    Close to the base Dirty. Roaches in the rooms and hallways. Stepped on dead roaches in the hallway. Staff was rude and short. Tv was horrible quality (even after adjusting color the screen was pink). Cops were there at one point.

    The staff on site was nice. The front counter girl told us if we checked out early the day before we could get a refund for the last night. She said it would take 3-5 days. I waited a week and no refund came through so I called the location. I spoke with Dipa who told me no refund would be issued. I asked for the manager name and she told me Dave. I called back today and spoke with Coty. I asked for Dave - he told me wrong number and hung up. I called back again and asked for the managers name and he told me Dev but said he was not there and there was no way to reach him other than to call back. Eventually he did tell me to call the Choice line which I did and filed a complaint The staff on site was nice.     Stayed here for my sons turning blue/army graduation. Nice hotel, clean rooms- decent breakfast. Asked for a late check out just in case graduation was longer than expected, so we can come back to change before we left, and they let us stay til 12 w/no additional charge. Staff was super nice, and accommodating. Super close to everything we needed to do.

    The microwave hadn’t been cleaned, the floors were sticky, walls were dirty and I was praying the sheets were cleaned because they were so wrinkled and I wasn’t confident after seeing the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, we had one roll of toilet paper for the four of us for 3 days . I had to ask for towels, they never came in and cleaned. Just a nast run down place. Spend the extra money to stay somewhere nicer for sure!!! Very disappointed.

    Stayed for graduation. Columbus is a little rough but our hotel stay was just fine for the purpose of being there twwo nights for a graduation at Benning. It's close to base and a walmart . Its not the nicest rooms just dated but it's not the worst it truly was just fine for our purpose. The mail lobby area was nice and easy place to gather and hang out. No complaints here. If you want someething fancy stay downtown and be ready to drive about 15 minutes to get to the graduation stuff.

    I arrived really late at night after a very long drive and being greeted by a smiling, empathetic face would’ve been great. Unfortunately, my reception was lack luster, just like the continental breakfast and the room. The room wasn’t filthy, but it definitely wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. It also needs updating. The lobby is really nice, so I was disappointed with the appearance of the room, especially the bathroom.

    Great hotel and great staff! We stayed here for my son’s graduation from Fort Benning! Hotel was clean and I felt safe in the area. Breakfast was great also! Loved that the room had a small kitchen.

    Clean rooms, staff was amazing, very friendly. Breakfast area was kept clean. The shower handle pointed to "cold" was the only way to get hot water. With all that being said for the price and the amazing staff and cleanliness. It was perfect.

    The breakfast lady is wonderful, she was out and about conversation with all the guests. She was also very helpful. The 2nd shift staff when we arrived were also nice and helpful. The assistant manager on the other hand has very rude, she had a superiority aditude smirking when trying to resolve an issue. The rooms, were also not ok, very dirty with stains on the dubets, stains on the bathroom walls and door, the floor upon entering the room was sticky as if some sugary drink had been spilt and the table/desk and light stand by the bed had water marks as if they were wiped with a dirty cloth. I was Horrified as I was a housekeeping manager for years.. I took pictures of all of these things as I plan to upload them in my Google review.

    I only stayed for two nights, and I told the hotel secretary if I had stayed longer, I would’ve made more of a fuss, but I was only in town for business, so I didn’t mind much. Ice machine was broken one day, however, a friendly staff member went to the back after breakfast and got me some ice for my ice bucket. The toilet didn’t flush most of the time and got clogged once. When I went to get breakfast, I grabbed a yogurt and realized that it was a week or so out of date however they did have in date ones that I went back to get. On my first of two nights I stayed up a little late on my phone and noticed a roach crawling on my bed. Check out, said to clean my dishes before leaving however, there was no sponge available to me to clean the dishes with. Despite all of this, I had a decent time for the short day that I had with the most amazing and friendly staff I have ever met at any hotel.

    While the staff was great the place is a little dated and the room was not clean the walls needed wiped down and the floor needs scrubbed the tub needed a good scrub to the elevator is a bit sketchy and needs cleaned and the area it’s in is just nasty !!! And I did not feel very safe and the free breakfast let’s just say my dog didn’t even like it I would not stay here again !

