The stay was great. However, I had to wait for the shuttle in 90 degree heat for a half hour after I called and the front desk said 10 minutes

Staff was nice. The property and my room were really clean. The gym was nice. I didn’t use the pool but it was clean.

This was the best Double Tree I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect and I enjoyed my 2 nights stay.

The air conditioner gave us trouble most of the night. The door to the bathroom you had to swing it out to get the door open. Not a fan of the bathroom door.

Proximity to the airport. The staff at the desk was rude and couldn’t be bothered. If they worked for me they would be fired. The air conditioner in my room blew hot air all night…the room was 85 degrees. The shower door leaked water out onto the floor. Premium rates for a non premium room and experience.

Beds are probably the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a hotel stay. Friendly staff, waters and warm cookies at arrival. Extra for parking.

My room was spacious, clean, luxurious and peaceful. Enjoyed my stay and having the dining area available - great food. I came here on Vonlane, so it was just perfect all the way around.

It was a 15mins drive to downtown Dallas. My children were able to get rooms right next to us. Excellent front of house staff which made up for the other staff. The rooms were so spacious, the beds were super comfortable and the shower was super clean. There was also good variety of menu items in the restaurant - We had lunch once with friends and everyone's food was good. The fact that it was so close to the airport, it could get pretty loud - Having said that, after a while it was like white noise :) Our room was in front of an ice machine so that place kind of had a damp smell but once I was in my room, I always forgot about it. I once found hair on my plate underneath my eggs as I was about to finish breakfast and when I informed the staff, he acted like I it wasn't a big deal and just took the plate away :O

Housekeeping, room service, front desk and restaurant were excellent made me feel like I was on a vacation but actually I was with my granddaughter who having a problem deciding whether she wants to have a pituitary tumor removed and I can’t convince her it’s best to take it out? Every thing was great.

Bed was rough

There was a lot of wasted space in the room. It didn't really feel warm and cozy but was nice and clean. I was disappointed there was no microwave.

Check-in was fast and efficient. The front office clerk was friendly an answered questions i had regarding food options. The restaurant was really busy with just 2 servers and a bartender. They could have used more staff, i saw someone i believe was Management...he just stood around not offering any help at all....older white male with a pot belly....he needed to assist

At times the hotel had a damp, wet, sewage smell, nice people clean room - SMALL shower, but good HOT water, I would stay again simply because of the hot water.

Everything we wanted in hotel accommodations. Can't think of anything we were lacking. Great staff, good food in restaurant, great room, friendly staff and very clean! Parking was easy. Plus rental car drop-off was 4 minutes away.

Great hotel - clean, spacious property and big clean rooms with comfortable beds. The warm DoubleTree cookies they provide at check-in is a great touch. They also have a free airport shuttle which is very punctual and helpful. One star off for the receptionist’s attitude - very curt, serious and unfriendly, like a robot- she should at least smile while checking in guests. Other than that, was a great stay - would recommend.

I travel a lot and found this hotel great on all aspects. Very clean, good location, amazing friendly staff, comfortable rooms, beds and pillows were great.

Highly recommend if you are flying out of Dallas Love.

I can’t wait to stay here again! The hotel and room were absolutely gorgeous—everything was spotless and well-maintained, which is always a big deal for me. I’m usually nervous about cleanliness when staying somewhere new, but I had zero worries here. I was only there for one night during a layover, but my family and I all agreed we would have loved to stay longer. The shuttle driver was so kind, and even though the shuttle wasn’t supposed to start until 5:30 AM, he made sure to take us to the airport at 5 AM. The staff went above and beyond, even offering us warm Double Tree cookies, which made the stay that much better. Highly recommend!

The room and the services were amazing. Everything screamed “relax”. Even the room service was quite nice The front desk receptionist were not friendly and they actually were sniggering when I requested an invoice because they didn’t know the word “invoice” which is like… their fault not knowing the word??

The hotel was clean and service was good but the management must do a better job of keeping people with kids or large groups on a floor where they can make all the noise they want to make without bothering travelers with early morning flights. We didn’t get much sleep because a group of kids and teenagers were running around and a couple next door had an argument that was loud and lasted for a long time.

Quiet and great area

We had a very short stay. Arrived after dark and left before dawn. Didn’t see much.

I didn't spend a lot of time outside the hotel, as I just took the free, convenient airport hotel shuttle straight there and back. But the hotel itself was super clean, stylish, and quiet. I was stuck in Dallas due to a cancelled flight, and this was a perfect place to land. They made everything easy from pick-up to check-in/out. The room had good amenities - especially the shower/bath products! I'd recommend the Doubletree highly for anyone who may need a calm reprieve from the airport or a getaway.

We stayed overnight here due to convenience as we had an early flight the next morning. Beautiful hotel with friendly staff.

