The couch was a little broken down and uncomfortable in the room. There was a spoon left in the garbage disposal and an order and they offered to repair it and we requested after our stay. Nothing to reduce the rating of excellent!

This bed was worn out and lumpy and needed replacement. We were moved by request to room 127, it had a great comfortable king bed, the young man at the desk that night was very helpful and courteous.

Issues with the air conditioner. The shower handle was leaking. The staff was very friendly. We appreciate the compliment for breakfast.

I only stayed one night and didn't get to utilize the hoop court, nor the gym nor the evening get-together! So everything was OUTSTANDING except for these minor faux pas. The soda machine is right there for breakfast --- turn it on please! I don't want Apple nor Orange Juice. I would have loved lemonade or any type of soda! Don't know if my deposit on my card was put back! They say 3-5 days! Which is RIDICULOUS, because when I go to Walmart with a return on ANY item, they money is put back on my card RIGHT THEN AND THERE! Lastly, the layout of my room was just UNNATURAL! Upon entering, the kitchen is to the right; the desk is to the left and in front of that is the sofa. The beautiful, luxurious bed is then to the right of that and the bathroom and closet completes the U-shape upon walking in the room. But the TV is right in the middle of the U! So you cannot view it perpendicularly from either the bed nor the coach area. Sure it is on a swivel, but TVs are meant to be watched PERPENDICULARLY! The Fung Shei is just TOTALLY off and the design is just atrocious! Just my thoughts, though!

Hotel was AWESOME!!! Great location, super clean, staff was very friendly and nice. Rooms were well appointed, laundry facilities were awesome. Happy Hour and breakfasts were very good!!! Definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Pool was open til 10 pm little table top fire pits were even available. BBQ too. In the morning a huge breakfast is set out in the main lobby dining area. Waffles, omlets, potatoes, muffins Fruits juice coffee cereals ... staff was so friendly and helpful. The entire experience was sensational. My 1 and only complaint is that the air conditioner wouldn't get any colder than 69 degrees. As a Hot blooded woman and equally so husband.. sleep was very difficult. The beds were so plush and comfy. The bedding was wonderful and pristine white.. The soaps are legit Soap (and lotion). Dove brand in pump bottles. I trully endorse this establishment. The wonderful memories we had within our suite will be cherished forever. I can't wait for our next stay at Staybridge.

Not sure what happened to happy hours? But years ago, it was a lot better than than last couple recent stays 2025. You offer too many carbs, and need more protein choices, fruit etc Especially with the new food pyramid, it's better to offer families healthier choices. In the king suite, you need better towels. Add a night light so folks won't trip when you get up to use the restroom. We think it's ridiculous to charge folk's daily parking charges when you have a big parking lot. we didn't do it for many years. We are regulars at the Staybridge and stay 5 - 6 times per year. You do have great personel. Including when you check in, as well as folks, who take care of the rooms. They are always very friendly + polite, helping with anything we might need.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very convenient for taking out our two little dogs. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was disappointing, offering only protein bars and pancakes to make. Eggs and/or fruit would have been nice.

Our room was fantastic and kept that way almist everyday by the staff. The breakfast staffed woman that was there most of the time we stayed, I forget her name but she was of Asian decent, was super friendly and kind to us! We will definantly stay at this Staybridge the next time were in town visiting family. Thank you!

The room was clean and comfortable. Our room was handicap accessible and I had everything I need. Something that is not taken into consideration is where the soap and shampoo are located. for a person in a wheel chair it is almost impossible to reach where you have them now. Pool was fun and relaxing. On the few days we ate breakfast it was the same as the previous day and the help was standing around talking. Tables were covered in crumbs and they talked on. Maybe I'm wrong to expect them to wipe down the tables. my mistake.

The staff who was in charge of the "The Social" was very kind and considerate. I arrived and check-in at the hotel at 6:50pm due to heavy traffic. She extended the social hour for another 15 minutes for me. I deeply appreciate it.

Beautiful property within walking distance of a busy shopping plaza. There’s a barbecue grill outside for community use. Breakfast was standard continental. Rooms come stocked with some a fridge, kitchen utensils, pot, pan, plates and cups. Would prefer a smart TV, more than one spoon, and clean pool area with towels stocked.

I have stayed with staybridge many times i was looking forwards to this stay and was extremely let down.the power went out in the hotel the night of our stay we had to walk down four flights of stairs to the front desk to see what was going on just for the lady at the front desk to brush us off and be rood at least she gave us a flashlight. We sat in the dark till power in the area came back on..at least we had breakfast to look forward to. Breakfast was horrible. Sausage was raw, there was random salad toppings in unsure what that was even for. And the gravy spoon was stuck to a wripped napkin..no thank you! I Would not stay here again it ruined our trip

This place was great! Very clean and comfortable king suite room with full fridge, mini stove, utensils, dishes, coffee maker, toaster. Had a work desk and a pull out sofa. Restroom had nice bottled soaps and shampoo. Pool and spa were nice. People enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Walking distance to shops and restaurants of dos Lagos.

The staff at staybridge friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and well designed and very comfortable to be in. The breakfast was amazing. It was probably the best free Continental hotel breakfast that my wife and I've ever had. We were visiting family in the area. Would not hesitate to stay back at staybridge next time we come back to visit them. It was a giant plus to have the walking area nearby with that little village and stores up and the two lakes to walk around. The only thing that maybe is fixed already cuz it's now been over a week since we've been home. Is the elevators when they are settling into the floor that they're going up or down to? It's like there's a shimmy and a vibration of the whole elevator cabin and it's very unsettling.

