Reviews
The hotel staff is generally friendly and accommodating, but the condition of the rooms is a major issue. Many guests have reported problems with cleanliness, broken fixtures, and pest infestations.

Room was ok toilet paper holder fell off the wall .the smoke alarm went off all night. No hot water all weekend. Pool not open.
- 1/5
The room smelled, it was hot when I got there, multiple lights didn't work, the AC was very loud and didn't seem to cool the room down
- 3/5
It wasn’t clean.
- 1.5/5
agents, poorly organised reception
- 2/5
Staff was accommodating, but not welcoming. I would not stay at this brand again.
- 4/5
yes
- 2/5
No hot water in the bathroom, did not get fixed..took about three hours to finally offer another room.
- 1/5
My room was filthy. I want a refund!!!!
- 1/5
The room had a terrible smell, the corridor smelled of marijuana and the whole place was outdated.
- 2/5
The room I originally ordered was no longer available when we arrived to check-in so they had to find another one. I loved the room’s layout and amount of space but there was a horrible odor. When we walked in you could smell the fresh and overly sprayed deodorizer that was done right before we walked since she went to “check to make sure the room was good”. The room was clean but the rugs were filthy, the out shoes were sticking to the floor as we walked (you could hear the stickiness), only one remote for two TVs, the phone in the room didn’t work (I was told it was because of the renovations that was going on), the walls had holes from probably the door being slammed open. Room was extremely dated and definitely in need of upgrades everywhere. My flight was delayed so unfortunately, we didn’t get there until almost 1:00 am. Ms. Rachelle was extremely nice, sweet and kind. She was as accommodating as she could be and I really appreciated that after such a long evening trying to get into town. I didn’t travel with any pets and I didn’t see any families. Overall, I liked the location and the layout of the property. If this property were to be renovated and updated charging out everything from the carpets to the beds and all of the furniture (because we couldn’t sit on the couch because of the heavy, horrible odor plus there were stains on it), the curtains also need replacing (so everything needs to be replaced not just in the rooms), I would stay there again.
- 3/5
Breakfast was a pathetic offering. Female members of staff were helpful and polite.
- 1/5
Very upset. I usually stay here when I am at the horse park because it’s convenient. Last time I stayed the roof in the hallway was breaking and pieces on the floor but I ignored it but almost 6 months later and it hasn’t been fixed. The night I checked in the hot water was not working I called the front desk and told them and never heard back. So I sucked it up and took a cold shower. The next night the water is still cold and I didn’t have it in me to take another cold shower and since they never said anything about it the first night it’s not worth contacting the front desk.

Thanks

Staff was great and very nice, But the amenities were not as advertised. No Pool, No Hot Tub, No Gym, No Iron, No Hair Dryer and I had to ask for pots pans and utensils. The Breakfast was Just muffins and yogurt, Just a grab and go. It defiantly does not look like the picture. Like i said the staff was great and none of this was their fault.

