    The staff ok and location good. Booked 2 queen beds but when we got there they gave us a king bed with a sofa bed. We were very disappointed and told front desk about error. The manager came out and told me that I booked through a third party web sight so she could not help me. I didn't understand why booking with a third party was the issue. I felt like the manager didn't care to help me. I don't think I will stay there again. I just wish someone would have told me that booking with you was going to get me treated differently.

    I’ve stayed at plenty embassy’s and this one was the worst laundry room was dirty machines did not work , I needed towels cause they never brought me any the nexts cleaning day ! It was not a very nice friendly place I will never stay there again 😡

    The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was pretty good. The property needs remodeling and the tub had lots of rust on the tub. The air vent in the bathroom was coming out of the ceiling and it had lots of clogged dust coming from it along with strings of hair. The hotel wasn’t worth the money it’s old and run down looking and needs remodeling so I checked out early from being disappointed.

    On the negative, the Hot tub wasn't clean & very lukewarm water even though we asked 2 days for them to make it actually warm, they never did. They should make a point to "shock" the water at night when closed as very cloudy. The room itself was very outdated, big red stain on carpet, the bathroom door very beat up, rusty hinges, rusty bathtub, peeling wallpaper in bathroom. The drapes weren't hooked at top corner (or broke, couldn't tell) The 2 little ottomans in living room were in bad shape, both torn on every corner. Room was supposed to be accessible, but only saw a bar in bathtub to make it so. Stayed there 2 years ago & didn't remember room looking this bad & Hot Tub was nice at that time. Last time for us staying there.

Oh the white bread was the only thing missing in the buffet. The gentleman was nice I'm guessing the bus boy but he seemed overwhelmed and over worked. Felt bad for him nice man but he looked overworked.

    The room was dusty. The bathroom toilet had hairs on it including the bathroom door. The shampoo bottle pump was empty and also had long hair stuck on the pump. I haven’t stayed on an embassy suites in a long time but I will not recommend this hotel to anybody nor will I return. I will continue to stick to Hyatt Regency and Loews Hotels.

    Hotel is quickly becoming run down. The beds weee hard as a rock, furniture was showing much wear and tear. The room had a smell of mol or maybe sour we carpet. The shampoo and other items were not stocked. Conditioner fell off the shower wall.

    The night we stayed there , the light between the beds did not work nor the plugs that were in the light:( The pool area was not open. The best part was the breakfast buffet:) there were a few spots (mold looking) in the shower area on the ceiling.

    Breakfast was great, hot tub was closed. The only thing make sure you only reserve the days you need. I did my booking for two days then I cancel within a few days before and I was told by Expedia that my reservation had been updated to one day stay but I did mention to the person that if I wasn’t going to be able to get my money back not to cancel. Well they cancel anyways and I paid for two day and only stayed one day listen learn.

    We love staying at Hilton hotels especially Embassy suites but this one in corpus is not what we expected. The hotel looks very old and the rooms look very outdated. The employees taking care of the breakfast acted very strange when asked a question and did not have very good hygiene from what I saw. The water from the pool looked very cloudy like if it had not been cleaned in a long time. The aire condition was not working. This hotel really does not look or feel like a hilton we checked out early and left the the Quinta Inn which was much nicer.

    We encountered several problems one major problem was the AC not working correctly in our room we let them know and they said they could’ve offered us a fan, but fans were already all distributed out to other hot rooms super unacceptable for the price we paid. We stay there every year for Easter weekend this year was super disappointing. If they have these issues they should be fixed. This is a big nice hotel for Corpus Christi. We were super disappointed.. great Staff but come on how can we sleep in a hot room we’re not in a Third World country! Pool was closed to Maintenance on a holiday weekend again super disappointing!

    The hot tub was closed for maintenance which was disappointing because that was a big factor when deciding which hotel we were going to go with. The pool was filthy. The water was very murky, and when we dove under water we saw a LOT of chunky nastiness that could’ve only been throw up. It was there for days along with clumps of hair and a couple old band-aides. I do not know how often the pool is serviced/checked but my guess is not often. The rooms are a little dated, but overall in decent shape. Pillows/bed very comfortable. The first night we had no hot water. We found out after swimming at the beach and then in the nasty pool. We were offered no discount. We stayed with our dog and there was a large pet relief area. Probably wouldn’t stay again

    Location is good, very convenient. Next to the freeway but can’t hear it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Gym is decent with enough to get by. However, the condition of the building is in terrible shape. Carpet is really worn, toilet bowl has dark black ring under the rim. Spa is broken. Hot water was off for the whole building for one day. Dresser drawers are worn out and vinyl is bubbled, tv is 20 yo LcD (i had one). Furniture is really worn, pillow is flat. One elevator is broken for our 5 day stay. Everything is outdated. Breakfast is good.

