The store in the lobby lacked stock, no wine, no drinks, no food. Just sugary snacks. Bar closed at 9 No room service....but overall, the room for the stay was nice.

Nice hotel has a pool. Very friendly staff and we’re so helpful! Staff is 10/10. The room had NO fridge only a coffee machine. And we arrived at 7pm and our room was not ready yet. Maybe call ahead if traveling from out of town to make sure your room is ready on time.

Overall the stay was ok, but we had to request an ironing board which was supposed to be in the room, the iron had the prongs bent on the cord, and the coffee maker didn't work. Parking is $15 a day and if you're looking to charge an EV, it's Invisible Urban charging stations, Plugshare will say it's free but it isn't. So you're looking to pay roughly $40 a night for parking/ charging on top of room rates. Breakfast is $18 per person for minimal continental meal so consider in all the added fees when booking.

Hot water for the shower, heat in the pool area, the smell of the hotel is bad on the floors, needs new carpet in the rooms, the heat in the rooms does not work, the hotel room doors do NOT shut so you have to make sure to pull them with some force. Hotel needs to be updated .

I booked this stay as a quick overnight with my child, but quickly realized the location was not what I expected and did not feel appropriate or safe for a family. I contacted the hotel shortly after booking to request a cancellation, but no flexibility was offered, which was disappointing given how recent the reservation was. Unfortunately, the experience itself reflected that lack of care. Staff interactions were brief and not particularly helpful. The indoor pool, which was one of the main reasons for booking, was not usable—the water was barely warm and the pool area itself was extremely cold. Additional concerns included very thin, low-quality towels, outdated televisions with no smart capabilities, and a noticeable odor throughout the property. The elevators were also very slow and appeared unreliable, with doors frequently seeming to stick. There was also a $100 hold required at check-in to cover a $15 overnight parking fee and incidental charges, which was not clearly communicated in advance. While the price point may be appealing, the overall experience, condition of the property, and lack of transparency make it difficult to recommend—especially for families traveling with children.

Breakfast was great: lots of fruit, scrambled eggs, Yoplait yogurt, sausage and bread...other things I didn't try. Bacon was included in more elaborate menu. Since my diet is different, I enjoyed the small mini fridge in my room. Shower took some minutes to reach warm temperature, but once it did, was fine. There's a max temp setting, which was comfortable and the temp didn't vary unless I changed it. Fitness center had adequate weights, from 5 to 50 pounds with only one 25 lb weight missing. Yoga mats and water and overall condition good. One elliptical made an intermittent grinding sound, but the other was really great with a video of a trail in a desert to watch while 'running'. Saw someone on the treadmill and it looked like it was running well. Pool was good with lots of towels...nice setting indoors. Enjoyed the coffee, and I think there was tea also, in the lobby. Hotel is pretty well sound proofed, but there is minor traffic noise from the adjacent freeway. Pretty good stay overall.
- 2.5/5
The room was warmer the the devils a** even with the a/c at 60. 3 point deduction automatically! Or else would be awesome.

I stayed at this property for 2 recent nights, attending some family events over the weekend. It was a super stressful drive from Vicksburg, MS on a Friday afternoon, arriving at rush hour. I didn't know that there are 2 Crowne Plaza hotels in Dallas, and mis programmed the location. After an extra 20 minutes or so Downtown, I was routed back here. At first glance, it's not very "friendly" looking...from the outside, with it's paid parking arms and very limited "guest parking" available. That said, I made it to the front desk, still rattled from the road, and encountered a couple of minutes of minor miscommunication, even expressing my relative stress level to Sam, at the front desk. She "got it", and put the entire process back on track...in a very relaxed and comfortable way. She even checked a bit later to see if I was OK...or needed anything. Honestly, they do that with all of their guests, but it does make you feel "special" and like this giant corporation actually appreciates your business...which they do! All of that goes the same for Tamika, on the later evening shift. All of their facilities are clean and up to date. My room on the 11th floor was excellent...4 star level, end to end. Not only that...they had a great price and location as well. This property will now be my "go to" in the BIG D. I hope your stay here measures up to the overall comfort and value proposition that I enjoyed.

I read that the hotel was newly built, maybe I mistaken it for another. Property condition did not show this but at least free breakfast was fresh & decent. I would give this hotel a 2.5/5 overall. Wasn’t really impressed stay at other hotels in the same price range with better property upkeep.

