I would have liked a walk in shower instead of a bathtub.

Hotel was super clean and staff was very helpful in obtaining adjoining rooms!

It’s a good option for an overnight stay. Convenient to shopping & restaurants. Lovely neighborhood nearby to walk and unwind. Rooms are a little dark and drab but clean. Nice lobby with good coffee bar

Nice place. Well run.

This is supposed to be a luxury hotel and that was not the experience. The rooms were fine, but nothing more elevated than a Holiday Inn Express. An hour and a half to get brunch (open seating) when there were only 12 people in the restaurant. No manager. No bartender. There was a noisy party in the restaurant who would not be escorted out to the lobby - they were not patrons. Wait staff was not trained in even the simplest of procedures (pour water in the water glasses; bring everyone's food out). The acoustics in the dining room were not what they once were when this hotel was a destination years ago. They have arches in the ceiling and hardwoods on the floor without sound absorption so essentially all the sound is echoing off each other, which makes it highly difficult to have a nice dining conversation at the table.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and the restaurant was amazing!
- 3.5/5
The restaurant had good quality and well prepared food. The room size was adequate. The bed was comfortable. We loved the gym, it is well appointed. We appreciate the noon check out time. The staff is very friendly. I also like to have the key on my phone. I love the water in the lobby with the citrus fruit. The hotel lobby decor is nice. Every day we should get 2 waters, not just the day that we check in, we pay the same rate daily. I should not have to ask for a robe and shower cap. Also, I should not have to ask for maid service daily, or maybe ask us when we check in in case we forget. We had noisy neighbors, maybe the walls are too thin. The thermostat was difficult to figure out. We wish that they had Netflix.

Great staff and fitness center.
- 5/5
One of the cleanest Hilton properties I've been in Texas. Staff was super friendly and the rooms very well kept. The only issue was the tub, it leaked and dripped all night long.
- 5/5
Valet, Doorman, and Front Desk attentive and friendly, clean and fresh room, and quiet, private stay - the trifecta of perfection.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean; staff was courteous & quick to assist
- 5/5
The desk manager, Kabir, was exceptional in handling multiple things for me. He provided excellent customer service.
- 3/5
Beds fine. Not nearly enough working outlets in room (incase you are there on business). Lose outlets for chargers fall out of wall. Lights in bathroom really weak/ lots of paint to cover up "age" of room -

The location was not very picturesque, though it was very convenient.

Loved the high ceilings. Toilet placement in the bathroom is a little odd.

I haven’t been to a hotel in a long time that doesn’t supply any amenities in the bathroom. For example, shower cap, qtips, lotion.

I really liked I was able to get the same room as I had previously stayed in which I knew was a quiet room. I just wish they had microwaves in the room or maybe in the hallway so I could have reheated leftovers. I inquired about a microwave and they told me there were none in the whole building.

Pricey for not including breakfast but convenient.
- 4/5
My only complaints were: 1. While the steak I ordered at their restaurant was cooked medium rare as ordered, it was still tough. The quality did not match the price. 2. The flapper valve on the toilet slowly, but streadily leaked. This caused the toilet to refill repeatedly, which was irritating. Nonetheless, overall, it was a nice hotel that I would recommend.
- 5/5
I always enjoy staying here because it’s quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located near my work areas. The hotel offers a wide range of services that make it easy to be there. From the Starbucks coffee bar in the morning to the valet service and laundry, everything is as expected.
- 4.5/5
I didn't like the fact that valet parking was $45 plus tip. I would have parked my car myself but I am disabled and there wasn't any disability parking close by.
- 3/5
The hotel is OK and some employees were very nice, but is not a 4 or 5 star hotel, the service can be better.

We were in a suite, and it was in need of a renovation!
- 5/5
Our check in was super easy and Mohammad was very welcoming and accommodating. We were traveling with kids and he had extra blankets sent up immediately and made sure we had everything we needed. Hotel is very clean and quiet.
- 5/5
Great location. Clean. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Another great day at this hotel. I’ve been here over six times and they always exceed my requirements.
- 5/5
Very comfortable hotel. Have stayed here twice. My only negative experience is with the mandatory valet parking. We have had to wait maybe 15 minutes on several occasions to get our car which made us late to obligations and there is nowhere to park other than through the valet. Probably won't stay here again solely due to the valet.
- 2.5/5
Only valet parking for $45
- 5/5
Great hotel for business travelers
- 5/5
Great location and staff
- 5/5
Amazing service. 5 star.
- 4/5
I absolutely LOVED the location - walking distance to lots of restaurants. I enjoyed the happy hour in the bar - great late afternoon snacks before dinner. I wasn't thrilled because I was given a room directly across from the gym on the second floor. It meant that starting around 6am, I heard the sounds of people running on the treadmill for hours. It sucked. I finally got used to the sound and fell back asleep only to be woken up again by the yard blower on the street below. I highly recommend NOT staying on the second floor and definitely not near the gym.
- 1/5
The property was nov but all night the bathroom shower kept making a horrible noise and was difficult to get rest
- 5/5
The rooms are very clean and well maintained, and the lobby is both attractive and functional with plenty of space to relax or get a bit of work done. The junior suite is especially nice—spacious and luxurious without feeling overdone. The hotel does show its age here and there, and valet is the only parking option, which might not be ideal for everyone. Still, for a comfortable, quiet stay in a great location, this hotel does the job well.
- 5/5
I did not like paying an additional fee for parking.
- 5/5