Quite and great staff
- 5/5
This has been a wonderful experience so far. We enjoy has a breakfast included option. The room service is great, most of the staff is friendly and pleasant.
- 2/5
Casi todo muy deteriorado, el.microhondas no servia, habia un sapo en el baño. Y me cobraron 2 veces la noche ...
- 3/5
You can tell it's not being properly managed
- 1/5
Found a big roach in the room bathroom flooded out
- 1/5
The staff were the rudest people I have ever met. The advertisement showed a beautiful pool and rooms. Neither were true. The pool looked like it had sewage running in it. The rooms were not clean at all. The front desk lady rolled her eyes every time we asked for something. The whole building smelled like pee. The advertisement also said they serve hot breakfast and that wasn’t true either. Almost all the windows in the building were broken. The towels given to us were dirty. I will NEVER return to any hotel in their brand!
- 3/5
I paid $711 for no breakfast that I was told was free, the pool didn’t work, the washing machines didn’t wash your clothes were dry them. You don’t have a coin machine so the washing machine is in the dryer are no of use. The staff was lazy the front desk to be exact. The woman who clean our room was wonderful with the front desk horrible service.
- 3/5
Some of the staff was nice and others wasn’t helpful I asked for a coffee marker they told they would get it to me in the morning. I never got it. The one young made sure we got an iron very nice lady. The phone in the room didn’t work. The toilet ran ever day the shower took forever to get hot. The just needs few things fixed. They tell you can text to get help but no one text back.
- 4/5
Excellent! (Only downfall was that the pool was closed) room was very clean and staff was friendly.
- 2/5
I love that the property is in a safe location, and the new pool was a great addition to this location. However, the property needs some cosmetic work. The bathroom needed to be cleaned more thoroughly been guest. Also I booked a junior suite, and was charged for a junior suite. I’m not sure if that was what I received, but I expected that the bedroom would be separate from the sitting area. Please see pics below.
- 5/5
Its an overall good spot. It was plenty quit the room was nice, check in and check out was easy and the staff was super nice
- 3/5
Reasonable priced and convenient location. Breakfast could be a lot better.
- 5/5
It wasn't bad. Our room the curtains was slightly damaged and would not block out the light from the outside but we put some clips and tape to keep the light out. Oh and wished it had a hot breakfast. The staff was very nice and did their best to make us comfortable.
- 2.5/5
The lack of breakfast selection.
- 0.5/5
The front office staff was horrible. We had an issue with our room and she was not helpful at all. She would smack her lips and roll her eyes everytime we asked anything. We left without staying it was so bad.
- 4/5
The breakfast that was available was disappointing.
- 2/5
The grounds were absolutely beautiful and on a golf course. That’s the extent of the positives. The elevator was over a year past inspection- March 2024! I felt very unsafe using it so we mostly used the stairs to go up 3 flights to our room. However, the stairway was dirty and poorly lit making me feel very uneasy using that path too. The halls had a very poignant aroma- same with our room. Our room was very dirty and had a leaky sink creating a flood on our floor- again creating unsafe conditions as the tile was slick and dangerous. We had to use towels to dam the water and keep at bay. The comforters, sheets, and towels were stained and dirty. There were a ton of stink Beatles crawling all over making my daughter scared they were going to crawl on her while sleeping. The staff were nice, but were frequently on their personal devices creating an unprofessional setting. There were no amenities as the pool was a disgusting pond of green slime. There was no exercise room. There was also red tag shut downs for stop work orders on some of the renovations being done. There was also a ton of construction materials in the parking lot and the courtyard.
- 2/5
The negatives. Our toilet was not seated correctly in room. When sitting it would shift, towel bar barely hanging on drywall. Could not use. Lighting in room terrible. No markings on the 1st floor for directions. The plate on wall for toilet line was corroded. The ceiling had black mold on tiles, paint chipped & peeling. The pool was disgusting. Hard saying when it has had service. There were red tag shut down notices on the main floor. I saw no house keeping although I believe they were there. This could be an incredible place if $ were put into it however as is maybe a tear down. Piles of materials in the parking lot. My daughters room had a leaking pipe & the elevator has an expired maintenance sticker.
- 2/5
No fitness room, no Pool, breakfast very poor, master bath unsafe
- 3/5
I’ve stayed at this hotel for the past 6-7 year due to the convenience of the horse park. Over these years, the rooms have gone downhill. Even though they are doing repairs, it’s been going on since 2020. Staff is always friendly though. I’m now starting to consider staying at a different hotel due to the quality of the rooms.