    The ice machine on our floor, closest to our room was broken and evidently for some time. Pool was nice but a little on cool side for a heated pool. Breakfast, evening drinks and snacks were great. Bartender was great at giving advice on some great hangout places.

    The staff is awesome. The room was great. But since the holidays we have noticed corners being cut. The ceramic coffee cups and plates are gone. The stainless steel utensils are nearly all gone. They put two trash bins in the middle of their beautiful common area. They are losing their uniqueness.

    This is my all time favorite hotel. The staff is superb and the perks are worth the stay! Jacob is our favorite person! He is so friendly and always remembers me and my friend, by name!! We always have a room request that they grant. The evening reception (Crystal) and made to order omelets (Joe) are great! I will continue to go to this hotel when visiting Corpus! It's so stress free!

    When we went to check in, the clerk didn’t find our name and after almost an hour the continued to say they were all booked. So we didn’t even stay. Yall kept my money and I had no choice but to look for another hotel. When I asked for a refund, due to me not even staying at the hotel, all they offered was a partial credit for a room. Like what? Who does that!!

    We visited for the Christmas holiday, 24th-27th. We absolutely love the way the staff treats us. (We stay there often.) From the front office, room service, bartenders, & kitchen staff, all are professional and warm. The rooms are cozy too. You can’t go wrong with this hotel.

    Hotel was good. The guy who checked me in was welcoming and friendly. The lady who checked me out was cold and not friendly. And I was not given a final bill, so I still don’t know how much my stay cost. I was told by her that “we have no idea of the cost on our end, that is totally through Expedia.” That doesn’t seem right.

    The hotel is older... our air conditioner was not working and it was 90 degrees, moved rooms and that room was not ready to be rented, moved again,,, still not very cool but was given a fan. Front desk person, Jacob, was amazing but it was not his fault the stay was completely uncomfortable. After switching rooms again couch bed was broken...honestly didnt even say anything, so defeated by that point... Breakfast the bacon was barely cooked and potatoes were cold... Definitely not what you would expect from an Embassey Suites.

    The front desk staff was friendly enough and the hotel itself was clean as well as the room. The one complaint is, the Bartender working 10/8/2025 was extremely rude. My partner and I were just looking at the menu for the free reception and the bartender rudely interjected and said the line forms over here folks if you’re trying to order. We both looked at each other questioning who he was talking to but clearly it was us. He seemed to be annoyed that we took him away from his usual patrons. He was annoyed when we ordered, we even tipped him even though he did not deserve it. It was not busy at all, there were two people sitting at the bar and only one other couple behind us in line. We came back to order our last drink and he proceeded to just talk to the people sitting at the bar and let us stand at the bar for a good five minutes before even acknowledging us. It was ridiculous. It was super dead and there was no excuse for the behavior. We were very kind. Do better. He was the sour note to my time at the hotel and I most likely won’t be back bc of it. I enjoy hotel bars. Disappointed.

    However, this is not the case. The staff is fantastic and probably some of the best in the business I've run into. The room, however, left a lot more to be desired. The minute you walk in, you smell the musk. Typical smell, usually due to condensation in the ac units that are pretty much run non stop. Then you get to the room where the bed is, and nothing but same musk coming from the corner of the room. Shower, same smell. Tight chest, allergic reaction. Turns out it was black mold and can be spotted in MULTIPLE areas. Under the shower under the tiles, in the sinks, on the AC vents You can see bubbling on the ceiling from obviously from leaking or condensation build up. If it wasn't a holiday weekend I would have booked elsehwere but we only slept in the room and showered. I wouldn't come back due to my family testing positive for allergies to mold spores and this could have killed them but since we were able to just get by and was there for less than 6 hours a day, we just settled. Beware if you're allergic to mold and especially if you see black mold. This stuff can kill you quietly. Thanks to the FD for being awesome but your hotel rooms are dangerous to the public. Also, not to mention, last day before checking out, I saw a couple roaches walking on the ground in the atrium. Hate to see it, but hopefully this brings changes.

    I am under the impression that the hotel housekeeping is understaffed, i.e customer has to notify the front desk before 8:00AM if in need of room cleaning. Safe and telephone in bedroom not working. No lighting in parking areas - can be a safety risk. Entrance to the hotel is not clearly visible from traffic streeet (I missed the entrance twice during my stay).

    All the workers were friendly and attentive. The front desk guy was probably the best employee I’ve encountered at any establishment. He made it a point to learn our names and greet us every time we entered and exited. He went above and beyond. Breakfasts were amazing.

    I noticed there we’re a lot of water leaks through out the building, and also very dark common area places. The inside was very muggy. I just don’t think the inside is very comfortable feeling. Also, one maintenance for this property is ridiculous. Hilton is a top brand name, and to only have one maintenance for the entire property is substandard. First time at a Hilton property, but I don’t think I can stay at a neglected property for the price. Decor is also outdated. Bed had the sheets just draped over, they weren’t tucked nice and tight. This property needs a lot of attention.