We booked this hotel for the night of our wedding so we could take the shuttle to the hotel in the morning. We had let them know we were coming from our wedding when we booked, and when we got there that night we found out that they had bumped us up from the normal king bed room we bought to a full suite and had left us a congratulations note along with some chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. It was a very nice gesture and was an amazing way to finish off our wedding day. Breakfast in the morning was also very delicious and the shuttle was quick and the driver was nice. It was the best one night stay possible.

We reserved room with handicap roll in shower and there were none available! Why reserve it and not have it??

It was a nice big room but we got there the toilet was full of toilet paper it would not flush they came and plugged two time in the first two hours of being there I talk them in to leaving the plugger with me so I could do it we had to get up at 2.30 to catch a plane at 5.30 I was not happy at all

This was an excellent hotel right across the street from Love Field..We wanted to be close to the airport for early travel the next morning. This was so convenient..We did hear airplanes but they seemed to slow down the later it got.

Room was clean. Hotel lobby undergoi g some upgrades, nothing that would deter the stay. However the restaurant wait staff -0. We waited 30 minutes for someone to take our order...never happened so we left. We mentioned this to the front desk which wad immediately reported to the manager. He was very apologetic and offered room free service dinner. It was late and we had a very early flight. The manager brought water and sodas to the room to apologize for the bad service.

We really enjoyed our day at the Doubletree. The staff was friendly and they always had water for us. It’s a beautiful hotel with a great breakfast.

Tv didn’t work

No shuttle from airport. Arrived at midnight after a delayed flight. Lazy front desk folks who told us that there was no hot water in our $300 hotel room because the city hasn’t fixed it in two days.

The hotel is located across from the airport, so you hear planes coming in and out constantly And you could hear traffic often on all night. Very thin windows/walls. Then they also decided to do maintenance in the room surrounding mine first thing the next morning. Drilling, hammering, carts going up and down the hall. There are no signs posted in the hallways to tell you where vending/ice machine is. Had to take my ice bucket to the front desk to be told to walk all the way to the restaurant to get my ice bucket full. The bartender is the one who told me where the ice machine was on my floor . When I went to check out I told the girl about all of the noise and how I couldn’t believe they decided to rent a room when they were going to be doing construction on the rooms around that room early in the morning. the girl at the desk apologized, but didn’t offer any type of discount or compensation. When I told her I parked in the $20 parking lot, she said oh you haven’t been charged. Let me add that to your bill. She took my key card. When I tried to leave the parking lot, you need the key card to be able to exit the parking lot. Had to call their 800 number to explain everything, who contacted the front desk and put me through to them. It took seven minutes from the time that I called to be able to exit the parking lot. So due to all the noise and crappy customer service I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff overall was very accommodating. We stayed two separate nights. The front desk staff was night and day for the visits. The late night staff was far more friendly. I brushed off the day staff being very blunt because they seemed busy. The rooms were nice. The property was nice. My only complaint was one of the beds we slept in was crooked. Like a popped spring or something. The restaurant was also excellent.

Great staff and super fast service for any requests. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel was very dirty and rundown. I most likely would have not gone out if we didn’t know people from Dallas.

Overall the stay was nice. However customers service not so well. At check-in the counter did not seem to joyful to see new clients. Double Tree is known for it's cookies at check-in the individual in front of me had to come back and request the service. After I checked in the same individual neglected to offer me the signature item as well. The bar and grill was hit and miss as well. 1st day I was treated sub par. The 2nd day was much more pleasant, top notch in a sense. The last day I was rushed to eat and get the hell out. I ordered the same dish 2nd and last day, steak and eggs. Last day I had to ask where is my toast. No fruit was provided, unlike the day before.

The hotel lobby is very nice , it has a couple of seating areas, modern decor. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar . Check in was quick and they gave us complimentary water and cookies. (Delicious)Our room was spacious with a modern decor. The bathroom was big clean and beautiful. Parking was $20 or you could park around back for free.

The Doubletree sent the shuttle for us immediately upon our contacting the front desk. We were able to get to sleep within 30 minutes of collecting our luggage at baggage claim!

We stayed there due to the close proximity to the airport and shuttle service. Unfortunately, when we returned from our flight, our attempts to contact the hotel for a return shuttle were unsuccessful as the phones were off. This was a big turnoff after a long day of flying and potential of being stranded late at night. We had to secure alternative travel. Also, we did not have hot water for showers.

From the minute we checked in to the check out, we were extremely pleased. Staff was super helpful and the room was perfect.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and would flight didn’t get in love field until 2 AM and the shuttle was waiting for us to pick up then an easy checkin and room service for breakfast ! We will definitely stay again!

Found the check in and any interaction with any staff a pleasure as everyone went out of their way to assist and ensure my family was taken care of with the least amount of fuss.

This hotel is beautiful and absolutely worth the stay if you have an early morning flight or work near the airport. Of course, you must understand that you will hear planes all night, but if you're not a city dweller I imagine earplugs would likely help with that.
