I did not like this property, the room was really hot and muggy so I couldn't sleep well.
- 4/5
Noisy, with thin walls. Other rude guests playing music well past midnight and even conversation comes through the walls. 4:30am heard management arguing with partying guests about noise and he forced them to leave. (Which was good, a lot of motel management do not do any enforcement of noise rules) not as restful as it could be but I blame rougher guests who could do better. Parking is a bit tight.

We checked in and went to a concert. We got back from the concert and noticed a roach. Went to go get food came back and a few more roaches had came out. While we were sitting on the bed eating I got bit by a TICK on the inside of my thigh. When office was asked for. Refund he said no that termsnix comes out every week and sprays and I showed him pics and videos of the bugs and tick and where I got bit and he said. Well you checked in at 3:30 pm and you left twice so and now you wanna leave (3 in the morning) so it’s your fault. We spent maybe 3 hours total in that room! Just for them to blame us? Absolutely not. Do NOT go there!

Great price. Location was convenient. Friendly service. Room was unclean with dirty, unwashed bedding and dirty-looking towels, dusty furniture. Room and furnishings were of poor quality.
- 2/5
Noisy neighbors, playing loud music well past mid nite. Shower faucet wouldn’t work but bathtub faucet would run. No closet or place to hang clothing. No coffee, no coffee makers, not even in the lobby. Shabby and old so rather overpriced at the $95 rate.
- 3/5
There's not free wifi as advertised
- 5/5
The inside is a lot better than the outside makes it seem. The owner is remodeling and for the price the place is good. It is safe and clean with cameras and security at night. The owner is very nice and call all the guest by name. I usually stay there one or two nights during the fair.

When I got in the room, it looked like the surfaces has not even been wiped down. There were hairs in the shower, and the sink had some sticky residue in it that hadn’t been cleaned. The headboard was the worst of all… (picture attached)

My room had already dead / still alive pests. (Roaches, flies, gnats, etc)

Dirty bathrooms
- 1/5
This is the worst place I’ve stayed at in my life. False advertisement, unclean (had to sleep with my jacket on top of the covers), no hot water in the shower, unsafe (could not sleep with prostitues and drug deals going on outside), very very sketchy, don’t stay here period. So glad that night is over.

Stay was just fine, very close to Dos Equis Pavilion. Bed was way to high for me.
- 2/5
The room stunk so bad I had to get some air freshener. We were there briefly before going to a concert at Dos Equis Pavilion, & after getting back to room around 11pm, went to get in shower and saw 2 ROACHES in the shower - stepped out of bathroom to find something to kill them and there was another on the vanity by the sink! The floor was dirty as was evidenced by the black feet from removing shoes to walk to bed. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone but field workers who come in filthy & don’t care about the facilities.

We arrived in the room was 96°, it did not cool down to 76° at 4:00 a.m. literally sat in sweat until 4:00 this morning. Took a rinse off and left early. Very disappointed.

Great customer service. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. Quite property

Easy To Get In & Out Of… GREAT Location For Deep Elum Or Dos Equis Pavilion!!!

The people that run the hotel are very nice and helpful. They treated me with respect and accommodated my needs. There is constant watch of the parking lot at night which made me feel very safe about staying in that part of town. Great room for what you’ll pay. Microwave, fridge, A/C, working showers and hot water, working locks and curtains, cable tv, and great staff. My girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised with our stay.