    The room could have been a little more clean, like the walls and the floor. The tub faucet dripped, the toilet paper roll didn't fit the holder. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was ok, could have had a more variety breakfast. Very disappointed that there was no outdoor grill as shown in the booking photo, it would have been nice to grill and went swimming. Parking was great no problems there. Overall ok with the experience.

    My room was alright, the floor sweat i noticed this instantly when i got to my room and opened the door. The main door had issues with it not shutting completely and then the bathroom door wasnt leveled or some issue where it wouldnt shut it would just pull to. Kther than that it was alright. The ice machine didnt work correctly and the little shop they had was pretty empty.

    I really liked the big fridge and stove in the room. However we were on the 1st floor and all you could hear all day and night was loud banging from people walking, running above us. the tv's color was way off and couldn't fix it. Also the little store by the office was badly under stocked. Had boxes of stuff that were just empty. But the Walmart was right across the street. All in all I would give it 3***.

    We selected the hotel with the anticipation of grilling on the pictured gas grills, under the pavilion. However, the property did not have gas grills. They had a single charcoal grill. A very small grill, definitely not what was advertised in the photos.

    Well there are so many I do not know where to start , I selected this hotel in reviews. The reviews have nothing to do with it. I don’t know if they just changed the reviews they get or what but this hotel was nothing but nasty. I will not pay $112 to stay here ever again, just going in the entrance , I was oh know I made an mistake joke on me and for breakfast don’t let get me started I will never finish nasty. the breakfast look like it was made three days ago. Some of the stuff were nice. The rooms were just disgusting. I don’t even know where to start. I mean for me to have to go out and buy bleach to clean the tub and dirt just coming off of it was just unreal. We stay because my son was graduating from the army a close an it would have taken a lot to find another place, there was a lot of people going for their soldiers.

    We bought food to cook and grill since it was heavily advertised that there was a nice grill area with propane grills. Come to find out there is no such area at this hotel. I got dishes out to cook on the stove in the room and there was old crusty food on the bowls and glasses. So all had to be rewashed. Then the morning of our last day I killed 4 cockroaches. Two were on the kitchen counter and 2 were in the bathroom! Needless to say I'm very very disappointed in my stay here.

    the description of the hotel on expedia makes it appear too notch. the location is ghetto. Run down and burned building right by hotel. however, the hotel is located back and nestled in trees and hidden away which was nice. Hotel is older. had an issue with my expedia payment Ns staff and owner were polite the bfast is VERY minimal - one bread choice - white- one fruit. 2 cereals BUT the price was 300 for 3 days

    Great outdoor space with plenty of seating and shade. Pool was enjoyable. Slept so well on comfy bed with world’s softest sheets. Kitchen was disappointing- no silverware, rusty microwave, and the assortment of pans, dishes, and utensils was random at best. Breakfast staff seemed to be tasked with scaring away anyone who thought they wanted breakfast, instead of actually providing enough plates, silverware, and food.

The staff had to work with very little supplies staff very friendly, very helpful when they can and work with what they got need more supplies.     Our room was filled with roaches, the bathroom light kept going out. The door to the room was had to open and close. The mattress was very dirty. The wood paneling feel off the bottom of the cabinet. The shower was dirty when we first arrived. However they did refund us our pet deposit.

    Nice pool and outdoor spaces that have shade. Super comfortable bed and soft sheets - we slept so well! Kitchenettes were bare bones and microwave had seen better days. Bring paper plates and plasticware if you plan to cook in your room. Shows a little wear and tear, but would stay there again.

    The front desk staff was friendly. Couldnt get my room clean until the last day I stayed there. Housekeeping dodnt leave bath soap after we used it all. There was bugs in the rooms. Not very happy with it. Breakfast didnt have have plates or bowels. The breakfast really sucked too.

    Sherylynn was so polite and helpful! Unfortunately there were certain missing items we didn’t have access to such as a pan and silverware in the kitchen, and the in room coffee maker was missing parts. My daughter called for pest control and response was very quick and helpful. The breakfast service and staff were very gracious.