- 1/5
I had problems checking in, I was charged almost the room rate for my dog (NOT pet friendly), no toilet paper in my room, housekeeping didn't come, coffee fixings but not coffee maker, swimming pool was full of algae and frogs, I completed the mobile check in and still had to go through the entire check in process.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Most of the issues come with condition of the room. The room was very heavy with the smell of cigarettes. There was, what appeared to be a massive patch on the wall indicating recent damage was repaired, but no paint. Two of the light switches in the room were non-functional. The lighting fixture in the ceiling of the kitchenette looked like it was going to fall. The back patio looked like it was just recently used. Both of the air conditioning units on the patio were broken. Additionally, there was a wasps nest in the one adjacent to the living room unit. At very minimum, wasps here frequently passing in and out of the wide open break in that unit, indicating that they were living in there. The curtain in the bedroom was very difficult to open as the manipulator bar was missing. The location was convenient, but I will likely not stay at this hotel again.
- 5/5
Everything was in order the receptionist was very friendly
- 5/5
My stay was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable. My room was spacious. I would definitely stay there again.
- 1/5
Do not stay here. It felt unsafe, and was a dump!
- 2/5
My wife is 8 1/2 months pregnant and the bed was so high she had to grab into the bed and almost jump to get into it. The tiller was low to the ground and the tub was so tall I had to assist her in getting in and out of it to shower. Just a poor experience all around.
- 5/5
right across the street from the international Horse track and we had a mud run the next day very convenient. very close to many restaurants.
- 4/5
Staff during checking in and out was very polite and friendly.
- 3/5
They had people outside at night playing loud music and drinking. The next morning, there were boxes of beer and stacks of beer cans around the facility grounds. I felt very uncomfortable going out to my car at night.
- 1/5
Place sells and room and nasty ran in to a addict with sores all over her face in the elevator
- 1/5
The rooms where very outdated and not clean. There was a wet/dry vac on the patio. There was construction everywhere. The room was dusty. Mainly the water did not get hot at all. You could not use any of the amenities. The windows had bugs in them. The bed was clean and soft.
- 1/5
No hot water. I had to check and leave
- 3/5
We checked in and were told there would be no hot water for 24 hours meaning we could not shower. We would not have booked if we knew this. But it was too late by the time we found out.
- 5/5
This place saved a lot of additional aggravations stemming from our family's failed attempts at being able to keep prior reservations and make new ones...and being turned away. I was helping them with making a new reservation yesterday because I learned that day about how their reservation fell through due to them not having a credit card (they had a credit union debit card, and photo id). So, I found this hotel and knew the area and they had no issues checking in. So, shortly after we were able to catch up with them and enjoy visiting and we all made it to my daughter's graduation. I can't thank Hawthorn suites enough. But Thanks!
- 0.5/5
furniture was missing handles. door frames needed painting Breakfast was not as advertised
- 2.5/5
This was a disappointment all the way around.
- 0.5/5
Front staff didn¿t seem to know what they were doing all the amendments were closed. No breakfast. Old coffee I had the hot water all the way up in shower was barely hot Just bad
- 2/5
Not impressed at all. No trash cans, no remote for the TV. No curtains on the windows, only blinds that did not keep out the lights of the parking lot. It was like trying to sleep in the daytime. Bad coffee. Minimal breakfast options. AC/heating unit poor
- 2.5/5
Everything seemed nice for the most part I just noticed a few things room inspection should have gotten taken care of by maintenance before letting a guest check in like the bathtub drain stopper not being attached, and coffee maker not working.
- 1/5
We didn’t stay. Lost my points and cash for the other room that we paid for. The hotel was under renovation. They wanted to change $150 deposit for incidentals.the rooms were nothing like the pictures. The lobby was smelly. There was 3 other couples that canceled their stay also. During the same time as we were.
- 2/5
They charge an additional $150 service fee when you check in, there is nothing that warns you about that. Yes, it¿s refundable when you checkout, but if you¿re not prepared for it then you¿re SOL. There was no breakfast. They had coffee and apples.
- 3.5/5
remodeled and you can smell paint.
- 0.5/5
I did not receive the pool of breakfast amenity that I expected when I Chose this hotel. There was no one answering the phone and stuff was not available for any assistance. The worst place I¿ve stayed in so far.
- 2.5/5
the room we had reserved had not been serviced. We made do with a non-handicap room

