    The staff at this property were extremely polite, helpful, and courteous. The hotel itself is lovely, and our room was excellent—very spacious and impeccably clean. The only downside was the room's AC unit; the controls were not working as expected, making the room either too hot or too cold. However, when I mentioned this to the receptionist at checkout, she graciously compensated us with complimentary breakfast and coffee coupons for the hotel restaurant. Overall, a great stay with excellent customer service!

    I was told that my reservation would be on a higher floor and a better View I was on floor 7 and The View was over rooftop of a building and construction It would have been better at check in if I was told I was going to be on the 7th floor and that it didn't have a nice view. It would have been great to get my breakfast vouchers that I paid for when I checked in but I had to ask for them when it was time for breakfast. The microwave that I rented and thought I had to pay extra for was beat up and it didn't heat up the food properly but they did remove that charge and also took care of my valet at checkout which made up for a few things

    The staff was fantastic.Very friendly and welcoming. One day our room was not made up but the staff compensated us with some lovely surprises including a free breakfast. The pool was great. CThe room was very comfortable. Also thechotelvis a 10 minute walk from the Westfield mall, which has many restaurants and great shopping. We were given a free breakfast, but to be honest, we wouldn't recommend buying the breakfast buffet.

    The water at the bathroom sink smelled foul and all the staff said was "so sorry ". The exhaust fan didn't work and it was not fixed after spoke to the front desk eventhough I was told they would send maintenance up.

    The room was clean and comfortable. The property overall was stylish and chic. My only issue is that everyone acted like there was no way for me to get change to tip the valet drivers while being forced to valet park. The initial staff I encountered at the valet was a bit dismissive as well when I was trying to understand parking options.

    The property was very nice and clean and in a nice area. The restaurant was closed from 2-5 which didn’t work for me. You were able to order food at the bar. Food was very good. Just would have been nice to eat at the table at restaurant. Other issue had to book 2 nights as I was arriving early in the morning. Hotel only said I can call early to see if room available, even though reservations said there were. rooms available. even when I offered to pay more for early check in. I could not call in the morning as I was traveling. I could not risk not getting into room for 3-4. Was attending an event and it would have been too late for me. So had no choice but two book for two night. I felt they could have been more accommodating. .

    We were visiting our son so fortunately did not need to use valet parking. We basically only slept there. Didn't want to pay almost 20 dollars for a continental breakfast per person so we just stopped at a grocery store and bought our own. It was clean and the bed was comfortable so it met our needs.

    The staff were outstanding: courteous and professional. The main drawback to this property is cost of parking. You can park across the street and pay $48 every time you enter and then exit (so that's $96 a day if you come back to the hotel for anything during the day.) or you pay $53 + tax+ tips for valet service. So add $70 a day to whatever the room price is. Also, the pool is large and heated.

    The TV stopped working after the 3rd day. It would turn on, but it seemed to have an issue connecting to the OS and it wouldn't play Live TV. Found some long women's black hair in the shower in between the two glass doors. (I have very short black hair) cleanliness could be a little more thorough, but overall good.

    The room was clean and easy to find. The staff at the check in counter and valet were both great. We were going to a concert at the Intuit Dome. It was about a 15 minute drive to and from the hotel. Very easy drive as well so it’s a great place to stay if you’re planning a trip to any of the venues in Inglewood. The room was very quiet. We didn’t hear any other people around or above us. We couldn’t even hear the traffic on the freeway. I will definitely be staying here again in the future if I’m in the area.

    the only thing was the wine was $50.00 a bottle, and I bought one, but after checking online, the retail cost was only $9.00, which made me realize I was gipped. I understand if it was a quality wine, but this was bargain basement JUNK in a classy hotel. Like this, the wine selection should not have been a screw top and 50.00. I wanted to have a relaxing drink with friends, and Uber Eats was 45 min out, and it was already after 12:30 a.m., but other than being jostled for that, it was AWESOME. Got to love LA

    The room was extremely noisy, right beside the highway. The hotel overall is nice however it is situated on a really busy road so unless you are situated right in the middle of the hotel looking over the courtyard you will be getting minimal sleep. The staff were nice enough to move us on night 2/5 once a room became available but it was not great.

    The bad: room was stuffy, windows sealed shut, could easily hear guests talking in adjacent room. Bathtub stopper was broken. The ugly: the sink in the room had a nasty stench, probably from so many guests using it. YUCK The awful: $45 a night to self-park, $60 valet. I used street parking on Mesmer two blocks away but it didn't seem super safe to leave my car there over night. "Organized highway robbery" is how one employee put it.

    The bar staff is hit or miss. Communication (great vs ok) with the bar staff is dependent on who’s manning the bar. The plumbing in room 602 needs special attention. Twice during our 5 day stay, maintenance addressed the toilet leaking water AND while the room next door was having trouble we had a cockroach the size of the middle finger crawl out of our toilet! There’s a sewage smell in 602 sink water that needs to be addressed as well.

