is in desperate need of renovations and a deep cleaning.

Unsafe parking area paper thin sheets noisy all night. Even had to Took shower with my flip flops on, when mention about anything staff flip off on customers before us so we drop keys and left I don’t know why they think by doing cosmetic changes dump can be accommodated

Booked a non smoking room. Ending up with a smoking room. Bedding had burn holes in it. Shower only had scalding hot water.

The room was clean. The renovation was very tasteful. A little peeling paint on the shower ceiling. The breakfast was good. The attendant was very patient in reminding people that food could not be taken away to their rooms. A really good stay at a great price.

This was by far the most NASTIEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life… My hotel room did not get clean the whole time I was there. Housekeeping can to my room around 2:30 in the afternoon to clean my room. I thought they were supposed to come in the morning to clean. I had to put a towel down inside of the tub to shower. The toilet ran all night… There was hair on the bottom of the toilet. I had to spray my bed down with Lysol because it smelled like vinegar.. Not to mention, there was what looked like pubic hair in my bed…. I was BEYOND disappointed and disgusted… When I checked out of my hotel I let the manger Fal know everything and absolutely NOTHING was done. All she said was that someone would clean the room. After I checked out. No partial refund, curtesy stay or anything was offered. I would NEVER stay at the Quality Inn nor would I recommend anyone to stay there… HORRIBLE service and experience all around

The best motel swimming pool EVER ! Friendly helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast , clean room , comfy king bed, very reasonable pet fee 25.00 Per night. I highly recommend this place for families visiting Fort Jackson. Easy access to Gate 4

Staff is the worst whole empty hotel and they act like they are doing you a favor by letting you stay there and if you don’t rebook your rooms asap they call you 20 times threatening to throw your stuff away it’s really unreal

Seemed to be a lot of people "living" at this hotel. Dozens of people hanging outside talking over the railings or just "hanging out". Drug paraphernalia on the ground in the parking lot. Thankful I didn't let my dog walk on it. We did not stay. We gave our keys back and drive across the street to another hotel. I was disappointed because we have stayed at many Quality Inns that weren't like this one.

Is very old and the room had a smell to it. The toilet didnt flush right, it had to be flushed several times.

The first room I stayed had a very strong odor. There was very little water pressure which likely would have been solved with a new washer. The shower curtain was torn. I then requested to be changed for the next night which the manager assured me that I could have a different room when I returned later that afternoon the desk clerk knew nothing about the request. However he did make a call and was able to get me into a new room. That room smelled of fried fish. The tub needed replaced and the towels were quite stained. All in all this was not a good experience particularly for the amount of money that I paid.

When checked into the room sheets, comforter and pillows had nasty dirty stains on them had to have a housekeeping come change them. The shower curtain was also nasty and dirty your you can see the Past guest soap stains on the shower curtain housekeeper came back to change that as well. Other than that the overstay was fair.

Tv remote control didn't work.

Rooms was filthy. Burn holes in blank and curtains. Dried blood in the tub and on pillows. Looks like it was cleaned in months.

The only pluses were good breakfast assortment and lots of other places to eat very close by.

The pictures of the hotel do not tell the whole story. The odor of weed surrounded the building. Things are occurring that you would expect from this area. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews as I booked the wrong hotel by accident and just winged it. If you have a family DO NOT BOOK HERE. this places is super disgusting and just don’t use. If it’s a must then bring your own blankets and pillows.

The breakfast was good and the gal who worked in the dining room was a sweetheart! You definitely want to know that there are no elevators at this property so if you struggle with your luggage or mobility, be sure to book a Ground Floor Room! I wish I could recommend based on the service and the gal in the dining room however, I can’t get past the run down dirty rooms 😢 Would not recommend.

No kleenex in the room. How hard is that to look after. Having to use bathroom tissue to blow your nose. Prime example of cheap owners.

Good value for a short stay if not looking for fancy frills. The area was convenient to get right off of interstate, if you are attending an event. Lots of eateries close by, some within walking distance. Room was clean, decor was update so it felt modern. I would stay again when visiting Columbia.