bathroom needed some fixing. Panel above shower falling down, tiles in shower cracking and coming off

- 4/5
Always a great stay here
- 3/5
My issues were, the parking is crazy expensive. You think you're getting a pretty good rate and then the parking adds so much, you leave feeling like you kinda paid too much for what you got. On Saturday night after a long work day, I got back and went to the bar to have 1 glass of wine before bed. The bar closes at 11. At 10:53, the bartender said he had just called last call. I said, can I just get one glass of wine and he said sorry but no. He had just given a party of 4 or 5 a bucket of beer 1 minute before me. It seemed very unaccommodating. And other than that, the shower isn't the best. They seemed old. Overall, I was kinda disappointed and I don't really give bad reviews.

I put in stay for 2 days on this website I made that VERY clear!!! When I went to stay the second night I was told that I only had reservations for one night. It cost me a another nighst

Over priced parking, food not that great and expensive.

Decent but not great
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Dallas Park Cities. The room was large with lovely views of downtown Dallas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the options for touchless check-in and check-out, as well as the QR code to call for valet. The only downside is that valet is very expensive ($45/day), and given that there is limited parking in the area you will need to valet if staying overnight.
- 4/5
Comfortable and spacious room. Nicely decorated lobby, slightly on the small side. The location was perfect for us as there are few nice restaurants nearby. Also there was a garage just around the corner. The staff didn't tell us about the garage but only offered quite expensive valet parking. The lobby is a bit small for meetings, though we were allowed to sit in the lobby bar - there was still music there so not perfect for a business conversation. The bar is nice though.
- 5/5
This hotel was very accommodating and clean ! When i visit again i will stay here and recommend for others. Very nice stay
- 5/5
Excellent staff . Kate night bar was great mixing drinks not that friendly

Property was nice in a pretty area. ONLY valet parking which sucked as it was $43. Roo. Was big an comfortable.

Great staff, friendly and attentive! Property is very clean! Stay here often!

Property and staff were fantastic!!
- 4/5
We've stayed here many times. Near our son and daughter in law. The staff is amazing. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The food and bar are great. The hotel is looking a bit worn in many areas. Carpeting, napkins, dining tables... time for a refresh. It is a very heavily used hotel.
- 5/5
Great visit