    When you login to use the WiFi you are asked for your Hilton membership login (I don’t have an account and I don’t want one) if you say you do not have an account they give you the choice to register or they tell you that you can pay for the internet or they will slow it down. If I’m staying in a hotel and spending over $1K in the course of this trip why is it reasonable and ethical for them to throttle my internet or make me pay more for it? Because I did not consent to them scraping any more of my personal information with another hotel membership? That was ridiculous and up until that point I would have said it was a lovely visit. But due to the business principles of that tactic I simply won’t come back. Also if you are using a car add $50 a night for parking. There are no nearby structures to park in and no alternatives.

    The walls in our room were filthy, but the dust can only be seen when the back lights are on. There are words written in the dust from many customers. There was no lock on our bathroom door. I have a 9 year old and felt like i had no privacy. There was a hole where a lock once was. Beds dipped in the middle. Pool wasn't very clean. It was just an ok hotel. Staff were nice.

    The AC vent &/or bed was not laid out or properly thought of. The vent was directly to one side of the room, air flow hit the wall across and to the person sleeping below & across. My hair flowing as like a hair commercial. If it was turned up to decrease the flow the rest of the room got hot but turning it down made that person sleeping facing the vent terribly cold. Yes, covering oneself from head to toe was the solution but very uncomfortable.

    Was concerned to learn on arrival that the overnight valet parking fee was $50. Alternately you can park in the lot across Centinela(a very busy street) for $45.00 and walk about 5 minutes to hotel. Then there is a $75.00 a night “security fee” that is refundable 3-5 days after check out except the parking fee is deducted from the security fee.

    I was at the property for a short stay, but lived it as it had a very nice lobby area with several spaces for private group conversations. The coffee counter/ breakfast bar is staffed and had efficient service. Also loved that it had a full service restaurant so late arrivals can get a bite to eat.

    This newer hotel on the outer edge of Culver City was easy to get to (on the 405), clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't use in-facility dining: the Westwood Mall is less than half a mile away. Parking was kind of pricey ($50 per night for valet) but convenient.

    Nice hotel, good location. The lobby is very very nice, modern with good vibes, great bar in lobby and sitting areas. Once you go to the elevators is where you notice it is a bit rundown. This is true not only for the elevators but the hallway as well. The room is updated and modern as well.

    Disappointing, we stayed for 2 weeks, food couldn’t be kept in the fridge because it would freeze and the bathroom door was stiff, both of which I asked to be looked at and neither were rectified. Reception staff could do with some customer care training, valet staff were excellent. I spent over £4k dollars on my stay and when I asked for a late check out I was given an hour. I asked for details of my charges at checkout and was told I would be emailed a receipt which has not been sent

    Check in person told me the valet parking is $50, the hotel has self parking across the street for free, at no charge. *After I checkout and told me that my bill all clear. Then they charged my credit card $45 per night for using self parking across the street. Be carful as they proficiently lie to customers. Their valet parking manager/supervisor is very rude, ignore people, have empty parking at hotel door but do not allow people to use for 15mints to check into the hotel, they tow away a residence car.

    We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Very nice. Clean, stylish. The breakfast restaurant is nice, as is the coffee shop. Staff were young, interested and knowledgeable. Parking is easy, but expensive - there are no other options. Very nice place. Also, pleasantly diverse - I wish everywhere was like this.

    Amazing hotel. Stayed here for one night with my fiancé, as we were attending a concert at SoFi Stadium, from the hotel to the venue it was about a 20 minute drive during traffic which was perfect for us. Check in was quick and there is self parking directly across the entrance for $45 or valet for $50. Lobby, hallways and room were clean. Bed was comfy, too! Will definitely be staying here again if we are ever in the area.

    This hotel was amazing! I love being able to check in on my phone before we even got there. We have the Hilton App so we also got our room and room key by phone hours before we even got to the hotel. The staff was so great!! Didn’t have any unpleasant experiences. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The hotel was warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and updated. The blackout curtains were great! The rooms had fully stocked and full size amenities. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The food was good. They had a little area with an ATM, snacks, drinks and any items you may have forgotten. Close to everything with easy access to freeways. We couldn’t have been happier!

    Downside is parking here. It is expensive and the self park automated system did. It work for most patrons while we stayed there. It is across the street which means you would be stuck either at the parking gate or behind others until someone went across the busy 4 lane road to get assistance. They said there is a help button at the kiosk but there is not. For 47$ per night the system should be More reliable. Also the staff I mentioned this to at the front desk was rude and told me to talk to the valet manager. However, the valet staff were some of the nicest and most hospitable staff you could ask for.