The central bathroom venting system was very noisy and created a draft under the door. Closing the door muffled it somewhat but still very annoying. The fan speed needs to be slowed!!

More of an out of date place to stay. We stayed there for one night b/c it was close to base.

Search function for pet friendly, book, arrive, get charged $50 cash for 2 small dogs. Look back at my booking information, see where $25/pet is listed at the bottom. If I am searching for pet friendly, why not simply list it inclusive versus hiding it in small print at the bottom of the booking? Floor damaged in room(clearly by a pet), but understand some people are pitiful owners.

There was very dirty. Mold was all over the bathroom, roaches crawling on the wall, paint peeling off of everything, the floors were not clean at all, the room smelled of cigarette smoke and the bed had burn holes all over it.

Loved, the are is perfect, the only thing is that nobody told us the pool will be closed, with a 95 degrees hot weekend.

Did not stay here. When we arrived we were given a smoking room, which we did not order and could not stay due to the smell.

The room was just ok, my son and I slept comfortably but outside of the beds it was far from a 5 and even 4 star stay. Bathroom left me feeling a little unclean after showering, the towels that we were given were small and very thin.

Bed was hard and i wanted a printed receipt but they couldn't print one.

People knocking on your door in the middle of the night. They were doing work on parking lot which meant that you couldn't park close to your room and the noisy from them tearing up parking lot was not nice. Then multiple times i had to tell works i did not need my room cleaned. Even went so far as i had to show a worker my empty trash can

They put us in a smoking room when we reserved a non-smoking room. He blamed it on 3rd party reservation services.

Was a bit worried before but was so happy when got there as place was spotless and for a motel was in really good condition. AC was very noisy and not much walkable in local area but everything else was amazing.

No tissues, toilet paper was low, shampoo and conditioner had previously been used. No tv guide. Breakfast was really good. Pool looked fine, but we ran out of time and didn’t get to use it. Staff was very friendly.

It’s the type of place that people rent by the week. The television didn’t work and nothing was done to rectify this.

Worst and nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I booked a non smoking room and was not given what I booked. Cigarette holes in blankets, curtains were previously caught on fire and overall dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Front desk was also no help at all.

Shower curtain kept moving so water was getting on floor had to kept fixing it to stay place. and shower head need to be a pull off so you can use it more easily.

Everything was good but the bathtub need safety strips in the bathtub. I slipped in the bathtub, but did not fall, but hit my toe on the stopper in the bathtub and bruised my toe.

There is much I have to say. First thing is I was put into a horrible room from the start. When I came back to the front desk to change rooms he acted as though I was trying to steal a room. The room he switched me to did not have the same amenities as the room I had booked. Although I was upset and feeling cheated, I didn’t feel like moving again. After finishing some online work, I found that the tv was not working. The guy came and did a troubleshoot and offered to change rooms. As I’m packing he comes back and has someone who fixes the tv. Frustrating. The towels and linen were stained and filthy even for a smoking room. The shower was broken and bathroom was in disrepair. Someone was supposed to come look but never showed. The icing on the cake was breakfast. You are forced to throw your food away when exiting the breakfast area. Very wasteful and unnecessary. These types things to me is not worth a cheaper deal. I will absolutely never stay here again as I am disgusted by the arrogance and nastiness of the staff. For a hotel as a whole to condone being wasteful and silly just to lower food cost is ridiculous. They could even argue that it’s to keep people from taking back to room resulting in less bug issues but that’s of course ludicrous as people who rent extended periods of time bring all manners of food and things to the room. I’m very disappointed and would have to say they need to change or they will continue to lose money.

I found hairs about the room including the bed. I saw some gaps at the bottom of the door. I killed a bug on the bathroom floor. The blanket on the bed had little holes in it. The iron would leak water when I would first turn it on. There was a $50 deposit for a non-smoking room. You can hear outside noise. The hotel needs a makeover.