    For it being Corpus Christi... i guess the hotel was not BAD but it is old and rundown. The staff is VERY good and kind. My family liked the breakfast and we also had dinner at the restaurant, excellent wings and fries.wirh that said, rhe sofabed appeared dirty and the beds were not inviting. They seriously need to redecorate their rooms.

    The RED HEAD kid name Jake if not mistaken he was AWESOME. I was very impress how he acknowledge everyone and I mean EVERYONE who enter the hotel making us feel very welcoming.     I really like staying at the Embassy Suites because there are 2 rooms, a living room and a bedroom. They also have free happy hour and breakfast. The sitting areas are comfortable and plentiful. The area where the hotel is located is really convenient to everything, shopping, eating, etc. The staff was friendly and and helpful, especially Jake. My only complaint is their was not eough housekeeping staff. We asked for daily room cleaning, we were there for 5 days, but we only received housekeeping for 1 of those days. Also one of the access doors was broken, so you had to walk all the way around to the front door if you had to park in back. But that was minor. My overall experiencewas great.

    My only issue…which was big is that we need to sleep on the pull-out bed in the living area and close the doors to the bedroom because traffic was too loud in the morning. Surprised the hotel doesn’t have better sound dampeners…I have hotel rooms near airports with less noise.

    The entrance of the hotel is dangerous with incoming traffic. I did not know I had to request housekeeping in order to have my room cleaned. The carpet and sofas of my room felt dirty. Positive: Breakfast They gave 2 complimentary drinks per adult per day. The location is nice to move around. Easy to move around with kids.

    I’ve stayed here at last 20 times over the years and have always had an amazing experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable and always in good working order. Any issue I’ve ever had has been quickly taken care of. The breakfast and the indoor pool are our favorite parts of this place. They have had the same chef, Joe, for many years and he makes each breakfast a great experience. Their free drinks and happy hour is also a great part of the experience. We always look forward to our next stay here.

    We had a great experience at this hotel. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was made daily by the staff. The suite was comfortable, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. The only two concerns I had were the AC and the pool area. When we checked in, we went to our room and turned down the AC to make the room more comfortable. At 1 a.m., I woke up sweating. I went downstairs and spoke with the staff. She immediately put us in another room, and within minutes, the room was cooled to a comfortable temperature. The second concern was the fact that my daughter has a service dog, and when we went to the pool, the staff member came in and said the dog couldn't be in there, the dog wasn't in the pool but laying by the pool to watch over my daughter. All things I believe this is a good facility to stay at when in Corpus, and I feel I will stay again in the future.

    We came for a little getaway while the location is great. We always stay here but I was a little disappointed in the air conditioning in our suite and it was the ambassador suite. We also asked for maid service while they made the bed we had a tray of food that sat out for 2 days outside of our room that was never picked up. The other disappointment was the parking...there was no where to park even though it was suggested that I park in the back the parking lot was completely full. I was asked to park in the front where cars can pass but my vehicle was almost hit.

    The property is in need of serious renovations. Everything was old. The carpet ripped, wood on the bottom of bathroom door was curled up and the door wouldn’t lock. Also, the tub wouldn’t drain. The front desk gentleman was very friendly and extremely welcoming. The 2 cooks who made the omelettes were super accommodating and friendly as well. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless a renovation is completed.

    Well apparently the bar closed early when it clearly states open till 11:30…my husband went to the bar a little pass 10 and they said they were closed and only catering to guests who had open tabs plus kept telling us to leave the dining area before 11 and mostly to go into our rooms…couldn’t enjoy a night there like before!

    We arrived at our reservation time and the room was not clean. We had to wait an hour. Never received an apology. "Just you'll have to come back." Front desk staff the day of check in and check out were horrible. The rest of the staff was amazing. Cocktail hour was great. Breakfast was A1. It was a great area. Close to all types of food places and shopping. As others have stated, it needs some updates. I would not stay at this location again.

    This is easily the must busted, old, unmaintained Embassy Suites I’ve ever encountered. Furniture is all worn, scuffed, and should’ve been replaced 5 years ago. It smells musty. The owners should be ashamed. Shout-out to Jake at the front desk though. Find a new hotel worthy of your hospitality, Jake!

    The happy hour snacks were not so happy at all. I’ve been to other Embassy Suites and this one is far beyond sad. The pool was closed due to a problem during spring break. It was the indoor pool that got me to pick this hotel. I’m never staying at this hotel again.

They offered us a sister hotel pool but it was outside and the wind and heat were terrible in corpus as usual that's why we booked an indoor pool hotel. And the rooms are kinda run down