I liked the parking and the feel of safety using room cards to get upstairs I took a freezing cold shower this morning and shaved my legs in cold water which was horrible Called they sent someone up, they confirmed it was in fact cold and they spoke Spanish and laughed. That was it

The front desk folks are so friendly and helpful. I first used this hotel as part of their park and fly offer, but have gone back when needing to stay in Dallas because it is just easy with protected parking and easy access to downtown and Dallas Love Field.
- 3/5
The staff was very great. The couch in the room looked old and dirty. The water was cold.
- 2/5
Close to downtown. You have to pay for parking of $16 a day. There was no fridge or microwave in the rooms. No public ice machines in the hallways. A/C or hot water didn’t work most of the time.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing
- 2/5
The person who checked me in was little rude and not very welcoming. My room was not clean to my standards. The sofa had stains and the room seemed to have an overall unclean aura.

It was clean. It was hot. The hallways and elevator was hot. When I checked in, my room’s AC went out. They sent someone to send it who didn’t speak English and it still wasn’t fixed. We got moved to a different room and had the same problem. We ended up being moved again after it still wasn’t fixed.

Paying for parking, the broken elevators, and lack of fan in the bathroom

It had a very nice pool area When we arrived we didn’t have a fridge in the room and then the A/C didn’t work, they switched us to another room and on the second night the A/C stopped working again in our second room they mover us to
- 5/5
Very clean and nice rooms. Lobby was nice too. Our room didn’t have a fridge and they brought one up within an hour.
- 1/5
Honestly disappointed not having good experience
- 2/5
Bathroom had urine in the toilet and over the seat. Shower didn’t work properly poor water pressure. Checkout morning only one elevator seemed operable making it hard for patrons higher up. There aren’t any microwaves. The iron was defective and also the AV didn’t work properly so we hardly rested. Texas and no air doesn’t mix. I’d stayed before but this experience wasn’t ideal at all. There are some aesthetic upgrades but with out basic it’s hard to rate any better. Also, there was a coffee machine but no water o

I had a really great stay here during spring break. The room was very spacious and clean, which made it comfortable for my family. My kids had an amazing time, especially with the indoor pool since the weather ended up changing on us. It was nice having that option so they could still enjoy themselves. Overall, everything was well kept and we truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely come back again!

Was nice clean and check in and out and out was easy. Only thing I didn’t like is they make you pay for parking $15 a night.
- 3.5/5
Didn't have breakfast there. We couldn't get in the pool because they had put a chemical, and they were not, I'm going to open for 24 hours.

- 5/5
Great room on 10th floor! Only negative was the $16/night parking fee
- 5/5
Awesome stay, nice and safe environment!! Clean, clean, clean
- 4/5
AC is too loud, door repairs are extremely poor, and not enough towels was given initially.
- 1/5
They will need to fix their hot water system.