Poor condition of hotel in general many items broken or missing in room, cockroaches in bathroom and bedroom, breakfast was a joke small muffins and water not even coffee, wanted a Manager never available I¿ve left multiple messages that never returned.

Room smelled awful, nothing seemed clean or inviting Someones shoes and beer cans were outside the sliding glass door to outside No coffee in room No breakfast as advertised Overpriced; under "renovation" - should not have been accepting guests at all
- 0.5/5
The hotel was under renovation, there was no breakfast or pool availability. The staff was not customer friendly and the person I dealt with placed us in a room next to a room that was not accessible. I booked a suite and was placed in a two bed room.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 0.5/5
The only thing I liked about the hotel was the front desk person Danni.
- 0.5/5
The staff especially the lady ms macmillion checking me and my sick son in was aggravated making horrible remarks and another lady who was hanging out there with her threatening and yelling insults I feared for our safety and had to leave w no room

I have been staying at Hawthorn Congers for la last 4yrs, However for my next trip I will look for a different hotel. THIS PLACE GOT REALLY BAD, (I don’t know if they changed management or something) We stayed there four days and got housekeeping only one day, the other days no one came to clean the room, the 2nd floor is really dirty smells disgusting and the elevator as well, and there was a cucaracha in our room I asked to be moved to a different room which had NO PHONE, NO IRON, NO HAIR DRYER and NO BREAKFAST AT ALL, will not recommend very disappointed .
- 4/5
I enjoy coming to this hotel. The up keep of the landscape has decreased some, as well as lighting around the building. Thr staff is always friendly and helpful, rooms are always clean, and they are pet friendly.
- 1/5
They need to make better repairs to the premises and the rooms lots of important things broken lights by the sink to get ready not working, knobs to the heating system doesn't work they make the Wyndham brand look bad
- 3/5
My first room had leftover trash from the last occupants . I had to get another room because the first one wasn’t clean.
- 1/5
The property was in a secluded quiet area that was the ONLY positive for this property - it is OLD and dirty and smells horrible inside. The handle to the toilet fell off when I tried to flush the toilet on the main floor while I was waiting to check in. There were no paper towels to dry your hand with in the bathroom. When I went to my room on the second floor the smell was like DEAD FISH on the second floor - HORRIBLE. I opened the door to the room and there was no "SMELL" but it did not feel clean due to the HORRIBLE smell in the hallway...I flipped the switch to look at the bedroom and the lights did not come on. There were 2 double beds - I reserved a queen bed - could not visualize the beds or the bathroom due to the light switch not coming on - the room was old looking and the flooring was old. I went to the front desk and told her we were not staying due to the HORRIBLE smell on the floor and it was 2 double beds instead of the QUEEN that I reserved via Expedia. This place is NOT WORTH your time or effort to drive to where it is and TRUST ME you would not want to stay. It was $143 and not worth $1 to stay here - I wouldn't even let my DOG stay here.
- 5/5
This hotel was amazing for a last minute decision. It’s tucked away but close to everything.
- 4/5
Perfect for events in the horse park. Convenient to eating and shopping. Very comfortable beds!!!
- 1/5
I stayed 10-22 to 10-24-21 I reserved 2 rooms The first one the room door was open and smelled moldy. I requested another room. The next one had only 2 working lights one at the door and the other in the bathroom. No lamp or other form of lighting worked in the room. There was only 1 chair, the freezer in the mini fridge was so filled with ice nothing could be placed in. It apparently had not been defrosted for a long time. There were holes in the wall next to the shower rod (both sides). The hallway carpeting was dirty pieces of paper on the floor was not picked up during our 2 day stay. The other room. The bathroom door looked as if someone punched a hole in it. It was repaired with a filler that was 4 shades lighter than the door. The final thing were the roaches. There were roaches crawling on the wall in the hallway. BEWARE. Before you reserve a room I felt since this was a Wyndham property it was top notch. Well I was wrong this time. My rating here 0 (zero,).
- 1/5
Property was absolutely disgusting. Paint all over the carpet floor in the rooms, half the furniture was missing from the room. Bugs everywhere. We demanded a refund and left. Hands down the most disgusting hotels i've ever stayed at. Staff was great and helpful. Provided a refund. 0/10 would not stay.
- 4/5
Overall, my stay was great. This very convenient to the event was participating in over the weekend. Minor issues was no back up roll of TP and the trash had not been emptied from under the cooktop from the previous guest. All was resolved quickly, but just minor details. The TV remote was terrible. Really hard to change channels etc.
- 4/5
The lady at the front desk was so so sweet! The room was clean and very spacious!
- 4/5
The room had better amenities than I expected. Instead of mini fridge and microwave it had a full kitchen set up, normal size fridge, 2-burner stove, microwave, toaster and dishes.
- 1/5
The condition of the hotel was a little worn but the biggest issue was that neither television worked. One tv wouldn’t turn on and the other tv didn’t have any service. Went to the front desk about it and I was assured they would fix it multiple times but no one ever came
- 3/5
Beds only had sheets, no blankets / covers. No hangers in the closet. Could hear all the water noises from the room above me. Other than that the room was nice, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was nice, no forks or dish soap but I guess it's bring your own stuff?
- 1/5
Dirty, poor customer service, shabby conditions throughout. We had stayed several times before and were pleased- I have no idea what happened to this place. Will not stay again.
- 3/5
We had to tear off the shipping mattress bags ourselves and remake the bed, but the mattresses were new! Also no lighting except in hall and bathroom- none in actual bedroom.
- 5/5
The staff here are absolutely amazing and so were the rooms! Absolutely loved it!
- 2/5
The first room I was in was very dirty and none of the curtains worked. All the windows had grime and smudge marks on them from either little kids or dogs. The door didn’t have a safety latch on it. I requested a different room and that one was next to a family who was living there so it smelled like whatever food they were cooking and you could hear them all. There were used dirty a-tips in the floor. Just a really unclean feeling. The poor girl working the front couldn’t get off the phone long enough to help anyone because whoever was working from the back room was watching the camera and kept calling her. I’ve stayed here several years ago and it’s completely different now. I wouldn’t recommend
- 4/5
I really appreciate Ms. Jackie checking us in early. The beds were really comfortable and room was very clean.
- 5/5
Clean & quiet
- 2/5
They were under renovations so I will give them that. The elevevator was in disrepair and was rickety so we took the stairs which were filthy. Our refrigerator did not work and neither did the ice machine.
- 4/5
Great place to stay. We have stayed here multiple times
- 2/5
I paid for suit and it was just a small room. Cob webs over the bed
- 2/5
The hotel had roaches and the room I requested a month in advance was not available due to the property being remodeled. On the Expedia site it stated that this property had a pool and they did not have a pool at this location. The staff was very polite.