    For the love of God do not stay here. If you care about your family you will choose a better place. Just stayed from the 12th to the 16th. Lock was never fixed. Had random people trying to tap cards on my door every night. They never have towels, and finnaly got new bath towels at 12.am on the 16th wow. They will not refund you even with this proof but yet hotels.com gave me a $75 credit but this hotel management refused so. I had no choice. I tried to contact local Health Department and they had no way to contact with a 2.5 star rating. This company is not on the BBB so you cant even complain on there. I already setup an apointment with the VA so I can see if I caught anything. I will update. Also have more pictures if needed please have Thier Corporate contact me asap this needs to be fixed now or shutdown. The bathrooms are dirty as well and the microwave had rust exposed inside so I could not use it.

    Most of the staff was friendly. However the dryers were broken. There was not enough silverware for the kitchenette. When we would ask for a trash bag or dish soap or towels it was made out to be an inconvenience for the staff. The pool was GREAT! It was very clean and lots of seating. There were a TON of people smoking weed on property and the smell lingered in the halls.

    The outside looks nice but inside building needs to remodel. All the doors to the rooms look at residential interior door not commercial door. Stain on the bed including sheets, bathroom smell liked piss. The rooms need to be clean, vacuum. Don’t know you Hotel.com give this hotel a 7.2. It should be 1 star.

    The hotel repeatedly attempted to charge my card for the rooms I’ve reserved. There were no towels and wash rags. My kids room didn’t have working water, no shower, no sink, no water for a whole day without no credits or anything. Another room I’ve reserved my for uncle had mold. They did not accommodate him nor refund the room amount even though he stayed in a room with another family member elsewhere. My uncle has medical conditions which I’ve explained still no accommodations. The worst experience. Over 2k down the drain I’ll never recommend this place for anyone other than the fact it was convenient for leisure and shopping.

    Only one person working the front desk and was completely overwhelmed. The room had skin and hair all over the floor by the bed and there was no shampoo in the bottle in the shower or any complimentary toiletries. The elevator was extremely unsafe and shook the entire time. The hallways are a sauna and the toilets are made for children. Definitely will not be staying again.

    Overall, I think the hotel has potential but it needs more attention either from the corporate or on site - they need to bring in a solid maintenance guy for a day or two plus IT guy or gal and just have a good walkthrough and fix things.     As part of my usual routine, I pulled back the sheets and gathered all the dirty towels to place in the corner. That’s when I discovered what appeared to be a large bloodstain on the mattress—along with the stain bleeding through onto the mattress protector. I took a photo and immediately showed it to the front desk, and they agreed to refund me for the entire stay. However, the real issue is with Hotel.com. Despite the hotel agreeing to the refund, Hotel.com has been giving me the runaround. I’ve been in contact with the hotel, and they confirmed they haven't received anything from the booking site. I've had no resolution from Hotel.com so far, which is incredibly frustrating. I understand that things can go wrong, but when it comes to customer service and communication, this experience has been far below expectations. I’m hoping this gets resolved soon, but for now, I would caution others when booking through this site, especially in terms of customer support after a problem arises.

    We stayed 6 days and did not get any housekeeping service. They told us every 3 days they clean. After 3 days still no housekeeping. I saw housekeeping in the hall and asked to borrow the broom so i could at least sweep my floor and she told me no i could not use it!! Had to go to front desk and ask for a broom. Yet they still didn’t offer to come clean!! We asked for clean towels and had to go to the front and get them ourselves. There was a huge hole in the wall behind the door and the room smelled like smoke. Natural gas smell filled the hallways. Would not recommend this place.

    Floor had sticky spots. There was a bag of pizza bits in the freezer. Mold on the shower curtain and atound the base of the shower. Small leak when you flushed the toilet.

    I like the ladys from the desk they pretty help full and treat you nice , what i dont like is that they dont clean even if you ask , i ask 2 and i was there for 5 days and nothing , the other thing i didnt like is the atittude of the girl from breakfast, the food finish and she dont restock the breakfast and on top of that she look at you bad and then she desapiere, like she dont Care of you get breakfast or not ….. but then the rest is good .