My 1 night stay on March 6 2026 was pleasant. Front desk staff was friendly and greeted you with a smile. I received a Cookie for being a IHG member. My room was nice and clean with the view of Downtown,Dallas. I’m not sure what the cleaning staff use, but my room had a nice scent. My one and only complaint was the air conditioning didn’t get cold enough for me. I had the temperature on the wall at 60° probably should have notified the front desk but I was stepping out for the night and forgot. Next time I’m in Dallas I would definitely stay here.
- 2/5
Hotel is mid . Have 4 elevators but only 1 is working for 21 floors ! Cold showers .
- 3/5
Then we checked in to this hotel exhausted. It was not until the next day that we found hair in the bed and splattered blood on the wall. Honestly. I’ve never been so Uncomfortable. I suppose it was quiet for a giant hotel…but that’s the only thing good I can say
- 5/5
Good stay. I’d stay again.
- 3/5
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The halls and rooms were overly Fabreezed. You get used to it pretty quickly, but have to wonder why it was that way.
- 4/5
Good rooms. AC was not working in the room but they moved us to another.
- 5/5
I stayed at this location when the renovations were under way. They did an excellent job. I felt the quality of the staff. The breakfast buffet was top notch.
- 4/5
It was good for the night. 1st time staying in Dallas.
- 5/5
Great rooms, very clean, the staff upon arrival was amazing.
- 5/5
Room was super clean staff was nice good experience overall
- 4/5
Easy check in, clean rooms, nice staff. Cons- paid parking, the “market” was expensive - $3 waters, $3 bag of chips , $8 sandwich ; pool heater was broken so water was cold.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly! Room was clean and overall a really good stay, except for my very loud neighbors that shared the conjoined room/door with me.. but I know that is out of your guys’ control, will definitely stay here again!!
- 4/5
Staff was amazing room was cozy
- 1/5
The room was cold. The hotel was cold. The "hot" water was tepid. The dry cleaner's hours were useless, wanting to clean your clothes during the day (when you're wearing them) instead of overnight. The TP left lint everywhere. The mobility assist room had ONE grab bar in the wrong place. Don't stay here. I couldn't wait to get out on the final day of my stay.
- 5/5
Yes great staff
- 2/5
The room was warm, a/c was not working and the hallways smelled like weed.
- 4/5
Slowly decaying building that was falling apart around their ears.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly and helpful staff
- 2/5
The staff at this hotel was friendly and helpful! Rooms and hotel common areas were clean. Enjoyed the restaurant/bar. On Friday, our first room(905,) had a very loud noise coming from the AC and the shower did not have HOT water at 7 pm. When my boyfriend arrived at 11 pm, the AC noise was too loud to tolerate. The front desk personnel was very nice and changed our room to 1007. The air in 1007 was not blowing cold air but it wasnt too hot in the room and we were too tired to go back downstairs. Again the shower water was lukewarm. Saturday night the shower was still lukewarm. Sunday morning, there was no hot water from the 10th floor up. I was so happy to see my boyfriend after 6 weeks apart that i was willing to tolerate things (totally my fault) but we will not choose the Crowne Plaza again. The building definitely needs repairs and upgrades!
- 4/5
It was spotless and the staff was amazing view and disappointment in a few things
- 5/5
The staff was super nice and welcoming. The room was clean and the remote for the TV wasn't working. Almost immediately one was brought to my room.
- 5/5
it was really clean and the staff was very sweet
- 1/5
The water never got hot, we took cold showers all weekend. On top of that the water pressure was terrible. Won’t be staying here again
- 1/5
the water pool was cold and when i took a shower the water was cold as well
- 1/5
Not good at all, best thing was the bacon and fruit
- 3/5
The staff was lovely. That said, the room was just not what I have come to expect from Crowne Plaza hotels. The room only cooled on the one side with the single air vent so the room stayed warm even with the air on 63 degrees. I also noticed stains on the wash cloths. The fridge was also not woeking in the room, and the buffet breakfast wa sincredibly average forconsuderinf the cost.
- 1/5
The pool is ice cold because of the broken pool warmer, they don’t have smart tvs THEY CHARGE FOR PARKING! $15 A NIGHT! I asked them to come clean my bathroom three times because my kid had an accident and I didn’t want to ruin their towels and they never came. They have the smallest A/C units and your room will not go under 72 degrees. Staff was friendly but would say it would get done and it never would. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Dallas. 10/10 would not recommend.
- 5/5
Super clean
- 4/5
Good location, plenty of parking ($15/day extra), decent room and a good restaurant. Breakfast was excellent and certainly worth the extra couple of bucks.
- 5/5
Some issues with ac but the staff really nice they try to help me !!
- 1/5
I booked a room with a view and didn’t have a view. The room was also EXTREMELY hot!! They sent maintenance to “fix it”, but it still didn’t cool down until a whole day later!
- 5/5
All the above, we will be back for sure.
- 2/5
Cheap, very poor quality room. Charged for parking despite abundant space far outside downtown.
- 3/5
Should have been told ahead of time that they charge $16.00 for me to park my car. Would not have stayed there.
- 4/5
Thought the parking was free at least that’s what I thought but apparently not $32 later for two nights of parking place was clean. Staff was great just not sure what happened on the parking.
- 2/5
The shower water keep going from hot to cold lol and it’s no shuttle from the airport or too a lot of the gym equipment wasn’t working but the staff are amazing so it balanced out
- 3/5
The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was absolutely amazing. However, the entire stay we had not one hot bath during the winter. The water was ice cold even after running it for 30 mins. It was extremely uncomfortable.

I did not have food, therefore no comment. Heating in room did not work. Shower water was cold. Front desk non responsive.
- 3/5
Room was clean and staff was courtesy. Hot water was lacking and AC temperature was incorrect. Would appreciate more options in the lobby market.
- 2/5
They didn’t attend to my room The break was so not worth it
- 1/5
The experience is absolutely pathetic. There is no hot water, and the staff’s behavior was appalling. To top it off, I had a sleepless night because of the substandard pillows kindly compensate and refund my money . I spoke to the lady Jon the counter name Samantha she said due to all inconvenience all my money will be refunded. I have to contact Expedia for this, please do the needful.
- 5/5
It was a good experience overall, but at first, the hostess wasn't going to let me check-in. Because I have a different alias name that I paid for by the government. But I showed her on my phone, and she eventually let me check. In other than that good experience, oh, in the hotel rooms get hot real hot at night. I'm still bringig a fan
- 5/5
Loved the room and service !
- 3/5
We had two rooms. The AC was broken in one the first night and they did fix it. The second room leaked from the AC overnight. The next day one room had to relocate due to a leak in the ceiling, the new room had a broken AC. The staff did their best and was helpful, but it was disappointing.