- 1/5
Front desk was like it was not a big deal! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !
- 1/5
Omg do not stay in this place! I have never stayed in a worse place. Besides the nice check in people everything else was just horrible.
- 1/5
The full in-suite was a nice size however it was not clean. It had roaches and fruit flies. Eww. Small roaches everywhere. Just nasty. There was an overflowing dumpster at the front of the property and stray cats all over. So disappointing.
- 1/5
The room had Roaches and bed bug everywhere.
- 2/5
I really wanted to like this place because the staff is SO NICE!! Unfortunately, the upkeep of this hotel is not so nice. I chose it because we were staying for 2 nights and I wanted a kitchen. There was no hand towel, paper towels, sponge/wash cloth or dishwashing soap in the kitchen. There were no bedspreads or blankets on the bed. The only light in the living space came from the kitchen and there were only two chairs to sit and watch TV. The towels are itty bitty and very thin and we only got two. There was no hand soap in the kitchen or bathroom. One bar of soap to split between the shower and bathroom sink. No hairdryer (and when I asked for one, they didn't have one in the whole hotel to give me). The floor was not well cleaned, dirt in the corners. The rooms need a paint job, badly. That all being said, the beds were comfortable and the a/c units kept the room cool for two days. They were doing some kind of renovation (which seemed like it was only on the outside) so maybe it's going to get better. Again, every staff member was super nice and helpful. Honestly though, I would not stay there again.
- 1/5
Looks dirty, old looking, smells bad, hair was in the tub, toilet knob had to be pushed back up in order to get the water to stop running, the door to the balcony did not lock, and we were told in order to get extra towels and wash cloths, we had to leave the ones we had outside the door. This was definitely not what I expected. Glad we only needed the room for one night. I do not plan on returning to that hotel. I was told the Hawthorne Suites are usually good but after my experience, I'm skeptical about trying any of them.
- 4/5
It was a nice place, rooms are comfortable and staff are welcoming
- 5/5
Love the property
- 2/5
I liked the parking availability I didn't like the hotel because of the bugs
- 2/5
Not as advertised. No pool. Dirty towels. The whole place is under construction and smells of marijuana. Stomping on the ceiling. Balcony view of construction workers throwing shingles off the roof. Good thing... Hot shower and soft bed. Website should say under contruction. We drove 7 hours to stay there after a long day and I didnt really get to relax.
- 1/5
I did not like the smell of drugs on the second floor, plus construction work going on was unnotified.
- 3/5
Decent price
- 1/5
Common area were filthy.
- 2/5
There were so many disappointments regarding this stay. While the exterior of the hotel gives you the impression of a well maintained hotel, the inside did not. The hallway to my third floor room had a vey pungent fish odor. Inside my room, there were 2’ size patches of white putty with no attempt to cover with green paint. It looked like a war zone. There were black shelled bugs running around the bathroom and there was only 1 bar of soap to be used in the sink and the shower. I had a room with the door to your neighbor and the sound travelled through that door like it was tissue paper. My neighbor apparently came with her family, as they had more than one room. She fought with a female friend and kicked her out at 11:00 and then fought with a male until 3:00. The sounds of foul language, doors slamming non stop, blaring tv and conversations in the hallway were too much. I attempted to call the front desk around 2:00 but guess what, the hotel phones were not operating, I was not even able to call the front desk from my cell phone as it rang and rang and no one answered. This room was paid with rewards but the hotel managed to charge my credit card full price two days later for a penalty fee which when hotels.com ask them what the penalty was for they could not give them a good reason. I am currently waiting for a refund for the unwarranted charge.
- 2/5
The hotel itself was ok but was being renovated so no amenities were available. Room was nice for price but the overwhelming smell of weed from the next room destroyed that.
- 2/5
The room was in terrible shape. The service was slow and the beds were big mattress on a cot frame and very uncomfortable. The sink had Backflow and the shower rod was falling down.
- 3/5
There was construction going on outside next to my window and the noise was annoying. The drapes are too small for the window
- 4/5
I will go again
- 1/5
We were lied to. I wouldnt have booked if i knew the pools were closed. I called before booking and asked are the pools open and the lady told me yes..which is the only reason i chose to travel there all the way from Philadelphia. I would like a refund on my stay and my boyfriend. My boyfriend hired a photographer to get water shots for his music video and everything went wrong and money wasted because we were lied to
- 1/5
No comment just overall shabby experience. Facility needs a lot of upgrades. Lighting terrible.
- 2/5
Obviously un clean. The elevator had a light hanging from the ceiling, several things in room were broken and unkept. The shower had stains and was poorly maintained for cleanliness. The door to the outside patio would not shut and was open when we arrived. Only sheets were provided with no comforter/blankets and blankets were unavailable. The main light in room did not work.
- 1/5
This hotel is convenient to the horse show grounds. Tried this hotel several years ago with neutral experience then. Property and service have degraded significantly over the past few years. We will NOT stay at this facility in the future in spite of its proximity to the horse park.
- 3/5
I loved the quiet location off of the main road. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of our room and the lack of toilet paper. I was grateful to have paper towels to use for toilet paper in the middle of the night. No one was at the desk when we checked out at 430 in the morning so I had to leave my room key under the computer keyboard.
- 4/5
It was located at the congers horse park. Close to mountain bike trails.
- 1/5
They Over Charged Me On The Security Fee For My Room And The Funds Were Never Returned
- 1/5
Dollars two different days and have no way to contact anyone I feel scammed
- 1/5
It took 15 minutes to just check in. I guess it's a complicated process and 2 of the desk staff were fairly new? Then they hand me a key for a room on the 1st floor that the lady said should be "better now". The room was facing the pool with a door that led out to a little sitting area. The door did not seal all the way and wouldn't properly lock because of it. There was no remote to be found for either tv in the room, the vanity had no lighting because the switch plate had been ripped from the wall. I told them I would need a different room and they gave me one on the 3rd floor. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs because the elevator was broken. There was stains on one of the thin bed spreads and only a sheet underneath. The fitted sheets kept coming off the corners because they didn't fit. There was no towel hanger on the door as it had been ripped off, walls were not clean, areas of missing paint, smoke coming in from next door that was also marked non smoking...to be a wyndham hotel it was the most disappointing stay I've had in 4 years of travel nursing. Sad because it is in a beautiful location just behind a golf course and across from an Equestrian center. I will have to find somewhere else to stay while I finish my covid contract at the hospital.

