Definitely not at the top of our Comfort Inn experience.

Location Asked for clean towels which never got. Asked the cleaning staff on floor she only had 1 clean towel and I need 3

Beds were very comfortable and quiet location. Breakfast not so good.

Checked in the room and the water was shut off to the sink, turned water on and it leaked all over the floor, they had to know this before it was booked out to us and did nothing. Beds where Hard as a rock

Clean, comfortable. Suite was a good size. 1. I had a problem at check in. I booked a King Suite (on the 4th floor). When I booked, it said pet-friendly, had no selection for bringing a pet, it only said to mention having a pet on arrival. When I got there, the person at reception first said I couldn't have the suite I booked because I had a pet. This was in no way indicated when booking, and they finally relented and gave me what I reserved. The policy needs to be clarified on booking if true. 2. The air conditioner pumps out cold air right next to the bed. I wound up leaning the chair over it so I could sleep without it feeling like I was in the artic. 3. Soda machine credit card was broken and it wouldn't accept enough bills to pay for my drink. 4. The included breakfast was meh. Sausage was good, but eggs did not look appetizing. 5. None of the kitchenette cabinets latched. One above the sink wouldn't stay closed and I bonked my head on it!

Nice hotel in a quiet neiborhood. If you like BBQ, macs speedshop is right next door. As good as it gets for BBQ.

When we travel to Florida this property is our first overnight stay. We travel with our Golden Retriever, room is always clean beds are comfortable and the staff is always friendly. Stayed on February 28th on the way down and May 9th on the way back. We have done this for 7 years now. Mac’s restaurant is right next door for an added bonus!

My family has stayed at this facility more than once and have always had excellent service and accommodations. It's conveniently located to entertainment, shopping, and dining. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, roomy with the comforts of home. Would recommend to anyone, including friends and family. We look forward to coming back here again and again.

If you’re traveling with a dog the hotel has large clean grassy areas. There’s also sidewalks so you can take your pooch for a nice walk. There’s also a restaurant right next door

We stay here every yr and we like to location; however, the hotel needs some serious updates to the rooms, grounds…. It’s definitely showing its wear and you don’t even get king size pillows - you get like 5 mini ones …. And it just doesn’t seem really clean or sanitized ..

The location was only 5 mins from my cousin's house. The staff was excellent. It was nice and clean. The furniture in my room was a little worn. The bed was a little to soft for me, but that being said I slept very well. I wish there had been a phone plug on the night stand.

The front desk was friendly, but in the end, of little help. We stayed at the Comfort Inn on a Saturday night. We made the reservations (which did not offer an accessible room as an option). We called the hotel and the young lady answering the phone was very pleasant and said no worries, they would have an accessible room ready for us. That sounded great, we booked and were on the way. We arrived and were greeted at the front desk in by the same young lady that helped us on the phone. Everything was looking great. We were given room 415 and off we went. My wife daughter and I arrived at the room and their was a Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door. My wife was concerned but I thought, no worries, the room is certainly good to go. I strolled in and the room looked very occupied. The bathroom was a wreck and the room was disheveled. I quickly backed out, got my wife back on the elevator and downstairs we went. The young lady at the front desk apologized, said they had no other handicap accessible rooms available and put us in room 109. I was hopeful they would service the room and help us out but that was not an option. We headed into room 109 and the room was less than great. Check out the pics. Dog hair on the chair, AC unit partially unhinged, and an exposed electrical box next to the coffee maker. We were now running behind on our evening so off we went. We are no picky and although not great, we could live with the room. We ate at Macs Speed Shop next door. Great place for food and took off to see a play. We came back settled in and got to sleep. I woke up early the next morning and went to the lobby for coffee (the exposed outlet box was concerning for in room coffee). I came back in, cut the water on in the tub and the faucet for the bath shot off the pipe and I to the tub. See photos. So, we had a room with a shower that was unusable. The faucet handle was was almost two inches removed/loose from the wall as well. I thought no worries, surely the front desk can help us.

The young lady at the desk. The hydrants were being flushed and the water in the rooms or brown. While I was told about the hydrants upon check in no compensation and no bottled water provided. When I went to leave the following day the gentleman at the desk that works at night was very kind he gave me water and when he did I noted there were cases of it behind the front desk in a closet. He also told me where to locate filtered water from a water fountain. That should have been done during check-in. The room was so dirty that I didn't even get under the covers I put towels on top of the bed and over the pillows and slept them.

Hotel was well maintained. Two major shortfalls. Breakfast was awful. Had a water issue and our faucets were putting out brown water due to some city work. However, when we got back to the hotel no one could tell us the current status. Poorly handled.

Treadmill in fitness area had a non functional display. Printer in business center could only be accessed from their computers and was not accessible via WiFi. Since we were staying for a week we requested every other day room servicing but were skipped on s day we should have been serviced. Had to request that the room be vacuumed.

The room was very clean and very spacious. The staff was great. I thought the breakfast would've been the standard continental breakfast but it had a little extra. I had a great sausage and egg biscuit. This place is also one of the few hotels that have flavored creamer. That's a big deal to me since I'm not a true coffee drinker. I had a wonderful overall experience.

It was a good room and the staff was amazing. I felt the $25 a day per dog was excessive, but had to pay it. Ended stay a day early due to inbound weather, but was not advised if I would be refunded for one day and pet fees. Had some loud people in the hall one night for a prolonged period and since we were by the office I assumed it would be futile to complain.