Great bar tender and mr Mo was awesome
- 5/5
Nice, courteous, prompt and attentive
- 5/5
The stay was overall great staff was very friendly room was nice with a great view only downside only two elevators were working so it took us longer to get up or down since elevators were mostly full throughout the day
- 5/5
10/10 I loved my stay
- 3/5
Low hot water, and my original room was not ready when i checked in.
- 2/5
The only issues I had was to take a shower younhad to let the water warm up 15 to 20 minutes even then the water wasnt hot. The ladies kept forgetting wash clothes in the room. Other than those issues it was okay. The rooms are very outdated. I wasn't expecting that.
- 1/5
I needed to call the front desk about the heater that was stuck in HIGH (80 degrees plus) but the room phone didn’t work. I couldn’t get through the phone number listed on Google. I finally spoke to someone at 4am and they said they were sending a maintenance person up. What? Just switch rooms! It’s a Thursday night. I mentioned it again at checkout and they said they would make a note. Beware!

- 5/5
Great hotel
- 3/5
Everything was fine til I jumped in the shower and there was a dirty thong panty hung on the top of the shower curtain
- 5/5
We stay here alot. Rooms are always clean. I love their pillows and comforter! We don't like to drive in Dallas when it gets dark, so having a restaurant on site is wonderful. The restaurant/ bar manager, Mo, is exceptional. If he's off, Erika serves exceptional service as well. We think of them as our family in Dallas! They are so caring ! All the hotel staff from check in to check out are friendly and accommodating!!
- 5/5
Absolutely loved it!!!!
- 5/5
Amazing staff!!!! Amazing staff, rooms, location, etc!!!!!
- 4/5
It was raining when we arrived and the side door from the parking lot was flooding. We had to walk through a huge puddle inside the building to get to the elevators. Our tub was clogged and would fill up during a shower in less thsn 5 min. Staff was friendly and beds were comfy.
- 1/5
We had 6 different rooms before, finding one that was okay. The first two rooms the heat didn’t work. The next two rooms smelled of mildew, the fifth one the toilet didn’t work. We had to wait in the lobby for two hours before finally settling on the sixth room, which the toilet still didn’t work properly, we had to manually flush it. House keeping didn’t clean the room for the first two days and finally came at 6p.m on the third day to clean. We had to call everyday for new towels, which no one ever brought, so we had to go to the lobby everyday to get fresh towels. There was also no ironing board in the room, which we had to go to the lobby to get as well. Over all terrible experience!!!
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and quiet!
- 4/5
Clean room. I appreciate that fact they gave me a room high enough to enjoy the spectacular view.
- 1/5

- 2/5
It’s a beautiful hotel, housekeeping was great as well. Disappointed with air condition and water temperature. Most likely won’t stay here again, but thankful with the staff for trying to solve the problem.

We didn’t have hot water or warm water to bathe our baby even, we were stuck on our floor for 20 min trying to leave because not all the elevators would work apparently, we had to book an extra night instead of them keeping the same deposit they charged another one and my family stayed on the 7th floor and it smelled horrible like cigarette.
- 5/5
Breakfast was top notch!! The Bistro Bar and restaurant both were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel before!!
- 1/5
I wish i can give a no star the hotel was horrible n I hot water to take a nice shower workers stated they have over a hundred in something people here using water. Causing the water not to be hotel what kind of stuff is that worker assigned me to another room with rhe same problems next day went down to eat breakfast wasnt hot as it should be the only thing was good was coffee and orange juice i want be booking here again
- 4/5
Checking in (no line) but had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone else at front desk to attend to me. Cold water ran for quite a while in shower till warm enough…comfortable bed and pillows…breakfast was great! Friendly staff. What’s your comfort level? Our travel companions on 17th floor had even more trouble getting hot water.

Everyone and everything was
- 4/5
Clean rooms, 4 comfy pillows and comforter on each bed. Love the restaurant food and service. Could have better TV programming. No TV guide to know what network is on which channel.
- 2/5
I had to switch rooms because the toilet was not working the room they gave me the ac was not working properly, I also asked others who were staying there as well and they were also having ac issues . I will not stay here again
- 3/5
No a/c in the room
- 4/5
Good enough for a business trip. Decentz easy parkimg, lady at front desk great she was kind and helpful 😊
- 4/5
Hotel was good.