    The room we stayed in had slash marks in the chair, the bathroom door wouldn’t close because someone had kicked it in it looks like, there were scratches all over the door frame, a dirty towel in the bathroom, there was no latch on the front door, and there was a blood stain on the comforter. We also never got clean towels when we stayed there for 5 days…

    I booked this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel area location is great, its near the fort Benning, because we attened the graduation of our son in the army here. I noticed one thing in here, they are short staffed in the afternoon, they dont have any housekeeping to clean some of the several rooms that were empty. They never clean or checked our room for the waste disposal, the clerck states, they only come clean the room if we call to make our room to be clean but yet just to have the trash to be taken out and i have to beg for some towels, but I have to wait because the clerck is still doing the laundry and the guven inky to bath towels and one wash rug. I have to borrow my husband towel for my hair because they cant provide for another towel. Thats the only complain to this hotel .otherwise the staff is ok.

    I called their phone number and had them add an extra night to my stay when I came back the next day they had put the wrong date on my itinerary and I did not have a room. So I had to pay for a night that I didn’t get. I should have paid more attention to the date.

    Disappointed with my room, not as advertised. It was dirty, bedding had hair, bathroom toilet had pubic hairs on rim. Shower had hair inside, no plastic curtin just cloth curtin. No trash bag, other than bathroom trash. No running water when I checked in, watied a few hours and when water came back it was spilling black dirt like particles for a while. No hot water during my stay just cold water. Front desk staff was rude, counld not answer how long water would be off. I ended up leaving Friday afternoon even though I paid till Saturday mid day as I was grossed out and wanted to leave ASAP but had to wait till as my sons Basic Training graduation at Fort Moore Army Base wasnt completed till Friday mid day. As I went to check out early the front desk was having computer issues and on the phone with someone while another guest was trying to check in. She made in gesture of annoyance that I wanted to check out. Asked what I wanted and said my computer is down just leave your key, even after I said was checking out early she didn't care and repeated I just leave the keys and I could leave. I decided not to stay and argue as my experience was already horrible and my son and I were headed to Columbus airport to fly home. I was not about to miss our flight by staying to argue with the front desk. My experience with his hotel was horrible, I would not be recommending this place to other army families that ask on Facebook groups. Cleaning staff needs training. Front desk staff as well

    Hot water heater exploded at 1 AM first night, bed linens were dirty/stained, no hot water, floor in room was coming apart and badly worn, awful smell throughout the hotel. One morning natural gas smell was so bad in hall when I told front desk about it and was worried it was so bad I was worried about it igniting I got "I will tell my boss about it when they get in later" and after second night it still was strong we checked out and left 2 days early. I told front desk about why we were leaving and wanted refunded for two nights not used she said manager would call me ASAP to do the adjustment. I never got a call and still charged for 4 nights. We got another room at different hotel for remainder of stay. Not a great experience when u are in town for Army graduation ceremonies

    The first room we checked into the door didn’t locked at all. Even we locked it. I could push the door open. The young lady at that desk was able to move us to a room that locked properly and was an upgrade. So thank you for that. Parking was very easily accessible. I would say that I found a receipt from like 3/4 months old and debris on the floor . Which makes believe that the cleaning it’s not done thoroughly. Other than that everything else was great

    The room was clean. The bathroom hed mold around the tubs cress. the bathroom should have a fan and it didn't. We had to keep the air down very low or we'd feel all sticky from the warmth of the room. One of the staff members was being rude. My husband and I had came in to check in. Now it's normal to notice someone who's attractive..but when you're making eye contact with someone's spouse, and smiling more then you should..that's flirting. That is disrespectful. I know my husband is handsome in or out his uniform, but look and move on...Have some respect for yourself. Your drooling...

    Overall nice place to stay. One time in the morning there was a line of people waiting to check out. The front desk person was outside smoking telling a coworker she couldn’t wait until her next day off in 2 days. Also shower curtain had mildew all over it. Otherwise a nice stay.
