There was nothing I can complain about the room beautiful clean very comfortable very relaxing. I might add wonderful. They took care of me right away gave me a first floor and accommodated me and helped me with another problem. I needed to get closer to my venue where the wedding was help. It’s very helpful thank you so much.

I ended up really sick and couldn’t go. I have Alpha Gal. I ordered take out the night before and didn’t know the fries were cooked in talo. Since it was non-refundable and the last time something like this happened, there’s no phone number to call. Hilton said if I booked through them, they would have helped me change it and not be penalized. Since this one and last time you booked the wrong date, I’m out $500. I will not use your service anymore. You were $30 cheaper than if I booked direct with Hilton but losing $30 is better than $260. Especially considering I’ve been a long time user of your app for hotels, car rentals and flights. I hate to admit my girlfriend was right, she always said, book direct.

Basic accommodations for one night. Unfortunately our room had a sewer smell and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom especially behind the door. If it was cleaner and didn't smell would give five stars.

Easy to book and get into the room. Staff were great. Very good breakfast. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. I highly recommend it. Small. Easy access.

Pillows were too soft there was not enough charging places in the room for additional phones, laptops, etc.

Clean room. Love that there wasn’t any carpet in room. Shower was great. Breakfast was true continental. Toast, muffins, cereal, cold items. But sufficient.

After paying had put 100 dollar deposits on room. Bought a toothbrush marked at 2.50 charged 4.00..otherwise clean and a good deal with breakfast

My room was immaculate, and the front desk is staffed 24 hours per day. There is a very nice assortment of snacks and frozen food by the front desk in case you get hungry and it was just a wonderful place to stay.

The breakfast was fresh and there were plenty of choices. The room was clean. The staff accommodated my request to be placed in a room away from the highway, and I had a very quiet night. The shower was excellent with hot water. All in all I am very pleased with my stay and would recommend your hotel.

The front desk staff was great, however, the room was poor. I had to clean the mirrors myself. They were so streaky and messy. The bathroom floor was dirty and had bits of trash on it. The shower was moldy around the caulking. Not what I would expect from a Hilton. Won’t be staying there ever again.

Outside lights affect sleep when the curtains are very light-colored.

The renovations done were done quickly, poorly, or not at all. The heater/ac unit old and crusty and wouldn’t shut off unless unplugged. Breakfast choices were also weak. Place smells weird too.

The room was fine, drafty by the window but the heater was more than adequate for the room, but chilly in the bathroom. I was disappointed with the "continental" breakfast not much to choice from. Plus the indoor pool was closed which should of been noted on the website.

very clean and quiet. the only issue was the pool was not available. Other than that the stay was great.

We arrived just before 11pm. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and attentive, cheery and sweet.

Room was dirty, trash in room, damaged floor and walls.

I enjoyed my stay. Service was excellent and the room was very comfortable. The only thing I found that needs to be improved was the strong chemical smell after the room was cleaned and it took awhile for the smell to clear. Perhaps adjusting the amount of chemicals used in the floor cleaning mixture would help

It was clean. Served our purpose. Didn’t like that I had to leave 100.00 additional deposit at check in. Was told it would be credited when we checked out. Still waiting on the credit. I was also told that breakfast was at 7:00 am but upon check out was told that was a mistake it was at 6, so I was able to grab a cup of tea before leaving.

Fairly new facility. Lobby and dining area were neat and clean. Staff were efficient and pleasant. The only problem I had with the room was that the floors were not clean. Especially the bathroom which had muddy feet print and needed cleaning.

The room was extremely dirty from bedroom to bathroom. Does not seem like anyone cleaned it before we checked in. I believe I saw a cockroach. Whatever it was, I killed it.

But our room had a broken toilet paper golder and broken microwave with someones leftover mac and cheese cup inside. However it did not inconvenience us and these things were discussed with front desk staff for future guests

The staff here is exemplary. Although this hotel is 25 minute drive, the drive was pleasant with great restaurants nearby. The breakfast had no hot options.

The shower valve needs to be repaired, the water is literally scalding or freezing. The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful and nice.

2. We had a pet and in our booking it said pet fee was $30 per day. They charged us $75 per day! (To be fair, they said this was a mistake it was supposed to be $75 for the first 4 days and are refunded half of this charge but it is still not what was listed in our information) This hotel definitely does not live up to Hilton standards at present moment. Let’s hope they continue to improve. It seems there’s nowhere to go but up.

All in all, a very unpleasant experience. Hilton should be embarrassed to have its name on this property.

The difference from last year to this year was HUGE. The cleanliness was not there, pool was under renovation, the elevator didn’t work! Breakfast last year was awesome this year not even close.

First-they were overdoing cleaning with Fabulosa and our room stunk so bad we had to change rooms-the staff was very accommodating when changing our room. 2-towels were brand new/never washed so when you dried off with the towels you had little white fuzzies all over your body. 3-the floors looked dirty but it was just sloppy construction grout that was caked on the tile floors; as well as construction dust in the corners and under cabinets. Rooms had sloppy finishes on tile work and floors. 4-first room the AC sounded like a jet engine all night/second room AC was fine 5-first room had a nice shower with hot water/ second room had warm/cold water even after letting it run for 10 minutes. I didn’t get to take a shower on Sunday morning-water was too cold and had very, very low pressure. My husband took a quick 3 minute shower with the cold water. Second room the shower curtain was 10” too short and the whole bathroom got wet after my husbands shower and my trying to get hot water. 6-continental breakfast was very sparse. I just stayed in a Spark in Fort Wayne 2 weeks ago and their breakfast was nice with many choices. 7-second room-stains on the white coverlet. Pillows went flat quickly. Both rooms only 1 roll of toilet paper-no back up. Only two large towels for two adults for weekend.

The property seemed new, but unfinished. There were debris everywhere. We were assigned on the ground floor but unfortunately could not lock the bold lock. The manager kept assuring us it was fine without locking it from inside. We insisted in changing a room so we could sleep without worrying about intruders. The new room was on the second floor without an elevator. There were only two sets of towels and dust on the bathroom was visible. The shower gel bottle attached on the wall was empty. The hotel obviously needs more staff to maintain it. Everything was just very chaotic. I would not recommend this hotel.