- 5/5
Easy stay, good breakfast and nice staff
- 5/5
Yes
- 1/5
The first room the heat didn’t work. The second room had no refrigerator or lamp. Called to speak with a representative named Tomika was very rude and unprofessional. I was left on hold for 10 minutes with her coming to the phone to say pleas hold without letting me get a word in. Will not be staying ever again
- 5/5
The restaurant food was not very good quality of quantity and overpriced. Other than that the hotel was great. We ate dinner there. We did not eat the breakfast buffet. The concierge service or customer service at the front desk was awesome. The people who do room service, we talked to them in the hall and asked them to do things to the room such as vacuum, they said they would and did not. We stayed three nights in a row
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Hotel was older but clean.
- 4/5
However, it was a great location, staff was amazing
- 2/5
Hotel was very dirty. Sewer water was coming up from shower drain.
- 4/5
Line to check in was very slow. 5 people in front of us and it took 40 minutes to check in. Only one line although there was more than one computer and two people behind the desk not checking people in. Breakfast was cold. Bed on the other hand was very comfortable and room was very clean.
- 4/5
Staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was delish as were the cocktails at the bar. Only issue we had was the incredible stench of weed that permeated the walls when we first arrived.
- 4/5
This hotel was okay, just not what I'd expect from a Crown Plaza. Every night, our floor smelled like pot, and the whole place has a mildew-ish smell. The restaurant was great, parking felt safe (extra charge), but the area around the hotel was a bit questionable. Water pressure in the shower was terrible.
- 1/5
The employees were very rude, our bedsheets had some type of slime on them, and they had no ice anywhere not even in their store to buy. I asked up front if they could refill the conditioner and body lotion and they told me I had to let the maids know and they weren’t going to be doing round until 12 so that meant I had to not go anywhere until then and we already had plans with the kids so we didn’t get to tell them. The remote had no batteries and the lamp next to the desk did not work! I’ve never stayed in a place and left without wanting to come again until I came to this place. I was highly upset!
- 3/5
The water in the shower was so hot i wasnt able to shower. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.
- 4/5
The hotel location was on point for my trip. The staff was very friendly and had no issues with my stay.
- 3/5
AC would not circulate the room very well, there’s a hole in the ceiling of the shower and some very obvious water damage as well.
- 3/5
The gates made me feel like i maybe in a bad area. Homeless near by and charged for the gate system aka parking. 100 bucks came off my card for added stuff i was told
- 2/5
Have to pay an additional deposit in which $15 a day comes out for parking, which was supposed to be free. Breakfast was greasy and basic. Elevators were messed up. Would not recommend!!
- 5/5
Great service nice staff
- 4/5
Came to Dallas for plant con. Booked for a quick overnight stay due to how close it was to the market center. Parking was easy, we didn’t see multiple entrances though so had to walk a bit to get back around to the front door. Didn’t make use of the different options due to being out on the town for most of the evening. The only problem we had was the tub wasn’t cleaned well so their was hair and dirt in it from the previous guests. And the linens were washed but still had hair and even a broken earring left in them. Otherwise the rest of the room and bathroom was clean. They had full sized bottles of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Refrigerator worked well and so did the AC. Lots of fluffy pillows on the bed, not the flat lumpy ones you usually find in hotels. We had a good stay and would stay here again. I did pay for the breakfast option, but we didn’t use it due to over sleeping.
- 2/5
Everything was good til we got to the room. Once we got there out tv didn’t work, I couldn’t call the front desk because the phone cord was not in the receiver. It was broken. The I had to take a cold shower because the hot water didn’t work. Someone named Nelly text my phone to ask if everything was ok and I sent a message back of the problems and I got no response. Finally I sent my husband to the desk and OM called my phone, but said there was no maintenance on duty. On Sunday morning Nelly text my phone again only to say come to front desk when I get ready to leave. Not one staff member cared about what was happening with my stay.
- 2/5
The AC didnt really work. It never got cold and the toilet didnt flush. We called for maintenance and they did come plunge it but it never flushed after that and only one time before that. Really inconvenient to go the the lobby each time to go to the bathroom. The shower water was undependable. Went from scolding hot to all cold water. This was our first time to book a "nice" hotel and it was really disappointing. We were excited when we got there but we left extremely dissappointed. We felt the value shouldve been more in line with the amount we paid.