Main Door didn't work and we almost had to force them to help us. They almost took the whole day to finally send some one to fix it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. However, the hot breakfast items were meh. The air conditioning unit had no instructions and I couldn’t get the right temperature. The DOVE body products that the hotel carries did not make me feel good due to the overpowering scent of them. I had to carefully watches my feet when entering/exiting my side of the bed because there isn’t enough foot clearance and stubbing the feet is more likely than not if not watching carefully.

Lia the breakfast host, was excellent. She was patient with my kids, helping them make waffles.

This hotel stay was amazing! We stayed in one of their suites and it was everything, from the kitchen with utensils supplied and the full fridge, all the way to to beds. I would highly recommend this to anyone

There were good food options but the fruit was brown and mushy. The bagels were frozen which I didn't care for. They should have set them out so they could defrost. The lady who was helping in the kitchen area was extremely rude to several customers. If you are not a morning person or having a bad day, just remember its not everyone else fault. As for the beds in the room one of our beds were okay. While the other was terrible. It had a big dip in it so they definitely need to replace that one. The pull out sofa was standard.

I purchased a 1 bedroom suite with 2 queen beds. I received a standard king bed with a dirty bloodstained sofa bed. This is a case of bait and switch.

Beautiful property and I loved having a mini kitchen. Staff was very accommodating with my request for a late check out. There were a lot of places to eat and shopping nearby.

Hands down we planted a family gathering and everything went very well there's no other way to say it we had a good time quiet peaceful and most of all we were there to share some memories together

We had a terrible experience at the Staybridge one of our parties found a bedbug in their pullout bed upon arrival. I was also charge the holding deposit twice, and when I informed the front desk of the incident, they seem very uninterested and simply told me they don’t see it on their end even though I was able to provide the transaction in their face I had to call my bank to handle the situation and eventually had to wait until the next business day to get this rectified (still waiting as it’s Sunday) the only plus was the breakfast, but that was also extremely lack luster

Initial staff Jenny not friendly over the phone when I was called to pay hotel right away because we were arriving late. We had called early to inform we would be late and they told us no problem but later got a call demanding payment because we were going to be late checking in. Never had a hotel do this before. Other than that it was really nice.

It was a very sophisticated place with full kitchen and complimentary laundry.. Breakfast is amazing lots of variety. They had a basketball court for the younger ones and a working space in the room. I did not like that they deduct parking fee from your deposit, failed to clarify that it would be a fee per night, and that having paid for parking I still had to park on the street because there were no spots available in the hotel parking lot..

We had our four kids and two adults in one of their suites. Every time we entered our room we smelled a strong “wet dog” - musty, moldy, melody .. they never had enough towels for us on the daily. We would pack up our trash and put it outside the door for pickup and they left it for two days. We had to ask someone to grab it for us. The pull out sofa was absolutely disgusting. I actually went straight downstairs and asked for a new one and they said they didn’t have any. It was flat as can be with the springs inside. Ripped and stained through the bottom. It had blue stains. Red stains. Brown stains. Black stains. No joke. We had to pay a daily parking fee that was not included in our overall stay cost. There was two sliding doors in our suite to separate the main beds and the bathroom and I honestly don’t even know how to explain the locks that they had. One of the doors wouldn’t remain open by itself. Had to put a trash can in front of it to prevent it from falling closed. When the doors closed they automatically latched and locked. I have never seen or experienced such locks. All our kids and even us as adults were stuck and locked in or out constantly. No one was able to attempt to unlock it themselves. Always took two people - one on each side of the door. We paid over $500 for the weekend with this experience. It was honestly a disappointment.

They charged my card $20 for parking without my consent. They never mentioned it when I booked the room or when I checked in. It just showed up on my bank statement. Had to call them to find out what it was for. They said they would remove it... A bit shady in my opinion...

The hotel rooms were clean, they were little suites, so they had a small kitchen which a stove top surface and fukl fridge; the continental breakfast was good and had a decent variety of choices; and the staff we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. There are a couple of things I would improve; the furniture inside of our room was just a little worn, and the chairs in the breakfast area were very worn; there was a weird smell in the lobby, not a horrible smell, but just strange/stale. Overall, I would stay here again if I was in the area.

We stayed in a suit but would have been better if we had a table in the room so that we can eat or play games. Also, disposable dishes served in the breakfast area were too cheap styrofoam ones. This needs to be either paper ones or actual dishes. When I reserved the hotel, it said everything including tax and fees were included in the total amount. However, when we checked in, we realized that they charge for parking. It was unpleasant surprise.

Great hotel and stayed here a number of times but Parked in the handicap and someone from the hotel targeted my vehicle and put a sign in my car that I should not be parking in "their spot or else". Didn't trust hotel after that. The reason I knew it was someone staying there is because the note was written on Hotel Note pad.

Hotel conveniently located near 15 fwy, shopping, and eateries. It was quiet (for the most part), and staff was very friendly.

The stay was great, the bed was comfortable. Just bummed by the breakfast hours. 7:30 is way too late for the start of breakfast on the weekend. We had to leave at 6:30. I base my hotel choices a lot on wether these places have free breakfast and I would not stay here again unless I knew I was leaving later then 7:30

Great friendly service....everything inside the hotel was great,pool nice and cool,the spa was dirty and bubbles not working. Bird poop in front with 30 cigarette butts. Bees around the pool. Our 2nd time staying there. Would go back again.