We were not expecting much

Booked online, got there and was advised that they over booked so I had to find somewhere else to stay.
- 1/5
I booked a suite they gave me a regular gave me a regular filthy room i told them the front desk guy acting like he do t know whats going on so the ma ger. Heck me in to a suite that was nothing what a suite is suppose too be the fiflthy is about the same as the regular room they tery to give me at first.
- 2/5
Had to have cash on check-in internet down, under construction, men sitting outside drinking, small parking area, bed linens were stained, no secondary lock on door, no iron in room
- 3/5
Room may have been newly remodeled and are clean but not sure why they are called suites. Just a fridge and microwave added. Usually there is a couch too. Check in was weird with deposit in cash for remote control (that didn’t work). I have to compliment them on having a well lit property at night. Anytime you are having to check in behind a security window is a way of informing you the area has potential danger. So far so good. I give it a solid “B” and would come again since it’s so close to the Dos Equis pavilion for concerts.
- 1/5
The security guard was very rude didnt feel safe with him there we were told that otber guest had a room full of guns and he waa ok with that people knocking on doors looking for drugs all night
- 1/5
Bed was wet and pillows !! Called front desk the lady was route gave me in attitude instead of fixing the problem. Just horrible experience not worth the $$$
- 4/5
It was really good. Good location, owner/worker needs to be more friendly, provide better customer service. Overall good place to stay.
- 1/5
Want an iron table with no cloth or iron? Want no telephone? Want no room service? Want a toilet to be unglogged and the asked if you want to it yourself? How about a desk with no chair? When asked the management refuses to give you a chair. If you like these options then this is place for you. Othwerwise, for the price per night you can find many other better options. This place is a stink hole. Terrible. Atrocious. Not worth a penny. Do not go here unless you’re desperate on OU weekend.
- 4/5
The area but was close to interstate. Restaurants are close by and hotel needs a bit updating but the rooms are nice and clean. We stayed during hurricane Laura.
- 1/5
Location. I was displeased for the false hope and poor communication.
- 1/5
Reservation denied called and stated my flight was delayed. Had a guaranteed reservation and it was cancelled not very happy with hotel or woman that answered phone she was very rude didn’t speak good English. Would never stay at this hotel again.
- 1/5
Customer Service is very rude! I paid 155.00 for 1 night & the room wasn't clean especially the bathroom was so dirty I had the change my room, which was a little better, but still very uncomfortable! Again, very rude staffing and I had to grab my own towels of off the cart seen outside!
- 3/5
Booked this location for my husband for a 1 night stay. He described it as being "in the super hood". He actually changed his motorcycle up and disabled it so it would be harder to steal. Needless to say with him being 300 miles away, I worried. Would not book here again.
- 1/5
It was nasty. Sheets were dirty, hand prints on the walls, dusty. We slept in our clothes on top of the comforter.
- 3/5
Good distance from downtown but on a somewhat sketchy street with nothing but liquor stores
- 2/5
The room is fine, with lights changing colors at the ceiling, it is interesting, the room is spacious and clean, the only thing I cannot bear with is no working wifi.
- 4/5
It looks more inviting in the pictures, check in was easy, they give you a remote for your TV when you check in, it did feel like you were in a less than secure part of town. Room was clean. Ok for the price if you aren't spending much time in the room.
- 4/5
Over all the stay was good. I didn’t like the area but the actual room was clean and peaceful. It seemed to be prostitution going on but no bothered us
- 5/5
This room was pretty cool the way its set up and the different colored lights they have too. Definitely recommend especially for the price!
- 2/5
I was not expecting to book a hotel with hooker accommodations and led mood lighting that stayed on all night
- 1/5
Left my pillow. Nice expense pillow. Called the same day they said they didn’t have it. Somebody has my pillow. That’s fine. My fault for forgetting it.
- 3/5
Room was cleaner than expected and decent for price. The air had been off for some time so, it took 4 or so hours to cool it off once we got there. Very busy street, even heard a wreck and a couple near misses. Woke up around 130 am to a couple screaming at each other so, that was nice... Walls were super thin. Stairwells (all of them) need a good powerwash. Parking was inadequate for how many rooms there are. Grounds were surprisingly clean but every near and in the office smelled of Indian food. Staff was decent, I'm guessing they have no actual employees, just a large family that handles housekeeping and property management. We didn't use the shower, microwave, iron or fridge but they all looked extremely clean and well kept. Not a horrible place for an adult needing a cheap sleep but I don't recommend kids since it's in a sketchy area. Several bars, liquor stores and vagrants of all types close to this hotel. There is a DART stop right outside the gate, as well so, convenient if you're bussing anywhere.
- 4/5
Room was very nice and colorful... A little pricey for the area though.
- 5/5
They need vending machines other than great location for what i needed.
- 2/5
It has false advertising. The serivce was bad and the housekeeping never showed up. The towels were all stained, as well as the bed sheets.
- 1/5
Hotel staff was barely present, bed was terrible, room was not homey
- 2/5
In the advertisement, there was a large jacuzzi tub in the room. There was no such tub in our room. Room was MUCH smaller than advertised and filthy. Four spiders in the bathroom and two by the bedside table. The bed was so uncomfortable, we might have been better off sleeping on the floor. Its in such a rough neighborhood, Uber wouldn’t pick us up there. We had to walk about four blocks to a grocery store to be picked up. Do not stay here.
- 3/5
everything was ok... except wireless service was not available every 5 min.
- 4/5
The room was awesome. I loved the lights. The service was ok, could've been better. I didn't like how you had to check in outside. I really didn't feel very safe.
- 4/5
Good room. Bathroom had broken tissue holder and some cigarette burns in areas. Room wad comfortable.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable
- 3/5
The room smells old! The red, blue, green lights were kind of weird. Microwave and fridge in bathroom was weird too. I couldn’t get comfortable in the bed.