- 4/5
Was a good recommendable stay… BUTTTTT the ac does not work the best wasn’t hot but it did not get cool
- 1/5
The room was hot because the air conditioner was not working, which made it stuffy, and it smelled very damp and dank. The bathrooms were never cleaned properly. The tub was dirty. I had to have someone come up and clean the tub twice. The phone in the room did not work at all the television worked periodically. I had to go down and talk to the manager directly when he was there to their benefit, they did have an engineer come up to check the air conditioner in the room but the first time they did it the room was still hot even though the temperature gauge was set at 60. Also, they had a motorcycle club staying at the hotel which blocked the front entrance with their bikes and all of the sidewalks fixing their bikes in front of the hotel, smoking cigars, cigarettes, and marijuana so it was difficult to even enter the hotel without going through all of that complain to the front desk. They said that they could do nothing about it. It was also difficult finding parking because the motorcycle club took over the parking lot as well. Overall, it was a bad experience and I will probably never be back nor will I suggested to someone else to stay.
- 5/5
Staff was nice
- 1/5
My stay was nothing like I expected. When I arrived they charged a $100 incidental fee and it’s been almost a week since I checked out and I still haven’t received the money back in my account. On top of that parking isn’t included you have to pay about $16 every time you leave The room itself was disappointing, with little to no lighting our nightstand lamp was broken so the only way to see was by keeping the bathroom light on To make matters worse the walls were so thin you could hear everything from the neighbors who were extremely loud. Overall not worth the money.
- 4/5
The pool was really nice and the breakfest buffet was good. The only thing I would change would be the hotel really needs to update the TVs to smart TVs. And add a microwave to each room.
- 5/5
Breakfast is nice, I enjoyed my stay
- 4/5
Good staff comfortable bed
- 4/5
Everything was good except the air conditioning. While it was cool, it was humid and it never got cold. We went to the bar and Erika is AMAZZZING!!! She was our bartender and very hospitable.
- 2/5
Housekeeping was fabulous.
- 5/5
The stay was rather pleasant for a one-night stay. It was a little nosey, no ice maker on our floor. The exercise room was extremely hot with a box fan. The swimming pool was really dated. But I wouldn't count them out. I would stay again if I needed a place for one night
- 3/5
I was there for a conference. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Breakfast was good and the room was clean. The best part of my stay was the staff! They was professional and very courteous. They made my stay enjoyable. 10/10 I recommend.
- 3/5
Staff: very kind.
- 1/5
Room smelled like mold and mildew. The carpet was wet and sour. Room 300 needs to be checked out before someone gets sick.
- 5/5
From front desk to dining to shuttle to and from the airport, our stay was amazing. The location from airport and American Airlines center was great and not far. The dining, both breakfast Buffett and dinner were so tasty as well. Thank you!
- 2/5
It’s a nice hotel but the service wasn’t great. We got checked in and received a dirty room before they switched us to a new one.
- 5/5
My hotel stay was amazing. The hotel was conveniently near the highway, as well as convenience stores and places to eat.
- 5/5
No Microwave
- 3/5
Fair overall
- 4/5
Rude staff upon arrival
- 5/5
I wish there were more menu options for the food but otherwise it was great
- 1/5
Send carpets and cockroaches in the bathtub on the bed next to the pillow and all over the floor in every corner of the room.
- 5/5
Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was a good size and the city view was excellent. I truly enjoyed our stay and was refreshed for my early morning flight the next day. Great!!
- 5/5
The room was clean and cold just how I liked it
- 3/5
Great prices in general. Good food, but the beds are not very comfortable nor the pillows
- 5/5
Me and my children enjoyed our stay. Rooms were extra nice.
- 3/5
Rooms were supposed to have refrigerators. I even confirmed before on the phone. Checked in & no fridges - had us move rooms. Then set of keys didn’t work on doors. Finally got in the room (exhausted from driving) & we all went to bed. Daughter pulled back top sheet next AM to fix bed & there were small blood stains on linen towards foot area/bottom. NOT HERS, it was dark and had been there. Reported it but now need to check deposit to make sure I wasn’t charged. In the elevator, another person said only one washer and dryer was working. Stayed here before & always had a good stay but now its looking dated. Carpets need to be cleaned, sticky. Ended up leaving one night earlier than expected.