Refrigerator did not work. Told staff but nothing was done.

Checkin person was abrasive. Told us we only paid for one room but that was easily proven wrong by showing the receipt on the app. He was still unfriendly after that. He was also wearing his mask like a chin diaper. Hotel was fine other than checking in.

The negatives: the towels were the smallest, roughest things I have ever used anywhere. There isn’t much light in room, only two lamps for a pretty large space, the bed was a bit too firm for someone who has a softer bed and back issues. Housekeeping didn’t make beds up because we stayed there multiple nights (I found that really weird) and didn’t leave us a bath mat second day. Otherwise though they seems to do fine (not that we were overly messy). Nothing was terrible except the towels. That was by far the worst thing about the stay. Overall, I’d probably stay again, just probably need to bring my own towel (which is difficult when flying).

There were an unusual odor in the room no matter how much it come back the room was neat and clean the bathroom shower head needed repair the elevator bead out so it was good I was on the first floor the hallways was a little dirty the outside window when you pull up makes you wonder is it worth the stay but other than that I would stay again if I get the same room on the ground level even though the window wasn’t locked completely

Check in was easy and I was able to have my dog with me. I liked the fact that all the rooms were "inside" and I was not going straight from my room to the parking lot and also that my door did not open onto the parking lot.

Hotel is very secluded so if your looking for peace and quiet then this may be for you. Some of the appliances could stand to be upgraded. When I arrived my refrigerator was warm and took a day to get cold.

I expected more of my stay there which online it totally different in person. Faucet where lose and water was leaking from the bathroom. It was very run down for the price i paid for my stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