The room was mostly clean. We just found a few hairs that had gotten stuck to the sheets, but nothing else seemed dirty or unclean. The breakfast could be better. My main complaint is the walls are very thin, but that is not something that could be easily fixed anyway. We just heard the people in the room next to us on the last night and you can hear toilets flushing from other rooms very easily. Otherwise, it was worth the convenient price and location!

Would stay again but would eat breakfast elsewhere.

We arrive at 2 AM at the hotel and we got the key from a room which was already occupied! Imagine the scare from us and from the people that were already sleeping in that room! Honestly, the hotel was not clean, the furniture and all the other fixtures were all dented up and definitely needed change. The sofa in my room was so bad you would not put your dirty shoes on it. Definitely I would not recommend! Find something else - there are way nicer ones around. It’s a pity because the location of the hotel is very good and has many restaurants around it.

The hotel is in a nice area of town. There is a DELICIOUS barbecue restaurant next door. We found breakfast to be good, with hot items, plus a waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, coffee (available all day). The staff was pleasant. I would stay here again. Recommend!

Wet kind man got us checked in quickly at 2am. The lady at the desk the next morning was quick to help with an empty coffee container. Breakfast wasn’t terrible. They had muffins and bagels, bread options with sausage and eggs. Yoghurts and some drinks plus coffee. The kids liked the fruit loops. Bathroom was very clean. Beds were nice and tvs worked. Simple to get from the room to breakfast and out to car. Smaller hotel that’s perfect for our larger family when we needed a quick overnight stay while traveling.

Nice spacious, soft sheets and the night manager was very mild mannered and friendly.

Worked great for a one-night stay. Room was clean. Was nice to have a water bottle filler in the lobby. Cant comment on breakfast as my checkout was very early.

Breakfast is the chain's strong suite, but that's not why the place was chosen. We were traveling with our dog. Comfort Inn's have a very attractive pet fee. The room for our initial assignment had a stale odor, my wife rejected it. The desk clerk reacted very appropriately and assigned us to another room. The re-assigned room was a great improvement. Large and spacious. Tile floors. Everyone, including the dog was happy. The facility borders on a commercial area and apartment complex. Plenty of sidewalks to walk the dog.

I enjoyed my stay!

Room was very small and a bit cramped, right next to the elevator, but I am guessing only 1 room per floor was this small. Everything was clean and I never heard the elevator despite being directly next to it.

What a dump. Dirty carpeting everywhere. Stains on the comforter. Mediocre breakfast - we ended up skipping and going out twice. Staff, if they spoke English, were merely place-holders. Only two towels for a room with 2 people.

It was a pit stop on our way to Georgia. Room was clean and staff was friendly. In a good neighborhood and plenty around the area. Bed was on the harder side. Other wise good stay.

Primary issue with our stay was the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom had several areas that had not been properly cleaned in who knows how long. Toilet did not flush well. The icing on the cake was the several dead cockroaches I found when we entered in our room. We arrived very late and with 2 small children so we just dealt with it.

The first room I had was so dirty and gross. Hairs and dirt on the box spring mattress was visible, pee on toilet, absolutely old and dirty phones, ripped corners of walls. The day guy at the counter was nice and gave me another room the next day…although better…was not as obvious but still dirty phones, etc. I would not want to ever stay again.

It was more like a motel 6. Sink in bathroom so small with no shelves. No room to put make upon. No pen and paper. Rarely was anyone at the front desk during the day. Same breakfast every day.

Great bed and bath. The couch in the sitting area was not in great shape. The cushions weren’t zippered and open. If we would have stayed longer than. 9 pm-7 am, I would have asked for a sheet to put over couch. Rest of the room was great!

there is a restaurant across the street from the hotel. looked nice for adults with band. the roads have very fast cars on it many going through their stop signs. I believe there is a consumer mail outlet warehouse across the other street so the area is softly illuminated at night. our room was next to the washing machine area so washing was going on all night and our service dogs let us know someone was outside the door. there is a strong smell of smoke from outside which door was propped open by trashcan at night.otherwise I felt safe. breakfast was satisfactory.

We were so pleased with the cleanliness friendliness of the staff breakfast. It was amazing lots of places to eat right by gas stations wonderful.

Arrived late, left early. Traveling. Very comfortable. For some reason the charged my credit card $2.31 after paying with PayPal on hotels.com. I was too tired to fight over $2.31.

Real eggs and bacon would have made a better breakfast choice

I stayed there for four nights, and they never cleaned my room. I had to request clean towels, which they delivered but did not change the sheets. I was on the fourth floor, which was very noisy. I would not recommend staying at this facility.

Average stay with very friendly staff. Breakfast was average and just ok. Facility is pet friendly but they don’t mention they charge an extra pet fee until you check in. Extra $25-$35 depending on size of the pet.

This is our convenient stop when traveling from NY to Savannah. We have a small dog and they are very welcoming with a small fee for her. The restaurant right next door, Mac's is always fun and has great bbq with outdoor seating.

From check in to check out it was a good experience. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The pet friendly room was great and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the HVAC unit was nice and quiet. The only downside was the chairs in the room were pretty worn and dated. We will definitely stay again on our trips.

The hotel was old and filthy. There were blood stains on the curtains and it smelled horrible. I ended up losing $150.00 because the hotel was so bad that I was unable to stay there and had to stay in another hotel.

We stopped here on our way to our vacation destination. It’s near the highway. It’s in a safe neighborhood. It’s very clean. The staff is very friendly. There are shopping and dining options nearby. I’m really glad I found this one on Expedia.

It was a very comfortable room. Breakfast was not so great the first morning.(Friday) biscuits were very dry and crumbly and there was mold on the bagel’s bottom. Sausage tasted old. I reserved 2 accessible rooms and only one was.