- 3/5
So, we called the hotel and asked if the room had a smart TV. The front desk guy said yes, and then I called their customer service and asked the same question. She also said yes, smart TV. We asked again when we checked in, and the guy said yes, 100%. We went to the room, and guess what? The TV wasn’t smart! We called the front desk again, and the gentleman said don’t worry, I’ll find a different room and move it for you. So, I waited, but no one showed up. I went downstairs, and the guy told me they were looking for a room for me. He just walked away when he saw me, and the other gentleman came to the shift. He was really rude. He said we don’t have smart TVs. That’s all we have, and he was very rude about it. .
- 5/5
We were impressed by how quiet the hallways and rooms were. The staff was very quick to answer questions, too.
- 4/5
Homeless lady came in the hotel slamming the glass doors. My hotel room was not as clean refrigerator was not working
- 4/5
Loved it!
- 4/5
Would definitely stay again, but I hope this gets fixed soon!
- 4/5
Great location
- 5/5
Close to airport.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Clean room peaceful environment loved the shopping area near by and that I was 15-20 minutes from everything only thing I didn’t like was there was no hot water I had to turn the sink on at the same time to get hot water.
- 5/5
The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes even the non smoking rooms had to turn the AC high to get rid of smell
- 5/5
I liked how there was room for parking and we didn’t have to wait to get a parking spot. I also liked how the staff was very polite from checking in to checking out. I also like how clean the room was and everything necessary was there. The only thing I will say is me and my boyfriend had a little bit of trouble with the parking ticket one time.
- 1/5
Check water heater because the floor i stay on did not have hot water.
- 5/5
However, the sink stopper was not working, leaving water standing in the sink. Also, the A/C thermostat kept the room cold, after multiple adjustments I turned off the A/C, sleeping well & comfortable until check out time.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 3/5
Stay was pleasant. Some problems were: room had a musty smell, WiFi was spotty, ac did not cool in our room, room fridge did not run continuously, so our food ruined in the night, service at breakfast was poor, the eggs were cold, the coca colas were glass bottles with pop off caps. I didn’t bring a bottle opener, and actually broke the glass on two bottles trying to open them. This makes for an high risk of injury to one’s body, inside and out. All other employees were excellent.
- 5/5
Everyone here was awesome, stayed here for just about a weeks time and was mostly to myself but all the staff that I had run into here was really nice and super accommodating. Shoutout to Robert for the hospitality when checking me in and Elizabeth for the extra front desk help up when I needed something! Excellent place for value and an excellent stay and can say i will definitely come back when In the area!
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly and took care of all my needs
- 3/5
Everything was fine until it was time to shower and had no hot water not even warm water. Television didn’t work it kept saying no signal and most importantly the air did not work. It was one tiny vent and that one vent did not cool down the room at all not even a little bit.
- 4/5
Parking was challenging at times but the rest was adequate.
- 1/5
Yess I make reservations and she charge some fee and I didn’t get back yet I she try to me pay twice the reservation she not good at the reception
- 1/5
If you enjoy cold showers, mold, fleas, an $18 per person breakfast that you could get at a comfort inn for free, rude managers, and almost $1000 missing out of your account, then this is the hotel for you. This was our first family vacation with our one year old and while the vacation itself was wonderful, this hotel ruined our mood for a great portion of it. As soon as we arrived, the electricity went out in the hotel making us sit in our car for 30 minutes to an hour just to check in. This was no big deal as things happen they cannot control. Finally go to check in, and get to our room to find a king bed and a shower when I booked a double bed and a bath/shower combo. Also no big deal we figured we would just make it work because the room was bigger this way. We start to get ready for bed and my husband goes to shower only to find there is no hot water. This is finally something I can’t ignore because my daughter had just been swimming and needed a shower so I went down to ask what was going on since our room phone was not working. We were told it was because of the electricity going out earlier and that it should be fixed within the next 30 minutes to an hour. At this point, my kid is already sleepy so we figured we would just wait til morning. Get back to the room, and our room is getting warmer so my husband goes to check the AC