- 5/5
Always great to stay here. Perfect hotel.
- 4/5
Unattended front desk when arrived to check in, possibly 5 minutes. The very nice maintenance person walking by asked if anyone was assisting us and then went into the office behind the front desk to alert staff a guest required check in. A staff member eventually appeared , rather disinterested individual for working in service.
- 5/5
Always friendly staff and great rooms!
- 5/5
They stay was great and the restaurant in the Hilton was fantastic as well as room service.
- 5/5
The first room door knob broke and locked us inside the room. But the staff resolved the issue immediately so no big deal.
- 5/5
We drove for 5 hours to fly out of Love Field and stayed here one night before departing the next morning. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Valets were excellent, and it was easy to get our vehicle in and out. Lots of nice restaurants nearby (we chose Pappas steakhouse). We will be back next time we fly out of Love!
- 5/5
Front desk and valets were great. The rooms are not that clean. There was hair all over the counters and shower.
- 1/5
I have never never been more disappointed in a Hilton hotel. It was not inexpensive and I was expecting a much better experience . The hotel is located in a nice area and the pictures on-line were lovely- but the service at this hotel is to put it nicely awful! We were there for two nights and NOT ONCE was our room cleaned. I called the front desk 3 times and no one answered and finally went down to request house keeping. Someone finally showed up at 7:45 in the evening to clean our room - at which point we just asked for clean towels . The hotel restaurant has ONE person serving during breakfast hours . The lady is very sweet, but it impossible for her to help everyone in a timely manner . The front desk is so busy socializing with one another that they seemed bothered when I asked for a print out of my bill. The woman handed it to me without saying a word . No - “thank you for staying with us “ nothing. I wish I had saved my money and stayed somewhere else . My best experience at the hotel was with the valet staff. They were personable and lovely.
- 5/5
Loved how my suite had a bedroom and a living room ❤️
- 5/5
Great hotel, perfect location.. middle of everything
- 2/5
Claims to be a boutique hotel, but it is dated in room decor and noisy all throughout the common areas. Just really not in top shape anymore.
- 5/5
Not enough light in bathroom. TV in non-adjustable poor location/position similar to Hilton Doubletree.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
safe and good food
- 1/5
Hotel lied and said they had parking available. When I got there, it was valet only for $40 a day. Had to dispute these extra charges with my credit card company as we were already being charged astronomical rates due to the eclipse.
- 5/5
Good size rooms, rates not particularly great but not out of line for area, valet parking fees should be considered when reviewing room rates - above normal.
- 4/5
Great hotel overall. Clean, friendly staff, good area. I feel like the claim to parking is misleading, as it's only valet and there is no free self parking.
- 3/5
No assistance with luggage
- 5/5
Great service and convenient
- 5/5
The staff was great and very helpful. The location is right in the middle of North Dallas. East drive to just about anything you’d want to see and do. The room and bathroom were nicely appointed.
- 5/5
Safe and quiet, away from the downtown ew but close to North Park shopping
- 5/5
Helpful staff and clean.
- 1/5
Everything with the hotel was excellent, however, the hotel did not have a reservation for me so Expedia's service was lacking.
- 5/5
Amazing service at the bar. Mark is great. Close to amazing restaurant. HIllstone and RD
- 2/5
They don't provide any provisions in the rooms, no water bottles, shower caps, hand soup, q-tips, etc. The bed linens don't smell clean. The location is great, but overall, I don't recommend it.
- 3/5
Great location but rooms are a little tired. Parking is valet only and costly. ( Loading and unloading gets backed up as area is small).
- 4/5
The staff was wonderfu, however. Will anyone read this?
- 2/5
Starting sneezing as soon as I set foot in the room the first 2 days; 3rd day was coughing and hacking. It only happened in the room and not when I was outside working. I believe there dust mites either in the bedding or vents.
- 3/5
The bar and restaurant staff were rude and didn't seem like they wanted to serve our breakfast. I asked for a mimosa and the waitress said she didn't have a key to get the champagne!!! We wanted lunch on Saturday and there was no one to help us. We had to go ask the front desk to find someone and at that point we left and ate elsewhere. I won't stay here again. Unfortunate because the hotel is in a good location.
- 5/5
We had a very nice stay.
- 5/5
This is an excellent quality hotel in very safe location. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
- 4/5
The staff is incredibly friendly!
- 5/5
Good hotel
- 5/5
It was great!
- 5/5
Our go-to hotel for visits to Dallas. Convenient to everything and friendly and helpful staff.
- 2/5
Charged to park $36 per day, but posted outside significantly different. Shower barley had a stream; more like a trickle. Impossible to have a proper shower and washing your hair-Impossible!
- 5/5
The service at the bar is amazing. Especially Mark
- 2/5
Don’t stay on the second floor. The early gym risers throwing weights around will not be peaceful.
- 5/5
The carts that are available to take luggage up to the room are not good condition, and they frankly are very dirty! Will stay there again!
- 4/5
On Arrival check in was so easy but the clerk never explained to us about the hotel and she didnt give us our breakfast vouchers. We hadvto go get them the next morning .
- 1/5
Front desk staff not very friendly. Pool deck was littered with used towels and only 2 clean left to use. Ice maker on our floor was broken - front desk staff had no idea.
- 5/5
Quick check in, good valet parking & location. Was surprised about the $75 amendments fee…
- 5/5

- 2/5
No hot water and very low water pressure in the morning.
- 5/5
Clean hotel with hospitable staff
- 5/5
The only thing we didn’t like was the price!
- 5/5
All good except for the workout area as certain machines were out of order because they had no pins for weight adjustments
- 3/5
The lobby, restaurants and bar were good. Our room was so-so. Tired-looking and the bathroom was not in great shape - no fan, chipped tub. We were mindful of the ongoing Covid situation and of ecological concerns, so we only asked for our room to be cleaned once during a 4 day stay. Although we asked twice about the cleaning on that day, it was not cleaned. We had done research on late check out on the hotel website but, when we contacted the front desk about it on the first day of our stay, they told us something totally different. When we got a second call back from the manager, we got a different response again. I offered to show the manager the screenshot of the website statement about late check out. After 24 hours of hearing nothing, the manager called back and offered us a late check out (2pm) with no charge, which we appreciated.