I booked a three-night stay through Expedia. I knew about the $100 accidental deposit up front. I was not aware of the $16 per day parking. It was nowhere on the ad. When I got to the hotel, and they told me about it, I was floored that I was going to have to spend another $16 per day on parking. I will say that it is semi-secure parking. The room (standard King room) itself was a little subpar. It was clean, and that's the only nice thing I can say. The A/C could not keep the room cold, the tub was super slow to drain (I took a shower and by the time I got out, the water was to my ankles), the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, and the sliding door for the closet was broken. There were no ice machines on the floors. You had to go downstairs to the little store they had to get ice (it was free).
- 1/5
I will say the parking was great although there is a $16 charge per day for the parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful but this hotel has many maintenance issues.
- 3/5
Great staff
- 2/5
The air condition in the room was not working properly. It was humid.
- 4/5
Everything was fine. Om at the check in time was great! Very friendly and helpful! Only issue we had was the room’s AC was not working. It was very hot and when we let the staff know at the front desk at check out, all she said was okay thanks.
- 3/5
condoms we’re left in the the trash can im guessing from previous customers if we hadn’t entered the room together there would have been a lot of uncalled for accusations.
- 5/5
It was very well secured
- 5/5
I loved the bar and the restaurant. It would be cool to have a stage with a piano and mic for soft lounge music though!
- 5/5
Nice room friendly staff
- 1/5
Well when we got there we didn't have a room because they were full. Very disappointed with expedia because they let me book a room and then we had to go find another hotel at 10:40 at night
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 1/5
Me and my family stayed there one night and the toilet was broken in our room. We did inform the front desk. They were gracious enough to give us a free breakfast, but I felt we should’ve received a free night stay but nevertheless, God bless those that work cars at the hotel.
- 2/5
I don’t normally complain, but this was probably the worst stay that I’ve had. I opted in for early check in, did not get that. Told my room would be upgraded, it was not. Only 2 channels on the TV; 2 temps for the shower- ice cold or scalding hot, no warm. A/C barely worked and the room was dated. Thankfully it was a quick stay.
- 4/5
My significant other and I stayed at this hotel for a quick/one night staycation, and the hotel definitely served its purpose. The young lady who checked us in was AWESOME, as well as the young man who worked at the bar. The indoor pool was good as well. With a few updates within the room, the hotel would be 10/10.. my room was clean and the staff were great, thus I’d return and/or refer family and friends.
- 5/5
10 min walk to the train station. Same block as convenience stores
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 5/5
Other areas/facilities not so clean. Not walkable to anything nice. Surrounding area is less than.
- 5/5
Love it
- 1/5
Staff was too busy visiting both leaving and arriving didn't tell me I had to have ticket to get out of parking lot Room smelled of mold and smoke. No one spoke unless spoken too. The bed was comfortable is all that was good
- 4/5
nice
- 5/5
Very good place to stay
- 3/5
The property was ok. Just one thing didn’t work. Having everything except for a microwave. Had to go downstairs just to warm up any food.
- 5/5
I love everything
- 5/5
great staff
- 1/5
That thing in the picture. It's not actually that thing.
- 3/5
Stay was good. Only have an indoor pool and it was cold inside so that wasn’t enticing. And the AC in our room didn’t really cool all that well. But all in all it took care of our needs.
- 2/5
The property is outdated. The TVs in the rooms are small. The toilets are outdated. It just wasn’t what I expected. I also got stuck on the elevator for 20 mins.
- 1/5
Hotel smelled of mildew and mold out room had roaches on walls and floors. We let front desk know they switched our rooms but that room also smelled of mildew and mold irritated my wife's sinuses so bad we checked out at 239 am on first day of stay.
- 2/5
The staff was very kind and accommodating however my room had no hot water in shower, there was a large disgusting stain on the carpet that looked like old blood, no bottled water available for coffee machine, there was an indoor pool and the water looked cloudy, the out door patio was depressing with non adjustable lounge chairs and the pool towels were tiny. The complimentary makeup removal wipes (2) had a powerful chemical smell, the pillows were huge and hard. If you just need a bed to spend the night and no perks its OK. I was transferred to another room and it took a good 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower. The entire hitel needs a make over.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean hotel.
- 1/5
The people are very nice and helpful , however the hallways STINK !!! The bed was broke and there was a big stain on the wall , the shower water goes to extremely hot to cold every 10 sec , but for the price of 100 dollars I wasn’t expecting a 5 start hotel
- 1/5
No air conditioner over price
- 4/5
Just be prepared to pay for parking. I wasn’t expecting that. Very nice hotel and staff, nonetheless. There are a few Crowne Plazas in the area, so just double check the address :)
- 1/5
My shower was not clean full of dirt and I asked for a king I was put in a queen
- 4/5
Great location at a reasonable price
- 5/5
Everything was very nice and professional!
- 2/5
My room had mold on the wall and the sink was falling
- 4/5
Pictures are old and worn. Tiles are cracked. Bathroom door is rotting on the bottom. Air conditioning did not work and his noisy. All in all very uncomfortable and not a value for the money at all!
- 5/5
Very good services, the staff pay attention of you
- 5/5
Amazing stay except for parking it was a little expensive
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Clean, great service
- 3/5
High class motel 6. Room never cooled down despite the ac being set to 60. 2 out of 4 elevators was down and to park at the hotel you have to pay
- 1/5
Bed BUGS, no refund, no help, no way would I ever go back there!!!!!!!!!
- 3/5
Shower took for ever to actually get hot and the water pressure was terrible (I have more water pressure than their shower). Bought the parking pass but their scanner at the gate never worked so I always had to call the front desk to let me in or out. Bathroom door corner all beat up. AC was set to 65, but it never really cooled off.
